본 연구는 생성형 AI의 일종인 GPTs를 활용하여 중국어 회화 교육의 혁신적인 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 실시간 피드백과 개별화된 학습 환경을 통해 학습자의 자 기주도적 학습을 효과적으로 지원하는 방안을 탐구하였다. GPTs의 음성 분석 및 피 드백 기능은 발음, 성조, 억양과 같은 음성학적 요소의 교정에서 뛰어난 효과를 보였 으며, 학습자들은 실시간 피드백을 통해 자신의 오류를 즉각적으로 인지하고 수정할 수 있었다. 교재와의 연계성을 강화하고 실제적인 의사소통 상황을 반영한 GPTs 기 반 학습 시스템은 교실 수업과 자기주도학습의 효과적인 통합을 이끌어냈으며, 이를 통해 교수자의 역할이 지식 전달자에서 학습 촉진자로 변화하면서 중국어 회화 교육 의 새로운 가능성을 제시하였다.

This study investigated and analyzed the recognition and needs for Korean communication competency among non-Korean learners who participated in an online Korean language course. To this end, the importance, performance, and necessity of the categories of communication competency recognized by Korean language learners were measured, and then IPA(Importancce-Performance Analysis: Martilla & James, 1977) analysis and Borich’s needs analysis(Borich, 1980) were used. After implementation, we examined whether there were differences in outcomes depending on learner variables. After examining the sub-items, it was found that there were differences in importance, current level, and need depending on the learner’s home country, and there were differences in current level, demand, and necessity depending on academic background and Korean language proficiency. In addition, there are differences in need depending on the learner’s reason for learning Korean, so it is necessary to respond to individual learnier’s needs according to learner variables when designing curriculum for online foreign language learners of Korean.

본 연구의 목적은 종합병원 간호사의 회복탄력성, 대상자 중심 의사소 통역량, 긍정 간호조직문화가 인간중심간호에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 서술적 조사연구는 전라남도 3개 시에 소재한 100 병상 이상의 종합병원 5곳에 근무하는 간호사 189명을 대상으로, 2022년 8월 31일부터 9월 14일까지 자기 기입방식을 이용한 설문지를 통해 자료 를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기 술통계, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분류 분산분석 및 사후검정(Scheffé test), 피어슨의 상관관계, 다중 회귀로 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과 간호사의 회복탄력성과 대상자 중심 의사소통역량 수준이 높을수록, 간호사가 소속 부서를 긍정 간호조직문화로 강하게 인식할수록 인간중심간호가 높아지는 것이 확인 되었다. 따라서 종합병원 간호사의 회복탄력성과 대상자 중심 의사소통역량을 향상시키고, 긍정 간호조직문화를 높이기 위한 전략과 프 로그램 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to explore inter-grade dividing criteria of the 2015 grade group elementary English textbooks. Elementary English textbooks consist of two grade groups: the 3rd and 4th grade group and the 5th and 6th grade group. L2 Syntactic Complexity Analyzer(L2SCA) is utilized to investigate the dividing criteria of the communicative functions implemented in these textbooks. Subjects of the analysis were the listening dialogues for their structural sequencing of 3rd to 4th graders and 5th to 6th graders separately within their own grade groups. Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and independent sample t tests for inter-grade textbooks for 14 L2SCA statistical indices. The findings are: 6 indices out of the 14 L2SCA statistical indices turn out to be critical for dividing the 2015 grade group elementary English textbooks. The 6 indices are mean clause length, mean sentence length, mean t-unit length, mean complex noun phrasal number per phrase and per t-unit and mean number of verb phrases per t-unit. Based on the findings, it is suggested that a standardized criteria derived from these 6 indices can be provided as an inter-grade dividing criteria of the 2015 grade group elementary English textbooks.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 사회적 자본이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 규명 하여 노인의 사회적 자본, 의사소통능력, 삶의 질의 향상을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용되는데 기여할 수 있는 실천적 정책적 함의를 도출해 내는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 노 인의 사회적 자본이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?, 둘째, 노인의 사회적 자본이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?, 셋째, 노인의 사회적 자본이 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 의사소통능 력은 어떠한 매개효과를 가지는가로 설정하였다. SPSS Ver. 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 분석기법으로는 측정도구의 신뢰 도를 검증하기 위해 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, 영향관계와 매개효과 검증을 위해 회귀분석을 실시하 였다. 분석결과 첫째, 노인의 사회적 자본 요인인 관계망, 신뢰, 규범이 삶의 질에 중요하고 긍정적인 영향 이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 참여는 영향이 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 사회적 자본 요 인인 관계망, 규범, 참여가 의사소통능력에 많은 긍정적 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났으나, 신뢰는 영향 이 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의사소통능력은 사회적 자본과 삶의 질의 관계에서 매개변인로 서의 매개효과가 부분채택되었다. 사회적 자본의 하위요인인 관계망 요인, 규범 요인은 의사소통능력은 사회적 자본과 삶의 질의 관계에서 매개변인로서의 매개효과가 있었으나, 신뢰와 참여 요인은 매개효과 가 없었다.

