This study investigates consumer experiences and word-of-mouth (WOM) intentions in luxury brand pop-up stores, including standalone and department store setups. Grounded in experience economy theory, this study examines the experiential elements based on the types of pop-up stores and the relationships among consumer experience, pop-up store image, and WOM intentions for each type. Data were collected from 300 visitors to luxury brand pop-up stores between January and July 2023 and analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The findings reveal several key insights. First, standalone pop-up stores offer educational and escapist experiences, while pop-ups within department stores have a single identified factor of consumer experience. Second, regardless of the store type, luxury pop-up store experiences significantly influence pop-up image perceptions. Third, luxury pop-up store image drives WOM intentions for both standalone and department store pop-ups. Notably, the unique image significantly impacts solely department store pop-ups and does not influence standalone pop-ups. Moreover, image perceptions in both pop-up store types do not significantly affect brand WOM intentions. Finally, WOM intentions for pop-up stores significantly influence WOM intentions for brands. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of consumer experiences in luxury pop-up stores, providing practical insights for stakeholders in the luxury brand industry to enhance pop-up store image perceptions and WOM intentions.
Based on the metaverse situation, this paper explores the influence of perceived usefulness and usability on brand experience. The brand experience include two dimensions of sensory experience and behavioral experience. And then, based on 329 valid data collected through online experiment, it makes an empirical analysis by structural equation model and hierarchical regression. Results show that, metaverse situational perceived usefulness and usability have significant effects on customer sensory experience and behavioral experience, and sensory experience plays a mediating role in the effects of usefulness and usability on behavioral experience. Social presence plays a positive moderating role in the influence path of usefulness and usability on sensory experience and behavioral experience.
The food delivery platform labor market has been continuing to grow rapidly in Korea, which resulted in traffic accident increases of delivery riders. To prevent traffic accidents while delivery, this study conducted a survey for 462 delivery riders and analyzed the statistical relationships of delivery characteristics and risk perception with delivery accidents. The results of this study revealed that riders with young age (20s: 46.6%) and/or low delivery experience (less than 1 year: 50.6%) had significantly higher proportion of accident experience than other age groups (over 40s: 36.2%) and high delivery experience (more than 2 years: 36.4%). In addition, side job riders (61.5%) showed significantly higher proportion of accident experience than main job riders (39.1%). The riders with accident experience had more number of deliveries per hour (weekday: 3.56, weekend: 3.91) than the riders without accident experience (weekday: 3.29, weekend: 3.68). Lastly, the riders with accident experience rated significantly higher perceived level of risk on weather, violation of traffic laws, uninspected motorcycle, receiving calls while driving, missing safety training, missing personal protective equipment than the riders without accident experience. This study suggested four aspects based on the study results to prevent traffic accidents for delivery riders.
본 연구는 간호사의 장애인에 대한 인식, 장애인 접촉경험, 인권감수성이 장애인에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구의 대상자는 D광역시 소재 2개 대학병원과 C특별 자치시 소재 1개 대학병원에서 근무하는 간호사 181명이었다. 자료는 2021년 9월 2일부터 2021년 10월 6일까지 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficients, Multiple Regression Analysis로 분석하였다. 대상자의 장애인에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향요인은 장애인에 대한 인식(t=-3.96, p<.001), 장애인환자 접촉유무(t=3.23, p=.001), 인권감수성 중 책임지각능력(t=2.13, p=.035), 장애인인식개선교육 이수 여부(t=2.90, p=.004), 장애인건 강권법 인지 여부(t=2.44, p=.016)이었으며, 30%의 설명력을 보였다(F=9.36, p<.001). 이에 따라 간호사의 장애인에 대한 인식, 인권감수성, 장애인건강권법을 포함한 장애인에 대한 태도를 함양할 수 있는 교육프 로그램 개발이 필요하다.
This study analyzed consumers’ recognition and demand for probiotic products and dietary and living habits according to their probiotics ingestion experience to provide information on the development of probiotic products and marketing strategies in the health functional food-related industry. A total of 280 consumers living in Seoul, Incheon and Kyeonggi-do area were enrolled in this study. The consumers expected mostly intestinal health (80.4%) after ingesting probiotics. The appropriate price level for purchasing probiotics was between 20,000-50,000 won (58.2%), preferring a price range of 50,000 won or less (77.1%). There was a significant difference in the dietary habits depending on the experience of probiotics ingestion, but there was no difference in the living habit. Consumers took Vitamin C, red Ginseng and Ginseng the most instead of probiotics as health functional foods. Based on the results, a marketing strategy could be established to meet the consumer’s needs, such as focusing on the effects of probiotics, building up various price policies and the development of new products mixing with other commonly consumed health supplements.
