        In this study, in order to establish a strategy for developing an fire following earthquake risk assessment method that can utilize domestic public databases(building datas, etc.), the method of calculating the ignition and fire-spread among the fire following earthquake risk assessment methodologies proposed by past researchers is investigated After investigating and analyzing the methodology used in the HAZUS-MH earthquake model in the United States and the fire following earthquake risk assessment methodology in Japan, based on this, a database such as a domestic building data utilized to an fire following earthquake risk assessment method suitable for domestic circumstances (planned) was suggested.

        목적 : 본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 근무환경이 작업치료사의 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대 하여 설문 조사하였다. 감염병 유행이나 재난 상황에서 작업치료사들의 직무 스트레스를 완화하여 효과 적으로 직무를 수행할 수 있도록 대응 방안을 마련하는데 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 코로나19 팬데믹 상황 중 대면으로 작업치료를 시행하고 있는 작업치료사를 대상으로 설문조 사 하였다. 독립변수는 작업치료사의 일반적 특성 11문항, 근무환경 11문항이고 종속변수는 직무 스트 레스 24문항으로 총 46문항으로 구성된 설문지를 온라인 설문지 링크 공유를 통해 조사하였다. 2022년 9월부터 3개월동안 온라인 설문지가 수집되었으며, 최종 216부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계 를 실시하고 상관관계 분석을 통해 상관성이 확인된 변수를 대상으로 다중회귀 분석을 실시하여 직무 스트레스에 대한 영향 요인을 확인하였다. 결과 : 상관분석 결과에서 근무기관, 치료대상자, 근골격계 통증의 증가, 부서 내 의사소통의 어려움, 다른 부서와 협업의 어려움, 보호구 장비사용의 어려움, 보호장비 지급 불충분, 감염위험에 대한 부담의 증가 가 유의한 상관 요인으로 나타났다. 다중회귀 분석에서 보호장비 지급 불충분과 감염위험에 대한 부담의 증가가 팬데믹 상황에서 직무 스트레스에 대한 영향 요인으로 확인되었다. 결론 : 연구수행 결과 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 개인 보호장비 지급이 부족하고, 감염위험에 대한 부담이 증가되는 것이 작업치료사의 직무 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서, 감염병 대유행 상황에서는 환자를 대면하는 작업치료사에게 개인 보호장비를 충분히 지급하여 감염위험에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있도록 지원해야 한다.

        본 연구의 목적은 남자 대학 엘리트 조정선수의 2000 m 로잉 에르고미터 수행 후 저온침수 처 치를 통해 혈중 젖산, LDH, MDA 및 SOD의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 피로 회복에 미치는 영향을 구명하는 데 있다. 이에 남자 대학 엘리트 조정선수 10명을 대상으로 고강도 로잉 에르고미터 2,000 m 수 행 후 비 처치와 저온 침수 처치의 효과를 비교하였다. 측정 변인들에 대한 결과를 검증하기 위해 처치 및 시기 간 상호작용 효과를 분석하기 위해 ANOVA를 실시하였고 각 항목별 유의수준 .05로 설정하여 다음 의 결과를 도출하였다. 젖산은 시기 간 주효과가 나타났고(p<.001) 그룹 내 시기별 차이가 났다(p<.001). 또한, LDH는 그룹 내 시기별 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). MDA는 그룹×시기 간 상호작용 효과가 나타났고 (p<.05), 그룹 간(p<.05), 시기 간(p<.001) 주효과가 나타났다. SOD는 그룹 간, 시기 주효과가 나타났고 (p<.05) 회복 30분 후 그룹 간 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 이를 종합해 볼 때, 본 연구에서 실시한 저온침수처치가 조정 선수의 혈중 피로 물질, 활성산소 및 항산화 효소에 유의한 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서 운동선수 의 고강도 훈련 후 저온침수를 적극 활용할 것을 권장한다.

        Recently, there has been an increasing demand for independent suspension systems in commercial vehicles, and various researches related to this trend are currently underway. In this study, as part of an effort to localize the independent suspension system for commercial vehicles, a preceding study was conducted to convert the existing forging process into a casting process. The structural stability of the developed product was evaluated by performing stress analysis on both forging and casting materials. In order to compensate for the low yield characteristics of the casting material, design improvements were made to lower the maximum stress level based on numerical simulations.Additionally, Lightweight design was performed, capitalizing on the inherent design flexibility offered by casting products. As a result, it was confirmed that the developed product exhibited similar stress characteristics level to the existing product, along with a weight reduction of approximately 5%.

