        The purpose of this research was to examine consumers from distinct cultural groups and examine similarities and differences in their green purchase behaviors. The sample consisted of consumers from U.S.A. and South Korea and the theory of planned behavior was used as a theoretical framework to test the influence of diverse constructs on consumers’ purchase intentions toward organic cotton apparel. A total of 334 participants (164 for U.S.A. sample and 170 for South Korea sample) were recruited to examine purchase behaviors toward organic cotton apparel. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the relationship between the TPB constructs and compare the results between the two country groups. AMOS 24 and SPSS 24 were used to analyze the data. For both countries, perceived behavioral control (PBC) and descriptive norms were strong predictors of purchase intentions and injunctive norms strongly influenced attitude formation. However, the two groups showed different results regarding attitude-purchase intention, descriptive norms-attitude, and injunctive norms-purchase intentions relationship. For example, while attitude was the strongest predictor of purchase intention in the U.S.A. group, it had an insignificant effect in South Korea group. For South Korea group PBC had the strongest effect on consumers purchase intention. Multi-group SEM results showed that the difference in the chi-square statistics between the two models was significant. Significant differences were found in two structural paths: attitude → purchase intention and PBC → purchase intention. TPB provided a useful framework for explaining green purchase behaviors in both countries as PBC and descriptive norms strongly predicted consumers’ intention to purchase. However, South Koreans were more affected by the social pressure: their purchase intention were strongly influenced by both injunctive norms and descriptive norms which was in contrast to the findings from American consumers. Injunctive norms were an insignificant predictor of purchase intentions in the U.S.A. group. Injunctive norms reflect individual’s perception of whether the behavior is approved or disapproved by others while descriptive norms involve individual’s perception of whether the behavior is typically performed by others. Therefore, when Korean consumers perceive that others believe it is a good idea to purchase organic cotton apparel and when they actually see others purchasing the product, they will feel more inclined to purchase the product themselves. This result is consistent with previous research that suggest conformity is a crucial factor for people belonging to a collectivistic culture (e.g., Hofstede, 1980; Kitayama et al., 1995).

        목적: 안경광학과 전공 학생과 전문가를 대상으로 스마트 기반 국가시험에 대한 인식에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 안경광학 전공 학생, 교수, 임상전문가(안경사)로 구성된 171명을 대상으로 지필평가방식과 스마트 기반 멀티미디어 문항이 포함된 평가방식(SBT)에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과: 안경관련 전문가 집단의 SBT에 대한 인식은 다른 보건의료직종의 전문가 집단보다 낮은 것으로 나 타났지만, 안경사국가시험에서 지필평가와 SBT 평가 두 시험 체제는 차이가 없을 것이라는 의견이 44.4%, SBT 평가체제가 더 좋다는 의견이 37.4%로 지필평가(31.0%) 보다 높게 나타났다. 스마트 기반 시험의 가장 긍정적인 측면은 시험에 소요되는 시간 단축을 최대 장점으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 멀티미디어 문항의 긍정적인 측면은 임상현장에서의 수행능력을 효과적으로 평가할 수 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교수집단의 경우 응시자의 임상수행능력을 보다 정확하게 평가할 수 있다, 졸업 후 임상현장에서 업무를 수행 하는 과정에 도움이 된다, 수행평가가 용이하다는 점에서 임상전문가보다 더 긍정적으로 반응하였다. 결론: 지필시험에서 사용하고 있는 선택형 시험문항은 문제해결능력보다는 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 관련 지식을 기억하거나 이해하고 있는지를 주로 평가하고 있어, 해당 직무의 실제성 또는 현실성을 반영하는 시험이 되기 위해서는 본 연구결과를 반영한 SBT 체제로의 전환이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 이를 위한 타당성 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        목적: 제 5기 국민건강영양조사(2011년, 2012년) 자료를 기반으로 우리나라 나이관련황반변성(age-related macular degeneration)과 비타민과 무기질의 섭취의 상관성을 분석하였다. 방법: 국민건강영양조사 제 5기 과정 중 2011, 2012년도 조사대상자 중 건강 검진, 안과 검진과 영양검진 조사를 받은 45세 이상 성인을 대상으로 나이관련황반변성과 비타민, 무기질섭취량의 상관성을 분석하였다. 나이관련황반변성의 연관성은 교차분석과 카이제곱 검정으로 분석하고, 위험비(odds ratio)는 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 구하고 유의수준은 0.05 이하로 하였다. 결과: 국민건강영양조사를 받은 45세 이상의 한국인 6,219명 중 나이관련황반변성 유병률은 9.6%로 나타 났다. 초기 나이관련황반변성은 비타민 A, B1, B2, B3 및 C와 칼슘, 인, 철, 나트륨, 칼륨의 섭취와 상관성이 있었으며, 비타민 B3 섭취량이 평균 미만인 경우는 평균이상인 경우보다 초기 나이관련황반변성의 발생 위험이 1.35배(95% 신뢰구간:1.03~1.78) 높았다. 나이관련황반변성 말기 환자 군에서는 칼륨과 비타민 B2 섭취량이 평균보다 적으면 유병률이 높았으며, 칼륨 섭취량이 평균 미만인 경우는 발병 위험이 4.3배(95% 신뢰구간:1.76~10.59) 높았다. 결론: 비타민과 무기질의 섭취는 나이관련황반변성의 발병 위험과 병의 진행을 억제하는 것으로 사료된다.

