        본 연구는 최근 우리 사회에 심각한 이슈로 알려진 공교육 현장에서의 악성민원에 관하여 사교육을 중심으로 하는 교 육서비스업 현장에서 그 실태와 영역을 알아보고자 하였다. 교육서비스업 중 절반 이상을 차지하는 보습학원 종사자를 대상으로 지역을 서울로 제한하여 연구를 수행했으며 악성민원은 선행연구를 토대로 하여 설문지를 구성하여 설문조사 를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 조사 대상자의 81.54%가 악성민원을 경험한 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 여성(65.34%)과 30∼40 대(70.95%) 종사자들에게서 특히 두드러졌다. 악성민원을 영역별로 분류하여 보면 교수학습(57.48%), 생활관리(50.20%), 교습비용(50.00%) 영역에서 주로 발생했으며, 서울시내 보습학원에서 교수학습(수업, 성적 등), 교습비용(수강료 납부/환 불 등), 운영관리(시설, 안전사고 등), 생활지도(이성교제, 흡연, 태도 등) 차원에서 수요자(학부모, 학생)가 공급자(원장, 강사, 종사자 등)에게 발생하고 있음을 확인하였다. 교육서비스업 종사자들의 응답을 통해, 확인한 특히 우려스러운 점은 근무 학원의 58.19%가 악성민원 대응 매뉴얼을 구비하지 않은 상태이며 이로 인해 적절한 대응이나 예방조치가 이루어 지지 못하고 있다는 점이었다. 따라서 서울시교육청은 관련 대응 매뉴얼을 제작·배포하고 악성민원을 예방하기 위해 학 부모인식 개선을 위한 적극적인 역할을 담당할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

        Environments inside and outside levees may exert different effects on the occurrence of mid-to large-sized mammals in riparian areas. To effectively conserve these species, it is important to understand how land cover across levees influences their presence. This study, conducted from March to June 2024 in Yeongyang, South Korea, monitored mammal occurrence using unmanned sensor cameras at 28 sites. Linear models were used to analyze mammal species diversity, non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) was applied to assess species-specific habitat associations at the community level, and occupancy models were used to evaluate influential factors for each species. Our results showed that mammal species diversity increased with a higher proportion of orchards inside levees, but decreased with greater proportions of orchards inside levees, and non-irrigated arable fields outside levees. For carnivores, land cover types in inside levees-including grasslands, barren areas, and water-provided important food resources and shelter. For omnivorous and herbivorous mammals, coniferous forests inside levees played a key role by offering abundant food and shelter, whereas highly disturbed land covers such as non-irrigated fields and orchards outside levees were less suitable as habitats. To enhance habitat conservation, management efforts inside levees should prioritize maintaining grasslands and coniferous forests. Outside levees, establishing undisturbed zones with barren areas and coniferous forests may help mitigate human disturbances. These findings provide essential baseline data for developing effective conservation strategies tailored to levee-associated riparian landscapes.

        최근 자율주행 기술의 급속한 발전으로 자율주행 기술이 탑재된 차량이 눈에 띄고 있다. 자율주행 기술로 인해 교통사 고 감소와 효율적인 교통운영을 유도할 수 있는데, 주행 환경뿐만 아니라 주차 환경에서도 큰 이점을 보이고 있다. 이러 한 자율주행 기술을 기반으로 한 로봇 파킹 시스템은 주차 소요 시간을 단축하고 주차 공간을 더욱 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는데, 이는 특히 교통약자들의 이동 편의성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 차량의 진출입이 빈번 하고 보행자의 이동이 많은 고속도로 휴게시설을 대상으로 교통약자를 고려한 로봇 파킹 시스템을 도입하여 안정성과 효율성을 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2010년부터 2022년까지의 고속도로 휴게시설 사고 데이터를 분석하여, 사고 빈도 와 사고 심각도를 고려한 EPDO(Equivalent Property Damage Only) 값이 높은 중부내륙선 충주휴게소(창원방향)를 분석 대상지로 선정하였다. 미시교통 시뮬레이션 VISSIM을 활용하여 대상 휴게소의 도로 및 주차장 네트워크를 구축하고 시 뮬레이션하였다. 안전성 평가를 위해 DRAC(Deceleration Rate to Avoid Crash) 및 PET(Post Encroachment Time) 지 표 등을 활용하였으며, 효율성 평가로는 주차 회전율(Parking Turning Rate) 및 정지횟수(Number of Stops) 지표 등을 사용하여 비교하였다. 본 연구는 기존 연구들과 달리 교통약자의 관점에서 로봇 파킹 시스템의 효과를 분석했다는 점에 서 차별성을 가진다.

