본 연구는 산업안전보건법 제57조, 시행규칙 제73조에 근거한 산업재해조사표와 관련하여 산업재해 예방 관점에서 산업재해조사표의 문제점을 경험적으로 확인하고 자율 안전보건 관리체계 구축을 위한 활용 방안을 제언하였다. 2017~2020년에 제출된 산업재해조사표 1,200건을 무선 추출하여 재해발생 개요 및 원인, 재발방지계획을 대상으로 작성된 내용 적정성을 분석하고 계량적 평정을 통해 업종과 규모별 내용작성 차이를 통계적으로 분석하 였다. 또한 일반적인 산업재해조사표 작성 사례를 작성방법과 비교하여 정리하였다. 연구 결과, 제조업과 건설업에 비해 기타업종은 평정점수가 낮게 나타났으며, 규모가 작은 사업 장일수록 평정점수가 낮게 나타나 산업재해조사표의 내용 적정성 수준이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 일반적인 작성 사례를 비교한 결과, 재해발생 개요 및 원인을 구체적으 로 작성하지 않는 경우와 더불어 사고의 원인과 결과를 단순화시켜 작성한 경우가 많았다. 산업재해조사표의 목적과 중요성을 고려할 때, 작성방법에 대한 교육과 홍보, 관련 업무의 인력 보충 및 업무처리 절차 개선, 그리고 산업재해 예방사업과의 연계가 필요하다.
During the reign of King Sejong in the Joseon Dynasty (1433-1438), the Daegyupyo (large gnomon) was produced. The Daegyupyo, with a crossbar (horizontal bar), was used to observe the length of the gnomon’s shadow cast by the sun passing at the meridian. The shadow of this crossbar can be obtained using a measurable device called the Yeongbu (shadow definer). These Daegyupyo and Yeongbu are described in detail in the “Treatise on Astronomy” of Yuan History or “Celestial Spheres and Globes” of Jega-Yeoksang-Jjp (Collected Discourses on the Astronomy and Calendrical Science of the Chinese Masters). According to Jega-Yeoksang-Jjp, the Yeongbu had a structure similar to a door attached to its frame. A pinhole is located in the center of a copper leaf corresponding to the door of the Yeongbu. The image of the sun’s meridian transit and the shadow of the crossbar through the pinhole are projected onto the surface of the Daegyupyo’s ruler stone. Unlike the width and length of the Yeongbu, the height of the Yeongbu is not recorded. This research analyzed the height of the Yeongbu required to maintain the constant distance from the pinhole to the ruler stone surface. Based on these assumptions, it was estimated that 8 to 13 Yeongbu of different heights would be needed for observations using the Daegyupyo in Seoul. To accommodate the need for Yeongbu of various heights, this study proposed a model for a stackable Yeongbu with an adjustable height.
This study investigates using Conditional Tabular Generative Adversarial Networks (CT-GAN) to generate synthetic data for turnover prediction in large employment datasets. The effectiveness of CT-GAN is compared with Adaptive Synthetic Sampling (ADASYN), Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), and Random Oversampling (ROS) using Logistic Regression (LR), Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), Random Forest (RF), and Extreme Learning Machines (ELM), evaluated with AUC and F1-scores. Results show that GAN-based techniques, especially CT-GAN, outperform traditional methods in addressing data imbalance, highlighting the need for advanced oversampling methods to improve classification accuracy in imbalanced datasets.