        Metabolic syndrome is a risk factor for cardiovascular and type 2 diabetes. This study was conducted to examine the relevance between nutrition intake, meal quality, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in Koreans with metabolic syndrome. The 2,536 subjects, aged 19~64, who participated in 2015 National Nutrition Survey were included in this study. The 24-hour recall method was employed to analyze nutrition intake and dietary quality. Subjects were grouped into either the non-metabolic syndrome group (n=1,938) or the metabolic syndrome group (n=598). Total males and females were divided into 3 groups according to the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level to study its relationship to metabolic syndrome and its components, including odds ratio (OR) and confidence interval (CI). Results showed the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) value was higher in the metabolic syndrome group (3.37) than non-metabolic syndrome group (1.57) (p<0.001). In the Index of Nutrition Quality, males in the non-metabolic syndrome group showed higher niacin (p<0.05) than males in metabolic syndrome group. Females in the non-metabolic syndrome group had higher vitamin B1 (p<0.01), vitamin B2 (p<0.001), niacin (p<0.05), calcium (p<0.001), and phosphate (p<0.01). Female in the high hs-CRP group showed high OR in blood glucose component (OR 2.488, 95% CI: 1.269~4.879) and metabolic syndrome risk (OR 2.856, 95% CI: 1.292~6.314). Females in the middle hs-CRP group had high triglycerides component (OR 2.956, 95% CI: 1.920~4.551), compared to the low hs-CRP group. The study showed females with higher hs-CRP had a higher risk of metabolic syndrome.

        PURPOSES : In this study, the propriety of expansion joint spacing of airport concrete pavement was examined by using weather and material characteristics. METHODS: A finite element model for simulating airport concrete pavement was developed and blowup occurrence due to temperature increase was analyzed. The critical temperature causing the expansion of concrete slab and blow up at the expansion joint was calculated according to the initial vertical displacement at the joint. The amount of expansion that can occur in the concrete slab for 20 years of design life was calculated by summing the expansion and contraction by temperature, alkali-silica reaction, and drying shrinkage. The effective expansion of pavement section between adjacent expansion joints was calculated by subtracting the effective width of expansion joint from the summation of the expansion of the pavement section. The temperature change causing the effective expansion of pavement section was also calculated. The effective expansion equivalent temperature change was compared to the critical temperature, which causes the blowup, according to expansion joint spacing to verify the propriety of expansion joint applied to the airport concrete pavement. RESULTS: When an initial vertical displacement of the expansion joint was 3mm or less, the blowup never occurred for 300m of joint spacing which is used in Korean airports currently. But, there was a risk of blow-up when an initial vertical displacement of the expansion joint was 5mm or more due to the weather or material characteristics. CONCLUSIONS: It was confirmed that the intial vertical displacement at the expansion joint could be managed below 3mm from the previous research results. Accordingly it was concluded that the 300m of current expansion joint spacing of Korean airports could be used without blowup by controling the alkali-silica reaction below its allowable limit.

