        In response to the global interest and efforts towards reducing plastic use and promoting resource recycling, there is a growing need to establish methods for recycling discarded fishing gear. In Korea, various technologies are being developed to recycle discarded fishing gear, but significant technical and policy challenges still remain. In particular, biodegradable gill nets require a pre-treatment process to separate biodegradable materials from other substances and to remove salt before recycling. Therefore, this study aims to develop a pre-treatment device for recycling biodegradable gill nets and to evaluate the feasibility of recycling them.

        The purpose of flow analysis is to develop a simple CFD analysis model to develop a heat transfer analysis model including transient heat transfer characteristics, especially phase change, of thin film evaporators. The simple analytical model focuses on the evaporation phase change. To reduce the computational cost, the shape was simplified to two dimensions, and the simulation time was set short with a focus on simulating the phase change phenomenon. In the future, based on this analysis model, we will develop an analysis model for simulating not only vaporization but also liquefaction, that is, transient distillation phenomenon, according to the shape of the thin film distillation device.

        Porous Fe-Cu-C alloy was sintered by Pulsed Current Activated Sintering(PCAS) method within 10 min from horizontal ball mill mixture. The relative density of Fe-20wt.%Cu-0.8wt.%C alloy fabricated by PCAS method was 91%. The average hardness of the Fe-20wt.%Cu-0.8wt.%C alloy was HRB 92. The phase analysis, microstructure and composition information of the sintered alloy were investigated by using XRD, FESEM, EDAX.

        본 연구는 소와 돼지 식육부산물의 위생처리를 위한 볼텍스 튜브를 이용한 오존수 제조 장치를 개발 하기 위해 수행되었다. 오존가스발생에 있어서 가장 중요한 인자는 원료공기의 온도이며, 위생처리를 위한 오존수 내 오존농도에 크게 영향을 미친다. 이러한 이유 때문에 오존발생기로 유입되는 원료공기의 온도를 낮추기 위해 볼텍스 튜브가 이용되었다. 성능평가의 결과에 의하면, 공기압축기의 배출공기 압력 3~5bar, 볼텍스 튜브의 냉기비율 40~80%와 냉각공기의 압력 0.0~0.4bar가 28.2℃의 주변 공기 온도 하에서 볼텍스 튜브의 냉각공기의 온도에 교호적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.05), 최적 조건은 공기압축기의 배출공기 압력 4bar, 볼텍스 튜브의 냉기비율 40%, 냉각공기의 압력 0.3bar이었다. 최적조건과 주변 공기온도 35℃ 하에서 볼텍스 튜브를 이용한 오존수 제조 장치의 성능을 평가한 결과에 의하면, 오존수 내 오존농도가 0.43ppm 이상이었다. 따라서 볼텍스 튜브를 이용한 오존수 제조 장치의 성능이 우수하여 여름철 악조건 하에서도 이용이 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

        작업 편이성을 높일 수 있는 원통형 종이포트를 일정한 크기로 생산하여 연속적 공급이 가능한 원통형 종이 포트 제조장치를 개발하고, 장치의 성능시험을 수행하였다. 원통형 종이포트 제조장치는 상토공급부, 종이 공급부, 종이 접착부, 종이포트 절단부로 구성되어 종이포트 제조를 위한 상토공급부터 종이포트 절단까지의 공정이 연속적으로 이루어지도록 하였다. 상토 함수율에 따른 적정 상토공급압력시험에서는 상토를 공급하는 진공압이 높을수록 종이포트의 경도와 가밀도가 높게 나타났으며, 수분 함수율이 높아질수록 경도와 가밀도는 증가하다가 낮아지는 경향을 나타내어 포트제조부로 상토를 공급하기 위한 적정 함수율 및 공기압은 50%~60%와 0.5 Mpa인 것으로 판단된다. 제조장치의 성능과 고형접착제에 의한 종이 접착시간을 고려하였을 때, 종이의 원통 성형이 이루어지고 가이드부와의 유착없이 연속적인 공정이 이루어질 수 있는 적정 온도는 150oC~160oC인 것으로 판단된다. 원통형 종이포트 절단칼날의 최적 절단 각도를 구명하기 위한 시험에서는 절단 속도와 작업의 안전성을 고려하여 최소 기울기인 30o에서 깨끗한 단면을 나타내는 일자칼날을 사용하는 것이 적합할 것으로 판단 된다. 원통형 종이포트 제조장치의 성능시험에서 종이포트의 길이는 설정한 길이로 균일하게 제조되었으며, 종이 접착 및 상토공급 등 준비 시간을 제외한 종이포트(직경: 40mm, 길이: 40mm) 제조 작업성능은 3300개/hr로 나타났다.

