This study investigates the turnover awareness of key member of Research & Development Division working in electronic R&D laboratory. Through the analysis of 106 questionnaires and individual depth interview with R&D key member who is evaluated as core researcher in their laboratory, this study obtain the practical informations on the understandings of their organization environment and extend of turnover awareness etc. The result shows that many researcher have the mind of turnover to improve job stability and develop their career. They think they are key member themselves as a core competent member in their organization, but think their performances are not recognized by the organization as they expected level. And the result indicates that many of them haven't find their visions in their organization.
본 논문에서는 현재 강원도 중소기업들이 기업경쟁력을 높이기 위해 실시하고 있는 품질경영 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 공동기술개발 컨소시엄을 실시하고 있는 중소기업을 대상으로 21세기 일류기업으로 발전해 나가기 위해 기업에서 중점적으로 추진하고 있는 품질경영 추진방안에 대해 조사하였다. 연구수행에 있어서 지방 중소기업들이 공통적으로 겪고 있는 인력부족 및 자금부족으로 인해 기업에서 중점적으로 관심을 갖고 추진하여야 하는 품질경영 전반에 걸쳐 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 21세기 지방소재 중소기업이 일류기업으로 발전하기 위한 방안은 기업 내 인력을 지역 대학과 연계하여 주기적인 교육프로그램을 추진할 필요성이 있으며, 기업과 관련된 교수․외부전문가(연구원) 등을 적극적으로 활용하여 기업경쟁력 확보를 위한 경영전략을 모색하고, 지속적으로 산․학․관의 유기적인 시스템을 구축할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구의 한계는 조사 대상기업이 강원도에 위치한 제조기업 중에서 컨소시엄 참여기업이기 때문에 현황과 추진활동 차이에 따른 결과의 해석을 일반화하기에는 약간 무리가 있으며, 향후의 연구에서는 컨소시엄 참여기업 만이 아닌 강원도 소재 제조기업 중에서 표본을 추출하거나, 전수조사를 실시하여 보다 세밀한 분석이 실시되어질 필요가 있을 것이다.
For the activation of the Sanhakyeon Consortium, the role of local universities is critical. It is necessary for the university professionals to bring forth detailed alternative plans to upgrade the technological power of the inferior local small & medium enterprises. This means that the local self-governing bodies must database local universities and professional personnel. As a result, the professionals that are needed by enterprises must be designated to those businesses. Also, the regional small and medium enterprises must develop research personnel to enhance their power of technology. To make this possible, the participating companies of Sanhakyeon Consortium should support the students who are participating in the Consortium with research funds, and also should consider how these students can work for those companies after graduation. Finally, the local self-governing bodies must support Sanhak’s cooperative research on locally specialized industries, by forming a technology-human power network between local universities and small & medium enterprises.
상호배타적인 공학적 투자사업들의 채택 또는 기각 결정을 할 때 현금흐름할인법(DCF법)을 사용할 수 있다. 비교대상이 되는 투자대안들의 초기투자금액이나 사업수명이 다른 경우에는 증분투자분석을 하는 것이 편리하다고 알려져 있다. 두 투자대안의 현금흐름 차이를 서로 비교하는 증분투자분석법은 투자안의 채택 또는 기각 결정에서 DCF법과 동일한 결정을 얻을 수 있다. 그러나 그 계산량이 많고 기각되는 투자대안에 대한 정보를 무시하는 단점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 투자대안별로 순현재가치나 순연간등가를 구하여 투자대안들의 순위를 매김으로써 투자대안들의 수익성 순위 외에도 수익성의 크기도 비교하여 의사결정에 활용할 수 있도록 한다.
Scheduling semi-conductor manufacturing process systems is a complicated and difficult job due to such characteristics as reentry into manufacturing processes, high uncertainty of processes, and products and technologies changing rapidly. They have carried out many studies to find the efficient ways for semi-conductor manufacturing systems with a view to accomplishing the goals of systems like saving cycling time and increasing production quantity per unit time. The production flow in the semi-conductor industry has the most unique characteristics and makes it difficult to plan production and to schedule semi-conductor manufacturing. Currently, the scheduling methods in semi-conductor assembly processes follow the dispatching rule by simple FCFS(first come first serve). And backlog is operated as a buffer based on daily production quantity. In this study, therefore, we will apply various dispatching rules by real time basis and verify the effect and result of exact scheduling through simulation, based on the assumption that competitive advantages in production come from efficient inventory control and exact scheduling.
This paper concerns on a multiprocessor task scheduling problem with precedence relation, in which each task requires several processors at a time. The problem is to find a schedule of minimal time to complete all tasks. In this paper, a tabu search is presented. Numerical results show that tabu search yields a better performance than the previous studies.
In this paper a modified simulated annealing approach for solving single-machine mean tardiness scheduling problems is proposed. The results of the simulation indicate that the proposed method provides more stable solutions than those of previous studies. The proposed method also provides better quality solutions for large-size problems.
