표고 봉지재배시 적정한 영양원을 선발하기 위하여 참나무톱밥과 혼합하여 실험한 결과 T5의 pH는 4.7로서 T1(대조구)과 대등하였다. 균사 생장량은 T5에서 배양 35일경에 모두 생장하였으며, 대조와 비슷한 경향을 나타내었다. 혼합배지에 따른 배양특성은 T5가 배양일수 87일로 T1(대조)과 대등하였으며, T1, T2 및 T5의 갈변정도가 다른 처리구에 비해 우수하였고, 배양율도 100%이었다. 혼합배지에 따른 재배기간을 조사한 결과 초발이 소요일수, 생육기간, 재배일수 모두 T5처리구가 T1(대조)과 대등하였다. 혼합배지에 따른 수확주기별 수량 및 상품화율은 T5에서 수량이 348g/kg으로 T1(대조구)에 비해 높았으며, 생물학적 효율은 34%로 다른 처리구들에 비해 가장 높았다.

잣버섯 재배를 위해 도입육성된 솔향의 적정 균사생육 온도는 26~32℃이었다. 재배적 특성에 있어서 배양일수는 30일, 초발이소요일수 7일, 생육일수는 6일로 총 재배일수가 43일이었으며, 갓색은 연노랑색이었다. 미송톱밥+옥분(90:10)의 배지에 봉지재배로 3차에 걸친 생산력 검정시험을 수행한 결과 수량은 115g이었으며, DNA 다형성 검정결과 GMLL66035와는 다른 국내 고유의 자생균주로 확인되었다.

Western style timber roof trusses used as typical roof structures of buildings during a modern period have been developed with the interactions with their facade and functionality. The shapes of trusses and member sizes have been diversely changed by the purposes of architects, historical circumstances, and structural characteristics. For this reason, the change in the shapes of western style timber trusses along the times is one of important technology assets demonstrating the development of their structures during the modern period. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out their structural characteristics throughout parametric analysis of which parameters were determined from the collected and classified documents on western style timber roof structure built in the modern period carefully obtained from public institutions. Results of the parametric analysis are as follows. The number of king-post trusses and modified king-post trusses built between 1920 and 1937 reaches almost half of the total number of truss types investigated. The mean values of their spans, distances, tributary areas, and height are respectively, 10.5m, 2.4m, 24.37㎡ and 3.24m. The cross-section areas of trusses tend to reduce since the city construction law was enacted in 1920. Also, this study found that western architects usually used larger structural members than eastern architects and usages and finishing materials of roof trusses are not always considered as one of the important design parameters.

한자는 이미 도구로서의 가치뿐 아니라, 동시에 문화로서의 가치를 가지고 있 다. 『문화요소』를 한자 교육 중에 접목한 가운데, 『도구』와『문화』라는 두 가지 효과를 모두 얻을 수 있었다. 특히 대학 학제에 이러한 교수 방법을 배합하여 3학년에서 4학년으로 변화하는 기제로 삼아, 대학은 한자 교육의 단원 속에 더 많은 문화 요소를 융합함으로써, 학생들로 하여금 문화적 요소를 더욱 침투하게 하는 가운데, 더욱 정확하게 한자 를 파악하고, 한자를 학습할 수 있게 할 수 있다. 나아가 학생들이 본국의 문화를 더욱 사랑하는 정서를 배양하게 할 수 있다. 본문은 필자가 교육을 시행하면서 기획한 한자 학습 단원을 예로 들어, 한자 학 습 과정 중 문화 요소를 융합시킬 필요성과 함께 기대되는 학습 효과를 설명하고 자 한다.

이 연구는 인터랙션 선택 문제에서 국가(문화), 세대, 성별, 개인주의-집단주의 등의 변수에 따라 선택에 차이가 발생하는지를 파악하고, 나아가 그 차이의 원인을 고찰하고자 한 연구이다. 본 설문에서 조사한 인터랙션 선택문제는 휴대전화 SMS보관함의 삭제버튼을 눌렀을 때의 화면디자인, 소프트웨어 설치의 위험성을 경고하는 인터넷 경고창에 대한 대응, 수프 메이커 컨트롤패널의 유형 및 정보표현방식 선택으로 구성되었다. 한국인 639명을 조사한 1차조사와 중국, 일본, 네덜란드인 총 784명을 조사한 2차조사 데이터를 토대로, 교차분석 및 카이검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 휴대전화 SMS보관함 삭제문제에서는 일본인은 '아니오'를 네덜란드인은 '예'를 더 많이 선택해, 불확실성 회피 성향이 인터랙션 선택문제에 영향을 미침을 시사했다. 인터넷 경고창 문제에서는 나이든 세대에 비해 젊은 세대가, 여성에 비해 남성이 적극적으로 설치하는 경향을 보였다. 컨트롤패널의 유형 선택에서 네덜란드인은 디지털형보다 아날로그형을 상대적으로 더 선호했다. 컨트롤패널의 정보표현방식 선택에서는 나이든 세대일수록, 또한 개인주의일수록 문자표현을 상대적으로 더 선호했다. 여러 변인들 중 국가(문화)가 가장 큰 차이를 보여 가장 의미있는 변수임을 확인하였다.

