        The purpose of development new variety ‘Miho’ (Hordeum vulgare L.) is a favorite with livestock feed and develop varieties resistant to disease and lodging. ‘Miho’ was carrying out the growth habit of group Ⅲ with green and mid-wide leaf. Awn that is related to preference of livestock is a semi-smooth awn. This cultivar had 96 cm of culm length, 650 of spikes per m2. Heading date of ‘Miho’ was April 27, and maturing date on May 30, which were later than cultivar ‘Youngyang’. It also showed strong winter hardiness, and similar resistance to shattering and bariy yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV) compared with those of check one. The best thing among the traits of a good quality with the plant green at the latter growing period. The average forage dry matter yield in the regional yield trial was about 13.1, 12.1 MT per ha in upland and paddy field, respectively, which were 9%, 2% higher than that of the check cultivar. It’s also showed 6.8% crude protein, 27.1% ADF (acid detergent fiber), and 67.5% TDN (total digestible nutrients), including higher silage quality for whole crop barley. This cultivar would be suitable for the area whose average minimum temperature was above -8℃ January in Korean peninsula.

        We have constructed a wide-field photometric survey system called as the Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) in 2015. It consists of three 1.6 m optical telescopes equipped with mosaic CCD cameras. Four 9k CCDs were installed on the focal plane of each telescope. In this paper, we present the crosstalk analysis of the KMTNet mosaic CCD images. The crosstalk victims caused by bright sources were visible at eight sub-images obtained through different readout ports of each CCD. The crosstalk coefficients were estimated to be several tens of 10-4 in maximum, differing from sub-image to sub-image, and the non-linearity effect certainly appeared at the victims made from saturated sources. We developed software functions to correct the crosstalk effect of the KMTNet CCD images. The software functions showed satisfying results to remove clearly most of the crosstalk victims and have been implemented in the KMTNet image processing pipeline since 2015 September.

        This study aimed to evaluate the growth of Ilex cornuta Lindl. & Paxton, Cotoneaster dammeri, Ardisia pusilla ‘Variegata’, and Ilex aquifolium 'Silver Queen' when sphagnum moss was used for media, and the pottery plants were submitted to different temperatures and shade levels. After transplantation to pottery pots with Sphagnum Moss, the growth of I. aquifolium 'Silver Queen' at 25℃ of soil was the highest with 16.8 cm in plant height, 75.0 in leaf number, 256.5 cm2 in leaf area, 18.9 g in fresh weight. I. cornuta Lindl. & Paxton and A. pusilla ‘Variegata’ were in the same range but soil temperatures of 15℃, 20℃, or 30℃ had no effect and the survival rate remained 100%. On the other hand, when I. aquifolium ‘Silver Queen’ was submitted to night temperatures of 4℃, 8℃, 12℃, or 15℃, the following results were obtained: 14.1 cm in plant height, 70.0 in number of leaf, 221.1 cm2 in leaf area, and 18.9 g in fresh weight at 15℃; C. dammeri showed similar results. The survival rate at night temperature 4℃ or 8℃ was 100%, but the plant growth was sluggish. In shading 30% or 60%, the fresh weight of I. aquifolium ‘Silver Queen’, I. cornuta Lindl. & Paxton, and A. pusilla ‘Variegata’ was increased at shading 60% as the plants became taller. Non shading increased the leaf number and leaf area of plants compared with shading. In conclusion, the quality of small woody plants in pottery can be improved when the plant is grown before shipping at a soil temperature of 25°C and a greenhouse night temperature of 15°C, at 30% shading after acclimation