In den Zeiten der Globalisierung und Internationalisierung unserer Lebens- und Arbeitswelt ist interkulturelle Kommunikations- und Handlungskompetenz essentiell Der schulische Deutschunterricht steht im Zuge der Globalisierung vor neuen Herausforderungen. Er muss neben der Ausbildung rein sprachlicher Qualifikationen auch auf den ständig wachsenden Austausch mit anderen Kulturen vorbereiten. Interkulturelles Lernen, das der Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz dienen soll, ist daher auch Bestandteil von Lehrplänen. Ziel der vorliegender Arbeit ist es, einen Lehrplan zum Erwerb interkultrueller Kompetenz im schulischen Deutschunterricht zu entwickeln. Für die Entwicklung von dem Lehrplan zum um Erwerb interkultrureller Kompetenz werden zunächst einen Dialogtext im Restaurant aus dem Schulbuch ‘Deutsch 1’ ausgewählt, und im interkulturellen Kontext analysiert. Als Ergebnisse sind im schulischen Deutschunterricht zwei Lehr- und Lernmethoden denkbar, um eine interkulturelle Kommunikation anzuregen. Dazu gehören diskursanalystische Lernmethode und Kulturassimilator.

본 연구는 영상제작 인력의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 전문영역 및 다양한 직급의 영상제작 인력(402명)을 대상으로 이들의 직업만족도와 관련요인들의 직간접효과 및 조절효과를 밝힌 실증연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 영상제작인력의 직업만족도에 이들의 업무자율성이 미치는 효과를 밝히고, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향력이 의사소통 능력이나 대인갈등 요소에 의하여 증가 혹은 감소되는 지에 대한 이중매개효과를 입증하고, 셋째, 최근 영상제작분야에서의 성차별 문제에 대한 증대된 관심과 함께, 전술한 영상제작 인력의 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 직접효과 뿐 만 아니라, 의사소통능력 및 대인갈등의 이중매개효과가 성별에 따라서 어떻게 상이한 양상을 보이는지 규명해 볼 수 있도록 성별의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 자료분석 결과, 첫째, 업무자율성을 많이 가질수록 직업만족도도 높다는 사실이 밝혀져, 영상제작인력의 직업만족도를 향상시키는데 업무자율성이 매우 중요한 선행요인임이 입증되었다. 둘째, 직업만족도에 업무자율성이 미치는 긍정적 직접효과는 특히 여성의 경우 남성에 비해 두배 이상 월등히 강하게 나타난 점이 주목된다. 셋째, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 남성의 경우 의사소통능력을 매개(mediation)로 하여 한층 더 강화될 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 긍정적인 효과는 여성의 경우에서만 대인갈등을 매개로 약화되었는데, 이러한 대인갈등의 부분매개효과는 여성에게서만 발견되었다. 영상제작인력의 직업만족도에 업무자율성이 미치는 영향, 의사소통능력 및 대인갈등 등의 매개효과를 규명함에 있어서, 성별의 조절효과가 반드시 반영되어야 한다는 결론을 내리게 되었고, 자료분석 결과 밝혀진 주요 사실들을 토대로, 영상제작 인력의 직업만족도 향상을 위한 함의를 모색하고 논의하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 학교 밖 청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도가 사회적응력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고 학교 밖 청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도가 사회적응력에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 의사소통이 어 떠한 매개효과가 있는지를 구명하는데 있다. 이와 같이 실천적인 의의를 도출하기 위하여 연구의 대상을 대전시에 거주하는 만 12세에서 만 18세 사이의 청소년으로서 대전 청소년상담복지센터를 이용하는 학교 밖 청소년을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 측정문항과 대상자에 대한 기술통계분석 및 가설검증을 위하 여 사회과학 조사프로그램인 SPSS 22.0(ver.)을 이용하여 통계처리를 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀지는 연구결과는 가설 1의 부모양육태도는 사회적응력이 과보호일 때는 부적 상 관관계를, 돌봄일 때는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 통계적으로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 가설 2의 부모양 육태도는 의사소통이 과보호일 때는 부적 상관관계를, 돌봄일 때는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 통계적으 로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 이것은 적절한 돌봄이 높을수록 사회적응력과 의사소통이 높다는 것을 의미한 다. 가설 3의 의사소통은 사회적응력에 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 이것은 의사소통이 잘되는 청소년은 사회적응력이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 가설 4의 부모양육태도가 사회적응력에 영향을 미칠 때 의사소통은 매개효과로 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 통계적으로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 이것은 어릴 때 과보호로 양 육되어 졌더라도 의사소통이 잘되는 청소년은 사회적응력이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 학교 밖 청소년이 인 지하고 있는 부모의 양육태도가 사회적응력에영향력을 주지만 가족 간이나 대인관계 속에서 타인과의 의 사소통이 향상 되었을 때 좀 더 사회적응력이 높아진다. 그러므로 학교 밖 청소년이 양질의 사회생활을 하도록 하는데 기여할 수 있는 의사소통 기술이나 사회적응력훈련 프로그램 등의 개발이 요구된다.