The purpose of the study was to compare the culture and the clothing value between Korean and American college students, especially men. Also, this study was to analyze the culture effect on the clothing value. The survey was performed and 200 questionnaires were utilized for this study. The SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the technical statistics like average, frequency, t-test, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis. The result showed, first, there were some 2 major cultural differences such as power distance and long-term orientation between Korean and American college men. Comparatively, Korean college men showed higher masculinity and lower power distance and long-term orientation. Second, there were differences in the clothing value aspect. Both of them considered the economic clothing value to be most important. Third, there were some differences in the clothing value because of the cultural differences. For Korean college men, there were masculinity and long term orientation that had an effect on the social and religious clothing values, however, for American college men, power distance, masculinity and long term orientation that had an effect on the social, religious, theoretical and economic values.

The aim of this study is to analyze the planar composition of rectangular formation houses in 8 areas, both cities and counties, in the sphere of Andong and to reveal the characteristics of these houses in each region. This study of the rectangular formation of houses and their characteristics will facilitate an understanding of the general trends of housing in Andong cultural area.. In this study, the subject houses are composed of three parts: Bonchae, Anchae, and Sarangchae, and the author classified the planar types of the houses. The differences in the regional planar types were analyzed through visual and statistical methods. The analyzed results reveal the regional characteristics of the rectangular formation houses in terms of their planar aspects in the Andong region. The distribution showed the greatest preference toward one type out of two types of distribution of Bonchae, Anchae, and Sarangchae. The ratio for the higher distribution was approximately 70%, whereas the ratio for the lower distribution was around 20%. For convenience, the type with a higher distribution rate is referred to as the “major type,” and the type with a lower distribution rate is termed the “minor type.’ The complete-type houses (73%) in Bonchae were a major type there, and the symmetric-type houses (73%) in Anchae were the major type in that location. In addition, the corner-type houses (72%) in Sarangchae were the major type . In the regional distribution of major types and minor types in the 8 regional cities and counties, regional differences were noted. The three regional groups can be divided into A, B, and C according to the distribution ratio. Andong, Bonghwa, and Yecheon belong to region A. that shows a variety of distribution types and a dispersive trend. Yeongyang and Yeongdeok belong to region C that shows a simplified trend.Yeongju and Cheongsong belong to region B

오늘날 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 많은 문화산업의 부가가치 창출 사례를 볼 때 문화콘텐츠와 디지털 스토리텔링의 중 요성은 높아지고 있다. 우리나라의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 OSMU의 가능성을 높이기 위해서는 OSMU가 잘 이루어지고 있 는 다른 나라의 사례 분석을 통해 적절한 활용 방안을 마련해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 게임의 세계관에 많이 활용되는 북유럽 신화와 신화를 반영한 컴퓨터게임 ‘RING'의 분석을 통해 우리나라 문화콘텐츠의 발전가능성을 모색해보고자 한다.

This study attempted to understand the value of traditional floral wall patterns reflecting the distinct aesthetic consciousness of Korean people and reinterpret the images of floral wall patterns in simplified forms. In addition, the study created new floral patterns to apply them to the design of neckties and scarves. In a methodological aspect, the computer design software programs Adobe Illustrator CS2 and Adobe Photoshop CS2 were used to make the traditional floral wall patterns motifs. Four basic motifs for a new formative image were set using graphical functions such as omitting, simplifying, overlapping, repeating, and/or reducing shapes based on floral wall patterns, and each motif was developed in two variations with different colors applied to them. Each of the set motifs was expressed in a repeated arrangement and in a modified pattern of 45 degrees. Necktie design with a floral wall pattern made use of the motifs developed through a variety of effects such as simplification, repetition, size variation, and gradation and the pattern modified at a 45°for application. Scarf design employed and applied the existing motifs in an appropriate manner for design purposes and reconstructed and expressed them through such effects as repetition, rotation, compositional variation and gradation.