        When there is a significant stripping in asphalt pavement, it is common practice to use a hydrated lime (HL) as an anti-stripping additive (ASA). However, since many asphalt plants do not have facilities for weighing and casting HL, they prefer to use of a liquid-type ASA (LA). Therefore, various brands of LAs which show proper anti-stripping function are currently developed, imported, and marketed in Korea. In addition to the anti-stripping effect, the HL has been known to give a significant age-retarding effect on paved asphalt in the field. Therefore, there was a question about whether or not the LA provides the same anti-aging effect as The HL. This study investigated anti-aging effect of the asphalt mixes which were prepared using both ASAs and short-term aged and long-term aged in the laboratory. The absolute viscosity was measured as an aging index from the binder recovered from the mixes after short-term aging (STA) and long-term aging (LTA) processes. The results showed that there was a significant higher aging found from the LA-added mix than the normal mix without any ASA. On the other hands, the mix with HL showed significantly lower ageing level than the LA-added mix and normal mix. The retardation of age-hardening by using HL was more effectively observed when the STA condition was stronger.

        목 적:본 연구는 업무 숙련도에 따라 요인별 추가검사나 재검사가 어떻게 발생하는지 분석하여 MRI 검사의 추가검사와 재검사를 낮출 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법:연구방법은 2012년부터 2017년까지 6년간 서울소재 A 병원의 전체 MRI 검사건수를 집계한 다 음 연도별 추가검사와 재검사의 발생을 분석하여 업무 숙련도에 따라 관련 요인별 재검사가 유의한 차이 가 있는지 알아본 후 그에 따른 대안을 마련하였다. 결 과:연구결과, 업무 숙련도에 따른 추가검사와 재검사의 발생 건수는 장비, 환자, 검사자, 기타 요인 모두 MRI 검사업무를 시작한 1년차와 2년차에서 통계적으로 유의하게 많이 발생하였다. 결 론:결론적으로 MRI 검사업무를 시작한 1년차와 2년차의 업무수행능력을 향상 시킨다면 추가검사와 재검사 의 발생을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있다.

        목적: 한국 폐경기 여성에서 호르몬 관련 요인과 건성안의 연관성에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 본 인구 기반 단면 연구는 제5기 국민건강영양조사(2010-2012)를 완료한 총 4,586명의 폐경기 여성을 대상으로 복합표본설계 프로시저를 구성하여 분석을 시행하였다. 폐경기 여성을 대상으로 건성안 유병 률을 산출하였고, 공변량을 보정한 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하여 내생적 및 외생적 호르몬 관련요인 과 건성안의 연관성을 평가하였다. 결과: 폐경기 여성에서 건성안의 가중된 유병률은 14.2%(95% 신뢰구간: 13.0-15.8)이었다. 사회 인구학 적 요인, 건강행태 요인, 동반질환을 보정한 후에도 경구피임약을 23개월 이상 복용한 경우 건성안 발생 위 험이 1.47배(95% 신뢰구간: 1.03-2.09) 증가하였으며, 여성호르몬제를 36개월 이상 복용한 경우 건성안 발생 위험이 1.70배(95% 신뢰구간: 1.17-2.47) 증가하였다. 결론: 한국 폐경기 여성에서 장기간의 경구피임약과 여성호르몬제의 복용은 건성안의 위험을 유의하게 증가시켰다.

        In order to protect the health of students and to prevent environmental harm, the School Health Law has been enacted and enforced. In the current “School Health Law Enforcement Rule”, school facilities, such as student desks and chairs, are required to use a small amount of formaldehyde emission values. In this study, an analysis was conducted with the purpose of using the basic data for the adjustment of the present emission standard. The formaldehyde exposure trend in the classroom was evaluated by examining the newly purchased student desks and chairs. As a result of measuring the compound levels in ten schools, the new student desks and chairs seemed to have contributed little to indoor formaldehyde levels. Only one classroom out of ten schools exceeded the threshold of 100 μg/m³ in Class 2 (without new desks and chairs) [(2)103.7 μg/m³]. A measurement of the classrooms exposed to formaldehyde for more than 10 years did not exceed the standard value. It is also very likely to be a source of contamination due to the recent construction (within 6 months) of indoor building materials, which was the dominant feature of the nine new schools. Although the study comprised a limited measurement, the appraisal results are suitable for HCHO emission.