기동상은 미완료상으로서 문장 차원에서 동작이나 상태 변화가 곧 시작하는 의 미뿐만 아니라 진행하는 의미도 있다. 동작이나 상태 변화가 시간 축에서 한 동안 에 진행해야 되기 때문이다. 기동상 표지는 시작 의미만 나타내는 ‘起来’외에 시 작하고 진행하는 의미를 표시하는 표지도 포함되어야 한다. 중국어 기동상 표지 라고 하면 대부분 방향보어인 ‘起来’를 떠올리기 시작한다. 그러지만 통사적으로 분석해 볼 때는 기동상 표지는 더 있는 것이다. 다른 방향보어인 ‘上来’, ‘下去’, ‘下来’가 상태 동사와 결합하여 선행 상태 변화가 곧 시작하거나 시작한 다음에 지속/진행하기는 의미도 있으므로 기동상 표지로 간주해야 된다. 보어‘起’, 상태 동사, 인지 동사, 조동사 ‘要’, ‘该’, ‘想’은 완료상 표지 ‘了’와 결합하여 ‘기동’ 의 미를 표시할 수도 있다. 다만 이 표지들이 ‘起来’와 달리 구조적, 의미적 제약을 고려해야 된다. 결과적으로 보어 ‘下来’는 미연(未然)사건과 결합하여야 되며 ‘下 去’는 이연(已然)사건과 결합하여야 된다. 그리고 상태 동사가 완료상 표지 ‘了’와 공기하여야 된다. 이외에는 당위성 조동사 ‘要’, ‘该’, ‘想’와 ‘S了’의 결합은 반사 실적 상황으로서 동작이 곧 나타나는 의미이니까 기동상 표지로 간주할 수 있다.
A new oak mushroom cultivar ‘K815’ was bred from monokaryotic strains of ‘Jadam-2’ and ‘LE191732-118’. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth of ‘K815’ was 25oC, and the temperature for primordia formation and fruiting body development was 15~20oC. The fruiting body morphology is hemispherical and the fruiting form is sporadic. Total cultivation period of the new cultivar, from inoculation to its first harvest, was 133 days, which was 3 days longer than control cultivar ‘Jadam’ (129 days), with 32 days for spawn running, 89 days for browning, 4 days for primordia formation, and 8 days for fruiting body development. In the fruiting body, the thickness and diameter of pileus of the new cultivar were 32.2 mm and 58.3mm, respectively, and the length of stipe was 35.6 mm. Compared to the control cultivar ('Jadam', 'L808'), the pileus of the new cultivar was thicker and smaller and the length of stipe was shorter. The total number of fruiting bodies of ‘K815’ was 58.9, which was higher than the control varieties and total yield of 2 crop cycle of ‘K815’ was 580 g (per 3 kg substrate), which was similar to the control variety.
The effects of punching treatment on mycelial culture and fruiting body productivity were investigated in a new Lentinula edodes cultivar, “Jadam”, in sawdust medium for the stable production of oak mushroom. As the punching volume and number increased, the weight loss rate and color difference increased and the L value decreased. After spawn inoculation, the sawdust medium temperature and CO2 concentration reached their highest values at 33 and 19 days of incubation, respectively. The O2 concentration showed the lowest value on the 14th day of incubation, which was the opposite pattern to the CO2 concentration. As the punching volume and the number increased, the medium temperature and O2 concentration increased, and the CO2 concentration decreased. Higher punching volumes and numbers resulted in higher temperatures and lower CO2 concentrations. The best fruiting body yield was 5 × 70 mm - 30 (punching diameter × depth - number), and the total yield after three cycles was 644.7 g.
A new spore-less cultivar Lentinula edodes ‘Daedam’ was bred from monokaryotic strains of ‘LE15401-24’ and ‘LE192118-10’. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of ‘Daedam’ on potato dextrose agar was 22~25oC. Total cultivation period of the new cultivar, from inoculation to its first harvest, was 134 days, similar to that of the control cultivar ‘Hwadam’. Total yield of ‘Daedam’ was 222g per 3kg substrate, and was lower than that of control cultivar(266.0g). The fruiting body of ‘Daedam’ had a thick and small pileus and a longer stem compare to control cultivar. As a result of a analyzing the productivity of ‘Daedam’ on the different substrate types, the biological efficiency was 26.7% in the 1.2kg cylindrical substrate(CS), which was higher than that of the 3kg rod-type substrate(RS). 'Daedam' had a similar yield compared to 'Hanacham' in first fruiting body production, but the cultivation period was 40 days shorter. Therefore, 'Daedam' can only harvest fruiting bodies once, it is thought that it can be used as spore-less oak mushroom cultivar for short-term cultivation instead of 'Hanacham' in mushroom farms.