        In this study, manufacturing equipments for urushiol free raw rhus verniciflua stem(RRVS) extracts are developed which do not need for drying process and high pressure device. The three layered pressure tank and heating medium oil boiler are designed which are more efficient than the conventional ones, and the safety of the tank is assured by the structural analysis software. Finally, the RRVS extracts are prepared by water extraction technique at 100℃ using the developed equipments. In the physicochemical experiments for the RRVS extracts, an allergen such as urushiol is not detected, whereas the antioxidant such as polyphenol and flavonoid are contained.

The development of energy-saving building materials is also evolving as the energy saving of buildings becomes a main trend. In public and commercial buildings, reliability and beauty are emphasized with respect to the safety of buildings. The purpose of this study was to develop a manufacturing equipment and technology for the development of high airtight stainless steel insulation doors that can meet energy saving design standards of buildings.

        Wire rods having various sectional shape are generally used in various applications. In a 2-roll shape rolling process, step-by-step rolling operations are executed repeatedly and the rollers must be changed whenever the sectional shape of wire rod is changed. The frequent changes of the rollers and discontinuous repeated operations are cause various shortcomings such as increase of manufacturing cost and reduction in precision. We had developed a high precision automatic wire rod manufacturing system to reduce these shortcomings in the previous study. In this study, we evaluated the field application performance of the developed system in terms of straightness, thickness deviation, surface precision, tensile and hardness of the wire rod in order to verify the feasibility of the system.

        Ni(OH)2 hollow spheres have been prepared by solvent displacement crystallization using a micro-injection device, and the effect of process parameters such as concentration and the relative ratio of the injection speed of the precursor solution, which is an aqueous solution of NiSO4·6H2O, to isopropyl alcohol of displacement solvent have been investigated. The crystal phases after NaOH treatment are in the β-phase for all process parameters. A higher concentration of NiSO4·6H2O aqueous solution is injected by a micro-injection device and bigger Ni(OH)2 hollow spheres with a narrower particle size distribution are formed. The crystallinity and hardness of the as-obtained powder are so poor that hydrothermal treatment of the as-obtained Ni(OH)2 at 120oC for 24 h in distilled water is performed in order to greatly improve the crystallinity. It is thought that a relative ratio of the injection speed of NiSO4·6H2O to that of isopropyl alcohol of at least more than 1 is preferable to synthesize Ni(OH)2 hollow spheres. It is confirmed that this solution- based process is very effective in synthesizing ceramic hollow spheres by simple adjustment of the process parameters such as the concentration and the injection speed.

Automatic continuous manufacturing system is necessary to raise the productivity and strengthen the competitiveness in the phosphor bronze wire manufacturing. For this purpose, the authors carrying out the design and production of devices such as raw material supply, drawing, heat treatment, winding and main control system, etc. As a result, we could product the 0.35mm of phosphor bronze wire with continuous processes.

        Wire rods having various sectional shape are generally used directly in various applications. In the shape rolling, a couple of grooved rollers are used and the groove match the sectional shape of the wire rod. In this 2 roll system, a couple of rollers must be changed whenever the sectional shape of the wire rod is changed, and the frequent changes of roller cause rise of manufacturing cost. In this study, in order to apply a highly precise 4 roll rolling mill developed in previous studies on the shape rolling manufacturing process, the raw wire feeding equipment, 2 roll rolling mill, turks Head rolling mill, large heat treatment equipment, a steam cleaning equipment, a large winding equipment, cooling equipment, a tension adjustment equipment, designed and manufactured to the main control system. In addition, the problems corrected throughout these various equipments for manufacturing high-precision automatic rolling mill system developed by assembling more than six months and was conducted between complementary and testing process.