        In this study, non-destructive technologies that can be applied to evaluate the integrity of valve materials, safety against internal pressure caused by corrosion, and the blocking function of large-diameter water valves during operation without requiring specimen collection or manpower entering the inside of the valve were tested to assess the reliability of the technologies and their suitability for field application. The results showed that the condition of the graphite structure inside the valve body can be evaluated directly through the optical microscope in the field without specimen collection for large-diameter water butterfly valves, and the depth of corrosion inside the valve body can be determined by array ultrasound and the tensile strength can be measured by instrumented indentation test. The reliability of each of these non-destructive techniques is high, and they can be widely used to evaluate the condition of steel or cast iron pipes that are significantly smaller in thickness than valves. Evaluation of blocking function of the valves with mixed gas showed that it can be detected even when a very low flow rate of mixed gas passes through the disk along with the water flow. Finally, as a result of evaluating the field applicability of non-destructive technologies for three old butterfly valves installed in the US industrial water pipeline, it was found that it is possible to check the material and determine the suitability of large-diameter water valves without taking samples, and to determine the corrosion state and mechanical strength. In addition, it was possible to evaluate safety through the measurement results, and it is judged that the evaluation of the blocking function using mixed gas will help strengthen preventive response in the event of an accident.

        본 연구는 실내-외 우리가 있는 개방형 흑염소사에서 우리나라 5개월령 재래 흑염소를 대상으로 서열과 일주기 리듬이 하루 24시간 동안의 행동에 미치는 영향과 서열과 사료급여시간이 사료급여 후 30분 및 60분 동안의 행동에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 수행하였다. 재래 흑염소의 행동은 CCTV를 사용해 녹화한 후 이들을 1분 단위로 측정하였고, 총 10개의 행동으로 분류하였다. 서열은 적대행동에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤으나 (p<0.05), 다른 행동에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 일주기 리듬은 응립(p<0.05), 이동(p<0.01), 사료섭취(p<0.001), 적대행동(p<0.001), 비적대행동 (p<0.001), 사료탐색(p<0.05), 음수(p<0.001) 및 기타 행동(p<0.001)에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 반면 휴식(p>0.05)과 몸단장(p>0.05)에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 서열과 일주기 리듬의 상호작용효과는 적대행동에만 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다(p<0.05). 서열은 사료급여 후 30분 동안 응립(p<0.05)과 사료섭취(p<0.05)에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤지만 다른 행동에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 사료급여시간은 사료급여 후 60분 동안의 음수(p<0.05)에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤으나, 다른 행동에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 서열과 사료급여시간의 상호작용효과는 모든 행동에 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않았다(p<0.05). 결론적으로, 서열, 일주기 리듬, 그리고 사료급여시간은 우리나라 5개월령 미성성숙한 재래 흑염소의 행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        The aim of this study was to compare the antioxidant activities and functional contents of Korean conventional and Chinese seed gingers from the Jeollabuk-do Wanju and Chungcheongnam-do Seosan regions. Ginger samples were subjected to steaming treatments for different durations (2–8 h) at 121oC using an autoclave. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by measuring total polyphenol and flavonoid contents and ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging activities, while functional ingredient contents were analyzed for gingerols and shogaols. The results showed that Wanju conventional seed ginger (WO-2) had the highest total polyphenol (85.24 mg GAE/g) and flavonoid (98.14 RE/100 g) contents, surpassing that of the control in all steamed groups at 6 h. ABTS radical scavenging activity showed a strong correlation with total polyphenol and flavonoid contents. The control groups indicated that Korean conventional seed ginger had 1.0–1.3 times higher gingerol contents compared to Chinese seed ginger. Furthermore, the content of shogaols, considered major functional ingredients, increased significantly with longer steaming durations, reaching the highest content (1,793 mg/kg) at 8 h, which was 1.0–1.8 times higher in Korean conventional seed ginger than that in Chinese seed ginger. These experiments provide valuable data supporting the excellence of Korean conventional seed ginger in the future.

        PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to develop the data driven pavement condition index by considering the traffic and climatic characteristics in Incheon city. METHODS : The Incheon pavement condition index (IPCI) was proposed using the weighted sum concept with standardization and coefficient of variation for measured pavement performance data, such as crack rate, rut depth, and International Roughness Index (IRI). A correlation study between the National Highway Pavement Condition Index (NHPCI) and Seoul Pavement Condition Index (SPI) was conducted to validate the accuracy of the IPCI. RESULTS : The equation for determining the IPCI was developed using standardization and the coefficient of variation for the crack rate, rut depth, and IRI collected in the field. It was found from the statistical analysis that the weight factors of the IPCI for the crack rate were twice as high as those for the rut depth and IRI. It was also observed that IPCI had a close correlation with the NHPCI and SPI, albeit with some degree of scattering. This correlation study between the NHPCI and SPI indicates that the existing pavement condition index does not consider the asymmetry of the original measured data. CONCLUSIONS : The proposed pavement condition provides an index value that considers the characteristics of the original raw data measured in the field. The developed pavement condition index is extensively used to determine the timing and method of pavement repair, and to establish pavement maintenance and rehabilitation strategies in Incheon.

        Currently, the budget for vocational competency development training has been expanded, but the number of participants has decreased. As the budget for the Vocational Competency Development Project increases, the participation of a large number of people becomes necessary. This study aims to derive factors that affect satisfaction by selecting factors related to respondent characteristics, training institutions, training types, and job performance for satisfaction with vocational competency development training, and to study ways to improve satisfaction. Data were collected through focus group interviews (FGI), and logistic regression analysis was conducted through feasibility review and reliability analysis. As a result, in the case of the model, it was confirmed that the degree of agreement between the case actually measured and the case predicted by the model was low in the Hosmer and Lemeshow test, but the overall classification accuracy was classified as 96.0% in the classification accuracy table. As for the influence of the factors, the result was derived that the application of knowledge technology, training institution facility equipment, Business Collaboration, long-term work plan, and satisfaction with work performed have an influence in the order.

        High-temperature and high-pressure post-processing applied to sintered thermoelectric materials can create nanoscale defects, thereby enhancing their thermoelectric performance. Here, we investigate the effect of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) as a post-processing treatment on the thermoelectric properties of p-type Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3.0 compounds sintered via spark plasma sintering. The sample post-processed via HIP maintains its electronic transport properties despite the reduced microstructural texturing. Moreover, lattice thermal conductivity is significantly reduced owing to activated phonon scattering, which can be attributed to the nanoscale defects created during HIP, resulting in an ~18% increase in peak zT value, which reaches ~1.43 at 100oC. This study validates that HIP enhances the thermoelectric performance by controlling the thermal transport without having any detrimental effects on the electronic transport properties of thermoelectric materials.

        영남 평야지에서는 추석전 햅쌀 출하를 목적으로 조기재배나 극조기재배가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 극조기 벼 수확 이후에 후작물로 적합한 작목이 없어서 휴경을 하는 농가가 많아 적합한 작부체계 개발을 위한 재배법 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 시험은 극조기 벼 수확 후 이모작 작부체계에 적합한 벼 품종 및 재배시기 설정을 위해 수행하였다. 조생종 14개 품종을 4월 7일, 4월 14일, 4월 21일, 4월 28일에 각각 이앙하였을 때, 극조기 벼 이모작을 위한 기준 출수기인 7월 10일 이전에 출수가능한 품종은 백일미, 주남조생, 중모1032, 진옥이었다. 이 품종들의 적산온도로 추정한 적정 이앙시기는 4월 10일에서 4월 20일 사이로, 이 시기에 이앙할 경우 8월 20일 이내에 수확이 가능하여 8월 하순 후작물과의 작기연결성에 유리한 적합 품종으로 판단된다.

        Fluorescent probe were used to evaluate the effects of catechin on the structural parameters (annular lipid fluidity, transbilayer lateral and rotational mobility and protein clustering) of the Porphyromonas gingivalis outer membrane (OPGs). An experimental procedure was used on the basis of selective quenching of 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene (DPH) and 1,3-di(1-pyrenyl)propane (Py-3-Py) by trinitrophenyl groups and radiationless energy transfer from the tryptophans of membrane proteins to Py-3-Py and DPH. Catechin increased the bulk lateral and rotational mobility, annular lipid fluidity of OPGs lipid bilayers, and had greater fluidizing efficacy on the outer monolayer than the inner monolayer. It also caused membrane proteins to cluster. Based on these effects of catechin on OPGs, the antibacterial and antiviral actions of catechin can be partially explained.