        The aim of this study was to examine the association between egg consumption and the risk of chronic disease in Korean adult females using the 2013 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. A total of 1,230 subjects aged 40~64 were classified into the 4 groups according to the number of egg consumed per week: <1, 1~2.9, 3~5, ≥5.1 As egg consumption increased, the intake of energy, protein, fiber, cholesterol, calcium, potassium, riboflavin, and vitamin C increased. The percentage of the subjects with lower intake of energy, protein, calcium, iron, vitamin A, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin C than the estimated average requirement in the <1 group were the highest among the groups. The blood lipid profile including total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol was not significantly different among the 4 egg groups. The higher egg consumption was inversely related to a lower odds ratio of metabolic syndrome, hypertriglycemia, hyperglycemia, hypoHDL-cholesterolemia, and hypertension. This result indicates that egg consumption does not elevate the plasma cholesterol level and has a beneficial effect of decreasing the risk of chronic disease. (175)

        The objective of the this study was to identify the potential relationship between eating breakfast together as a family and the nutritional status among Korean adolescents based on the 2013~2015 Korean National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey data. This study investigated 1,300 adolescents ranging in agee from twelve to eighteen years-old. In this study, according to their eating breakfast together as a family or skipping breakfast, we classified the subjects into the eating breakfast together as a family (EBF group) (male=379, female=295), eating breakfast alone (EBA group) (male=177, female=169) and skipping breakfast (SB group) (male=152, female=128). Both male and female, age in the EBF group was lower than those of the EBA and SB group (p<0.0001, respectively). In the male, the EBF group exhibited significantly higher fiber (p=0.0168) and potassium density (p=0.0065) and lower beverage intake (% energy) (p=0.0040) than the EBA and SB groups. No difference was observed the proportion of subjects who practiced a healthy diet between three groups, however, the EBF and EBA groups had a smaller proportion of subjects who were in a condition of hypo-nutrition compared to the SB group (p<0.0001, respectively). The present findings suggest that the practice of eating breakfast together as a family in adolescents may bean important consideration in relation to micro-nutrient intake status.

        This study was performed to determine the prevalence and associated risk factors of osteoarthritis in the elderly using the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2013~2014 KNHANES VI). A total of 2,148 (936 males, 1212 females) elderly participants aged 65 years or older were selected. Prevalence of osteoarthritis was higher in 460 female (80.7%) and 167 rural (29.1%) groups, than in 110 male (19.3%) and 404 urban (70.9%) groups. While the mean values of LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride level, and waist circumference were significantly higher in the osteoarthritis group than the normal group, other parameters including height, HDL-cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, hemoglobin and hematocrit values were not. Quality of life (EQ-5D) was also significantly lower in the osteoarthritis group. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, alcohol intake, obesity, hypercholesterolemia and energy intakes were significantly different in regards to the prevalence of osteoarthritis. This study suggests that obesity and energy intakes were associated with osteoarthritis, whereas risk factors of chronic disease, such as hypertension, Hypo-high density lipoprotein, hypertriglyceridemia, anemia, diabetes, vigorous physical activity, moderate physical activity and walking were not. Long-term prospective study is necessary to investigate the effects of these factors on osteoarthritis.

        민감정보는 ‘사생활 침해의 현저성’ 등을 이유로 일반적인 개인정보와 달리 취급하도록 요구된다. 「개인정보 보호법」과 「정보통신망법」은 각각 민감정보에 대하여 규율하고 있으나 그 유형 및 기준이 조금씩 다 르다. 특히 최근 정보통신서비스 제공과정에서 생체정보나 개인영상정보 등이 많이 활용되고 있는바 그러한 정보가 민감정보에 해당되는지, 그렇 다면 일반적인 개인정보와 달리 특별히 규율할 필요성이 있는지에 대하 여 검토할 필요가 있다. 또한 정보통신서비스 제공자와 이용자 간의 관 계를 규율하는 「정보통신망법」은 개인정보에 대한 일반법이라 할 수 있는 「개인정보 보호법」과의 정합성, 해외 입법과의 조화, 정보통신서 비스의 특수성을 반영하여 규율되어야 한다. 따라서 본 고에서는 정보통 신서비스 제공과정에 있어서 민감정보의 활용쟁점을 검토한 후 현행법상 민감정보 규율 내용과 한계를 분석하고 「정보통신망법」상 민감정보 규 율의 개선방안을 제안하였다. 그 주요내용으로 법률의 명확성, 개인정보 보호법과의 정합성 측면에서 “민감정보” 규정방식을 한정적 열거방식으 로 수정할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 민감정보의 유형으로서 생체정보, 건 강·성생활·성적 성향에 대한 정보, 유전정보 등이 추가되어야 하며, 민 감정보 처리의 허용을 무조건 법률에 위임할 것이 아니라 일정한 기준에 부합하는 경우에만 다른 법률에서 처리할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 민감정보의 관리, 보관, 파기 등에 있어서 특칙 필요성을 검토하였다.

