배추는 국내 생산 엽채류 중 재배면적 및 생산량이 가장 높은 비중을 차지하는 중요한 작물이다. 농촌인구 감소 및 고령화는 농촌 노동력 부족으로 이어지고 이는 배추 생산력 감소의 원인이 되고 있다. 배추 수확은 대부분 인력에 의존하고 있으며, 노동력 절감과 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 및 수확을 위한 배추 수확기가 개발되고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 견인형 자주식 배추 수확기 견인 고리 설계단계에서 구조해석을 실시하여 최대 응력, 변형량, 안전계수를 도출하여 안정성을 높이는 데 있다. 수집부에 배추가 최대 적재 시 발생하는 하중을 기준으로 하중의 각도, 견인 고리의 높이를 변경하여 구조해석을 실시하였다. 수집부 부착 견인 고리의 경우 최소 높이에서 최대 응력 608.38 MPa, 최대 변형량 3.14e-3 mm, 최소 안전계수 0.78이 도출되었으며, 배추 수확기 부착 견인 고리의 경우 최소 높이에서 최대 응력 835.76 MPa, 최대 변형량 4.74e-3 mm, 최소 안전계수 0.48이 도출되었다. 마지막으로 힌지핀의 경우 중간 높이에서 최대 응력 373.46 MPa, 최대 변형량 2.12e-3 mm, 최소 안전계수 1.23이 도출되었다. 최대 응력 지점을 제외한 대부분은 안전계수가 1보다 높았다. 따라서 제작 단계에서는, 최대 응력 지점을 보강하여 견인 고리에 대한 구조적 안정성을 높일 필요성이 있다.

Purpose: 본 연구의 목적은 본 연구의 목적은 2주간의 회전근개의 강화운동이 회전근개의 근육 두께, 견봉하 공간, 어깨 불안정성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. Methods: 근골격계 질환이 없는 대상자 35명을 대상으로 수행하였으며, 횡격막 호흡을 하는 그룹과 횡격막 호흡을 하지 않는 그룹으로 나누었으며, 두 그룹 모두 필라테스를 수행하였다. 실험에 사용한 기기로는 Ultrasonography(US), Pulmonary function tests(FEV1 / FVC), Bioeletic Impedance Analysis, Sit and reach test를 사용하였다. 근골격계 질환이 없는 대상자 20명이 실험에 참여하였다. 근력 강화 운동은 2주 동안 주 5세트, 총 50세트 실시하였으며, 운동은 풀캔, 빈캔, 외회전 운동으로 진행하였다. 초음파를 이용하여 극상근과 극하근의 근육 두께와 견봉하 공간의 변화를 확인하였다. CSMI는 가시위근과 가시아래근의 근력을 평가하는 데 사용되었다. 정규성 검증을 실시한 후, 반복측정분산분석 (repeated measures of ANOVA)를 사용하여 운동 전, 1주후, 2주후를 비교하였다. 사후 분석을 위해 Fisher’s LSD를 실시하였다. Results: 근력의 비교에서 운동 2주 후 측정 시 내회전에서 유의한 차이가 있었다 (P <0.05). 외회전에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다 (P >0.05). 근육두께에서는 가시위근과 가시아래근의 근육 두께는 유의한 차이가 없었다 (P >0.05). 또한 봉우리밑 공간에서도 유의한 차이가 없었다 (P >0.05). Conlusion: 결론적으로, 빈캔 운동과 풀캔 운동, 측면 외회전 운동은 어깨관절 안쪽돌림의 근력 강화에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다

밭작물 관리기계는 두둑 사이를 주행하면서 밭작물 포기 사이에서 작업이 이루어지는 관계로 밭고랑을 따라 가면서 밭작물을 손상시키지 않아야한다. 특히 좁은 밭의 새머리 지역에서 작업기를 선회시킬 때에는 작물의 손상 정도가 많아 한계가 있다. 밭작물 기계의 선회작업에 의한 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 밭 두둑 사이를 가로질러 이동할 수 있는 기계를 개발하였다. 바퀴의 승강에 의한 수평이동이 가능하고, 전진주행과 후진주행이 가능한 견인 플랫폼을 제작하고, 밭 두둑 사이를 가로지르는 구동 메커니즘을 실제 구현하였다. 이를 위해 개발한 전동형 시작기의 무게는 416 kg, 주행 속도는 0.45 m/s, 600 mm 간격의 밭두둑을 가로지르는데 90초 가량 소요되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 밭두둑 횡단주행 견인 플랫폼의 고도화를 통해 기계의 선회작업으로 인한 손실이 없는 실용적인 작업이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