        PURPOSES : For most local governments, including that of Gangwon-do, the establishment of an organized pavement management system is insufficient, resulting in problems such as inefficient distribution and use of maintenance budgets for deteriorated road pavements. In this study, we aimed to contribute to the establishment of a more reasonable road maintenance strategy by developing a model for predicting the annual international roughness index (IRI) change for national highway asphalt pavements in Gangwon-do based on big data analysis. METHODS : Data on independent and dependent variables used for model development were collected. The collected data were subjected to exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data preprocessing. Independent variable candidates were selected to reduce multicollinearity through correlation analysis and specific conditions. A final model was selected, and sensitivity analysis was performed. RESULTS : The final model that predicts annual IRI change uses independent variables such as annual temperature range, minimum temperature, freeze-thaw days, IRI, surface distress (SD), and freezing days. The sensitivity analysis confirmed that the annual IRI change was affected in the order of annual temperature range, minimum temperature, freeze-thaw days, IRI, SD, and freezing days. CONCLUSIONS : Road maintenance can be performed rationally by predicting future pavement conditions using the model developed in this study. The accuracy of the prediction model can be improved if additional data, such as material properties and pavement thickness, are obtained in future studies.

        This study was carried out in order to provide suggestions with regard to optimal control methods for various odor emission facilities (162 companies and 26 industrial classifications) through comparative analysis of effective odor treatment technologies for each type of odor substance by literature reviews, based on measured 22 odor substance data for 162 samples taken from A city. The industrial classification of Pulp showed the highest odor quotient (7,589 as average value) and was followed by the industrial classifications of Wastewater, Woods, and Furniture, indicating average odor quotient values of 2,361, 1,396 and 1,392, respectively. Absorption using chlorine dioxide and sodium hydroxide can be an optimal treatment method to remove the odor substances of sulfide and aldehyde groups. Biofilers with microbial communities will be effective to remove odors caused by volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and an absorption method using sulfuric acid is proper for the removal of odor substances caused by nitrogens.

        This study was conducted to investigate the vertical distribution and vascular plants in the Gakho mountain. Form the results of three field surveys from May 2022 to September 2022, a total of 478 total taxa, representing 426 species, 11 subspecies, 35 varieties, four forms, and two hybrids were identified, which were categorized in 282 genera and 94 families. We identified the elevational distribution ranges of 398 taxa of vascular plants. Among them, 19 taxa were endemic to Korea, one taxon was identified as a rare plant. The floristic target plants amounted to 72 taxa, specifically two taxa of grade V, two taxa of grade IV, 16 taxa of grade III, 27 taxa of grade II, and 25 taxa of grade I. Further, 71 taxa were identified as northern lineage plants. A total of 19 taxa of alien plants were identified, with a Naturalized Index of 4.0%, an Urbanization Index of 6.6%, and three plants that disturbed the ecosystem. The result of analyzing the pattern of species richness showed a reversed hump shape with minimum richness at midhigh elevation. A cluster analysis showed a high degree of similarity between adjacent elevation sections that are geographically adjacent with similar habitat environments. Warmth index in the Gakho mountain ranged from 57.2°C · month to 84.2°C · month. Our results provide basic data on vascular plants and valuable information on elevational distribution ranges of current plant species in the Gakho mountain, which could serve as a baseline for comparison of the shifts in elevation under future climate change.

        PURPOSES : With the recent enactment of the 「Framework Act on Sustainable Infrastructure Management」 in Korea, the establishment of mid- to long-term management plans for social infrastructure and the feasibility evaluation of maintenance projects have become mandatory. To this end, the life cycle cost analysis is essential. However, owing to the absence of a deterioration model, trials and errors are in progress. METHODS : In this study, a deterioration model was established for bridges, which are the representative social infrastructures of roads, particularly for expansion joints that can cause enormous damage to not only the superstructure but also the substructure. The deterioration model was classified into rubber and steel, based on the material of the expansion joint. The analysis used the inspection and climate data conducted in Korea over the last 12 years. The Bayesian Markov Hazard model was applied as the analysis technique. RESULTS : The average life expectancy by type of expansion joint was analyzed to be 8.9 and 6.6 years for rubber and steel, respectively. For probabilistic life cycle cost analysis, the probability distribution of the life expectancy, validity range by confidence level, and Markov transition probability matrix were presented. CONCLUSIONS : In this study, the basis for deterministic and probabilistic life cycle cost analysis of expansion joints was laid. In future studies, it will be necessary to establish a standardized deterioration model for all types of infrastructure, including all bridge elements.
