The purpose of this study is to present HACCP management method for improving customer satisfaction in bakery industry. As a study method, literature review on HACCP and customer satisfaction and developing questionnaires through model design were done. Then, a survey was done to 209 customers who had experiences of visiting small size bakeries in Seoul or the national capital region. It was then statistically analyzed and examined. In conclusion, even though the respondents showed positive expectation that the certification of HACCP will have an effect on the factors of customer satisfaction like brand image, quality of product and service, facility and physical environment and so on, but as we proved in the course of study model's hypothesis confirmation, actually, current promoting efforts and strategies of the government or related institutions to spread recognition of HACCP don't have an meaningful effect on the factors of customer satisfaction.
목 적: 안경구매자의 구매결정요인과 브랜드 자산인식이 구매만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 상호 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 2011년 10월부터 12월까지 광주지역, 대구지역, 대전지역의 안경원 구매고객을 대상으로 437부의 설문지가 자료분석에 사용되었다. SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 구매결정요인에 대한 상관관계분석 과 구매만족과 구전의도에 대해여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결 과 : 구매결정요인은 고객서비스 및 디자인요인, 상품특성요인, 구매경험요인, 컨텐츠 및 커뮤니티요인 순으로 나타났고, 안경구매 소비자의 브랜드자산 인식에 대한 구매만족 및 구전의도는 브랜드에 대한 지각된 품질, 브랜드 인지도, 브랜드 이미지 순으로 나타났다. 결 론 : 안경구매자의 구매만족과 구전의도를 향상시키기 위해서 고객서비스 및 디자인에 대해 경쟁력을 갖추어야 하며 브랜드에 대한 지각된 품질을 향상시키는 노력이 필요하겠다.
목적 : S-PBL학습방법이 학생들의 학업성취도와 만족도에 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 교육평가도구를 개발하여 작업치료과 학생들의 교육양상을 살펴보고, 교과목 운영에 있어서 통합교과목과 교과목 부분통합으로 운영하는 학과간의 차이를 비교분석하여, S-PBL학습방법의 효과를 밝히는데 있다.연구 방법 : PBL학습을 기초로 S-PBL학습방법을 경험한 간호·보건계열 학생 966명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 작업치료과는 2년간 적용한 학년과 학기별 비교와 교과목 운영에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 학과간의 비교분석으로 학생들의 교육효과를 검증하였다. 결과 : 첫째, 작업치료과 학생들은 1학기보다 2학기에 학업성취도와 학습만족도가 높았으며, 1학년보다 3학년이 모든 항목에서 높았다. 특히, 그룹활동 능력은 모든 학년에서 높았다. 둘째, S-PBL학습방법은 학습자들의 문제해결 능력, 그룹활동능력, 의사소통능력, 현장실무능력에 매우 유익한 학습방법임을 분석결과 모두 통계적으로 유의했다. 셋째, 부분통합 교과목 보다는 통합교과목으로 적용된 학생들의 학업성취도가 문제해결 능력을 제외한 모든 항목이 유의하게 높았으며, 교육환경과 운영방법에 대한 학습 만족도 역시 높았다. 결론 : 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 S-PBL학습방법은 통합교과목으로 운영되고, 매학기 학 년마다 적용한 학생일수록, 학업성취도와 학습만족도가 높다. 그러므로 작업치료학과에서 학생들의 통합능력과 문제해결능력, 실무능력들을 학교교육에서 갖추고자 한다면, 통합된 교과목으로 S-PBL학습방법을 매 학기와 학년마다 확대 적용할 필요성이있음을 시사해주었다.
목적 : 작업치료(학)과 학생들의 일반적 특성에 따른 학과만족도, 진로불안감 및 진로성숙도에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 국내 작업치료(학)과 대학생들의 현황 및 인식도 조사연구 I : 일반적 현황 및 전공 선택의 연구 틀과 절차가 동일하다. 결과 : 학과만족도에서는 여학생이 남학생보다 높게 나타났으며, 17∼22세 범위의 연령대의 학생들이 26∼28세 범위의 연령대의 학생들보다 높게 나타났다. 그리고 3년제 대학이 4년제 대학보다 학과만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 재학생이 복학생, 편입생보다 학과만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 진로확신에 속하는 진로불안감과 진로성숙도는 남학생이 여학생보다 더 높았으며, 연령이 높은 학생이 연령이 낮은 학생보다 진로성숙도가 더 높았으며, 진로불안감은 낮았다. 그리고 4년제 대학이 3년제 대학보다 진로불안감과 진로성숙도가 더 높았으며, 국시 불안감이 클수록 진로 불안감은 더 높았다. 결론 : 이러한 결과를 토대로 전국 작업치료(학)과에서는 학생들 개개인의 특성에 맞는 교육 및 관심을 제공해야 하며, 작업치료(학)과의 질적 향상을 위해서 3년제 대학과 4년제 대학은 상호보완 관계로 발전해 나가야 한다.