본 연구에서는 3~5세 유아교육기관 재원생 어머니들의 일상생활 속 미세먼지에 대한 인식을 알아보고 숲체험 프로그램 참가에 따른 숲과 미세먼지에 대한 인식의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 숲체험 참가한 학모 61명과 숲체험에 참가하지 않은 학모 61명으로 총 122명에게 설문 조사를 하였다.
총 122명 중 82.8%의 학모들은 미세먼지에 대한 관심이 있고 자주 확인하는 빈도도 84.4%으로 높았지만 이에 대한 지식과 대처방안 및 줄이기 위한 적극적인 실천은 부족 하였다. 숲과 미세먼지에 대한 인식은 숲체험에 참여한 학모들에게서 숲의 역할 및 도심과 비교한 숲 환경의 차이에 대한 긍정적인 인식이 높았다. 따라서 어머니들이 먼저 숲을 적극적으로 체험 할 수 있는 기회가 확대 된다면 유・아동들의 숲체험이 활성화 될 뿐만 아니라 미세먼지를 비롯한 현재의 유해환경을 개선하는데도 기여 할 것이라고 생각한다.
숲 공간의 영향에 대한 많은 연구들이 있는 반면 시간요인에 대한 연구들은 부족하다. 공간과 시간은 동시적으로 상호간에 영향을 미치기 때문에 공간요인에 의한 영향들은 시간에 의해 변화할 수 있다. 본 연구는 숲에서 보낸 시간의 4가지 요인들(체험, 몰입, 건강지각과 심리내적 인식)에 대한 영향에 초점을 두었으며, 2014년 4월부터 10월까지 설문을 통해 이루어졌다. 설문지는 체험 (LE), 몰입(FL), 건강지각(HP)과 심리내적인식(IPP)으로 구성되었다. 대상자들은 충청남도 이북지역에서 살고 있으며 생태 숲해설 과정이나 생태교육과정에 있는 사람들로 40-70세였다. 이들은 또한 1년에서 20년에 이르는 숲관련 경력을 가지거나 일을 하고 있는 사람들이었다. 체험, 몰입, 건강지각과 심리내적 과같은 요인들은 숲에서 보낸 시간의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 요인들은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 숲에서 보낸 시간에 따라 증가하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 연구는 산림치유프로그램을 기획하는 사람들뿐만 아니라 산림치유를 공부하는 사람들에게도 유용할 것이다. 숲에서 보낸 시간이 체험, 몰입, 건강지각과 심리내적 인식에 영향을 주기 때문에 이 점을 산림치유프로그램에서 고려해야 한다.
This study was conducted to examine the effects of local food value perception on purchasing and experience inconsumers. χ2-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis were conducted. The findings are summarized as follows: Themost common place for buying agricultural products was ‘hypermarkets’ (41.7%), and the most important factor forpurchasing local food was ‘local government’s certification products’ (23.7%). The most important value recognition itemfor local food was ‘I think that local food is a high-quality agricultural products.’ (3.74 points), followed by ‘I think that localfood have a value of respect for customers’ (3.61 points) and ‘I have a faith for the local food.’ (3.61 points) in that order.The main tourism experience activity was ‘food experience’ (49.0%), and information source of local food experiencetourism was ‘mass media (TV, newspapers, etc.)’ (37.3%). As age increased, experience of local food also increased. Themost effectual value recognition item for purchasing local food was ‘I think that local food have a value of respect forcustomers’. The most effectual value recognition item for increasing intake experience of local food was ‘I think that the localfood is high-quality agricultural products’.
This study is based on parents that have preschool children of age 4~5, and analyzes the perception and parent education demand through parent experience of fire. As a result of the study about perception through parent experience about safety life, safety accidents, safety education of fire, the effect of parents' safety consciousness to fire safety life turned out to be moderate for fathers and large for mothers. The safety education method was mostly done in speaking than experience for fathers, while mothers did education through experience in daily life. Also the difficulties in safety education was lack of educating time for fathers while it was lack of knowledge and methods for mothers. Perception through parent experience of fire safety accidents showed that fathers did not have experience of fire safety accidents while mothers did. The locations perceived by parents where fires mostly occurred showed to be within home for both parents, and both administered first aid in managing fires. Perception through parent experience of fire safety education showed the importance of fire safety education to be important in both parents, and both parents had no experience in fire safety education. Also the fire safety education knowledge acquisition method was TV or the Internet for fathers, while it was participating in seminars or lectures for mothers. Fathers were moderately satisfied of the fire safety education instruction of childhood education centers, while mothers were slightly dissatisfied. For the demand of parent education about fire safety education, fathers were moderate while mothers thought it necessary of parent education necessity. The reason why parent education was needed was to be able to know immediate and prompt measures and first aid treatment in emergency situations for fathers, while it was to figure out the cause of fire safety accidents and prevent it beforehand for mothers. For the education institution of fire safety education, fathers demanded it for safety related institutions while mothers demanded it for children education institutions, and the number of times for parent education was once or twice a year for fathers while it was once a month for mothers. For the parent education instructor of fire safety education, fathers demanded safety education experts while mothers demanded infant teachers that completed the safety education course. For the fire safety education method of parent education, fathers demanded Internet searching while mothers demanded seminars or lectures.