The present study examines the features of communicative functions in middle school English textbooks, identifying whether or not they are presented based on the spiral structure. It also compares the communicative functions of 15 different middle school English textbooks and investigates whether the National English Listening Tests (NELTs) reflect the communicative functions presented in the textbooks. Two corpora were compiled using the 15 middle school English textbooks and the NELTs, and they were analyzed using WordSmith Tools. The results show that all the textbooks included communicative functions that the National Curriculum recommends; however, the textbooks presented a limited number of functions. Nonetheless, the communicative functions were presented relatively in a spiral way. The majority number of communicative functions in the textbooks and the NELTs were similar to each other, but there were some functions in the tests that were not covered in the textbooks. These results imply that more diverse communicative functions should be included in textbooks in order to help improve students’ communicative competence. The communicative functions not presented in the textbooks should not be included in the NELTs.

The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 24(1). 213~239. The purpose of this article is to give an overview of the organizational communication in the medical center. This overview is based on the results of the individual studies conducted from 2012 to 2015 within a project about organizational communication in the medical center. Firstly we will summarize the characteristics of the respective communications performed between physicians, nurses, administrative staffs and between physicians and nurses. From those characteristics we will generalize the four typical negative aspects of the organizational communication in the medical center: authoritative, lack of empathy, an air of indifference to the communication, respectless. And then we introduce the causes of the negative aspects and their influences on the staffs of the medical center. Lastly we discuss how to improve the organizational communication in the medical center.

본 연구는 가정폭력 가해자를 대상으로 한 가정폭력 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하는 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 가정폭력 프로그램의 개입 효과성을 검증하기 위해 갈등, 폭력, 분노, 의사소통, 자아인식이 프로그램 전과 후에 어떤 변화를 보이고 있는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 갈등, 폭력, 분노, 부정적 의사소통 변인은 사후 점수가 사전 점수보다 더 낮게 나타났으며, 자기 자신과 긍정적 의사소통 변인은 사후 점수가 사전 점수보다 더 높게 나타났다. 각 변인들의 사전, 사후 점수의 유의성을 분석한 결과, 갈등과 자기 자신, 긍정적 의사소통이 유의미한 통계적 결과를 도출하였다. 프로그램 종료 후 대다수 연구 참여자들은 가정폭력 프로그램이 행동 변화, 신체적 폭력 행사, 가정에서의 노력 등에 있어 긍정적인 변화를 경험했다고 응답했다. 이러한 결과는 가해자 대상 가정폭력 프로그램이 연구 참여자의 부정적 변인들의 수준을 낮추고, 긍정적 변인들을 수준을 높이며 행동 변화로까지 연결됨을 의미하는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 가정폭력 프로그램에 대한 구체적 제언을 제시하였다.

This study analyzed the problem of internet game addiction of adolescents, which have recently been considered as serious social problem associated with internet environment, in the developmental perspective and relation with family function by using the "research on the actual condition of children and adolescents online games and family leisure 2009." The object of the study is students and parents from grade 7 to 9 of middle school nationwide. For the data analysis methods, frequency analysis and structural equation analysis were conducted by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. In the result of the study, parents' open type communication had negative effect on game addiction, and parents' problem type communication had positive effect; among the influences of parents' open type and problem type communications on game addictions, it was shown that family function (family cohesion and family adaptation) had negative mediated effect. These findings indicated that when family played its role properly, adolescents were able to escape from the game addiction, and such influence is very powerful. The result offers significant implications in the modern society where communication with parents is insufficient, emphasizing the need to better communication between family members.

목적 : 본 연구는 작업 중심 회상치료가 치매노인의 의사소통과 상호작용기술에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2012년 5월 30일부터 7월 18일까지 구로구 ○○데이케어센터에 내원한 경 . 중등도 치매노인 7명을 대상으로 8주 동안 주 1회 40분의 작업 중심 회상치료를 실시하였으며 치료 전후 의사소통과 상호작용기술에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 유사 실험연구로써 단일군 전·후 실험설계를 적용하였다. 평가는 Assessment of Communication and Interaction Skills; ACIS를 이용하여 시행하였다. 결과 : 작업 중심 회상치료 실시 전에 비하여 실시 후에 치매노인의 의사소통과 상호작용기술이 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 또한 경도치매와 중등도 치매 사이에 ACIS 점수 변화량에는 통계적으로 유의미한차이는 없었다(p>.05). 결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지역사회에 거주하는 치매노인에게 있어서 작업 중심 회상치료가 의사소통과 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 향후 작업치료사들이 작업 중심 회상치료에 대한 전문지식을 습득하여 다양한 프로그램을 개발할 때 작업 중심 회상치료에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행될 것이다.
