        한국의 전통 과자인 유과는 거의 모든 공정이 수작업으로 제조되기 때문에 공정 중 작업자 및 작업도구 등에 의한 교차오염으로 인한 안전문제가 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유과 제조 공정 중 찹쌀의 불림 단계에서 증가된 미생물을 제어하기 위하여 항균 활성이 있는 용액 9가지 용액(40% 자몽종자 추출물, 100% 계피 추출물, 70% 에탄올, 100% 식초, 0.2% 차아염소산나트륨, 40% 초산나트륨, 40% 탄산수소나트륨, 40% 사과산, 40% 구연산)을 이용하여 Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium, Bacillus cereus에 대해 항균 효과를 비교 확인하였다. Disk diffusion법을 통해 40% 사과산과 구연산에서 높은 항균 효과를 확인할 수 있었고, 추가로 항균용액의 농도, 처리방법 및 시간을 최적화한 결과 1% 사과산-구연산을 10분 동안 처리 시 세균 5종을 모두 사멸시켜 높은 항균효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 불림단계의 찹쌀에 1% 사과산-구연산으로 정치 및 교반하면서 10분 동안 세척하였을 때 일반세균과 대장균군의 수가 각각 4.0 Log CFU/g와 5.0 Log CFU/g씩 감소하였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 1% 사과산-구연산으로 불린 찹쌀에 대해 침지와 교반으로 10분 동안 처리함으로써 전통 유과 제조과정 중 쌀의 불림단계에서 증가된 미생물을 효과적으로 저감화 할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        To understand the characteristics of low-level clouds (CLs), environmental variables are composited on each CL using individual surface observations and six-hourly upper-air meteorologies around the globe. Individual CLs has its own distinct environmental conditions. Over the eastern subtropical and western North Pacific Ocean in JJA, stratocumulus (CL5) has a colder sea surface temperature (SST), stronger and lower inversion, and more low-level cloud amount (LCA) than the climatology whereas cumulus (CL12) has the opposite characteristics. Over the eastern subtropical Pacific, CL5 and CL12 are influenced by cold and warm advection within the PBL, respectively but have similar cold advection over the western North Pacific. This indicates that the fundamental physical process distinguishing CL5 and CL12 is not the horizontal temperature advection but the interaction with the underlying sea surface, i.e., the deepening-decoupling of PBL and the positive feedback between shortwave radiation and SST. Over the western North Pacific during JJA, skyobscuring fog (CL11), no low-level cloud (CL0), and fair weather stratus (CL6) are associated with anomalous warm advection, surface-based inversion, mean upward flow, and moist mid-troposphere with the strongest anomalies for CL11 followed by CL0. Over the western North Pacific during DJF, bad weather stratus (CL7) occurs in the warm front of the extratropical cyclone with anomalous upward flow while cumulonimbus (CL39) occurs on the rear side of the cold front with anomalous downward flow. Over the tropical oceans, CL7 has strong positive (negative) anomalies of temperature in the upper troposphere (PBL), relative humidity, and surface wind speed in association with the mesoscale convective system while CL12 has the opposite anomalies and CL39 is in between.

        In this paper, the CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) parts were printed and cut in a large-scale additive and subtractive hybrid manufacturing system. A method to increase the strength and durability of a product by identifying the interlayer adhesion during the printing process of a large-scale additive manufacturing hybrid system was investigated. According to the printing conditions(CF content, deposition temperature, compaction process), the specimen was printed and cut to determine the tensile strength in the printing direction. As a result of the experiment, the highest tensile strength was shown when ABS-CF 20wt.% Compound was printed at 230℃ extrusion temperature, and the higher the CF content of the material, the lower the tensile strength. As a result of observing the inside of the test piece through an optical microscope, a large number of voids were kept inside the test piece. To remove voids generated inside the test piece, a compaction process was applied to the additive manufacturing hybrid system to prepare a test piece. As a result, void size decreased, and the strength of the part showed a tendency to increase. It is thought that additive manufacturing with high tensile strength can be obtained through studies on the optimization of deposition conditions in additive manufacturing hybrid systems.

        In this study, it was investigated about optical simulation in high brightness and high uniformity direct-type backlight design for medical application. Direct-type backlight has been used high-brightness backlight such as Medical LCD application. The key parameter in designing direct-type backlight was consists of three geometrical dimension such as the distance of two lamps, the gap of lamp and reflection plate and the number of lamps. It has many of variations in optical design and it causes the different properties in backlight system. It shows the best values of above parameters; 26mm of the distance of two lamps, 4.5mm of the gap of lamp and reflection plate and 16 lamps. And we produced the specimen as above condition, and acquired good result in backlight such as the value of the brightness is 6423 nit in center of emission area and less than 5% in brightness uniformity. It shows the effective ways of designing backlight system using optical simulation method for medical LCD application.

        Complaints about foul odors are emerging as an issue, and the number of complaints is steadily increasing every year. Biofiltration is known to remove harmful or odorous substances from the atmosphere by using microorganisms, and full-scale biofilters are being installed and operated in various environmental and industrial facilities. In this study, the current status and actual odor removal efficiency of full-scale biofilters installed in publicly owned treatment facilities such as sewage, manure, and livestock manure treatment plants were investigated. In addition, the effects of design and operating factors on their efficiency were also examined. As a result, it was found that odor prevention facilities with less than 30% odor removal efficiency based on complex odors accounted for 40%-50% of the biofilters investigated. In investigating the appropriate level of operating factors on odor removal efficiency, it was found that compliance with the recommended values p lays a significant role in improving odor removal efficiency. In the canonical correlation analysis for the on-site biofilter operation and design data, residence time and humidity were found to be the most critical factors. The on-site biofilter operation and design data were analyzed through canonical correlation analysis, and the residence time and humidity maintenance were found to be the most important factors in the design and operations of the biofilter. Based on these results, it is necessary to improve the odor removal efficiency of on-site biofilters by reviewing the effectiveness of the operation factors, improving devices, and adjusting operating methods.