This study was conducted to examine the effect of globalization of Korean food according to well-being value perception and the foreign visitor Korean food experience. An analysis of variance and a linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze the hypotheses. The findings are summarized as follows: (1) The most important quality when eating Korean food was "taste" (37.3%). (2) The most important well-being value recognition items for Korean food were "kimchi" and "bulgogi". "Bibimbap is well-being food" (3.82 points) and "Korean food is healthy because it consists mainly of cereals and vegetables" (3.56 points). (3) The subjects highly recognized the "improvement in service quality of Korean restaurants" (3.59 points) with regard to the importance of a globalization strategy for Korean food. (4) High-intake Korean foods were "bibimbap", "baechookimchi", "galbigui", "pajeon", and "bulgogi", in that order. In contrast, the intake frequency for "songpeon", "sikhei", and "guksu" was very low. (5) The subjects thought that the globalization possibility for Korean food was high, as foreigners ingested a lot of baechookimchi. (6) The most effective well-being value recognition item for globalizing Korean food was "Korean food is nutritious and good for the health" followed by "I have much interest in Korean well-being food". and "Korean food is a well-being food because it contains many fermented and seasonal items", in that order. (7) The most effective food for globalizing Korean food with a high-intake frequency was "baechookimchi", followed by "galbigui", "guksu", and "bibimbap".
The purpose of this study was to investigate Chinese customers' perceptions of Korean foods and their satisfaction toward Korean cuisine restaurants. The subjects of this study were 202 Chinese individuals who visited Korean cuisine restaurants in Shanghai, China. The subjects viewed Korean foods as favorite foods and perceived them as fresh and seasonal, and mostly composed of cereals and vegetables however they did not view Korean cuisine as good for health. As compared to customers visiting a Korean restaurant for the first time, those who had visited Korean restaurants previously agreed more strongly with the following items: 'Korean food has a beautiful color', 'Korean food is familiar', 'Korean food smells good', 'Korean food is healthy', 'Korean food is nutritious', and 'Korean food is salty and spicy'. In addition, as compared to occasional visitors, frequent visitors of Korean cuisine restaurants more strongly agreed with the followings: 'Korean food has a beautiful color', 'Korean food is expensive', 'Korean food is healthy', 'Korean food is nutritious', 'Korean food is salty and spicy', and 'Korean food includes many fermented foods'. The subjects considered 'appearance of menu', 'variety of menu', 'nutrition of menu', and 'Chinese characters for menu and ingredients' as the most important attributes when choosing Korean cuisine restaurants. The frequent customers of Korean cuisine restaurants considered 'kind service', 'employee knowledge of Korean foods', 'operation hours of restaurant', and 'cleanliness of restaurant' as the most important restaurant attributes. In addition, the frequent customers of Korean cuisine restaurants were more satisfied than the occasional customers with the followings: 'nutritional quality of menu', 'quick service', 'cleanliness of restaurant', 'appearance and signboard of restaurant', and 'image of restaurant'. The implications of the data are discussed.