본 연구는 우리나라의 대형할인마트 이용자의 쇼핑 성향에 따른 가드닝용품의 이용실태와 만족도를 알아 보기 위하여 대구·경북 지역을 중심으로 최대 소매 업태인 이마트, 홈플러스, 롯데마트를 선정하여 2011년 2월 1일부터 3월 30일의 기간 동안 총 364부의 설문 자료를 수집·분석하였다. 대형할인마트 이용자들의 소 비특성을 파악 하고자 쇼핑성향의 요인분석을 실시한 결과 유행 추구형 쇼핑성향, 친환경적 쇼핑성향, 쾌락 형 쇼핑성형, 경제적 쇼핑성향 4가지 요인이 분석 되 었다. 전반적으로 가드닝 용품의 구매경험이 높았고, 구매횟수는 월 1∼2회, 평균 구매금액은 월 3∼5만원, 구매상품의 종류는 화분이 가장 높게 나타났다. 조사대 상자의 대형할인마트 쇼핑성향에 따라 구매경험은 유 행 추구형 쇼핑성향 72.6%로 높았고 구매횟수는 유행 추구형, 쾌락형, 경제추구형의 40%이상이 월1∼2회, 친환경적 쇼핑성향이 38.1%가 월 5∼6회 정도 구매하 였다. 월 평균 구매금액은 친환경적 쇼핑성향 42.9%, 유행추구형 32.8%가 월 3∼5만원 구매하는 것으로 나 타났고, 쾌락형은 37.2%가 월 1∼3만원, 경제적 쇼핑 성향은 37.1%가 1만원 미만 구매하였다. 가드닝 용품 은 유행 추구형, 쾌락형 쇼핑성향을 지닌 소비자들은 화분, 친환경적 쇼핑성향의 경우 채소씨앗, 경제적 쇼 핑성향은 식물세트를 가장 선호하는 경향을 보였다. 대 형할인마트 내 가드닝 용품에 대한 만족도 및 재 구 매 의도는 평균이상으로 나타났으며, 다양성의 한계가 가장 큰 불만요소인 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of instant noodle's selection attribution on satisfaction and to empirically analyze whether or not grade (elementary schoolchildren, middle school students, high school students) plays a moderating role in the relationship between selection attribution and satisfaction. Further, this study examined the differences in demographic characteristics among two groups of subjects divided by instant noodle's selection attribution. Based on a total of 1021 samples, this study verified a total of 3 hypotheses using the SPSS program. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, chi-square, t-test, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results of the study were as follows. There were three different instant noodle's selection attributions among the children and adolescents investigated: internal element, external element, and company reliability. The multiple regression results show that internal element (=.391), external element (=.239), and company reliability (=.063) among customers' selection attributions had significant positive effects on satisfaction. In addition, the effect of selection attribution upon satisfaction was partially moderated according to grade. Further, cluster analysis divided subjects into two groups according to instant noodle's selection attribution: high-selection group vs. low-selection group. The wo groups of subjects classified by instant noodle's selection attribution were also different from each other in demographic characteristics. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
The purpose of this study was to understand interrelationships among switching costs, customer satisfaction, and switching intent in a family restaurant. Based on a total of 427 customers obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of five hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, χ2=137.881 (df=50); p〈 .001; CMIN/df 2.758; GFI= .947; AGFI= .919, NFI= .965; IFI= .978; TLI= .970; CFI= .978; RMR= .047; RMSEA= .064. The results showed that switching cost (β= .123) in a family restaurant had a positive (+) influence upon customer satisfaction. Further, switching cost had a significantly negative (-) effect on switching intent (β= -.414). In addition, there were moderating effects related to customer knowledge and variety seeking orientation in terms of the causal relationships between switching costs, customer satisfaction, and switching intent. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
The purpose of this study is to define the problems that the public faces in regard to the public language and try to propose measures to solve them. For the objective study, we have set up the genres of the public language and its requirements. The genres of the public language includes the legal writing, press release, public notice, articles, public address and instruction. We have set up 'intelligibility' as a crucial category for the public language, the requirements to achieve that have 'politeness', 'coercive & authoritarian expression', 'discriminating expression', 'content completion', 'logicality', 'the quantity of information', 'conveying the message', 'length of sentences', 'use of terms' and 'visual convenience'. The result reveals the most dissatisfaction of requirements has been shown about the 'easy and friendly terms', followed by the 'visual convenience'. The highest dissatisfaction of genres has found on the legal writing, followed by the public notice, articles and press release. Along with these findings, the relevant studies and discussions must be continued to reduce the level of dissatisfaction on pubic language.