        With the implementation of the “Critical Disaster Punishment Act” in 2022, the safety and health management system within the organization is being established and awareness of the importance of safety culture is spreading. Measuring the level of safety culture in an organization can grasp the perception and attitude of members about safety. You can also identify the safety-related problems and improvements of the organization. In this study, prior studies on the safety culture level scale were considered, focusing on domestic literature studied from 2001 to 2021. Domestic literature was analyzed by research period, research field, author, core terms, and constituent factors of scale. The implications of the research trend analysis results of the safety culture level scale were derived.

        본 연구는 코치가 자기효능감을 보다 신뢰롭게 측정하여 자신의 자기효능감 을 객관적으로 인식하도록 돕고, 향후 자기효능감에 기반한 다양한 프로그램 개 발 및 관련 연구를 가능하게 하기 위한 목적으로 코치의 자기효능감 척도를 개 발하였다. 이를 위해 첫 번째, 코치의 자기효능감 척도개발은 1차 예비문항 선정, 2차 척도 개발 과정, 3차 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 과정을 거쳐 진행하였으며, 정 서적 자기효능감, 대인관계 자기효능감, 의사소통 자기효능감의 3가지 구성요 인, 최종 25개 문항이 선별되었다. 두 번째, 코치의 자기효능감 척도의 Cronbach’s α 계수와 모형적합도 지수를 통하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구결과로 개발된 3가지 코치의 자기효능감 구성요인은 자기효능감과 코 칭을 이론적 배경으로 하는 중요한 요인으로서, 코치를 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발과 효과성 검증을 위한 자기평가 도구로서 코치의 자기효능감을 증진시키 는데 의의가 있다.

        Consumer demand for imported and craft beer is increasing. Almost all the malt used by craft beer companies is imported. This study sought to develop a malting technology to expand the use of domestic barley, the main raw material for beer, and to examine its influence on the quality of domestic malt. The Hopum cultivar of beer barley was purchased and used at the Jeollanam-do Seed Management Center. A pilot-scale malting facility built by the National Institute of Crop Science was used. One sack (40 kg) of barley was sieved through screening sieves, and the barley was classified according to size (3.1, 2.8, 2.5, 2.2, and 2.2 mm), with the size-related composition being 18.1, 48.9, 23.3, 6.4, and 1.0%, respectively. The malt yields were 89.0, 87.6, 86.6, 82.2, and 76.1%, respectively. The coleoptiles elongation decreased as the barley size decreased. The protein content of malt tended to be high at small particle sizes of 2.2 mm. The soluble solid content of wort prepared from malt revealed good values of 17.4-17.5oBx, except for 15.3oBx for particles <2.2 mm in size. According to barley size in the malting process, these findings should be valuable quality indicators of malt.

        In 2022, the Serious Accident Punishment Act was implemented, emphasizing the responsibility of managers at workplaces where serious accidents occur in order to reduce serious accidents that occur frequently throughout the industry and promote worker safety. Currently, it is applied only to workplaces with 50 or more workers, but from 2024, it will be applied to small businesses with fewer than 50 workers. Although these small-scale workplaces act as steppingstones in various fields, the rate of serious accidents is high due to the relatively poor environment and lack of human resources and financial capabilities. In this regard, we intend to examine effects of the Serious Accident Punishment Act on small-scale information and communication companies and to drive countermeasures.

        In this study, the following results were obtained by designing a high-efficiency hydrogel and colloid fusion applicator and checking production speed(hydrogel) and working setting time(coating time) by promoting the starting product. As a result of performing a product production test by manufacturing a starting product based on the process automation design, the production volume increased by about three times from 4m per minute to an average of 11m per minute. The working setting time(coating time) of the fusion applicator was shortened from the target of 10minutes to 1.69minutes, which had the effect of reducing the loss of work time.

        The main noise of a large machine can be divided into the noise generated during the work process and the noise of the equipment used in the work. The main noise in the noisy area is the air propagation sound caused by the operation of the rotating body. This is not fixed, but changes depending on the situation at the time of measurement. Workplaces exposed to noise can harm workers' health and cause related industrial disasters, resulting in many complaints and social problems, and eventually lead to a lot of damage in terms of productivity. Large machines that need noise reduction the most are motors, pumps, fans, blowers, and compressors. To reduce noise, mechanical structure or material changes are most effective. In this study, the noise reduction method and noise management method of large machines were investigated. To measure noise, the same method as ISO 3744 in Europe and JISA 8305 in Japan was used as KS A ISO 3744, KS A ISO 3746, which is a method of measuring the acoustic power level of machinery.

        Due to the development of the industry, the machinery of plant facilities becomes large and operates at high speed and high power. Workers at plant facility sites are exposed to high noise and impact noise, and the number of people with noise-induced hearing loss is increasing every year. Therefore, in order to minimize such damage, many efforts have been made to reduce the noise of large machines in production facilities. Measures, education, and recommendation of wearing hearing protectors are needed to protect the hearing of workers in high noise industries. In addition, it is urgent to reduce noise sources by blocking noise propagation paths, such as installing noise boxes and silencers, and installing facilities and equipment that generate less noise. It is necessary to repair the noise reduction device of the large machine of the plant or to study the noise reduction device when designing the plant.