        This study aimed to evaluate the growth of Ilex cornuta Lindl. & Paxton, Cotoneaster dammeri, Ardisia pusilla ‘Variegata’, and Ilex aquifolium ‘Silver Queen’ when sphagnum moss was used for purpose of export and the pottery plants were submitted to different watering and quick versus slow release fertilizer. The growth of I. aquifolium 'Silver Queen' watered 50 mL every 3 days was the highest with 16.0 cm in plant height, 79.3 in leaf number, 178.2 cm2 in leaf area, and 18.5 g in fresh weight. C. dammeri also grew best when watered every 3 days. However, the survival rate was 100% for I. aquifolium 'Silver Queen' watered at 12-day intervals and C. dammeri watered at 6-day intervals or more. With quick release fertilizer of 1,000 – 2,000 mg·L-1 applied at 1- to 4-week intervals, I. aquifolium 'Silver Queen' and C. dammeri, plant height, number of leaf, leaf area, and fresh weight increased as fertilizing intervals were shorter. During the short quick release fertilizing at 4-week intervals, the survival rate remained 100%. With slow release fertilizer of 0.5 mg, 1 mg, or 2 mg applied at intervals of 6, 12, and 18 weeks, I. cornuta Lindl. & Paxton and A. pusilla ‘Variegata’ plant height, number of leaf, leaf area, and fresh weight increased with increase of fertilizer amounts and shorter intervals of fertilizing. However, concentration of fertilizer had no effect on plant growth. During the short slow release fertilizing at 18-week intervals, the survival rate remained 100%. Therefore, to improve the quality of small woody plants in the pottery aimed for export, it is preferable to water at intervals of 3 days after acclimation, and use either quick release fertilizer at 3-week intervals or slow release fertilizer at 12-week intervals.

        This study was carried out to indirectly predict the storage time limit, hardness, and acidity of Fuji apples in controlled atmosphere (CA) storage. A sensor installed inside the CA storage measured temperature, relative humidity, and gas composition data in real time. The respiration rate from five tons of apples in CA storage was calculated to predict the weight loss rate. As a result, the predicted and actual weight loss rate induced a predictable residual storage time equation that showed a significantly high correlation. The apple storage period showed a high reliability (R2=0.9322) because the predicted equation using respiration rate and number of days stored was about nine months for five tons of apples. Furthermore, the hardness and acidity prediction equation were derived from the quality analysis. However, there was not enough analysis sample correlation (the coefficient was as low as 0.3506 and 0.3144, respectively), but the tendency could be confirmed by reduced hardness and acidity. As a result, these quality prediction equations could encourage CA container distribution, effective for agricultural shipment regulation and increasing the ease of operations.

        축산농가에서 사육되는 주요 가축으로 한우, 젖소, 돼지, 가금류, 흑염소, 사슴, 말 등으로 이들 가축 들은 생산성을 높이기 위하여는 과학적인 번식관리를 통한 증식과 개량이 꾸준히 적용되어지고 있다. 농촌진흥청에서 축산농가에 제공되는 연구개발된 번식분야 실용화 기술들은 매년 보급되고 있으며 활 용도를 높이기 위하여 책자, DVD, 인터넷 등 매체를 통하여 보급되고 있다. 이와 같이 1993~2016년 동안 제공된 영농활용기술 중 번식분야를 중심으로 제공된 기술을 분석하여 향후 축산농가 번식기술 방향을 제시하고자 조사를 실시하였다. 1993~2016년 동안 번식분야 영농활용기술은 총 407건으로 축 종별로는 한우 170건, 젖소 94건, 돼지 97건, 가금류 18건, 흑염소 12건, 사슴 8건, 말 7건 등이었고, 번식 기능별로는 번식관리 167건, 인공수정 99건, 수정란이식 45건, 교배계획 31건, 가금번식 14건 등 순이었 다. 번식관리 분야는 전체 167건에서 호르몬 처리에 의한 번식력 향상 기술이 35건, 사료 사양관리 17, 비타민급여 번식효율 향상 9, 신체충실지수(BCS) 7건, 발정관찰 5건, 임신진단 4건 등 순이었다. 인공 수정 분야는 전체 99건에서 인공수정 일반기술이 42건, 정액제조 21건, 정액선택 16건, 정액보존 11건, 정액채취 6건 등 이었다. 수정란이식 분야는 전체 45건에서 호르몬처리에 의한 수정란이식 일반관리기 술 16건, 다배란유기 기술이 12건, 신체충실지수 적용기술이 4건, 수정란 성판별 기술 2건 등이었다. 가금류 번식분야는 14건에서 부화기술 5건, 종계관리 4건, 종란관리 3건, 인공수정 2건이었다.