        Stress has been associated with poor eating behavior and diet quality. Yet, the relationship between nutrient and food intake and perceived stress in Korean female adults has not been validated. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between nutrient and food intake and perceived stress in Korean female adults. This is a cross-sectional study based on the 2014-2015 Korean National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey data. This study investigated 2,010 female adults age 19~64. In this study, according to subjects' perceived stress, we classified subjects into very low-stress recognition group (VLSRG) (n=211), low-stress recognition group (VSRG) (n=1,223), high-stress recognition group (HSRG) (n=488) and very high-stress recognition group (VHSRG) (n=88). Daily nutrients and food group intake, food groups consumed (Dietary Diversity Score, DDS) were analyzed using data from the 24-recall method. The VHSRG had a larger proportion of subjects that were younger (p<0.0001), single (p<0.0001) and smokers (p<0.0001) compared to the VLSRG. Energy and food intake did not differ between the four groups. Percentage of subjects with protein (p=0.0322), vitamin A (p=0.0364) and vitamin C (p=0.0115) intake lower than the EAR (estimated average requirement) in the VHSRG were significantly lowest in the four groups. Also, food intake percentage from fruits and seaweed groups in the VHSRG were lower than other groups (p=0.0034, p=0.0015). DDS in the VHSRG (3.87) was significantly lowest in the four groups (p=0.0022). Results suggest that perceived stress in Korean female adults may by significant to consider in nutritional education programs.

        In this study, we have analyzed the 2015 KNHANES to understand the nutritional and health status of Korean middle-age adults from the perspective of frequency of eating breakfast. Those that eat breakfast five to seven times a week were 76.3 percent (male) and 72.7 percent (female). Frequency of eating lunch and dinner, and eating out was significantly higher among male subjects. The higher the frequency of eating breakfast, the higher the frequency of eating lunch, dinner and eating out. Female subjects that ate breakfast five to seven times a week had lower height and weight compared with other groups, but there was no significant difference of BMI and waist circumference among the four groups. Adults that eat breakfast five to seven times a week had consumed more carbohydrates, dietary fiber, phosphorus, potassium and vitamin C regardless of gender, which validates the nutritional benefits of eating meals regularly. Male adults that ate breakfast five to seven times a week revealed lower levels of diastolic blood pressure and LDL-cholesterol compared with other groups, which validates eating breakfast regularly was beneficial to their health. In conclusion, it is necessary to eat regular meals daily relative to the nutritional status and health of Korean middle-age adults.

