본 연구는 간호학과 만학도 간호대학생의 임상실습 경험을 심층적으로 이해하기 위한 질적연구 이다. K 광역시와 J도 소재 3개 대학교 간호학과 4학년 만학도 간호대학생 9명을 대상으로 2025년 5월부 터 6월까지 심층 면담을 실시하였으며, Braun과 Clarke(2006)의 주제분석법을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였 다. 연구 결과, ‘임상실습에 대한 심리적 부담’, ‘만학도로서의 실질적 어려움’, ‘임상실습 현장에서의 고군 분투’, ‘만학도로서 갖는 강점’, ‘정서적 지지와 도움을 받음’, ‘실습 경험을 통해 성장해 나감’의 6개 범주가 도출되었다. 만학도 간호대학생들은 연령 차이로 인한 심리적 위축과 체력적·기술적 한계를 경험하였으나, 풍부한 생애 경험을 강점으로 활용하며 다층적 지지를 통해 전문 간호사로 성장하였다. 본 연구는 만학도 간호대학생의 임상실습 경험을 ‘결핍’이 아닌 ‘차이’의 관점에서 접근하여 어려움과 강점을 균형 있게 조명 하였다. 연구 결과는 만학도 간호대학생을 위한 단계별 맞춤형 지원 프로그램, 연령 포용적 환경 조성, 다 층적 지지 체계 구축 등의 실천 방안 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 서울시사회서비스원 소속 대표노조 노조원들의 정책 종결 경험을 심층적으로 탐색하는 사례연구를 하여 정책 종결 과정에 대 해 밝히고자 한다. 연구참여자는 의도적으로 표집하는 이론적 표본 추출 방법 을 활용하였고, 세평적 사례 선택과 눈덩이 표본추출을 사용하여 4명의 연구 참 여자를 선정하였다. 자료수집은 연구 참여자에 대한 심층면접 자료, 서울시사회 서비스원 정책 종결과 관련한 공공기록과 미디어 자료를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 자료 분석은 주제별 분석 방법으로 면접자료의 전체 내용을 파악하고, 자료에서 의미단위를 생성한 뒤 범주를 구분하여 주제를 분류하였다. 또한 주제별 하위범 주를 구성하여 완성하는 단계를 거쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 세 가지 범주로 첫째, 지방자치단체장에 의해 추진된 정책 종결, 둘째, 대표노조의 끝나지 않은 공공 돌봄을 위한 노력과 과제, 셋째, 정책 종결이 만든 시민 권리 침해로 도출되었 다.

본 연구는 유아의 애니메이션 시청 경험을 분석한 한국의 질적 연 구들을 중심으로 중국 연구 일부를 비교하여 유아가 애니메이션을 통해 형성하는 정서와 인지, 사회성과 정체성 경험의 구조를 해석하고자 하였 다. 국내 연구는 2000년 이후 발표된 질적 연구를 중심으로 분석하였 으며, 중국 연구는 동일 주제의 대표적 질적 사례를 병행하여 비교 범 주를 설정하였다. 연구방법은 Braun과 Clarke의 주제분석 절차를 기반 으로 한 질적 메타분석을 적용하였으며, 데이터는 수용 경험, 캐릭터 동 일시, 감정 반응, 인지적 재구성, 사회적 상호작용, 문화적 의미 형성 등 여섯 개의 분석 축을 중심으로 통합하였다. 그 결과, 한국 유아는 감정 기반 해석과 또래 중심의 사회적 의미 재구성을 특징으로 하였고, 중국 유아는 도덕적 기준과 문화적 정체성 요소를 더 강하게 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 공통적으로 유아는 애니메이션을 수동적으로 소비하는 존재가 아니라 능동적 의미 구성자로 기능하였으며, 시청 경험은 정서와 사회성, 인지와 정체성 발달이 중첩되는 통합적 구조로 작동하였다. 본 연구는 유아의 애니메이션 경험을 문화적, 발달적 관점에서 다층적으로 해석했다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 국가 간 비교를 통해 시청 경험의 공통성과 문화적 차이를 동시에 제시함으로써 미디어 교육과 아동 콘텐 츠 연구에 새로운 함의를 제공한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore, in depth, the changes in nurses’ perceptions and organizational culture following repeated experiences with healthcare accreditation. Methods: A qualitative content analysis design was employed to explore nurses’ perceptions of healthcare accreditation. In-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 nurses from a spine and joint specialty hospital in Seoul who had experienced both the third and fourth accreditation cycles. Data were collected from July 9 to July 30, 2025. To enhance analytical depth, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework was adopted as an interpretive lens, encompassing four perspectives: financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth. Results: Twenty themes were identified and organized into four thematic clusters aligned with the BSC framework (1) ‘The Hospital’s Reputation built on Nurses Burnout’, (2) ‘The Gap between Accreditation Standards and Clinical Realities’, (3) ‘The Need for Process Improvement and Link between Accreditation and Practice’, (4) ‘Fostering a Collaborative Culture and Strengthening Leadership Competence’ Conclusion: From the BSC perspective, healthcare accreditation positively influenced clinical standardization (internal process), hospital reputation (customer), and professional development (learning and growth), but imposed significant resource imbalances (financial) on frontline nurses. To enhance future accreditation effectiveness, policies should establish fair compensation and support systems, apply flexible evaluation criteria reflecting hospital size and resources, and integrate patient and staff satisfaction indicators into the evaluation framework.