佛典을 연구하는 사람들은 흔히 不立文字라고 하지만, 어찌 글자의 쓰임을 구분하지 않고 문장을 올바르게 이해할 수 있겠는가? 마음이라고 다 같은 마음은 아니다. ‘心ㆍ意ㆍ識’이 서로 다른 마음이고, 마음을 닦는다고 할 때 그 마음은 오직 하나의 마음이 아니고, ‘닦아야 할 대상이 되는 마음’, ‘닦고자 하는 주관의 마음’, ‘닦고자 목 표로 설정한 마음’, ‘닦아 나갈 때 마주하는 단계 단계의 마음’, ‘닦아서 종국에 이른 마음’ 등으로 분류할 수 있어서, 불전에서 자주 사용되는 ‘心ㆍ意ㆍ識’이나 ‘不覺ㆍ本 覺ㆍ始覺ㆍ相似覺ㆍ隨分覺ㆍ究竟覺’ 등의 용어를 분명히 나누어 알면, 佛典뿐만 아니 라 한자로 쓰인 문장을 이해하는 데 크게 도움이 된다. 이에 佛典에서 자주 쓰이는 ‘보다’類의 動詞로 ‘見ㆍ看ㆍ觀’과 ‘示ㆍ視’ 등에 관해 본고에서는 ‘示ㆍ視’를 ‘見ㆍ看ㆍ觀’과 비교하는 방법으로 살펴보아 아래의 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, ‘示ㆍ視’는 色境을 앞에 내놓고 보여주거나, 色境이 앞에 놓여있어서 그냥 시각적으로 받아들이는 것이지만, ‘見ㆍ看ㆍ觀’은 시각 행위의 주체가 시신경에 들어온 사물을 과거의 경험이나 혹은 사회적 배경 등 의도를 가지고 바라보는 것이 라 할 수 있다. 둘째, ‘示’는 ‘대상을 드러내 보이다’라는 의미이다. ‘視’는 보이는 대상이 먼저 주어진 다음에 보는 것으로, ‘見’이 보려는 의도를 가지고 본 후 그 결과를 지식으로 삼는 것인 반면, ‘視’는 色境이 놓여있어서 본다는 의미가 강하다고 할 수 있다.

This study explores the application aspect of The detailed rules of Census (1896) through the change of Kan numbers in Gyeonpyeong-bang. Although Gyeonpyeong-bang was a high-priority area because of its location, it was difficult to trace the operation of the urban situation due to lack of data. This study is focusing on restoring space and society in the Gyeonpyeong-bang using the information on the type of houses and the number of Kan listed in the family register of Hanseong-bu. The detailed rules of Census sets out provisions for the family registry and the rules of making Tong. Especially when it comes to the rules of making Tong, this rule deals with the code of making ten Hos into one Tong. This study was conducted by dividing the status of the Tong into three types: uncompleted Tong, exceeded Tong without vacant Ho number, and exceeded Tong with the vacant Ho number. Since these three types of Tong are in the process of change towards the complete Tong with 10 Hos, they were thought to be able to demonstrate the specific application of the rules. This study will be meaningful as a case study that expands the point of existing research on the Tong making rules, which was not focused relatively on restoring urban conditions at that time, by looking at the changes in exceptions that deviated from the Sipgajaktong rule.

This study was aimed at investigating the levels of the natural preservatives of benzoic, sorbic and propionic acids in cereal grains, nuts and seeds. Benzoic and sorbic acid were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography with a diode-array detector (HPLC-DAD) and further confirmed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), whereas propionic acid was analyzed using a gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID) and further confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Benzoic, sorbic and propionic acids were found in 44, 22, and 550 samples out of 702 samples, respectively. From the total of 702 samples. The concentrations of benzoic, sorbic and propionic acid were ranged from not detected (ND) to 23.74 mg/L, from ND to 7.90 mg/L, and from ND to 37.39 mg/L in cereal grains, nuts and seeds, respectively. The concentration ranges determined in this study could be used as standard criteria in the process of inspecting cereal grains, nuts and seeds for preservatives as well as to address consumer complaints or trade disputes.

The Broken Commandment is a famous Japanese novel written by Shimazaki Toson which is regarded as a representative works of Japanese naturalistic literature. The novel mainly depicts the burakumin discrimination through the unfortunate fate of the hero Ushimatsu, who is a burakumin and struggles with a commandment given to him by his father. This paper attempts to analyze sin-consciousness in The Broken Commandment and discrimination in the modern society through the Christian perspective by Ushimatsu psychological changes. With this, this paper compares the relationship between the burakumin and original sin, as well as the struggle with confessions and that of body and soul.