        The number of companies investing substantial marketing resources in sport sponsorship has been growing rapidly. This trend has resulted in more competition among the candidate companies to acquire official sponsorship rights. Not surprisingly, the recent increase in the popularity of sport sponsorship has been accompanied by increased attempts in ambush marketing – a marketing strategy wherein the companies associate themselves with, and therefore capitalize on, a particular sporting event without paying any sponsorship fee (Hoek & Gendall, 2002). The purpose of this study is to examine how such ambush-marketing activities can damage the evaluation of the company when they are noticed by consumers. This study further examines whether the prior reputation of the company influences the relationships between ambush marketing and company evaluations. Sponsorship and Ambush Marketing Prior research in sport marketing (Meenaghan, 1983; Sullivan & Mulphy, 1998) suggests that the sponsorship of sporting events offers sponsors opportunities to develop favorable brand images by creating goodwill perceptions (Hoek, Gendall, and West, 1990; Marshall, 1992). As noted above, companies unable to fund sponsorship rights have attempted to achieve the same benefits by engaging in promotional efforts associated with the event as if they were true sponsors (McKelvey, 1994). It is, however, only when consumers are unaware of the fact that the companies are, in fact, ambush marketers that these companies can expect positive goodwill perceptions from their ambush marketing practices. This is because ambush marketing has been perceived to be an unethical business practice. Payne (1998) indicated that ambush marketing not only harms the integrity and viability of global sport events, but also infringes on official sponsors’ rights; similarly, O’Sullivan and Murphy (1998) claim that ambush marketing is just as bad as stealing. Thus, once consumers become aware of the fact that a company is implementing an ambush marketing practice, rather than being a true sponsor, those consumers will be disappointed, and negative evaluations of the company are most likely to result. Based on the discussion above, the following hypotheses are proposed: H1: When an ambush-marketing attempt is not noticed, subjects exposed to an ambush- marketing practice will have more favorable evaluations of the company than the evaluations of the subjects not exposed to an ambush- marketing practice. H2: When an ambush-marketing attempt is noticed, subjects exposed to an ambushmarketing practice will have more unfavorable evaluations of the company than the evaluations of the subjects not exposed to an ambush- marketing attempt. Expectation and Evidences We further predict that the risks associated with ambush marketing are more profound for companies with high levels of a good reputation, rather than low. Such reasoning is based on theories of the interaction between expectations and evidences. In this study, expectation refers to the belief probabilities of attribute occurrence (Olson and Dover, 1976); prior research suggests that consumers may form expectations about a company based on the corporate reputation—the sum of the values that stakeholders attribute to a company, based on their perceptions of the company’s image and behavior over time (Dalton & Croft, 2003). Corporate reputation comprises three dimensions (Graham and Helen 2005) including public responsibility (e.g., ―Are they socially responsible?‖), consumer fairness (e.g., ―Do they treat the consumers with some respect?‖), and leadership and success (e.g., ―Are they successful at what they do?‖). Thus, having established a high degree of good reputation indicates that consumers can expect more positive perceptions on each of the three dimensions of corporate reputation described above. According to research in consumer satisfaction, it is the direction and the degree of disconfirmation resulting from the incongruity between the prior expectation and the evidences that determine the product evaluation and satisfaction (Oliver 1980). In particular, Oliver (1980), and Tse and Wilton (1988) proposed that expectations are thought to create a frame of reference about which one makes a comparative judgment, whereby evidences higher (or lower) than the expectations are thought to be a positive (or negative) disconfirmation. Mandler (1982) further suggests that increasing the degree of discrepancy between a schema-triggered expectation and new information results in heightened arousal and cognitive processing, which leads to a more polarized evaluation of products and services. Therefore, in a sponsorship context, a seemingly true sponsorship activity (i.e., an unnoticed ambush attempt) is likely to lead to a positive disconfirmation of the consumers’ expectations about a company, and the degree of disconfirmation will be greater when the company’s prior degree of good reputation is low, rather than high. On the other hand, when noticed by consumers, an ambush-marketing attempt is likely to lead to negative disconfirmation of prior expectations about a company, and the degree of disconfirmation will be greater when the company’s prior degree of good reputation is high, rather than low. Based on the discussion, the following hypotheses are posed: H3: When an ambush-marketing attempt is not noticed, subjects exposed to the ambush-marketing practice will perceive a positive disconfirmation of expectations, and the degree of disconfirmation will be greater when the company is disreputable than when it is reputable. H4: When an ambush-marketing attempt is noticed, subjects exposed to the ambush-marketing practice will perceive a negative disconfirmation of expectations, and the degree of disconfirmation will be greater when the company is reputable than when it is disreputable. Disconfirmation and Evaluation Satisfaction literature (Oliver 1980) also suggests a high degree of consistency between the degree of disconfirmation and satisfaction, as well as the traditional criteria of attitudes. Oliver (1980), for example, showed positive relationships between the degree of disconfirmation and the amount of attitude change. Also, given the earlier discussion that the degree of disconfirmation is proportional to the extremity of the attitude, the following hypotheses are posed: H5: When an ambush-marketing attempt is not noticed, subjects exposed to the ambush-marketing practice will have a more favorable attitude toward the company, and the degree of enhancement in company evaluation will be greater when the company is disreputable than when it is reputable. H6: When an ambush-marketing attempt is noticed, subjects exposed to the ambush-marketing practice will have a more negative attitude toward the company, and the degree of reduction in company evaluation will be greater when the company is reputable than when it is disreputable. Method In order to examine the proposed hypotheses, a 2-by-2 by-2 full-factorial experiment will be conducted. A convenient sample of college students will be used for theory-testing purposes. There are three independent variables. Prior reputation (high vs. low reputation), and whether the ambush-marketing attempt is noticed or not (noticed vs. unnoticed) are the between-subject factors, whereas the measurement sequence (before vs. after stimulus exposures) is the within-subject factor. Corporate reputation will be manipulated by exposing subjects to either high- or low-reputation company profiles. Subjects will then be asked to rate the dependent variables the first time. Then, subjects from each company reputation condition will be exposed to hypothetical newspaper articles describing the company as either a true sponsor or an ambush marketer. After being exposed to the stimulus newspaper articles, the subjects will be asked to rate the key dependent variables the second time. The primary dependent variables include perceived corporate reputation, and attitude toward the company. Data collected from the experiment will be analyzed by three-way ANOVA.