본 연구는 스토리텔링 기반 LBE(Location-Based Entertainment) 전시에서 음악적 베리에이션과 공간음향이 감정적 내러티브 형성에 어떠한 역할을 수행하는지를 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 최근 LBE 기반 몰입형 콘텐츠 시장이 빠르게 성장함에 따라, 전시에서의 사운드디자인은 단순한 배경음 이 아니라 관람객의 정서 흐름을 설계하는 핵심 요소로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 경기도와 경기 콘텐츠진흥원의 'K-콘텐츠 IP 융·복합 제작지원' 사업 일환으로 2025년 현대백화점 판교점에서 진행된 「디즈니스토어와 함께하는 추석 달맞이 체험」 실감형 전시의 음악·사운드 설계를 대상 으로, 연구자가 창작 및 운영에 직접 참여한 실무기반 사례연구(Practice-Based Research)를 수 행하였다. 전시 기획 단계(Pre-Design)와 운영 단계(Post-Design)에 걸쳐 음악 구조, 공간음향 구성, 관람객 반응을 수집·분석한 결과, 동일한 코드·템포 구조 위에서 악기·음색·리듬을 변 주하는 방식이 존(zone) 간 감정 전환을 유도하는 핵심 장치로 기능함을 확인하였다. 또한 약 30 채널의 멀티채널 공간음향은 시각적 내러티브와 결합하여 감정 이동의 방향성을 강화하였으며, 제스처 기반 생성형 AI 이미지 콘텐츠는 선율 구조와 결합되어 관람객의 주체적 몰입을 증폭시켰 다. 본 연구는 LBE 전시에서 음악과 사운드가 수행하는 감정 설계적 역할을 실증적으로 제시함으 로써, 향후 감성 기반 전시 제작 및 AI 융합형 콘텐츠 개발에 유의미한 시사점을 제공한다.

본 연구는 현대 사회를 살아가고 있는 신중년 여성의 삶의 경험과 의 미를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 문제는 신중년 여성들에게 ‘삶의 경 험과 의미’는 무엇인가를 알아보고자 했다. 연구 결과 첫째, 신중년 여성 들의 삶의 경험과 의미의 신체성은 ‘자신에 대한 배려와 돌봄’ 과 ‘지속 적인 삶의 영위’로 나타났다. 둘째, 신중년 여성들의 삶의 경험과 의미의 공간성은 ‘절대적 순응’과 ‘갈등과 극복의 여정’으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신 중년 여성들의 삶의 경험과 의미의 시간성은 ‘삶의 주도권 찾기’로 나타 났다. 넷째, 신중년 여성들의 삶의 경험과 의미의 관계성은 ‘진정한 자기 가 되고자 함’이며, 이를 통해 자신과 화해하고, 자신을 수용할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 신중년 여성들이 자기 회복을 통해 현실에 적응하여, 건강 한 사회관계를 유지하기를 기대한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the experiences of unmarried mothers with institutional living experiences in terms of adaptation and self-reliance in the community, as well as the factors that promote and hinder self-reliance. Methods: Data were collected through one-on-one in-depth interviews with six unmarried mothers who lived in unmarried mother-child family welfare facilities before and after childbirth and then moved to the community after leaving the facilities. Based on the collected data, a qualitative case study was conducted using Yin's method of analysis. Results: The results derived five units of analysis and eleven categories. The eleven categories were as follows: ‘The last space I relied on,’ ‘Preparing for self-reliance by adapting to community life’, ‘Choices of your own life,’ ‘Consideration of the environment for raising children,’ ‘Strengthening human capital,’ ‘Self-restraint to secure self-reliance fund,’ ‘Building a support system within a homogeneous group,’ ‘Policy and social service support,’ ‘Planning a future with your child,’ ‘Exterior and disconnection,’ and ‘Dilemma between non-national support recipients and national support recipients.’ Conclusion: Based on the results, we discuss the need for social welfare policies that consider changes in the characteristics of unmarried mothers, social service support, ways to improve social relationships, and the development of self-reliance programs.