        In this study, we aimed to understand the effects of pest control on forest ecosystems by examining the populations of beetles, a bioindicator species, in pine wilt disease-affected areas. Density and diversity of beetles at the pest control (sites 1 and 2) and control (site 3) sites were compared. Site 1 contained 247 individuals of 11 species from 5 families, site 2 contained 461 individuals of 19 species from 9 families, and control site 3 contained 511 individuals of 19 species from 9 families. The following main species were collected from each site: 34 pine jewel beetles(Chalcophora japonica) in June, 23 red flat bark beetles(Synuchus cycloderus) in August, and 42 red flat bark beetles in September from site 1, 46 pine jewel beetles in June, 36 elegant beetles(Carabus jankowskii) in August, and 21 elegant beetles in September from site 2, and 31 red ground beetles(Coptolabrus smaragdinus) in June, 56 two-spotted dust beetles(Planetes puncticeps) in August, and 30 two-spotted dust beetles in September from site 3. Furthermore, diversity, evenness, and dominance indices were analyzed for all beetles collected from the pest control and control sites. Site 1 exhibited a diversity index of 0.706, evenness index of 0.711, and dominance index of 0.161. Site 2 exhibited a diversity index of 1.115, evenness index of 0.872, and dominance index of 0.097. Site 3 exhibited a diversity index of 1.101, evenness index of 0.861, and dominance index of 0.102. Similarity index was 47.4% between sites 1 and 2, 33.3% between sites 1 and 3, and 40.0% between sites 2 and 3.

        This study aims to identify crisis signs in small and medium enterprise (SME)-concentrated regions and establish measures to prevent economic recession and normalize regional economies through proactive responses. To achieve this, we investigated and analyzed the crisis status and outlook of companies located in Jeonbuk, their detailed management conditions, management issues by industry, difficulties in business operations, and policy demands. Out of 4,144 SMEs in Jeonbuk's concentrated areas, 270 companies responded to the survey. The results showed that 60% of the responding companies perceived their current management situation as being in a state of crisis. However, the outlook for the next quarter and the following year is expected to improve. Notably, compared to manufacturing companies, non-manufacturing firms responded that their crisis situation in the next quarter would not improve and expected the crisis to persist. In terms of detailed business conditions, regardless of the distinction between manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors, all aspects of the survey, including domestic sales, export sales, operating profit, financial status, and the number of employees, indicated better prospects for the next quarter and the following year compared to the current quarter. The study's findings suggest that companies in SME-concentrated areas of Jeonbuk are relatively accurate in recognizing the crisis situation of their own businesses and operating markets. Additionally, the companies responded that crisis monitoring is necessary. Differences in difficulties faced by the manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors imply the need for industry-specific financial support programs. Based on the survey results, we propose financial support projects tailored to the manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors, considering the degree of market competition. For more precise research, future studies will involve extracting larger samples and conducting a detailed analysis by subdividing manufacturing sectors (e.g., food, metal) and non-manufacturing sectors (e.g., agriculture, design).

