사용후핵연료와 같은 고준위 방사성물질을 취급하는 핫셀 내에서 원격취급장치인 MSM의 작업영역을 벗어난 지역에 위치한 공정장치부품 유지보수공정을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 대상 핫셀공정인 사용후핵연료 차세대관리공정에 대한 가상목업을 구축하였으며, 구축된 가상목업을 이용하여 MSM 작업영역 및 작업자 시각영역을 분석하고, 그래픽 가상목업의 충돌감지 기능을 이용한 서보 조종기의 경로계획을 수립하였다. 또한, 분석한 결과를 토대로, 서보조종기에 의한 사각지역 내 부품 유지보수 공정을 설정하였으며, 설정된 공정은 그래픽 전산모사를 통하여 검증하였다. 제안된 유지보수 공정은 실제 핫셀공정 수행시 유용하게 활용될 것이며, 그래픽 가상목업은 다양한 핫셀 공정에 대한 분석 및 작업자 훈련 시스템으로 활용하여, 작업 효율성 및 안전성 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 다양한 상황과 관련한 연구는 많지 않다 게다가, 모든 상황에 항상 적합한 생산시스템 전략은 없다. 반도체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 생산공정의 재진입, 공정의 높은 불확실성, 급속하게 변하는 제품과 기술과 같은 특성 때문에 반도체 제조공정시스템에 대한 스케줄은 복잡하고 어려운 작업이며, 사이클타임의 절감 및 단위시간당 생산량의 증대와 같은 시스템 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 좋은 방법을 발견하기 위한 많은 연구가 있었다. 반도체 산업의 생산 흐름은 가장 독특한 특징을 가지고 있으며 생산계획과 반도체 제조의 스케줄링과 계획을 어렵게 하고 있다. 각각 다른 단계에 있는 자재는 같은 장비의 사용을 위해 경쟁을 하는데, 이로 인하여 작업시간 보다 단지 기다리는 시간에 상당한 시간을 할애하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행 연구를 바탕으로 반도체 공정에 모듈 생산방식을 접목시켜 공정의 사이클 타임을 줄이고, WIP를 최소화하여, 생산량을 최대화는 방안을 제시하고 공정 모듈 시스템 (Process Modular System)을 구축하고자 한다.

This study is to develop and operate the R-FCE(Real-time Fuzzy Control Expert System) model on the SBR(Sequency Batch Reactors) type sewage disposal facility which is for the environmental problem of future and the effective treatment. The sewage disposal facility needs an expert having wide experience and know-how because the quality or quantity of inflow water is so irregular that the process of sewage disposal is difficult. In the nation, however, the accumulation of technology is so weak because field-operators avoid the long-term duty. Liquid-phase methanol synthesis via methyl formate using coal-derived syngas was carried out in a bench-scale(diameter 173 mm and dispersion height 1200 mm) slurry bubble column reactor(SBCR) Under the condition of 180˚. 61 atm, 30 L/min, H2/CO=2 and a slurry mixture of 2 kg of copper chromite and 0.5 kg of KOCH3 suspended in 14 L of methanol, the per pass conversions of syngas is 6 %, maximum concentration of methyl formate 3.088 mol% and maximum synthesis, rate of methanol 0.8 gmole/kg · hr. It is a significant evidence that copper chromite powder as heterogeneous catalyst didn't active for the hydrogenolysis of methyl formate to methanol, resulting copper chromite powder was not efficiently suspended in a slurry mixture. To enhance the hydrogenolysis of methyl formate in liquid-phase methanol synthesis process, the designed SBCR have need to use the higher specific gravity solvent and/or decrease the catalyst particle size.

본 연구는 네트워크 관점에서 해외투자 자회사들의 단계별 성장 과정에 대해 살펴보고 있다. 자회사 관련 기존 연구 흐름을 보면 자회사 통제방식이나 자회사·본사간 관계성 규명에 많은 초점을 두고 있으며, 자회사 성장과정과 성장패턴에 관한 연구는 그리 많지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 다국적기업 조직변화 모형에 네트워크적 접근을 통합하여 자회사들이 어떻게 성장해 가는가를 이론적 골격 제시 측면에서 살펴보았다. 네트워크 구축에 따른 자회사 성장 패턴을 살펴보면, 해외투자를 처음 행하는 기업은 본사와 강력한 관계성을 가질 뿐 현지시장에 대한 네트워크 관계는 매우 미미한 수준에 지나지 않는다. 그러나 점차 현지시장에 대한 지식과 경험의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 본사보다는 현지시장 네트워크 구축에 많은 노력을 기울이게 된다. 이후 자회사들은 현지시장 네트워크 뿐만 아니라 본사 및 여타 자회사와도 강력한 네트워크성을 유지하면서 핵심센터화 하게 된다. 이러한 네트워크 구축 과정은 현지시장에 대한 경험 및 지식을 획득할 수 있는 통로 역할을 하게 되며, 구축 과정에서 발생하는 조직학습은 해당 자회사의 생존과 성과에 결정적인 영향을 미치게 된다.