본 연구는 서면 인터뷰 방법을 통해 아버지의 자녀와의 프로그램 참여 경험을 조사하고, 그 경험의 의미와 효과에 대한 아버지의 생각을 탐색하 였다. 또한 앞으로 아버지가 자녀와 함께 참여를 희망하는 프로그램 1순위 가 무엇인지 조사하고, 그러한 프로그램의 개발 및 활성화를 위해 필요한 지원 방안이 무엇일지 탐색하였다. 연구대상자는 첫째(또는 외동) 자녀와 함께 프로그램 참여 경험이 있는 아버지들 21명을 의도적 표집 방법으로 선정하였고, 자녀의 연령대별(아동기, 청소년기, 초기 성인기)로 각각 7명 씩 균등하게 표본을 구성하였다. 연구를 위해 서면 인터뷰 방법을 활용하 였다. 연구 결과, 아버지가 자녀와 함께 참여하였던 프로그램의 유형은 크 게 4개로 분류되었으며, ‘부모 참여’, ‘운동 관련’, ‘체험활동’, ‘홍보활동’ 중심으로 나타났다. 프로그램 참여에 대한 아버지의 의미 부여는 ‘긍정적 인 차원’과 ‘부정적인 차원’의 양극단으로 나뉘었으며, 프로그램 참여로 인 한 효과는 ‘긍정적’, ‘변화 없음’, ‘부정적’의 범주로 결과가 제시되었다. 아버지가 자녀와 함께 참여하기를 희망하는 프로그램에 대한 선호도는 ‘활 동중심’ 프로그램이 ‘상담중심’ 프로그램보다 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연 구 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 가족, 사회, 프로그램 차원에서 아버지-자 녀 프로그램의 개발 및 활성화를 위해 필요한 지원 방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 신중년 여성의 적응필요역량을 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Y시에 거주하는 50세∼69세 신중년 코칭 교육 여성 참여자를 대상으로 심층 인 터뷰와 요구도 분석을 수행하였으며, Colaizzi 방법과 Borich 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 신중년 여성 들이 은퇴 후 자율적이고 만족스러운 삶을 영위하는 데 필요한 적응 역량으로 자긍심, 경제적 자립 능력, 사회적 소통 능력, 심리적 회복 탄력성, 평생학습 능 력이 도출되었다. Borich 요구도 분석 결과, 자긍심과 경제적 자립 능력이 가장 큰 격차를 보여 우선순위 과제로 나타났으며, The Locus for Focus 모델을 통해 자긍심, 경제적 자립 능력, 사회적 소통 능력이 즉각적인 개선이 요구되는 핵심 영역으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 신중년 여성의 주요 요구를 반영한 맞춤형 정 책과 교육적 지원 방안을 제안함으로써, 심리적 안정, 경제적 자립, 사회적 관계 강화를 통한 지속 가능한 삶을 지원하는 데 기초 자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의 의가 있다.