        The study analyzed performance assessment factors of VOCs odor sensors from 3 different manufacturers, such as minimum detection limit, humidity stability and temperature stability. Through the minimum detection limit assessment, it was found that a VOCs sensor was able to detect TVOCs at the concentration of 5 ppb. The standard deviation ratio was over 10%, and it increased as humidity rose. The range of temperatures in which the VOCs odor sensor using photoionization could operate was between 25oC and 40oC, and the sensor output values were unstable at low temperatures. In terms of the temperature stability of the metal oxide semiconductor sensor for measuring complex odors, the sensor output values dropped considerably to 0~10oC, and were similar to the concentrations of odorous gases generated at 25oC. The results of the test of VOCs odor sensor outputs after temperature and humidity pre-treatment revealed that the respective stable output values at 50% humidity and 25oC were similar to the concentrations of manufactured odors. In terms of temperature and humidity stability of the VOCs odor sensors, all target VOCs substances had stable output values at 25oC to 40oC and at 50% to 65% relative humidities, and unstable values at low temperatures and high humidities. Therefore, the implementation of pre-treatment systems including temperature and humidity correction (25~40oC, 50~65% RH) is required for the stable use of VOCs odor sensors.

        The main point of this study is to find out duplicates and differences among various regulations from different organizations. Also, it focuses on creating a reasonably unified regulation system to standardize safety & environment management. In this study, I analyzed the commonalities and the differences of two systems which are typical korean Process Safety Management System and off-site Consequence Analysis. It is confirmed that there are 25 species of overlapped material of those two systems and assessment like handling material information, facilities lists, hazardous substances and list of machine power. Process safety report focuses on onsite workers and facility protect. On the other hand, off-site Consequence Analysis focuses on design, arrangement and management of handling facility from off-site influence. I found difference two system of Enforcement purposes and way. Contradiction of Harmful information of Chemicals Control Act and occupation safety and health acts from same material. To be specific, There are no unit rule of occupation safety and health acts. so it permit inch, psi etc. But Chemicals Control Act provides that m, Mpa units. Therefore, Each regulatory duplication of items for chemicals management, standardization is writing so that you can coordinate overlapping items in the measures the need to be presented.

        The steel I-girder inserted circular steel pipe is a new structural cable-anchorage system that the circular guide pipe is connected and welded to the web of the I-girder for cable-stayed bridge. This guide pipe-anchor system has many merits of the structural and aesthetic performances. However, there has been little research into the behavior mechanism with respect to anchor angles and the strengthening methods against the sectional area reduction caused by the penetration of guide pipe. Therefore, this paper investigates an experimental behavior of the steel I-girder with circular steel tube which is fabricated 1/3 scale model as fundamental study to examine the flexural behavior and failure mode in the laboratory. Based on the comparison of test results and nonlinear FE analyses, it is found that FEM is suitable to estimate the stiffness of I-girder with circular tube in order to design the cable-stayed bridge.

        PURPOSES: This study evaluates the reliability of the patterns of changes in the road surface temperature during winter using a statistical technique. In addition, a flexible road segmentation method is developed based on the collected road surface temperature data. METHODS: To collect and analyze the data, a thermal mapping system that could be attached to a survey vehicle along with various other sensors was employed. We first selected the test route based on the date and the weather and topographical conditions, since these factors affect the patterns of changes in the road surface temperature. Each route was surveyed a total of 10 times on a round-trip basis at the same times (5 AM to 6 AM). A correlation analysis was performed to identify whether the weather conditions reported for the survey dates were consistent with the actual conditions. In addition, we developed a method for dividing the road into sections based on the consecutive changes in the road surface temperature for use in future applications. Specifically, in this method, the road surface temperature data collected using the thermal mapping system was compared continuously with the average values for the various road sections, and the road was divided into sections based on the temperature. RESULTS : The results showed that the comparison of the reported and actual weather conditions and the standard deviation in the observed road surface temperatures could produce a good indicator of the reliability of the patterns of the changes in the road surface temperature. CONCLUSIONS: This research shows how road surface temperature data can be evaluated using a statistical technique. It also confirms that roads should be segmented based on the changes in the temperature and not using a uniform segmentation method.