본 연구는 산림복합경영사업의 관리와 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 찾기 위하여 참여 작목반원들의 의식조사, 산림복합경영사업 관리 등에 대하여 중요도·만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 국유림에서 추진중인 산림복합경영사업에 대한 작목반원의 만족도는 매우 높게 나타났다. 또한, 총 15개의 항목중에서 중요도·만족도 분석을 통해 산림복합경영사업에서 집중적 관리전략이 필요한 분야로 전자상거래 및 직거래 활성화, 생산 및 판매 유통정보 2개 항목이 도출되었다. 그리고 현 상태의 지속적 유지가 필요한 분야는 6개 항목, 낮은 우선순위를 가지는 분야는 3개 항목, 과잉노력을 지양해 할 분야는 4개 항목으로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 산림복합경영사업의 추진방향 설정 및 제도개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of nutrition teacher(dietitian) in school foodservice organization. A total of 209 employees in school foodservice operation were surveyed using a self-administrated questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS Windows(Ver. 18.0) for descriptive analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression. the respondents were 89.0% female, 90.4% under high school, and 90.4% under contract employment. The transformational leadership factors - Charisma (p<0.001), intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration - had positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In conclusion, transformational leadership(Charisma) of dietitian directly contributed to job satisfaction and organizational commitment in school foodservice employees.
The two purposes of this study were to understand service encounters in Korean restaurants by foreigners living in Korea and to examine the effect of service encounters on the customer's emotion feelings, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention. Based on the reactions of a total of 614 foreigners obtained by empirical research, this study reviews the reliability and fitness of the research model, and verifies a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data: χ2 683.466 (df=216), CMIN/df 3.164, RMR 0.095, GFI 0.911, AGFI 0.886, NFI 0.933, CFI 0.953, and RMSEA 0.059. As a result of empirical analysis, the physical environment, interactions with employees, and interactions with other customers were quantified as service encounter factors in Korean restaurants. These factors were indicated to have an influence on customer's emotion feelings. Also, customer's emotion feelings had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and behavioral intent. Limitations and future research are also discussed.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the use behavior and satisfaction of home-baking premix products. A total of 275 questionnaires were completed and statistically analyzed by the SPSS 14.0 package. The reasons for home-baking were: fun(33.8%), quality time with the family(33.8%), and distrust in foodstuffs(13.5%). The respondents(38.9%) used home-baking premix products 2~3 times per year. And the respondents purchased home-baking premix products primarily for snack foods(83.3%). Among the selection attributes of home-baking premix products, the respondents considered the importance of ``sanitation``(m=4.16) a top priority, followed by ``taste``(m=4.15), ``ease of use``(m=4.12), ``detailed instructions`` (m=4.05), ``quality of raw materials``(m=4.04), and ``origin``(m=3.91). However, in the case of satisfaction, ``ease of use`` (m=3.81) was the most satisfying aspect, followed by ``detailed instructions``(m=3.67), ``sanitation``(m=3.56) and ``manufacturer`` (m=3.48). According to importance-performance analysis(IPA), ``quality of raw materials`` and ``origin``, which were selection attributes, should be quickly improved. Also, ``taste``, ``ease of use``, ``detailed instructions`` and ``sanitation`` should be maintained. This survey found that the satisfaction levels for home-baking premix product selection attributes had a significant influence on overall satisfaction(F=7.91, p<0.001). In particular taste(β=0.32, t=3.53, p<0.001) had a meaningful effect on overall satisfaction. In addition, the satisfaction levels for home-baking premix product selection attributes affected repurchase intention(F=8.61, p<0.001).

The purpose of this study is to understand the safety factors of the public transportation and recommend the experimental factors of customer satisfaction. The survey consist of 28 questions of 5 factors about users characteristics on roads, railways, ships, and flights. As a result of multiple regression analysis, we knew that there are three potential factors affecting customer satisfaction. The Factors are named 'expected', 'attitude', 'management', and the variable of factors affect customer satisfaction significantly. Therefore, it is good strategy for effective working to improve customer satisfaction that maintain attitude with safety minds, try to specialized management, and creating expectation for safety considering the difference by the type of public transportation. After considering the meaningful result, for the development of policies for customer satisfaction for safety, we have to consider expected, attitude, and management factors of workers and officials that influence customer safety and try to improve the managerial factors considering the characteristics of their own.
This study investigates the effect of the relationships among ethical leadership, LMX(leader-member exchange) and job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of LMX on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. In order to verify the relationships and the mediating effect, the data obtained from convenient sample of 256 nurses in a city were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. The findings were as follows: First, ethical leadership were positively related to LMX and job satisfaction. Second, LMX was positively related to job satisfaction. Finally, LMX played as a partial mediator on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.