본 연구는 고등학교 담임교사의 상담 경험에 대한 질적 사례연구를 통해, 담임교사가 학생 상담에서 겪는 다양한 경험과 어려움을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구자는 세 명의 고등학교 담임교 사를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여, 담임교사들이 학생 상담 과정에서 겪는 도전과 극복 방안을 심층적 으로 탐구하였다. 연구의 결과로는 􍾧상담의 접근 방식과 어려움, 역할과 기대에 따른 부담, 학생 이해를 위한 통로, 교사의 성장과 보람􍾨의 네 개의 범주와 􍾧초기 담임교사 시절 경험과 가이드 라인의 부재, 전 문적 상담의 한계, 상담에 대한 학교와 학부모의 기대, 비담임과는 다른 담임교사로서의 부담, 깊이 있 는 이해와 앎의 시간, 진로 탐색을 위한 여정, 정서적 안정의 중요성, 개인의 성장과 변화􍾨, 􍾧상담의 보 람과 동기 부여􍾨의 9개의 중심 주제가 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교사의 성장과 정서적 안정을 지원하는 방안 모색과 학교 내 상담 환경을 개선하기 위한 제도적 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 교정시설에 수감된 성폭력사범들의 인문융합치료 기반 교정프로그램 참 여 경험을 심층적으로 분석하여 이해하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법은 질적 연 구방법을 활용하여, 교정시설에 수감 된 성폭력사범 4명을 대상으로 프로그램을 진행 하고, 참여자의 수기 기록물, 그림, 활동지, 연구자 노트 등을 자료로 수집하여 사례를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 참여자들은 내면 성찰과 반성을 통해 과거의 잘못을 인정하고 교정하려는 의지를 보였으며, 삶의 변화를 기대하는 모습을 보였다. 또한, 가족 내 갈 등과 상처를 극복하려는 노력과 함께 소통과 경청의 중요성을 깨달으며 관계 회복에 대한 필요성을 인식하였다. 경계 침해의 심각성을 깨닫고 타인의 권리를 존중하며, 성 범죄와 관련된 왜곡된 인식을 바로잡았다. 나아가 피해자에 대한 공감과 사회적 책임 의식을 강화하며 건강한 삶을 위한 결심을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 인문융합치료 기반 프로그램이 재범 방지와 사회적응력 향상에 의미가 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 본 연구 는 성폭력사범 교정 및 재활 프로그램 개발에 중요한 시사점을 제공하며, 재범 방지 및 사회적응력 향상을 위한 새로운 접근을 제안하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzes the language identity of a 1.5 generation Korean woman in her 30s through a qualitative research method, focusing on her journey of seeking a stable sense of belonging, and reveals its sociocultural implications. The research participant is a woman in her 30s who moved to Germany, with her family in her early teens. She chose, maintained, and strengthened her sense of belonging between Korean and German in the following ways. First, the participant held German citizenship but did not consider herself to have citizenship rights. Second, she perceived people who spoke Korean well as attractive and wanted to connect with Korea. Third, the participant utilized her Korean language skills to position herself as marked German. This study is significant in that it explores the process by which a 1.5 generation Korean woman constructs her language identities, builds a sense of belonging, and shapes her meaning of existence, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of the various aspects of Korean diaspora.

목적: 본 연구는 특수교육지원센터에서 근무하는 작업치료사의 직무 경험에 대해 알아보고 특수교육지원센터에 서의 작업치료사의 역할을 정립하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 특수교육지원센터에 근무하는 작업치료사 5명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하였 다. 작업치료사의 평균 임상 경력은 11년이고, 특수교육지원센터 근무 경력은 11년이었다. 특수교육지원센터 내 작업치료사의 역할에 대해 그룹으로 자유롭게 토의를 진행하였고, 모든 토의 내용은 클로버 노트로 녹음하여 텍스트 스크립트를 완성하였다. 현상학적 분석 방법으로 Giorgi 연구절차에 따라 5명의 연구자가 함께 중요의미 단위를 분석하였다. 아울러 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 위해 Python을 사용하였다. 결과: 특수교육지원센터에서 근무하는 작업치료사가 수행하고 있는 직무에 대한 의미단위 18개와 구성요소 7개를 도출하였다. 이로부터 다시 총 3개의 작업치료사의 직무를 최종 도출하였고, 직무에는 치료지원, 치료대상자 진단평가, 행정업무가 있었다. 결론: 본 연구결과를 통해 특수교육지원센터에서 근무하는 작업치료사의 직무역할을 정립하고 이를 토대로 특수교육지원센터에서 근무하는 작업치료사의 업무 매뉴얼을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

