        본 시험은 청과용 그린 파파야 무가온 생산시 육묘기간이 생육 및 수량특성에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 ‘Red lady’ 품종을 이용하여 수행하였다. 육묘기간은 3 개월부터 13개월 까지 6처리로 하였으며 2015년 4월 15 일 무가온 하우스내에 정식하였다. 육묘기간에 따른 정식 전 파파야 묘의 초장, 마디수, 생체중 등은 육묘기간이 긴 묘일수록 높았으며, 13개월 육묘에서 가장 생육이 좋았다. 첫 수확일수는 육묘기간이 짧아질수록 길어졌으며 13개월 육묘에서 137일(8월 18일)이 소요되었고 3개월 육묘에서 184일(10월 2일)로 가장 길었다. 과일특성은 육묘기간이 짧았던 3개월 육묘에서 과장과 과경이 가장 작았으나 나머지 처리 간에는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 수량은 육묘기간에 따라 영향을 받았으며 상품수량 역시 육묘기간이 길어짐에 따라 증가하였다. 13개월 육묘에서 가장 많았으며(3,172kg), 다음이 11개월(2,247kg) 및 9개월(2,357kg) 이었다. 7개월과 5개월에서 각각 1,942kg 및 1,787kg 이었으며, 3개월 육묘에서 1,443kg 으로 가장 적었다. 특히 7개월 육묘 이하에서 상품수량은 1,942kg 이하로 크게 감소되었다. 이상의 결과 청과용 그린 파파야 무가온하우스 재배시 수확기를 앞당기기 위해서는 11개월 육묘가 유리하겠으나, 경영비 등을 고려한다면 9개월 정도 육묘가 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

        본 연구는 심비디움의 재배연령과 화분크기에 따른 절화 생 산량과 개화품질을 평가하고자 하였다. 대륜의 노란화색을 가 지는 심비디움 ‘Golden Tiara’ 품종을 실험재료로 사용하였으 며, 재배연차가 3, 4, 5년차로 증가함에 따른 절화 수확량과 특성을 비교하였다. 절화 수확량은 연차가 증가함에 따라 화 서수가 증가하여 5년차에 3년차에 대비 약 2배 증가하였다. 5 년차에서 화서 길이가 40cm미만으로 상품성이 없는 화서도 있었으나 이를 제외하고도 절화 수량이 가장 많았다. 개화소 요일수는 5년차에서 3년차보다 6일 정도 지연되었고 꽃크기 가 5년차에서 3, 4년차보다 감소하는 결과를 보였지만, 절화 품질의 주요인인 화서 길이와 화수는 연차에 따른 차이가 나 타나지 않았다. 관행의 직경 12cm화분과 직경 22cm의 대형 화분에서 재배하여 4년차 식물체의 개화특성을 비교한 결과, 화서의 길이와 꽃크기가 직경 12cm분에서 보다 대형화분에 재배하였을 때 증가한 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 심비디움 ‘Golden Tiara’ 품종의 경우 최소 5년까지 절화 수확이 가능한 것으로 판단되며, 이때 관행화분을 지속적으로 이용하는 것 보다 큰 화분으로 분갈이하여 줌으로써 생산성과 품질을 높일 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