교사는 교육전문가로서 부단한 노력을 통해 전문적 지식과 기술을 습득, 유지 및 발전시켜야 하며 전문가다운 행동과 태도를 보여주어야 한다. 우리나라는 관련 법령과 교원단체에서 교사의 전문가적 행동을 위한 가이드를 제공하고 있지만, 그 내용이 추상적이고 포괄적이어서 실제 행동 지침과 판단 기준이 되기에는 한계가 있다. 이 연구는 전문성에 위배되는 교사들의 행동에 대한 동료 교사의 경험과 인식을 조사하여 우리나라 교사의 전문성 수준을 판단하고, 구체적인 행동 규준과 윤리교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 결과, 응답자는 교사의 비전문가적 행동 중 ‘수업 중 쓸데없는 활동(80.4%)’을 가장 많이 경험했다고 보고하였다. 대부분의 비전문가적 행동에 ‘해서는 안된다’는 의견이 50% 이상이었지 만 ‘수업 중 쓸데없는 활동(21.2%)’에 대해서는 부정적인 인식이 상대적으로 낮았다. 교사의 비전 문가적 행동 유형은 ‘성적 변조’, ‘부적절한 언행’, ‘저작권 침해’, ‘동료 혹은 학생 험담’, ‘교육 규정 이행 소홀’, ‘무성의한 교육 활동’, ‘교사의 품위 저하’, ‘비교육적 강제 행위’ 8개로 범주화되었다. ‘무성의한 교육 활동’에 대한 경험 빈도가 상대적으로 높았고, ‘성적 변조’를 가장 심각하게 인식하 였다. 응답한 교사의 학교의 설립 유형에 따라 일부 비전문가적 행동 유형에 대한 경험의 차이가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 응답한 교사의 성별과 교육 경력에 따라서는 일부 유형의 인식에 대한 차이가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로, 이 연구는 교사의 전문성을 유지·심화하기 위한 3가지 방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 교사의 법적인 의무와 교사 강령에 상충되는 비전문가적 행동에 대한 교사 교육 강화, 둘째 우리나라에서 상대적으로 더 많이 나타나는 체벌 같은 신체적 강제행위를 방지하기 위한 학생인권 교육 수행, 마지막으로 예비교사 및 현직교사를 대상으로 한 전문성 개발 교육에서 교사로서 ‘해서는 안 되는’ 행동에 대한 확실한 인식 교육이었다.
본 연구는 글로벌 드럭스토어의 국내 진화형인 헬스 앤 뷰티 스토어(Health & Beauty Store)의 체험지각요소가 이용자에게 이용 만족과 지속적인 이용의도에 있어 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 진행되었다. 이용자들이 H&B스토어에서 쇼핑과 더불어 체험요소 여부에 반응하며 매장을 이용한다는 전제하에 Pine & Gilmore(1998)의 체험경제이론을 바탕으로 4가지 체험지각요소(오락성요소, 정보성요소, 현실도피요소, 미적요소)를 H&B스토어의 체험지각요소에 적용시켜 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과, H&B스토어의 체험지각요소 중 오락성요소, 현실도피요소, 미적요소가 이용자 만족도에 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, H&B스토어의 체험지각요소 중 오락성요소가 이용자의 지속적 이용의도에 정(+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이용자가 H&B스토어에서의 재미와 즐거움, 매장과 쇼핑에 대한 몰입, 디스플레이 요소 등을 높게 지각할수록 이용자의 만족도가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있는 반면, H&B스토어에서 제공하는 정보는 이용자의 만족 여부와 관련이 없음을 알 수 있다. 이상의 연구 결과가 H&B스토어 이용자의 소비문화에 맞는 매장 체험요소 기획에 있어 기초자료로서 도움이 되고, 또 향후 진행되는 H&B스토어에 대한 연구에 대한 초석으로 기여할 수 있게 되기를 기대한다.
Targeting people returning to farming and also people preparing for returning to farming, this study analyzed differences in awareness of conflict factors and conflict management focusing on the conflicts experiencing in the process of their movement and settlement process in rural area. In the results, people preparing for returning to farming showed higher awareness of conflicts and also higher necessity of conflict management than people already returning to farming. Also, both groups preferred individual conflict management to structural conflict management. Based on the results like above, the implications can be summarized like below. First, it would be necessary to have programs informing possible conflicts in advance in the process of returning to farming and also relieving psychological anxiety by providing prior-learning to people preparing for returning to farming. Second, it would be necessary to have individual conflict management measures to establish mutual trust and to form community spirit through regular social gatherings between original residents and people returning to farming. Since the effect of conflict management can be maximized only when the structural and individual conflict managements are properly harmonized, it would be necessary to have the structural conflict management which is relatively felt difficult.
본 연구의 목적은 성별, 시-지각, 개방-기술 경험, 과제의 유형, 시각적 자극 속도가 동시적-예측 타이밍에 미치는 효과를 결정하는 것이었다. 15명의 남성과 여성이 바이옵터 시-지각 검사를 이용한 6가지 시-지각 검사와 개방기술 활동 검사지를 작성한 후에 베이신 예측 타이머를 이용하여 3가지의 서로 다른 시각적 자극 속도 조건에서 단추누르기 과제와 타격 과제에 대한 50회의 동시적 예측 타이밍 과제를 수행하였다. 그 결과 시-지각 능력과 개방기술 경험에서 남성과 여성 간의 유의한 차이가 없어, 이러한 변수들은 동시적 예측 타이밍 과제의 수행에서의 남녀차이를 설명하지 못하였다. 단추누르기 과제보다 타격 과제의 수행에서 정확성과 일관성이 높게 나타났다. 이에 대한 이론적 설명이 논의되었다.