        경남농업기술원 화훼연구소에서 2010년에 육성한 스프레이 국화 ‘Eye Green’ 품종은 2006년도에 녹색 폼폰형인 산티니계 스프레이 국화 ‘Froggy’를 모본, 성장세가 좋은 백색 폼폰형 스프레이 국화 우수계통 ‘S05-524’를 부본으로 교배하여 육성 하였다. 2007년 실생 집단으로부터 개화가 균일하고 성장세가 우수한 개체를 선발하여 ‘FS07-175’로 계통명을 부여하였고, 2008년부터 2010년까지 3년간에 걸쳐 춘계 억제재배와 하계 촉성재배를 포함하는 특성검정을 통해 최종적으로 ‘Eye Green’을 육성하였다. ‘Eye Green’의 자연개화기는 10월 하순이며, 전조와 차광처리에 의한 일장조절에 의해 연중생산이 가능하 다. 이 품종은 연녹색(YG145D) 꽃잎을 가진 폼폰형으로 성장 세가 강하고 하계 고온기 재배에서도 화색이 안정적이다. 가 을재배에 있어서 화경은 4.5cm, 본당 착화수가 14.1개이고, 절화수명은 25.4일이었다. 춘계 차광재배에서의 단일처리 후 개화소요일수가 46일이었다. 이 품종은 흰녹병에 중도저항성 을 나타내고 있으며, 대조품종에 비해 기호도도 높았다. ‘Eye Green’은 2012년 국립종자원에 품종보호권등록(품종보호 제 4202) 되었다.

        호랑가시나무 (Ilex cornuta Lindl. & Paxton), 무늬호랑가시 나무(Ilex aquifolium ‘Silver Queen’), 백자단(Cotoneaster dammeri) 및 무늬산호수(Ardisia pusilla ‘Variegata’)를 수태 로 도자기 분에 심어 단근, 전정, 차광, 밀폐 등의 처리를 하여 생존율을 조사하였다. 도자기 분 이식 시 단근 정도에 따른 무늬호랑가시나무의 생존율은 모든 처리에서 높은 생존율을 보였다. 백자단의 생존율은 무단근은 100%, 25% 단근은 93.3%로 높았으나 50% 단근은 26.7%로 낮았다. 무늬호랑가 시나무의 전정 정도에 따른 생존율은 모든 처리에서 높은 생 존율을 보였다. 차광 정도에 따른 생존율은 호랑가시나무가 무차광에서 13.3%, 30% 차광에서 30.0%, 60% 차광에서 53.3%이었으나, 무늬산호수는 모든 처리에서 100%를 보였다. 밀폐 정도에 따른 도자기 분화 식물의 생존율은 호랑가시나무 의 경우 무처리와 비닐 밀폐에 구멍을 내고 30% 차광한 처리 에서 낮은 생존율을 보였으나, 습도가 높은 완전 밀폐처리와 밀폐하여 30% 차광한 처리에서는 호랑가시나무와 무늬산호수 는 100%의 생존율을 보였다. 300mL의 도자기 분 식재 시 수 태 중량에 따른 식물의 생존율은 호랑가시나무에서 120g은 66.7%로 가장 높았고, 160g은 33.3%, 200g은 26.7%, 240g은 20.0%로 수태의 중량이 많을수록 생존율이 낮았다. 수태로 도 자기 분 이식 시 생존율을 높이기 위해서는 단근을 거의 하지 않고 수태의 양을 많지 않게 하며 비닐 밀폐에 차광을 하면 된다.

        The feed value of Astragalus membranaceus leaves and straws was amended by fermentation using effective microorganisms, such as molasses (T1), Rhodobacter capsulatus (T2), Bacillus subtilis (T3), Lactobacillus acidophilus (T4), or Saccharomyces cerevisiae (T5), with no supplements in the control (C). The crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), and acid detergent fiber (ADF) contents in the fermentation-treated A. membranaceus leaves decreased, whereas nitrogen free extract (NFE) content increased significantly. A decrease in the amounts of CP (except in T3), EE, CF, NDF, and ADF in the A. membranaceus straws treated with effective microorganisms was observed compared with that for the C and T1 (p<0.05). The NFE content of the straws increased with all treatments, except T1. Fermentation treatment subtly altered the fatty acid composition of A. membranaceus leaves and straws. In contrast, the calcium and vitamin E contents in A. membranaceus leaves and straws were increased after fermentation treatment (p<0.05). However, T3 yielded higher saponin content in straws compared to that by any of the other treatments (p<0.05). The effect of fermentation with microorganisms, maintained the low pH up to 48 h (p<0.05), whereas it was random for the straws. Therefore, the data suggest that fermentation treatment with microorganisms can improve digestion rate and have a positive effect on physiologically active substances and feed value.