        목 적: 국내 및 해외 안경사의 직무범위와 국가시험 제도를 비교 분석하여, 국가시험 개선방향에 지표로 삼을 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 방 법: 국가시험관련 자료를 분석하여 국내 안경사의 직무범위와 시험제도를 해외 안경사와 비교분석해 보았으며, 실기시험 도입의 효과에 대해 안경사를 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결 과: 미국, 일본, 독일, 호주 등 안경사 면허제도가 체계화된 외국의 경우 다양한 형태로 임상실기시험 이 치러지고 있었다. 그러나 국내 안경사제도는 외국의 조제안경사(dispensing optician)와 검안사 (optometrist)의 직무를 포괄하는 제도로 운영되고 있으며, 국가시험에서는 실기과목을 30년째 이론시험으 로 대체하고 있어 실무능력을 제대로 평가하지 못하고 있다. 전국 안경사 설문조사 결과에 의하면 이러한 문 제로 발생한 신입안경사의 낮은 실무능력을 자체적으로 향상시키기 위해 재교육을 실시하고 있었다. 결 론: 시험제도는 교육현장의 질적 향상을 견인한다는 의미에서 시험제도의 체계적인 검토와 논의를 통 한 개선점 도출이 안경사 교육의 질 관리에 간접적으로 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

        디지털 매체의 사용이 확산되면서 이러한 매체의 최대 사용자인 청소년들이 유해매체물에 노 출되는 빈도도 급증하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 현행 청소년 유해매체물 규제 제도에 대해 유해매체물 심의 기준을 중심으로 비판적으로 검토하였다. 현행 청소년유해매체물 심의 기 준에 의하면, 음란한 자태를 지나치게 묘사한 것, 성행위에 대해 그 방법 등을 지나치게 묘사한 것, 청소년 대상으로 성행위를 조장하는 등 성 윤리를 왜곡시키는 내용 등을 담은 매체들은 청소 년에게 유해한 매체물로 규제하고 있다. 그러나, 규제되지 않은 매체물도 많으며 또는 이와 유사 한 매체물들은 디지털 매체를 통해 여전히 활발하게 전파되고 있다. 나아가 때로는 동법에서 보 호하는 청소년이 이러한 매체물들을 직접 생산⋅전파하는 역할을 하는 경우가 빈번한 현상을 볼 때, 보다 실질적인 규제 방안이 필요하다고 할 것이다. 그 방안으로서, 청소년 유해성의 개념을 명확히 설정할 필요가 있으며, 청소년의 인권을 존중하는 범위 내에서 청소년의 보호가 어떠한 의미인지에 대해 현 시대에 적합하게 정립할 필요가 있다고 하였다. 또한 법적인 규제와 자율 규제를 조화롭게 운영하여 보다 실효성있는 규제 체계를 정립할 필요성을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 모든 것은 보다 명확한 심의 기준을 바탕으로 달성될 수 있다는 점을 강조하였다.