This research will introduce the characteristic of the current E-Sales system, the concept of CTP(Capable to Promise), the process analysis of CTP, the modeling of algorithm and the development of algorithm. This research considers the environment of using Job-Shop method. The CTP algorithm models specially through using LPST(Latest Possible Start Time) and EPST(Earlist Possible Start Time) method. It is important part of executing CTP. This research develops the system which can be implemented in the various business environment through additional and continuous research.
The purpose of this study is to select criteria of third party logistics company as the most contribution to the profit of customer company. Based upon literature review and the factor analysis, a total of six factors(Trust, Company reputation, Service capability, Stability, Speciality, Cost saving) when selecting third-party logistics provider, are employed in this research. We selected five experienced experts in business logistics for evaluating the relative weight between these criteria by AHP. The results indicated that the relative importance of service capability was the highest at an analysis conducted on experts.
Invariant 제약조건을 관리하기 위해서는 주로 데이터베이스 트리거를 사용하여 왔다. DB 트리거를 이용해서 제약조건을 관리하는 방법은 개념은 좋지만 시스템에 상당한 부하를 초래하며 성능 측면에서 비현실적이다. 또한, 현실적으로 Invariant는 항상 체크하는 것이 아니라 필요한 시점에서만 체크되어 관리되고 있다. 보통 Invariant는 관련된 비즈니스 프로세스 또는 단위업무를 수행할 때 체크된다. 더욱이 Invariant의 체크시점은 인력 및 장비의 가용성에 관계된 여러 경제적인 이유들로 인해 변경될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 워크플로, BPMS등의 환경에서 비즈니스 Rule을 포함하는 Invariant 형태의 비즈니스 프로세스 제약조건을 통합 관리할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다.
Many research papers on transportation studies have focused on the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) and Vehicle Scheduling Problem (VSP). However in the real world, it is known that it takes long time to build vehicle scheduling in the process of transporting the amount of orders from the logistics center to the vendors due to the realistic constraints. This paper presents a framework design for each process enabling delivery planning automatically using heuristic algorithm. In addition, an interactive automatic delivery planning system is implemented utilizing the proposed algorithm.
설비진단기술분야은 보전비용의 절감을 위한 수단으로 설비의 생산성향상 및 품질개선 측면에서 표준화가 선행되어야 할 과제이다. 예지보전(CBM)은 설비의 열화 및 마모상태를 기준으로 보전시기를 정하는 방법으로 진단기술의 개발과 활용이 필요하다. 본 연구는 기계강도에 대한 평가 영역으로 제시된 ISO 10816-3에 의한 진동속도를 참조로 판정기준에 필요한 측정값의 범위 설정을 위하여 난수발생를 통하여 기계진단의 접근을 다루었다.
Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is intended to detect anomalous usages or attacks on system and network. Even though many IDS models have been developed, they still may have problems, such as involvement of components contaminated by anomalous process, in detecting anomalous behavior patterns. To distinguish anomalous patterns from normal patterns, we propose a Bayesian approach which includes the presentation of the relations among normal pattern components.

This paper is interested in consumer's cognizance of business firm, business CEO, and labor. The attributes of consumer dealt with are gender, education level, etc. We showed consumer's cognizance as forms of hypotheses, tested them, and found many statistically significant facts, and suggested their implication. It can be said that our research results can be utilized as good information and for judgement and decision for constructing cooperative and peaceful labour and management relation.
The purpose of carrier tracking and tracing is to achieve more information over shipments via carrying in mobile business. At multimodes, especially consignor wants to be aware of the exact situation and position of goods. As an innovative business model, we present CGPS(Carrier Global Positioning System) scheme using LEO(Low Earth Orbital) satellite. The LEO collects the data periodically and sends to the web server, and eventually customer's PC or PDA. This provides shipping company or freight forwarder with more robust information such as door status, container inside condition, etc.
Supplier selection and evaluation are arguably one of the most critical functions for the success of an organization. Thus companies have increasingly considered better supplier selection approaches in order to attain the goals of low cost, consistent high quality, flexibility and quick response. In this paper, we present a measure of the overall reliability performance which is a weighted mean of the process capability indices of the reliability prediction characteristics of a supplier. This measure can be used both as a measure of supplier selection for the customer and as a measure for the self-diagnosis of the reliability prediction performance for the supplier.

This paper is to develope the more comfortable shoes for preventing sprain and slippery for the elderly. The shoes adding layers were designed using the shoe-last based on the Korean anthropometric data. The anthropometric elderly, arbitrarily defined as those 65 years of age and above, were a distinct with special needs. A total of 24 subjects participated. They evaluated each shoes using the shoe-last based on the Korean anthropometric elderly data and adding layer for preventing sprain and slippery. As results, the proposed shoes have the better functions for preventing sprain and slippery compared to others.
본 연구는 기존의 평가방법 및 평가시스템의 문제점을 지적한 후. 영리조직의 성과측정 방법론인 균형성과표(BSC: Balanced Scorecard) 접근을 채택하여 지자체 웹사이트 성과측정 프레임워크를 제시한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이 프레임워크를 지원하는 정보시스템을 설계하고, 프로토타입을 개발한 후, 군단위 지방자치단체의 사례를 보여줌으로써 본 프레임워크 및 시스템의 적용 가능성을 보인다.