        잠자리목은 습지 생태계의 환경의 질을 나타내는 생물 지표로 알려져 있으며, 이들의 분포와 풍부도는 습지 생태계 평가 및 생물다양성의 척 도로 활용된다. 본 연구는 환경부에서 지정·관리하는 습지보호지역 25개소를 대상으로 습지 유형별 잠자리목 분포 현황을 분석하여 서식지 보전 및 기후변화에 따른 종의 분포 변화에 관한 자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 조사 결과, 총 10과 67종이 확인되었으며, 잠자리과(Libellulidae) 24종 으로 가장 많이 관찰되었고 하천습지 52종, 산지습지 50종, 호수습지 30종, 인공습지 32종이 확인되었다. 기후변화 생물지표종인 푸른아시아실잠 자리(Ischnura senegalensis)와 연분홍실잠자리(Ceriagrion nipponicum)는 서식지가 점차 북쪽으로 확장되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 고유종인 꼬마 측범잠자리(Nihonogomphus minor)와 산측범잠자리(Asiagomphus melanopsoides)는 개체군 크기가 작아 지속적인 모니터링을 통한 관리 방안이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구결과는 습지보호구역에 분포하는 잠자리의 생태적 특성을 조사하여 습지 생태계의 보전과 관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

        This study reassessed two KBA sites in the Republic of Korea following the KBA guidelines. Both sites met the sub-criteria A1a, A1b, and D1a, confirming their status as KBA. These assessments provide a scientific foundation for discussions on designating new protected areas or expanding existing ones. Through this study, we confirmed that continuous biodiversity conservation is essential for Geum-gang river and estuary and Yubu-do to maintain their KBA status. This KBA reassessment provides an important scientific foundation for discussions on the designation of new protected areas or the expansion of existing ones. Furthermore, this study was based on a previously evaluated taxonomic group, birds, highlighting the need for future assessments to include other biological taxa and evaluation criteria, such as Criteria B or E, for a more comprehensive analysis.

        This study provides a micro-level analysis of the changes in Cheongnyong-dong, aiming to identify the interactions between function and form within the historical flow of urban architecture. Focusing on the characteristics of urban architecture in Cheongnyong-dong, this research particularly examines the transformations in layout and façade from the 1970s to the 1990s. By analyzing materials and windows of both the front and rear façades, as well as the differences between the first and upper floors, the study sheds light on the evolving patterns of urban architecture. From the 1970s to the 1990s, residential buildings accelerated changes in urban architecture by reinforcing unity in materials and creating more volumetric façades. In contrast, neighborhood facilities and mixed-use buildings displayed a clearer distinction between commercial and residential functions, with pronounced differences in material usage between the first and upper floors, as well as between the front and rear façades. This implies that while residential buildings change based on plots, commercial and mixed-use buildings transform according to their functions, resulting in varying speeds of physical change.

        龍崗秦簡은 진(秦)의 사회와 법률을 이해하는데 중요한 출토 문헌으로 본고에서 는 제23간부터 제34간까지의 내용을 해독하고 주석을 붙였다. 이 12매의 죽간에는 금원(禁苑) 안에 들어온 짐승에 관한 규정, 불법적으로 얻은 재화에 관한 처리, 금원 및 금원을 둘러싼 공터(격리지대)에서의 사냥 및 어로(漁撈) 행위에 대한 허용 범위 와 금지 사항에 대한 기록이 담겨 있다. 본고는 龍崗秦簡 제23간부터 제34간에 대 한 기존의 연구 성과 및 적외선 카메라로 재촬영한 죽간 사진을 토대로 더욱 정확한 고석(考釋)을 진행하고자 하였으며, ‘敺’와 ‘驅’·‘每’와 ‘毒’·‘灋’와 ‘法’ 등의 한자에 대해 서 고대한자 자료에 보이는 관련 자형을 수집해 보다 상세하고 명확한 주석을 작성 하고자 하였다.

