도축장에서 회수한 한우 난소로부터 난자를 회수하기 위한 방법으로 흡입법 후 세절법과 흡입법으로 난자를 회수하여, 난자의 회수율과 채란된 난자를 체외수정 후 발달율과 수정란 이식 후 수태율에 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 난자 회수율은 각 난소당 회수된 난자수는 흡입 후 세절법이 8.2개, 흡입법이 6.5개로서 흡입 후 세절법을 병용하는 것이 난자 회수율에서 유의적으로 많았다. 2. 채란방법에 따른 체외수정란의 분할율은 흡입 후 세절법이 , 흡

본 실험은 돼지정액의 동결보존을 위한 희석액과 냉각속도 및 동해방지제의 적정농도를 결정하기 위해 실시하였으며, 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 에서 까지의 냉각속도에서는 LEY 희석액에서 분당 로 냉각하는 것이 생존율과 정상 첨체율에서 가장 높은 결과를 얻었다. 2. LEY 희석액이 BF5와 M-Soejima 희석액보다 정자를 동해로부터 보호하는 능력이 우수하였다. 3. LEY 희석액에 첨가하는 glycerol의 농도는 3 또는 가 의 glycerol

7xxx series Al alloy has the most attractive properties including its excellent high specific strength, stress corrosion cracking and corrosion-resistance. However, in case of the Al-Zn system, the liquid phase has a transient aspect because of the high solid solubility of Zn in Al. Therefore, transient liquid phase sintering behavior was observed during the sintering process. And the amount of liquid and its duration were influenced by the process variables including heating rate and final sintering temperature. At high heating rates(), the liquid fraction increased during sintering because diffusion was minimized and therefore local saturation could easily occur. The sintered density increased with increasing heating rate.

본 연구에서는 행동활성화체계(behavioral activation system : BAS)와 행동억제체계(behavioral inhibition system BIS)의 개인차가 음향감성에 의한 전전두엽의 비대칭성과 심박동변이도(heart rate variability : HRV)에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 피험자들을 BAS와 BIS 민감성의 고저에 따라 네 집단으로 분류하고 명상음악과 소음이 제시되는 동안 전전두엽의 비대칭성과 심박동변이도를 측정하였다. 전전두엽의 비대칭성을 측정한 결과, 명상음악에서는 BAS가 BIS에 비하여 민감도가 상대적으로 높을수록 전전두엽 편측치(asymmetry score)가 증가하였고, 소음조건에서는 BAS와 BIS 중 어느 하나라도 민감도가 높으면 소음과 같은 부정감성을 유발시키는 음 환경에서는 전전두엽의 편측치가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정감성이 상대적으로 우측 전전두엽의 활성화를 증가시키는 반면, 긍정감성은 좌측 전전두엽의 활성화를 증가시킴을 알 수 있었다. 심박동변이도를 각 주파수 대역별로 전력을 분석한 결과, 명상음악에서는 BAS가 높고 BIS는 낮은 집단이 BAS와 BIS가 모두 낮은 집단에 비하여 심박동변이조의 감성평가지표로 알려진 MF/(LF+HF)가 유의하게 높았다. 또한 BAS가 높고 BIS는 낮은 집단은 명상음악 청취시가 소음 청취시에 비하여 MF/(LF+HF)가 더 높은 경향을 보였는데, 이는 BAS가 높고 BIS는 낮은 집단이 다른 집단에 비하여 긍정감성에 더 민감함을 의미한다. 본 연구결과는 전전두엽 비대칭성과 심박동변이도, 특히 MF/(LF+HF)가 긍정 및 부정감성을 평가할 수 있는 지표로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

Aligned multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were synthesized through the catalytic decomposition of hydrocarbons in a quartz tube reactor. In this study, we investigated the influence of gas flow rate of feedstock on the structure and growth rate of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes produced by the floating catalyst method. As the flow rate of feedstock increased, the nanotube diameter became smaller and the length became longer. Although the growth rate also increased with the raise of flow rate, the optimum flow rate of feedstock existed for the crystallinity of carbon nanotubes.

유기물과 질소를 동시에 제거하기 위하여 연속회분식으로 운전한 MBR (membrane bioreactor)시스템에서 미생물농도와 슬러지 부하량이 막오염과 미생물 활성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 막오염은 MLSS (mixed liquor suspended solid) 농도 증가에 따라 조금씩 증가하는 경향을 보였고, 그 효과는 비포기 조건보다 포기 조건에는 좀더 두드러지게 나타났다. MLSS 농도는 막오염에 직접적인 커다란 영향을 주지는 않으나, 지나치게 높은 MLSS에서 유도되는 낮은 슬러지 부하에서는 막오염이 크게 증가하는 현상이 발견되었고, 이러한 조건에서는 포기에 의한 막 세척 효과도 크게 줄어들었다. 미생물의 개별 활성도는 슬러지 부하가 감소할수록 지속적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다 반응조 전체 활성도 또한 17,000 mg/L 이상의 높은 MLSS로부터 유도되는 낮은 슬러지 부하율에서는 높은 미생물 농도에도 불구하고 오히려 감소했는데 이는 기질 부족으로 인한 경쟁으로 활성도가 떨어지고, 용액의 점성 증가로 인해 산소 전달율이 저하되었기 때문이다.