        This study was conducted in order to investigate the effects that the difference of planting time by a method of cultivation in the non-heated greenhouse and the open field with spring planting had on growth and yield. With regard to the tested variety of Momordica charantia, variety ‘Dragon’ (Japan Yae 農藝) was selected. And 3 treatments on March 20, April 5 and April 20 for the greenhouse cultivation and 3 treatments on April 20, May 5 and May 20 for the open-field cultivation 1 month later than those for the greenhouse cultivation were planted by the randomized complete block design, and 4 secondary vines were trained. In the results of examining 15-day average atmospheric temperature after planting according to the methods of greenhouse and open-field cultivation and planting time, it was shown that there was a tendency for atmospheric temperature inside the greenhouse to decrease as the planting time was moved up. In particular, the average atmospheric temperature was 16.7oC when seedling was planted on April 20 in the open-field cultivation, which was approximately equal to 17.0oC of the average atmospheric temperature when a seedling was planted on March 20 in the greenhouse cultivation. With regard to the date of first harvest by the method of cultivation, it was shown that there was a tendency for the date of first harvest to be earlier in the greenhouse cultivation than in the open-field cultivation, and the date of first harvest was moved up as a seedling was planted earlier for the planting period. The number and weight of harvested fruits per plant showed a tendency which was almost similar to that of total number of harvest days and number of harvests. Thus, the number of fruits was 189 and the weight of fruits was 31,649g in case of the greenhouse cultivation and planting on March 20, which were maximum. In case of planting on the latest planting date : May 20 in the open-field cultivation, the number of fruits was 77 and the weight of fruits was 12,502g, which were at a level of 40% of those of planting on March 20 in the greenhouse cultivation 2 months earlier. The total yield per 10a was 10,228kg in the greenhouse cultivation and was 2.2 times as heavy as 4,607kg in the open-field cultivation with regard to the method of cultivation. For the planting period in the greenhouse cultivation, it was 10,539kg and 10,517kg in planting on March 20 and April 5, which was higher by 9% than 9,629kg in planting on April 20. And in the open-field cultivation, it was 4,785kg in planting on April 20 and 4,872kg in planting on May 5, which was higher by 15~17% than 4,163kg in planting on May 20. Taking the above results into account, it is considered proper to plant Momordica charantia from March 20 to April 5 for the greenhouse cultivation and from April 20 to May 5 or thereabouts when a risk of late frost is gone for the open-field cultivation in southern area.

        사과나무의 수세는 품종 고유의 유전적 특성에 따라 결정되지만 환경 조건, 재배 관리, 대목 종류 및 노출 길이에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 품종 고유의 특성에 따라 적합한 대목 종류 및 적정 노출 길이를 선택하는 것이 나무의 생육, 생산성 및 수명에 바람직한 영향을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 국내에서 육성된 ‘서 홍’, ‘썸머드림’, ‘홍금’에 적합한 대목 노출길이에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 M.9 자근대목에 각각 접목한 후 접목부가 지면에서 10, 20, 30 cm로 노출되게 재식하여 수체생장과 생산성을 조사하였다. 재식 6년차까지 ‘서홍’, ‘썸머드림’, ‘홍금’은 대목 노출이 짧을수록 TCA 증가가 컸다. 재식 6년차의 TCA는 10cm 처리구를 100으로 했을 때 20, 30cm 처리구는 각각 ‘서홍’ 70, 60, ‘썸머드림’ 88, 66, ‘홍금’ 55, 41으로 현저히 낮아졌다. 또한 ‘서홍’, ‘썸머드림’, ‘홍금’의 대목 노출 길이가 짧을수록 수고, 수폭, 신초장, 정단신초장의 영양생장량이 더 우수하였다. 재식 6년차까지의 누적수량 역시 대목 노출 길이가 짧을 수록 많아지는 경향을 보였다. 재식 6년차 누적수량의 10cm 처리구를 100으로 했을 때 20, 30cm 처리구는 ‘서홍’ 77, 63, ‘썸머드림’ 85, 76, ‘홍금’ 73, 58으로 조사되었다. 과실 특성에 있어서 대목 노출 길이에 따른 차이는 없었다. 따라서, 재식 6년차까지 ‘서홍’, ‘썸머드림’, ‘홍금’ 의 영양생장과 생산성을 고려했을 때 M.9 대목의 노출 길이는 10cm로 하는 것이 적당할 것으로 생각된다.

        This study was carried out to develop techniques for thelog cultivation of Pleurotus pulmonarius. Soil landfill cultivation of the in plastic container boxes containing yield per log thanbut there was no difference in the yield from both spawn Hyangsan” variety. In the caseof soil landfill cultivation in a shaded vinyl house, an Ailanthus tree gave a higher yield than that usingpoplar tree, and the yield of the Hosan” variety washigher than that of the Hyangsan” variety. With regard to proper tree species selection, willow and cherry trees were good for both the Hosan” and “Hyangsan” variet.