This study systematically analyzes research trends and significant themes in academic studies on Hanbok, Korea’s traditional attire, published between 2015 and 2024. Recognizing Hanbok’s evolving role as both a cultural icon and a modern fashion item, it broadens the scope of prior research, which predominantly focused on design and pattern analysis. A qualitative meta-analysis of 230 academic papers indexed in the Korea Citation Index was conducted using the MAXQDA program. The findings show a steady increase in scholarly interest in Hanbok over the past decade, with a peak in 2020. Furthermore, the study categorizes Hanbok research into six key areas: design and patterns, consumer behavior and tourism, literature reviews, case studies, education, and digital technologies. Notably, the multidisciplinary nature of Hanbok research includes growing interest in its fusion with digital technologies, such as virtual reality and the metaverse, suggesting future directions for digitalization and global presence. This research highlights Hanbok’s expanding significance in both traditional culture and modern contexts, positioning it as an important cultural icon in domestic and international markets. The study emphasizes the need for further exploration into under-explored areas, such as Hanbok’s role in global tourism and adaptation to digital environments. Practical applications include opportunities for the Hanbok industry to leverage digital platforms, cultural tourism, and personalized marketing strategies. This study provides a valuable foundation for future research on Hanbok’s global reception and continued development as a cultural and commercial asset.

본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼의 교육적 활용 가능성을 심층적으로 평가하기 위해 진행되었다. 학생과 교수들을 대상으로 질적 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 수행하여, 상호작용적 학습 환경 조성 측면에서 플랫폼의 잠재적 장점을 확인하는 한편, 기술적 제약과 콘텐츠 통합 필요성도 연구 했다. 연구 결과, 메타버스 플랫폼은 학습 참여를 촉진하는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 학습 유지력 및 학업 성과에 미치는 영향은 일관되지 않은 양상을 보였다. 이를 토대로 본 연구는 지역 특화 교육 기술의 도입 전략을 제안하며, 향후 효과적인 적용을 위한 구체적인 방향성을 제시한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore user experience with UV-C disinfection devices in clinical settings to obtain critical information for the development of domestic devices to meet the increasing demand for efficient environmental disinfection in healthcare settings, particularly in terms of effective multidrug-resistant organism control. Methods: A qualitative approach was employed involving 21 participants (infection control nurses, staff nurses, and device managers). Data were collected through five sessions of focus group interviews, and conventional content analysis was undertaken. Results: Four categories and 13 subcategories were identified: (i) Introduction and usage status of UV-C disinfection devices, with ‘Surge in demand for rapid response to infectious diseases’ and ‘Diversified application and management of UV-C disinfection devices based on needs’ subcategories; (ii) Advantages of using UV-C disinfection devices, with ‘Significantly reduced disinfection time,’ ‘Easy and simple operation,’ and ‘Providing a sense of reassurance from a visible confirmation of disinfection’ subcategories; (iii) Limitations of current UV-C disinfection devices, including ‘Ambiguous disinfection range and presence of disinfection blind spots,’ ‘Lack of standards for disinfection efficacy verification and management,’ ‘Safety concerns regarding ultraviolet radiation exposure,’ and ‘Issues related to maintenance of UV-C disinfection devices’ subcategories; and (iv) Expectations for domestic UV-C disinfection devices, including ‘Minimization of disinfection blind spots,’ ‘Variety in device sizes,’ ‘Auxiliary devices for enhancing usage efficiency,’ and ‘Clear protocols for device usage and maintenance. Subcategories.’ Conclusion: UV-C disinfection devices offer valuable benefits for infection control; however, improvements are needed to enhance their efficacy and usability. Practical recommendations include developing standardized safety protocols, enhancing UV-C coverage, and improving device mobility and maintenance to meet diverse healthcare needs. Such advancements in UV-C technology can significantly support effective infection control and operational efficiency in healthcare settings.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the psychoemotional changes experienced by mothers of children diagnosed prenatally with congenital heart disease. Methods: Data were collected from March 1 to November 3, 2022, through in-depth interviews with 10 mothers of babies diagnosed prenatally with congenital heart disease in a tertiary hospital. Data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis method. Results: The following four themes, with 16 subthemes, were identified: 1) Contemplating maintaining the pregnancy amidst grief and denial, 2) Actively protecting the baby, 3) Recognizing the reality of the disease progression while facing the baby, and 4) Finally becoming a mother. Conclusion: The findings suggest that medical staff should provide accurate information about any disease a baby is diagnosed with before childbirth, understand mothers’ psychoemotional changes, and effectively utilize prenatal counseling. This can be achieved by further expanding the existing patient- and family-centered nursing intervention program implemented by the hospital.