Korean women’s fertility rate is rapidly declining as it goes down from 4.5 in 1970 to 1.3 in 2002. The impacts of the low fertility rate are many, e.g., the decline of Korean population, the lack of industrial man powers, the numerical rise of foreign workers, the growth of older generation, and so on. Soon Korean church will be under direct impacts of the low fertility rate as well. The present paper aims to investigate (1) the growth rate of Korean Christian pop띠 ation based on the scientific national census; (2) the rapid decline of the Korean women’s fertility rate; (3) the influence of the 1997 IMF econornic crisis upon the decline of fertility rate; (4) practical suggestions for the future ministry from missiological analysis which include counseling, silver rninistry, rninistry to corning generation, rninistry to foreign workers, and encouragement for childbe뻐ng for the Christian farnilies. What Korean churches need now is to recognize the importance of the rnissionary proclaim in the Book of Genesis (9: 1): “Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth." Otherwise, Korean church would have a significant difficulty to maintain the present energy and enthusiasm due to the sharp decline of the Christian pop비ation in Korea near soon.

효과적으로 공정을 관리하기위하여 제품의 품질특성치에 영향을 주는 데이터를 수집하고 공정을 해석하여한다. 이를 위해서 데이터 마이닝(Data Mining)이 많이 수행되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공정으로부터 수집된 대량의 정보 데이터를 신경망(Neural Network)기법을 통하여 공정의 불량률을 예측하고 불량률이 높게 나타난 데이터를 통해 연관규칙(Association Rule)을 적용하여 불량에 영향을 주는 공정의 패턴을 파악 공정을 개선하고자 한다.

Synthesis gas is a high valued compound as a basic chemicals at various chemical processes. Synthesis gas is mainly produced commercially by a steam reforming process. However, the process is highly endothermic so that the process is very energy-consuming process. Thus, this study was carried out to produce synthesis gas by the partial oxidation of methane to decrease the energy cost. The effects of reaction temperature and flow rate of reactants on the methane conversion, product selectivity, product ratio, and carbon deposition were investigated with 13wt% Ni/MgO catalyst in a fluidized bed reactor. With the fluidized bed reactor, CH4 conversion was 91%, and Hz and CO selectivities were both 98% at 850℃ and total flow rate of 100 mL/min. These values were higher than those of fixed bed reactor. From this result, we found that with the use of the fluidized bed reactor it was possible to avoid the disadvantage of fixed bed reactor (explosion) and increase the productivity of synthesis gas.

다양한 종류의 생약재들이 동물과 인간의 성장률을 증진시키는 활성을 가지고 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 선정된 식물의 성장증진 효과를 확인하기 위해 실험동물로서 물고기와 돼지를 이용하였다. 물고기 실험에서 오가피 추출물과인진쑥 추출물이 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다 그리고 이들 오가피와 인진쑥 추출물을 돼지에 먹여본 결과 평균일일 증체율이 대조군에 비해 7.06%증가하였다. 이 결과를 검증하기위해 혈액 내 분비된 성장호르몬(GH)과 Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)의 양을 측정하였다. 오가피와 인진쑥 추출물을 먹인 돼지는 대조군에 비해 혈액 내로 분비된 GH와 IGF-1의 양이 훨씬 더 많았다. 인간에서 성장증진 효과를 알아보기 위해 본 연구자들은 오가피와 인진쑥 추출물을 혼합하여 쌀에 코팅한 키우미^(TM)(Kiwoomi^(TM))를 제조하였다. 키우미^(TM)를 초등학생들에게 먹였을 때 키 성장에 효과적인 것을 확인하였다. 키우미^(TH)를 먹인 아이들이 먹이지 않은 아이들보다 더 많이 성장하였다(약 2.14배). 결과적으로 이 기능성 쌀(Kiwoomi^(TM))이 다른 부작용 없이 아이들의 성장에 도움을 주는 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to find the difference in muscle firing rate between each muscle according to the knee angle with the quadriceps femoris which is a representative action muscle of the lower extremity. Seven normal healthy subjects were recruited. The median frequency (MDF) of muscle contraction was recorded from vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, and rectus femoris muscles using the surface EMG, in 5 seconds, during maximal isometric knee extension. The data were analyzed by the two-way repeated ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows: 1) median frequency of muscle contraction was significantly higher at the vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, and rectus femoris in descending order. 2) median frequency of muscle contraction was significantly higher at the , , and in descending order. Consequently, muscle recruitment at the knee decreases the EMG activity of the lengthened muscle. This study suggests that the change in EMG activity at different muscle lengths resulted in affecting the muscle firing rate during the knee extension.

This study was carried out to investigate the general characteristics and viability of sperm after freezing and thawing and the pregnancy rates after artificial insemination with thawed semen. The rates of viable sperm after slow and rapid freezing were 87.4±3.85% and 70.8±4.45%, respectively which were significantly lower than that of fresh semen control (91.7±3.45%). The mean concentration of epididymal sperm after dilution in 1.0 ml saline and. 3.0 ml extender in a various concentrations of cryoprotectants was 124.5±48.3 x 10/sup 6/ (range of 45 x 10/sup 6/ to 280 X 10/sup 6/ /ml). There was a significant difference not in the percentage of acrosome-reacted sperm, but in the percentage of capacitated sperm, between fresh and frozen-thawed epididymal semen. When frozen-thawed after diluting with tris-buffer extender containing glycerol, DMSO and ethylene glycol with concentration of 2 to 6%, the rates of epididymal sperm exposed to different cryoprotectants ranged from 14.4±4.7% to 20.7±5.8%, 17.8±5.2% to 36.5±4.9%, and 14.4±4.6% to 18.5±5.3%, respectively which were lower compare to fresh semen control. The pregnancy rate after artificial insemination with frozen semen was 70.6%, whereas that with fresh semen was 90.0% in dogs with naturally induced estrus.