        This experiment was conducted to establish proper irrigation method for water spinach, subtropical vegetable in plastic film house soils to prepare to future global warming of the Korean peninsula. The evaluation of irrigation with 4 different levels as −20, −40, −50 kPa as a starting point(water potential) were compared to –33 kPa as control. All treatments were ended when water potential reached at –10 kPa respectively. The amount of irrigated water, N content, plant growth and fresh yield were investigated. As a result, water potential was correlated positively with irrigation starting point in cultivation period and irrigation times, but the amount water irrigated per time, N content of harvested plant, fresh and dry yield showed negative correlation. The contents of crude protein, P, K, Ca, Fe of harvested part were most high in –50 kPa treatment. We concluded that –50 kPa was optimal irrigation starting point for water spinach cultivation in unheating plastic film house.

        The effect of transplanting and harvesting dates on growth, yield, and quality of sweetpotato varieties was studied. Three sweetpotato varieties, Yulmi, Singeonmi, and Dahomi, were transplanted on 23 Apr., 21 May, 5 June, 15 June, 25 June, 5 July, 15 July, and 25 July. Fresh vine weight and marketable storage root yield of the three varieties were the highest in transplanting plots on 23 April and 21 May, respectively, and those tended to decrease when transplanting dates were late after May. GDD (Growing Degree Days) and cumulative radiation seemed to be related to marketable storage root yield. Number of marketable storage root per plant, average weight of marketable storage root, and marketable storage root yield were significantly different according to transplanting dates. Marketable storage root yield showed significantly positive correlations with fresh vine weight, number of marketable storage roots, and average weight of marketable storage roots. Hardness and dry matter content of storage root showed significantly positive correlations with starch content and decreased with late transplanting dates in Yulmi and Singeonmi varieties. Pasting temperature showed significantly positive correlations with soluble solid content, dry matter content, and amylose content, but it showed significantly negative correlations with breakdown. Setback was significantly different among varieties, but it was not significantly different in transplanting dates.

        This study was conducted to evaluate growth characteristics, yield and feed value of newly developed domestic teosinte (Geukdong 6) compared to widely cultivated silage corn hybrid (31N27) and sorghum × sudangrass hybrid (P877F). Geukdong 6, a new single cross (Teosinte × Suwon 19) variety, is a teosinte (Zea may L. ssp. maxicana) developed by the Geukdong 6 of agricultural company corporation (GACC) in An-dong province. This field experiment was designed in a randomized block design with three replications and consisted of silage corn (T1), sorghum x sudangrass hybrid (T2) and Geukdong 6 (T3). Leaf length, number of leaves, number of tillers and fresh yield of T3 were higher than that of T1 and T2 (p<0.05). Dry matter yield of T3 was lower than that of T1 (p<0.05). In particular, T3 (0.1 kg/cm2) showed to be very tender compared to other T1 (0.5 kg/cm2) and T2 (0.5 kg/cm2), (p<0.05). The crude protein content of T3 as 8.25% was higher than that of T2 (5.90%), (p<0.05). However, there was no significant differences between T1 (8.14%). The brix degree of T2 was higher than that of T1 and T3 (p<0.05). T3 showed higher content of total minerals compared to T1 and T2 (p<0.05). The relative palatability of T3 was higher than T1 and T2 (p<0.05), when fed to deer as soiling crop. However, it showed a lower than T1 in Korean native cattle and korean native goats. The relative palatability of the silage shown in order of T1> T3> T2 in korean native cattle, spotted deer, and korean native goats. As mentioned above the results, Geukdong 6 (T3) could be recommended as using of soiling and lab silage, when high fresh yield, tender stem, number of many leaf, content of high crude protein, and palatability higher than sorghum × sudangrass hybrid were considered.