        PURPOSES : This study proposes a methodology to collect data necessary for microlevel emission estimation, such as second-by-second speeds and road grades, and to accordingly estimate emissions. METHODS: To ease data collection for microlevel emission estimation, a vehicle equipped with speed- and location-recording instruments as well as equipment for measuring road geometry was used. As a case study, this vehicle and the proposed methodology were used on a 10- km-long highway in Yongin City, Korea. Emissions from the vehicle during driving were estimated in various microscale driving conditions. RESULTS : Differences in the estimated emission under different microscale driving conditions cannot be ignored. Compared with the estimations obtained when second-by-second data were not considered, CO and NOx emissions were more than threefold higher when considering second-by-second speed; similarly, CO and NOx emission estimations were higher by approximately 10% and 3%, respectively, when considering second-by-second road grade. CONCLUSIONS : The proposed method can estimate vehicle emissions under real-world driving conditions in such applications as road design and traffic policy assessments.

        기상 조건을 고려하여 교통사고 발생 원인과의 관계를 분석한 연구에서는 갑작스러운 온도 또는 기상 상 태의 변화는 교통사고에 영향을 준다는 결론을 제시하고 있다. 특히, 동절기에 기온이 떨어지는 경우, 도로 결빙에 의한 교통사고가 발생할 가능성이 높으며, 도로 표면에서 발생하는 결빙 현상은 운전자가 육안으로 쉽게 관측 할 수 없는 한계를 가진다. 따라서, 노면에 발생하는 결빙은 교통사고의 원인으로 작용 할 수 있 기 때문에, 결빙이 발생한 구간에서 운전자의 주의를 높여 줄 수 있는 대안 등이 요구된다. 결빙 현상은 야 간과 같이 온도가 낮아지는 시간에 발생하므로, 결빙을 예측하기 위해서는 노면 온도에 대한 정보가 필요하 다. 그러나, 노면온도 변화에 직・간접적으로 영향을 주는 대기 기상정보는 거시적(5km*5km 단위) 범위에 서 정보가 제공되므로, 운전자가 주행하는 도로망에 대한 정확한 정보를 제공하는데 어려움이 따른다. 따라 서, 본 연구에서는 운전자가 주행하는 도로망에 대기 온도를 제공 및 예측하기 위해 대기온도, 대기습도, 풍 향 등을 고려한 기상정보와 노면 온도 자료를 활용하여 노면 온도를 예측하는 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 노면 온도 예측 모형을 개발하기 위하여 Thermal Mapping 장비가 장착된 차량을 이용하였으며, Thermal Mapping 장비를 통해 노면온도, 대기온도, 대기습도를 측정한다. 또한, 시스템적으로 GPS가 연계되어 있어서, 정확한 위치 정보의 취득이 가능하며, 노면온도에 영향을 미치는 기상정보는 기상청에 서 수집하여 제공하는 온도, 습도, 풍속 등을 이용하였다. 또한, 지형의 요소를 교량부, 산지부, 평지부, 해안, 내륙을 구분하여 지형적인 요소도 반영 될 수 있도록 하였다. 예측 모형은 비선형 분석 모형을 사용 하여 노면 예측 정확도에 적합한 알고리즘을 사용할 계획이며, 본 연구의 결과는 기상과 관련된 교통안전 관련 연구에 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

        교통사고 잦은 곳 개선사업은 2010년까지 사업대상지점만을 선정하여 개선사업을 진행하였지만, 2011 년부터 지점뿐만 아니라 구간을 선정하여 개선사업을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 사업대상구간을 선 정하는 방법이 명확하지 않은 문제가 있어 사업대상구간 선정 시 혼란이 가중되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 지방부 도로와 같이 교차로가 많지 않은 구간의 사업대상구간 선정은 비교적 수월하지만, 도시부 도로의 교차로가 많은 구간에서는 정량적인 기준을 통해 어떤 구간을 어떻게 선정하여야 하는지 명확한 기준이 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교차로가 많은 특성을 가지고 있는 도시부 도로에서의 사고 잦은 곳 사업대 상구간을 정량적으로 선정할 수 있도록 방법론을 개발하였다. 교통사고 DB는 도로교통공단 교통사고분석시스템(TAAS)을 통해 2012년 발생한 사고 DB를 수집하였 다. 대상구간은 서울시 동작구, 경기도 안양시, 전주시 완산구 13개 축을 선정하여 교통사고 건수 및 심각 도를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 교통사고 잦은 구간을 선정하는 2가지 대안을 제시하였고, 대표성, 구간 선 정 편리성, 범용성, 시스템 적용성 측면에서 대안별 장단점을 분석하여, 최적안을 도출하였다.