The objective of this study was to achieve biological control of green mold disease in Pyogo mushrooms using antagonistic microorganisms. Bacillus subtilis BSM320 cells inhibited mycelial growth by 48–60% against three Trichodermaisolates including T. hazianumisolated from the substrates of Lentinula edodes, showing their antifungal activity.The bacteria were cultured to a high density of 4.2 x 109±113.7 cfu/mlin aqueous extract of composted spent mushroom substrates of L. edodes containing 1% glucose and showed a higher growth rate than that observed when using the commercial medium, Luria-Bertani broth. The bacterial culture showed a 75% protective effect without damaging the mushroom fruiting bodies. These results suggest that B. subtilis BSM320culture is suitable for biological control of green mold disease during mushroom cultivation.
This study aimed to replace the imported Chinese complete medium for Lentinula edodes with a newly-developed complete medium that is suitable for export as well. Three media compositions that supported fast mycelium growth and higher density, compared to that in the control, were chosen. Culture in the T13 medium reduced the incubation period for ‘Nongjingo’ by 12 days and for ‘Cham-aram’ by 10 days, compared to that required for the control; in addition, the number of days required for browning was greatly reduced for both varieties. The quantity of each mixed medium was increased according to the composition from the 1st to the 5th cycle by 5.9% for ‘Nongjingo’ and 12.6% for ‘Cham-aram’ in T13, compared to that in the control. A mixed medium comprising oak sawdust + Douglas fir sawdust + corn flour (40:40:20, v/v) was selected as the most suitable complete medium.
This study was conducted to establish an appropriate period of use of sawdust spawn at low temperatures and a nutrient supplement medium for cultivation of Lentinula edodes ‘Hwadam’. Of the nutrient supplements, the total yield of rice bran (5%) + corn flour (5%) treatments were 673.3 g, which was higher than rice bran (551.6 g) and wheat bran (546.7 g) treatments, respectively. As shown by the growth of Lentinula edodes ‘hwadam' during to the sawdust spawn storage period (at 4oC), the period of spawn running, browning, fruiting body formation, and development was 27 d, 81 d, 5 d, and 11-13 d, respectively, regardless of the length of the storage period at 4 oC. After 3 months of storage of sawdust spawn, the number of fruiting bodies and yield decreased as the storage period increased. Therefore, the period of use of sawdust spawn (at 4 oC) for the stable production of fruiting bodies of Lentinula edodes ‘Hwadam’ was a maximum of 3 months.
본 연구에서는 기존에 인체에 유익한 효과가 있고 부작 용 없이 장기간 안전하게 사용할 수 있으며 간보호 및 간 기능 개선에 탁월한 효과가 있는 표고를 추출 및 농축하여 원유에 농도별로 첨가하여, 3종의 유산균을 이용하여 발효하였다. 표고의 농도를 달리하여 유산균을 배양하였을 때 면역관련 물질인 ergothioneine 및 β-glucan의 함량 을 측정한 결과 ergothioneine함량은 30% 표고추출농축액에 L. plantarum이 첨가되어 배양된 발효물이 40.48 mg/100 g로 가장 높은 함량을 나타냈다. β-Glucan은 30 % 표고추출농축액에 L. brevis가 첨가된 발효물이 13.94 %로 가장 높은 함량이 나타났다. 두 면역관련 물질 모두 표고추출농축액 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. SD rat을 간을 적출하여 일차 간세포로 분리해 발효물의 간보호 효과를 측정하였다. 표고추출농축액과 유산균 발효물을 10, 50, 100, 500 μg/mL을 일차 간세포에 처리 하여 MTT assay 방법으로 세포독성을 측정한 결과, 모든 농도에서 독성을 보이지 않았다. 또한 10 mM 아세트아미 노펜을 처리하여 독성을 유발한 일차 간세포에 시료를 처리하여 AST, ALT, LDH를 측정한 결과, 효소의 농도가 감소하여 간보호 기능에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이중 L. brevis를 첨가하여 배양한 발효물 처리구에서 효소의 농도가 가장 감소한 것을 보았고, 가장 간보호 효과가 뛰어난 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 표고추출농축액에 유산균을 첨가하여 발효하였을 때, 기존의 표고보다 면역관련 물질의 함량이 증가하고, 간기능 보호에 더욱 효과가 있음을 입증하였다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 표고 유산균 발효물이 건강기능 소재로서 연구를 위한 기초 연구자료로 활용될 수 있 것으로 생각된다.