In this study, we attempted to elucidate the cultural characteristics of Korean food based on a traditional understanding on the Korean novel. To achieve this, food characteristics related to 'rites of passage' were analyzed in the representative Korean literary work "Hon-bool", which describes the life of a first-son's wife every three generations in the going to ruin but historic 'Lee's family of Maean district' family and the life of the common 'Geomeong-gul' people who lived with farming on the Lee's land at Namwon of Junbook province in the 1930~1940s, during the Japanese Colonial rule. Every nation possesses rites of passage at important points in life, such as at birth, age of majority, wedding and death. Korean culture, in particular, has several memorial rites relating to birth, death and passage into the afterlife in which special foods are prepared. In this manner, ceremonial foods represent the Korean peoples' traditional vision of the universe and life. The book "Hon-bool" describes these traditions. Especially, the book describes the table-settings related to the main character's childbirth, first birthday, wedding and death. Therefore "Hon-bool" represents a living history of Korean traditional food and the work of storytelling through the traditional understanding is expected that perform an important role in making of cultural contents of Korean foods.

본 연구는 TV 드라마 시청에 영향을 미치는 문화적 요인에 대해 탐구한 것으로 한국에서 인기를 끌고 있는 미국 드라마와 기존 한국 드라마의 비교를 중심으로 접근하였다. 연구 표본으로 한국의 대학생들을 이용하였고 세부적인 문화 차원이 대학생들의 TV 드라마 시청 만족도와 드라마에 대한 태도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 본 연구에 사용된 문화적 차원은 전통적으로 많이 사용되는 호프스테드의 권력거리, 개인주의/집단주의, 남성성/여성성, 불확실성 회피, 장기지향성 등의 5가지 차원과 개인들이 지니고 있는 한국적 문화 가치와 미국적 문화가치를 측정하여 이용하였다. 연구결과 불확실성 회피가 드라마 만족도와 드라마 태도에 영향을 미치는 핵심 변인으로 나타났고 문화적인 차원의 영향성은 TV 드라마의 장르에 따라 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 발견점은 학자들은 물론 실무자들에게도 TV드라마 편성에 있어 문화적인 요인의 역할에 대한 시사점을 제공해주고 있다.

ln this case study, we have focused on the disempowerrnent of a Korean English teacher (KET) in English-only classrooms. Six English as a foreign language (EFL) classrooms in a Korean high school were observed and analyzed by using interpretive discourse analysis. Out of the six classes, three representative classrl。이ns were both video- and audio - ta많d. The results show that the English-only classes co띠d weaken the KETs’ power via three mechanisms: (a) ca!ling the KETs’ last name for chor외 greetings at the beginning of the class, (b) students’ group solidarity and 야er pressure between classmates, and (c) the students' excessively collaborative approach to 야er assistance. It is argued that the exclusive Engush-oruy instruction disempowers 비e KETs’ status and dismantles their vocational identity. ln order to remedy the current situation, within a scaffolding suppαted by the eclectic use of first language where necessary for effective class management, KETs are empowered and overcome constraints imposed by the limited L2 oral competence of some non-native English teachers.

Clues of importance contained in interactive processes between students with cultural diversity and networked systems can offer meaningful insights into effective instructional design. This paper revisits significant and seminal research contributions in the fields of technologically- mediated communication and culture to bring insights into designing effective technologically-mediated learning environments for culturally diverse students. In support this, a wide range of existing researches were reviewed. Mainstream of research focusing paralinguistic cuing and technologically- mediated communication were analyzed and then terms of culture and instructional design were elaborated in an attempt to prove the assumption of the study. Based on the literature presented thus far, there is good reason to conclude that technology-mediated communication involves a complex multimodal process requiring not only speech, but also gaze, gesture, and facial expressions. By furthering our understanding of the impact of cultural diversity in technologically- mediated learning environments, we surely ensure that more effective instructional designs emerge.

본 연구는 전주시의 문화경관과 그 의미를 조사하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구방법으로는 문헌조사와 현장조사를 택하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 전주의 역사적 문화경관의 역할은 호남지역에 대한 관문역할을 한 것으로 마한시대, 백제시대,후백제시대, 고려시대 및 조선시대부터 담당해 왔다. 이 지역의 지형적 형국은 동쪽의 승암산, 기린산에서 출발하여 우측의건지산, 좌측의 남고산과 완산칠봉에서 서쪽의 서산으로 뻗어가는 모습을 하고 있다. 북쪽의 허한 곳을 보완하기 위하여여러 종류의 비보풍수를 채택하고 있는데 숲정이, 덕진지 등이 그러한 예가 된다. 또한 전주는 ‘풍패지도’라는 이름으로 유명한데이것은 나중에 영조대에 읍성의 4대문 이름으로 차용되었다. 이와 같은 여러 종류의 문화경관 요소들은 전주시의 개성을높이는 역할을 해 왔다.