This study investigated potential relationship between fetal deaths and plasma progesterone concentrations of bitches. Serial ultrasonographic examinations were performed on small-pet 23 dogs from gestation day (GD) 15 through parturition. The dogs were 3 non-pregnant bitches, 9 spontaneous delivery bitches, 6 partial early embryonic death bitches, 2 whole early embryonic death bitches, and 3 aborted bitches. The late pregnancy (GD 51-54) appeared in 2 of the 3 aborted bitches and the hypoluteoidism appeared in 1 of the 3 aborted bitches. The plasma progesterone concentrations of partial early embryonic death bitches (n=6) showed no significant difference when compared with the spontaneous delivery bitches. We observed that plasma progesterone concentrations were dramatic decrease before the onset of embryonic death in whole early embryonic death bitches that plasma progesterone concentrations of aborted bitches at late pregnancy were significantly decreased when compared with those of spontaneous delivery bitches. The plasma progesterone concentrations of the hypoluteoidism bitch were lower than those of spontaneous delivery bitches. At the hypoluteoidism bitch, fetuses were resorbed in early pregnancy and aborted in late pregnancy. On the basis of the results, the diagnosis of partial early embryonic death could not be confirmed without ultrasonographic examination. The partial early embryonic death was considered a spontaneous phenomenon and uncorrelated with plasma progesterone concentration. However, aborted bitches and whole early embryonic death bitches were related to plasma progesterone concentrations and that of bitches gradually decreased before fetal death. These findings suggest that administration of progesterone may be a useful preventing agent against fetal death.

To investigate the change of vaginal epithelial cell in estrus-induced Shih-tzu bitch, estrus was induced by PMSG (50 IU/kg, for 10 days) and hCG (1,000 IU, on Day 10) in 12 anestrus Shih-tzu bitches. Day-changes of vaginal epithelial cells during the whole period of hormone treatment were investigated in each experimental bitches. The first day of vulvar bleeding and the first day of male acceptant was on days (), and days after the first PMSG treatment. The duration of proestrus and estrus was days, and days. Characteristic features of vaginal cytology during the estrous cycle were the high proportion of large intermediate cell, superficial cell, anuclear cell and erythrocyte in proestrus, superficial cell and anuclear cell in estrus, and parabasal cell, small and large intermediate cell, and leukocyte in diestrus, respectively. When it was timed from the first day of PMSG administration (Day 0), the cornification index (CI) was the high proportion in proestrus and estrus. The CI peak was maintained above 80% between Day 11~14 (4 days) and CI showed a peak at Day 12. These results indicated that the 12 Shih-tzu bitches showed positive estrus induction by vaginal smear test and observation of clinical estrus sign.

Vaginal cytology with behavioral observation was performed in 34 estrous cycles in 16 Miniature Schnauzer dogs to evaluate the its usefulness. The mean duration of proestrus and estrus in Miniature Schnauzer based on behavioral observation and vaginal cytology was (Mean S.D., range: ) and days for proestrus, and and days for estrus, respectively. The duration of each phase of the estrous cycle was not significantly different based on between behavioral observation and vaginal cytology. The gestational length from the first day of male acceptance was days, days from the first male refusal, and days from the onset of cytologic diestrus, respectively. Vaginal cytology during the estrous cycle were significantly characteristic of large intermediate cells in proestrus, anuclear cells in estrus, small intermediate cells in diestrus, and parabasal cells and small intermediate cells in anestrus (p<0.001), respectively. The purpose of this paper is to show that South Korean students of Japanese have a gap between their knowledge and usage of Japanese honorifics, and to illustrate misusage of Japanese honorifics by the South Korean students through the analysis of the example sentence, “My father went to the United States.” According to analysis of this paper, native Japanese speakers are influenced by both the UCHI-SOTO relation and the vertical relation of age when they refer to their father. But the students are influenced only by whether “father” is their father or other’s father. Furthermore, the students don’t necessarily recognize the rule in Japanese honorifics, that is, “Do not use the honorifics when you speak of your father to a person outside the family (SOTO).” The conclusion of this paper gives the following suggestive points to the teaching of Japanese honorifics. First, we have to teach that how to refer to “father” varies with the listener. Second, it is required to fully explain the concept of UCHI-SOTO and to make well-known the rule in Japanese honorifics, that is, “Do not use the honorifics when you speak of a person in your group to a person outside your group.”