        ‘Shinseong’, a winter forage triticale cultivar (X Triticosecale Wittmack), was developed at the Department of Rice and Winter Cereal Crop, NICS, RDA in 2015. The cultivar ‘Shinseong’ was selected from the cross RONDO/2*ERIZO_11//KISSA_4/3/ ASNO/ARDI_3//ERIZO_7 by CIMMYT (Mexico) in 1998. Subsequent generations were handled in pedigree selection programs at Mexico from 1999 to 2004, and a line ‘CTSS98Y00019S-0MXI-B-3-3-5’ was selected for earliness and good agronomic characteristics. After preliminary and advance yield testing in Korea for 3 years, the line was designated ‘Iksan47’. The line was subsequently evaluated for earliness and forage yield in seven locations, Jeju, Iksan, Cheongwon, Yesan, Gangjin, Daegu, and Jinju from 2013 to 2015 and was finally named ‘Shinseong’. Cultivar ‘Shinseong’ has the characteristics of light green leaves, yellow culm and spike, and a medium grain of brown color. The heading date of cultivar ‘Shinseong’ was April 24 which was 3 days earlier than that of check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’. The tolerance or resistance to lodging, wet injury, powdery mildew, and leaf rust of ‘Shinseong’ were similar to those of the check cultivar. The average forage dry matter yield of cultivar ‘Shinseong’ at milk-ripe stages was 15 MT ha-1, which was 3% lower than that (15.5 MT ha-1) of the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’. The silage quality of ‘Shinseong’ (6.7%) was higher than that of the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’ (5.9%) in crude protein content, while was similar to the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’ in acid detergent fiber (34.6%), neutral detergent fiber (58.6%), and total digestible nutrients (61.6%). It showed grain yield of 7.2 MT ha-1 which was 25% higher than that of the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’ (5.8 MT ha-1). This cultivar is recommended for fall sowing forage crops in areas in which average daily minimum mean temperatures in January are higher than -10℃.

        This study amied to determine the effect of species and seed mixture on productivity, botanical composition and forage quality in middle mountainous region (Geosan) pasture. Total seven experimental pastures (T1 : Orchardgrass, T2 : Timothy, T3 : Tall fescue, T4 : Perennial ryegrass, T5 : Kentucky bluegrass, T6 : Timothy + Orchardgrass + Tall fescue + Alfalfa, T7 : Timothy + Orchardgrass + Kentucky bluegrass + White clover) were established in autumn, 2014 and evaluated for productivity and agronomic characteristics for 2015. Plant heigh was high in Orchardgrass and Perennial ryegrass pasture. Dry matter (DM) content was high in Kentucky bluegrass. Botanical composition in 1st harvest was high in shrub, but the grass composition was high in 2nd and 3rd harvest. Fresh and DM yield were higher in Orchardgrass and Perennial ryegrass (p<0.05); whreras, Kentucky bluegrass was the lowest. In seed mixture pasture, yields of T6 plot (Tall fescue) were higher than those of T7 (Kentucky bluegrass). Average CP (crude protein) content of 2nd and 3rd cutting time was 16.91 and 14.79%, respectively and Kentucky blue grass was the highest in 3rd cutting time by 17.57%. IVDMD (in vitro dry matter digestibility) showed low in 1st cutting and Kentucky bluegrass was the lowest in every cutting time. TDN (total digestible nutrient) content was the highest in 3rd cutting and the lowest in 1st cutting. These results indicated that Orchardgrass, Perennial ryegrass and T6 are recommendable for productivity and Timothy, Perennial ryegrass and T7 are recommendable for forage quality.