        떡은 제조 방법에 따라 찌는 떡, 치는 떡, 빚는 떡 등으로 분류되는데 치는 떡은 쌀이나 찹쌀 가루를 절구에 넣고 쳐서 만든 떡으로 인절미, 가래떡 등이 있다. 통상적으로 기계로 가래떡을 제조할 때는 멥쌀 세척 및 이물질 제거, 수 침과 물 빼기, 습식 분쇄(롤밀, 물과 소금 첨가), 증자, 방냉, 펀칭, 압출성형 순으로 이루어진다. 이처럼 여러 공정으로 이루어지는 떡 제조는 힘과 노력이 많이 들뿐만 아니라 균일한 품질과 위생적 안전이 쉽지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위해 제조공정을 단순화한 일체형 떡 제조장치를 개발하여 건식쌀가루 및 습식쌀가루를 이용하여 떡 제조 시험을 하였다. 개발 장치는 절구 내부에 회전 날개, 돌기, 증기 유입구, 온도센서 등이 설치되어 있으며, 재료를 넣으면 교반, 증숙, 펀칭, 제병이 하나의 기계로 이루어진다. 본 연구는 일체형 떡 제조장치에 대하여 습식 쌀가루와 건식 쌀가루로 굳지 않는 떡 제조기술을 응용하여 가래떡을 만들고 그 특성을 분석하여 굳지 않는 떡 제조 적응성을 검토하였다. 시료는 쌀(2014년 생산 신동진)을 핀밀 분쇄기로 분쇄한 건식 쌀가루(8kg, 물 4kg, 소금 96g)와 물에 불려 2회 빻은(롤밀, 물 1.96kg, 소금 100g) 습식 쌀가루(평균 12.45kg)를 사용하였다. 떡 제조 방법은 굳지 않는 떡 제조기술을 응용하여 가래 떡으로 만들었다. 시험 결과, 식힘장치의 압축공기 분사로 증숙 후 반죽 온도를 습식 약 30℃, 건식 약 20℃로 떨어뜨 려 굳음 방지 기술 적용 시 증숙된 반죽 온도를 70℃ 이하로 내릴 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 증숙된 반죽과 가래떡 무게는 각각 13kg, 12kg 남짓이었으며, 함수율은 습식쌀가루 51.61~52.19로 건식쌀가루 46.72~48.87보다 높았으며, 가 래떡 굵기는 건식쌀가루가 습식쌀가루보다 약 4mm 정도 더 굵었다. 물리적 및 이화학적 품질특성 조사 결과 굳지 않 는 떡 품질 특성을 나타내지 않았으며, 관능평가는 습식쌀가루로 만든 가래떡이 평가항목에서 높은 평가를 받았으며 전체적인 기호도도 높게 나왔다. 따라서 쌀가루 제조가 용이한 건식 쌀가루를 적용한 일체형 떡 제조장치 이용 확대 를 위하여 떡의 품질 개선 연구가 추가로 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각되었다.

        The electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding sheet of grid pattern for the wireless charger has been designed by using grid pattern metal sheet, PET & DST stacking and laminating technology. For this purpose, the twisting protection and the bubbling prevention device, the automatic position adjustment controller, the visual sensors and the motor actuator for controller, the EMI shielding sheet cutting device and the main control system have been developed for manufacturing the apparatus. As the study result, the development on manufacturing the equipment and shielding sheet of the EMI shielding sheet of grid pattern for the wireless charger having the lamination productivity of 27.4m/min exceeded the target of 8m/min in this study. In addition, the magnetic induction and the applicable shielding sheet were prepared in the magnetic resonance system, all of the two wireless charging system. The power with a band of average 6.87MHz of shielding sheet was greater than the target of 30dB to 32.57dB. The available frequency with a band of average 7.95MHz the target was exceeded by a 7.00MHz.

        The functional wood plastic composite(WPC) is one of the noted materials for landscape architecture and residential construction. Iron band, embossing and drain holes are improve the strength and skid resistance of the WPC. In this study, we had developed an automatic manufacturing system for the functional WPC that has vertical pattern embossing and drain holes. The system is consist of an automatic vertical pattern embossing device, multi-spindle drilling M/C, sanding device, inspection equipment, and some facilities developed in the previous research. The performance tests on the several functional items of the system and manufactured WPC represented satisfactory values except the skid resistance and absorption thickness expansion rate.

        In this study, we have developed an automatic manufacturing system for functional wood plastic composites(WPC) which are one of spotlighting materials for landscape architecture and residential construction material. In addition to the existing facilities, this manufacturing system is consist of an automatic hole manufacturing device, iron band supply and winding device, mold with the iron band insert system, calibration unit, control system, etc. We have performed the performance tests for the system such as the specific gravity, bending strength, screw holding power, percentage of moisture content, formaldehyde, absorption thickness, expansion rate, cold resistance(appearance & bending strength), and shock resistance. As a result, the performance of the prototype system satisfies all the objects of this study.

        In this study, development of the manufacturing system for the oriental medicine needle was carried through the wire drawing from the wire supply, straightness, heat treatment and surface treatment processes, and finally wire cutting or winding by the online process. As a result, a prototype manufacturing system for the oriental medicine needle wire has been developed. It has been shown that all development targets, such as, straightness, precision, surface roughness, tensile strength, discoloration, noise, diameter range and maximum production speed have been satisfied through the performance test.
