The Government of Vietnam recently issued a Strategy for Intellectual Property 2030 and amended the Law on Intellectual Property in 2022 for the economic development of Vietnam through stimulating innovation and creativity. Many solutions are recommended to foster the integration of research and development, and intellectual property such as recycling, water cleaning, treatment of poisonous exhausted air, energy saving, green technology for conserving ecosystems. To have more inventions and patents, Vietnam needs to protect its intellectual property rights (IPRs) involving all its various sectors and entities more. However, the current status of IPRs protection in Vietnam shows limitations in this field due to lack of appropriate legal rules on civil and criminal sanctions. This article will give an overview of IPRs protection in Vietnam and then analyze some current provisions relating to civil and criminal sanctions for IPRs infringement based on the experiences of some foreign countries. It will also recommend some solutions for overcoming these challenges.

본 논문의 목적은 코로나 엔데믹을 맞이해서 교회 개척이 어려운 한국교회의 상황 속에 ‘멀티교회’라고 하는 선교적 교회 개척 모델을 연구하고 미래 시대에 맞는 교회 개척 방법을 제시하는데 있다. ‘멀티사 이트’와 다른 생소한 개념의 ‘멀티교회’을 이해하기 위해 공주 꿈의교회 로부터 시작해서 6개 교회가 개척되고 이 교회들의 연합체인 ‘꿈의 멀티교회’로 세워진 과정과 교회 개척 방법을 살펴보았다. 멀티교회의 개척자인 안희묵 목사의 교회 개척에 대한 목회 철학과 멀티교회의 핵심 요소를 연구함으로 하나님 나라의 확장과 지역사회 복음화에 이바지할 수 있는 선교적 교회 개척 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 멀티교회 에 대한 연구가 한국교회의 교회 개척 운동에 새로운 발판이 되길 기대한다.

본 논문의 목적은 탭 댄스(Tap dance) 교육에서 안무와 음악의 두 요소를 융합한 새로운 교육방법을 제안하는 것이다. 탭 댄스는 무용의 한 장르이기 이전에 타악기로 구분되므로 안무와 음악 교육적 측면 이 함께 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 현재 탭 댄스 교육은 음악 교육적 측면이 배제된 채, 도제식(徒弟式) 방식과 영상을 활용한 안무 교육이 주를 이루고 있으며, 탭 슈즈(Tap Shoes)를 통해 타악기로서 구현해 야 하는 리듬과 연주를 위한 학습 자료가 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 탭 댄스 학습자와 교수자의 체계 적·효과적 교육을 위해, 기존의‘카노테이션(Kahnotation)’을 기반으로 스텝의 명칭, 소리(Sound), 움 직임(Action), 스텝 고유의 질감(Quality) 등을 쉽게 시각화할 수 있는 탭 댄스 기보법‘지-노테이션 (Jee-notation)’을 개발하였다.‘지-노테이션’은 단일 기호 14개와 복합 기호 5개로 이루어져 있으며, 이를 탭 댄스의 기본 스텝인 ‘타임 스텝(Time Steps)’에 적용하였다. 본 연구는 초기 개발 연구로서 ‘타임 스텝’에 적용된 기호 19개를 다루었으며, 후속 연구에서 다양한 스텝들의 지속적인 기호 개발과 실험적 검증으로 확대할 예정이다. 마지막으로 본 논문은 점점 발전하고 있는 디지털 아카이브 (Digital archive)로 활용될 수 있는 기초 자료로서 유의미하게 활용될 것이라 사료되며, 학습자들의 이해와 기억을 돕는 실용적인 기보법이 제시될 것으로 기대한다.

Fashion stress is a pertinent aspect of modern consumer culture that has been underexplored in academic research. This study developed a conceptual framework of fashion stress and a multidimensional scale to measure consumers’ fashion stress. The qualitative study included literature reviews on consumption stress, shopping stress, and consumer behavior, as well as focus group interviews to gain insight into various dimensions of fashion stress. NVivo 12.0 was used to analyze the qualitative data and identify core categories following the grounded theory methodology. The quantitative study involved a preliminary and a primary surveys to verify the validity and reliability of the fashion stress scale. A total of 220 questionnaires were used for data analysis. The results show that fashion stress consists of eight factors: care, shopping, fit, brand, financial, closet, style, and disposal. Choice difficulty plays a significant role in all factors of fashion stress. Moreover, shopping stress had a negative impact on impulse buying, while other factors such as fit, brand, closet, and disposal stress had a positive impact on impulse buying. Thus, fashion stress is a potential antecedent of impulsive consumer behavior. The results also confirm the validity and reliability of the scale. The fashion stress scale developed in this study offers researchers a valuable tool for assessing and understanding consumer experiences.

This study investigated the effect of manufacturing variables (including heating temperature) on the physicochemical properties of nanoemulsion delivery system (NDS) prepared with WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate and to study how the physicochemical properties of NDS affected the bioaccessibility of lycopene. The functional properties of the WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate were determined using the OPA method, interfacial tension, and EAI. The physicochemical and morphological properties of NDS were measured using Zetasizer and TEM, respectively. The bioaccessibility of lycopene in the WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate based NDS was measured using a spectrophotometer. As the pH and heating temperature increased, the Maillard conjugation efficiency increased significantly (p<0.0001). The emulsifying properties of the WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate were greater than those of WPI. A WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate based NDS with a size of ~180 nm was observed in TEM images while the droplet size of the WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate based NDS was smaller than that of the WPI based NDS. During in vitro digestion, no significant changes in the droplet size and PDI of NDS were observed in the mouth and stomach phases, whereas in the intestinal phase, the droplet size and PDI increased significantly (p<0.0001). Moreover, the bioaccessibility of lycopene in the WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate based NDS significantly increased (p<0.0001), compared with that of the WPI based NDS. There was a significant (p<0.05) increase in the bioaccessibility of lycopene with a decrease in the interfacial tension and droplet size of NDS. In conclusion, WPI/Inulin Maillard conjugate based NDS can be used to enhance the bioaccessibility of lycopene.