        우박 및 태풍에 의해 생육기간 동안에 낙엽이 발생했을 때를 가정하여 5월부터 10월까지 1개월 간격으로 인위적으로 낙엽 처리를 실시하고 그에 따른 사과나무 ‘시 나노스위트’의 수량, 저장양분 및 다음해 화총 수에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 평균 과중은 낙엽 정도가 심할수록, 낙엽 시기가 빠를수록 감소하였으며 과실 비대 감소는 수량 감소로 이어졌다. 30% 낙엽구의 과실 크기 및 수량은 낙엽 시기와 관계없이 무처리구와 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 2년생 가지의 탄수화물 함량은 8월 이전 낙엽구가 9월이후 낙엽구에 비해 현저히 낮은 함량을 보여 낙엽 정도보다는 낙엽 시기의 영향이 컸다. 8월 이전 낙엽구 중에서는 낙엽 시기가 늦어질수록 탄수화물 함량이 감소하여 8월 낙엽구에서 무처리구 대비 50% 수준으로 가장 낮았다. 생육기 중의 조기 낙엽 다음해 화총 수는 낙엽 시기 및 정도에 따라 큰 차이를 보였다. 5월 이후 낙엽 시기가 늦어질수록 화총 수가 감소하여 7월 낙엽 구에서 가장 낮은 화총 수를 보였으며 8월 이후 낙엽구는 무처리구와 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 낙엽 이듬해 화총 수는 수체내 탄수화물 함량과 정의 상관을 보였다. 위의 결과, 7월 이전의 낙엽 피해가 발생되었을 때에는 적과를 통해 개별 과실의 sink 기능을 강화하여 과실 비대를 향상시키고, 저장양분 확보를 통해 다음해 화총 수를 확보하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        The objective of this research was to determine the effects of harvesting frequency and fertilization levels on botanical composition, dry matter yield, and forage feed compositions of Alpine grassland at 800 m altitude. This research lasted for three years at National Alpine Agricultural Research Institute in Pyeongchang with two harvesting frequency schedules (two and three times annually) and two levels of fertilizer application (conventional level of fertilizer at 280-200-240 kg/ha and a lower level of fertilizer at 200-200-200 kg/ha for N, P2O5, and K2O). Mixture combinations with seeding rate (kg/ha) were as follows: Orchardgrass 18, Tall fescue 9, Timothy 8, Kentucky bluegrass 3, and Ladino Clover 2. The gramineae ratio ranged from 93.2 to 95.3%. Therefore, gramineae forage was considered as the dominant plant in this experiment. No significant (p>0.05) difference was observed in forage dry matter yield between the two harvesting frequency treatments (two times at 9.8 ton/ha and three times at 8.6 ton/ha). However, forage dry matter yield in the two times of harvesting frequency tended to be greater than that in the three times of harvesting frequency. Significantly (p<0.05) higher forage dry matter yield in the standard fertilization level group than the lower fertilization level group (9.8 ton/ha vs. 8.7 ton/ha) was observed. However, there was no significant (p>0.05) difference in forage crude protein concentration between the two harvesting frequency treatment groups, although the concentration in the group with three times of harvesting frequency tended to be higher. In contrast, crude fiber concentration in the group with two times of harvesting frequency tended to be higher, although the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05). Crude protein, ether extract, crude fiber, and organic matter concentrations were not significantly (p>0.05) different between the two groups with different fertilization levels. Based on these results, it was concluded that the group with two times of harvesting frequency with conventional fertilization level might be proper for obtaining better forage productivity for Alpine grassland at 800 m altitude.

        This study was conducted to determine grazing intensity of growing Korean native goats (Capra hircus coreanae) on mountainous pasture. It was carried out to obtain basic information for improvement of mountainous pasture management and establishing feeding system of Korean native goats. Castrated, male goats (n=10) with average initial body weight (BW) of 23.33±2.15kg and an average age of 4 months were used in this study. Grazing goats were supplemented by concentrates with 1.0% of BW. The crude protein content of forage was the highest in October (22.71±0.25%) and there were significantly differences (p<0.05) in monthly comparison. The forage productivity of pasture was the highest from May to June (1718.7±207.5~ 1672.0±422.8 kg/ha) but it was decreased in July (1356.0±103.8 kg/ha) because of drought and summer depression. Average daily gains (ADG) of goats were the highest in June (99.5±6.4 d/g). Grazing intensity was calculated by forage productivity and dry matter intake (DMI) and was the highest in May (65 head/ha). As shown in the results of this research, grazing intensity was suggested to average 39 head/ha from May to October. It is desirable that adequate grazing intensity was maintained by adjusting supplemental feed.