본 연구는 과학중점고 학생들의 진로 성숙에 관한 질적 사례연구이다. 연구에서는 과학중점고 학생 들의 진로 성숙의 긍정적 조건과 부정적 조건 그리고 진로 성숙의 과정, 맥락, 결과를 분석하여 과학중 점고 학생들의 진로 성숙을 강화할 수 있는 논의와 제언을 하는 목적에서 수행하였다. 연구에는 7명의 과학중점학급 학생이 참여했다. 자료는 연구참여자들과 1대1 심층 면담을 수행하여 구성했다. 원자료는 Yin(2009)이 제시한 단일 사례 다중 분석 단위로 접근하여 분석했다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같 다. 진로 성숙의 조건은 긍정적 요인과 부정적 요인으로 나눌 수 있다. 긍정적 요인은 공부 효능감에서 비전 세우기, 겸손한 노력, 자기 주도적 학습으로 나타났고 부정적 요인은 인간미 없는 편향된 공부하는 기계, 비교 열등감, 선택지 없는 대학 진학에 전념, 경쟁 스트레스, 성적 스트레스, 수행평가의 압력으로 나타났다. 진로 성숙의 과정은 해야만 하는 공부에서 즐기는 공부로, 롤 모델과의 대화, 호기심에서 공 부하는 열정으로 전환으로 나타났다. 진로 성숙에 영향을 미치는 맥락은 과학적 세계의 매력, 친구들과 의 상호지지, 면학 분위기로 충만한 교실, 입시 어드밴티지, 열린 공부로 나타났다. 마지막으로 진로 성 숙의 결과는 이타적 직업윤리, 확고한 방향 설정으로 나타났다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 과학중점고 학생 들의 진로 성숙을 높일 수 있는 교사의 관심과 창의성, 자아존중감, 과학 과목에 대한 호기심과 열정에 대해 논의했고 과학중점고 학생들의 이타적 직업윤리와 함께 공동체 정신에 대해 논의했다. 이러한 논 의에 근거하여 과학중점고 학생들의 진로 성숙을 제고할 수 있는 교육학적 차원의 제언을 하였다.

이 연구는 한국 초등교원양성기관의 실습학기제 도입에 따른 운영방안 을 탐색하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 한국 초등교원양성기 관의 교수들 중 교육실습 경험이 풍부한 교수 2명, 교육과정 담당자 2 명, 실습학교 교사 5명을 대상으로 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실 시하여 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 한국 초등교원양성기관의 실 습학기제 운영에 대한 5개의 영역과 그에 대한 17개의 범주, 그리고 65개의 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 한국 초등교원양성기관의 실습학기제 운영에 대한 5개의 영역은 ‘현 체제 진단’, ‘실습학기제에 대한 인식’, ‘현실적인 문제’, ‘운영을 위해 필요한 것’, ‘운영방안’이다. 그리고 각 영 역별 논의를 통해 한국 초등교원양성기관의 실습학기제 운영방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

Purpose: This study explored teachers’ experiences of practicing character education focusing on Juingonggwanbeop in elementary schools. The goal was to provide universal Juingong-gwanbeop character education programs for schools. Methods: This study used one-on-one in-depth interviews to collect data from teachers working at different elementary schools regarding their character education experiences. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: 5 themes and 16 sub-themes were derived from the analysis. The five themes included “Starting Juingong-gwanbeop character education for various reasons”, “Feeling joy when seeing students changing through Juingong-gwanbeop character education”, “Difficulties in managing Juingong-gwanbeop character education”, “Development and dissemination of standardized Juingong-gwanbeop character education programs”. Conclusion: The findings showed that both students and teachers experienced positive changes and growth in their school lives through Juingong-gwanbeop character education. The participants expressed a strong desire to develop universal programs and materials for teachers who have not been exposed to Juingong-gwanbeop.