        본 연구는 비가림하우스 재배에서 정식시기가 여주의 생육 및 과실 수량에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 여주의 정식시기는 각각 6월, 7월, 8월에 정식하는 3처리로 하였으며, 품종은 ‘드레곤’을 이용하여 재배하였다. 여주의 유인방법은 원줄기를 적심처리하고 아들줄기를 4개로 유인하여 재배하였다. 여주 식물체의 생육조사 결과 절간장은 정식시기에 따른 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 그러나 여주 식물체의 지제부 경경은 정식시기에 유의적인 차이가 있었다. 또한, 여주의 정식시기는 과실의 수량과 수확개수 증가에 효과적이었다. 과실의 상품과 수량은 6월 정식처리구에서 6,439kg/10a으로 가장 많았으며, 반면 8월 정식처리구에서 870kg/10a으로 가장 적었다. 과실의 상품과 수확개수도 6월 정식처리구에서 8월 정식처리구에 비하여 유의성 있게 증가하였다. 그러나, 과실의 과장과 과경은 정식시기에 따른 유의한 차이가 없었다. 따라서, 여주의 적정 정식시기는 6월에 정식하는 방법이 가장 적합하였다.

        비순환식 고형배지경에서 배액이 토양과 지하수 오염을 발생시키는 문제를 해결하고자 그동안 연구된 데이터를 바탕으로 배액 최소화 재배방식을 확립을 위해 본 연구는 토마토 코이어 수경재배농가 시설에서 FDR 센서, 적산일사량 센서 및 타이머를 이용하여 토마토를 재배하며 급배액량, 생육 및 생산량을 비교하였다. 정식 후 88일까지 일일 식물체당 평균 급액량은 처리구에 따른 큰 차이가 없었다. 하지만 정식 후 88일 이후 107일 까지 TIMER, FDR, IR 제어구 각각의 일일 식물체당 평균 급액량은 IR(2125mL) > TIMER(2063mL) > FDR(1983mL) 수준이었고 108일부터 120일 까지는 IR(2000mL) > TIMER(1664mL) > FDR(1500mL) 수준 이었다. 배액률은 TIMER 제어구의 경우 5~12%, FDR 센서 제어구의 경우 0~7%, IR 제어구의 경우 12~19% 수준으로 IR > TIMER > FDR 순이었다. 정식 후 88일 이후부터는 FDR과 IR 제어구가 급액량에 상이한 결과를 보였는데, 이는 재배 후기 즉, 5월 20일 이후 (정식 후 94일) 누적일사량의 증가로, IR 제어구에서는 급액이 증가된 반면 FDR 센서 처리구는 적심 이후 30일이 경과된 6월 2일경부터 IR 제어구 보다 일일 급액량이 평균 500mL 적게 공급된 결과이다. 식물체 생육 및 상품과 수량도 급액방식에 따른 통계적 유의차는 없었지만, 당도는 FDR 처리구에서 TIMER 처리구에 비해 약 11%, IR 처리구에 비해 약 18% 높았다.

        해안지역에서 지하수 순환 특성 규명은 지하수 자원의 효율적 관리 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 물수지 분석법 을 이용하여 지하수 침누수량을 산정하였다. 증발산량은 Thornthwaite 방법으로 계산하였으며, 지표 직접유출량은 SCS-CN 방법으로 산정하였다. 지하수 저류량 변화는 229 mm/년로 30년 평균 강수량 1286 mm/년의 17.8%에 해당하며, 증발산량 은 693 mm/년 (53.9%), 지표 직접유출량은 124 mm/년 (9.6%)로 산정되었다. 강우량과 지하수 저류량 변화 사이에는 강우 량과 증발산량, 강우량과 지표 직접유출량에 비해 상관성이 높게 나타난다. 이는 증발산량 및 지표 직접유출량 보다 지하수 저류량 변화가 강우량에 대해서 더 민감하게 반응한다는 것을 반영한다.

        ‘Lucky one’ is a new orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) variety developed by the National Institute of Animal Science (NIAS) in 2014. Four superior clones were selected and polycrossed for seed production to develope this new variety of orchardgrass. The agronomic growth characteristics and forage productivity of ‘Lucky one’ were examined at Cheonan from 2010 to 2011. Regional adaption trials were conducted in Cheonan, Hoengseong, Jinju, and Jeju from 2012 to 2014. ‘Lucky one’ showed growth habit of medium type in fall and spring. It has short flag leaf length with long upper internode. Plant height of ‘Lucky one’ was 3 cm more than that of control variety, ‘Amba’. Its heading date was 2 days later than that of control variety ‘Amba’. Characteristics such as waterlogging and disease resistance of ‘Lucky one’ were stronger or better than those of control variety, ‘Amba’, Especially, dry matter yield of ‘Lucky one’ (16,191 kg/ha) was increased 38% compared to that of control variety, ‘Amba’(11,778 kg/ha). Nutritive feed values of ‘Lucky one’ appeared to be similar to those of control variety ‘Amba’ except in Vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) and crude protein content.

        본 연구는 식물공장 인공광원이 방풍나물의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향을 구명코자 수행하였다. 식물공장의 인공광원으로 형광등(FL), LED R:B(2:1, RB), R:B:W(2:1:3, RBW), R:B:G:W(2:1:0.5:3, RBGW) 등 4처리를 사용하였다. 엽중은 RBW와 RB가 FL과 RBGW 보다 우수하였다. 엽장과 엽후는 처리간에 유의성을 나타내지 않았다. 잎의 명도는 초장과 같은 경향을 나타냈다. 총 페놀 함량은 RB가 105.77mg·100g-1 GE로 가장 높았고, RBW 92.52mg·100g-1 GE, FL 89.08mg·100g-1 GE, RBGW 82.00mg·100g-1 GE 순으로 높았다. 총 플라보노이드 함량은 모든 처리에서 검출되지 않았다. 비타민 C 함량은 RB에서 가장 높았고, FL에서 가장 낮았다. 총 식이섬유소 함량은 FL에서 가장 높았고, RBGW에서 낮았다. Cystein과 methionine의 함량은 처리간에 통계적인 유의성을 나타내지 않았다. 결론적으로 수량, 총 페놀함량, 비타민 C 함량은 RBW와 RB에서 높았다. 수량, 총 페놀 함량, 비타민 C 함량 및 작업자의 눈 피로도 등을 고려 할 때 인공광원으로써 RBW가 가장 적합한 것으로 판단된다. 향후 기능성 성분 증진을 위해 듀티비 등 후속 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

Nutritive feed values of ‘Onnuri 2ho’ appeared to be similar to that of control variety ‘Amba’ except in Vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD).

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of various mulching materials on growth and yield of okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench). Three kinds of polyethylene (PE) mulching materials were used which are: black (Black), green (Green), and white and black on both sides (White), black non-woven fabric (Fabric), and barley straw (Straw) and the control plot (Control) were also used in this study. The change of soil temperature was observed in various mulching materials with Green showing the highest average temperature of 24.4o, followed by Black > Fabric > Control > White > Straw. The variation of plant length,, aboveground weight, and root weight were constant in the order of Green > Black > White > Fabric > Control > Straw. Total yield (number of fruits) were 281,000 in Green which was the highest yield, and the least was from Straw which was 62.3% of Green. Total weight of fruits in Green was 395 kg which was the heaviest, and in Straw was least with 226 kg Hence, the weight of fruits