        This study compared the climatic conditions and fruit quality of the ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarin. This variety is expanding to inland areas due to climate change and global warming. The main producing area of ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarin is Jeju Island. In the inland areas where ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarin is grown, the average temperature is 12.9-13.9℃, which is 3-4℃ lower than the temperature in Seogwipo (16.9℃) on Jeju Island. In these inland areas, there are frequent critical minimum temperatures (below –3℃) in January or February, making the open field temperatures unsuitable for growing ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarins. However, farmers in these areas have managed to mitigate this risk by maintaining an average temperature of 18.3℃ inside plastic houses, which are actively heated from December to March. The earliest full bloom of ‘Shiranuhi’ was recorded in Jindo, Jeollanam-do on April 10. The earliest harvest date was observed in Seogwipo, Jeju on January 9, which indicates the shortest maturity period of 272 days. The cumulative temperature inside the greenhouse was highest in Wanju, Jeollabuk-do at 5,755℃. Buan, Jeollabuk-do (5,517℃) and Seogwipo, Jeju (5,518℃) had nearly identical temperatures. Significant differences in fruit quality were observed between the inland areas and Jeju Island. These differences were observed in fruit length, summit length, firmness, and the CIE b* value of the peel. The climate differences seem to have a greater influence on the factors that determine the fruit shape among the fruit quality characteristics. The yield per tree was higher in Seogwipo, Jeju (38.3kg) compared to the inland areas (30 to 34kg). Inland areas predominantly featured medium to small fruits (251-300g), while Jeju Island had a higher proportion of larger fruits (over 350g).

        이 연구는 농촌개발에서 휴양이나 관광, 지역개발, 역량교육 등에 있어 참여하고 중심적 역할을 담당하 는 지역리더를 대상으로 리더역량이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서 소명의식의 매개효과를 분석하였 다. 조사지역과 대상은 전북특별자치도의 I군에서 농촌지역개발사업에 참여, 추진하고 있는 지역리더 를 대상으로 리더역량, 조직몰입, 소명의식에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 2023년 11월 8일부터 11월 22일까지 진행되었다. 그리고 설문분석은 총 180부 중 173부를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫 째, 지역리더는 60세 이상이 많았고 학력은 고학력이었으며, 지역내 거주기간은 21년 이상이 61.6%이 었다. 그리고 지역애착의 정도는 66.5%로 높았고 활동지역은 읍/면이 많았다. 둘째, 소명의식은 리더역 량과 조직몰입의 관계에서 부분매개의 역할을 하였다. 분석결과의 주요 시사점은 리더역량은 지역개 발사업의 성공이나 활성화 요인으로 작용하므로 새로운 가치의 창출과 지역주민의 참여를 적극적으 로 유도하는 리더의 변화가 필요하다. 또한 역량강화를 위해서 참여와 토론의 교육, 주민의 자치 향상, 지역 미래의 결정력 향상을 위해 노력해야 한다. 그리고 구성원의 참여와 협조가 중요하므로 지역리더 의 발굴과 인적자원의 육성, 지역내 거버넌스를 구축해 나가야 할 것이다.

        Undeclared nuclear activities are challenging given the lack of information from the sites involved in such activities. Wide-area environmental sampling (WAES) can be an effective method to detect undeclared nuclear activities. However, it is crucial to address the potential risks during the WAES, including sample tampering or extortions. Therefore, tracking and monitoring of various on-site data is imperative to accurately interpret the status of samples and workers throughout the WAES process. ‘Environmental and Geographical Data Transfer (EGDT)’ was developed for the real-time monitoring of integrated on-site data. EGDT module is equipped with various sensors and can be attached to a worker’s uniform or a sample storage box. This study demonstrated the technical effectiveness of EGDT by exploring three experimental methodologies for feasibility assessment. Compared to the Normal Operation case, the inference of the Sample Extortion case was predominantly based on changes in lux and dose rate. The inference of the Out-of-Work-Area case primarily relied on changes in dose rate and acceleration. Finally, the preliminary evaluation of the performance of the developed prototype was conducted, and a foundation was established for enhancing the application in the WAES process.

        This study presents a fine scale distribution of the endangered species, Odontobutis obscura, through field surveys and literature reviews. Using the mark-recapture method, the population size in major habitats was determined. Field surveys conducted on 18 streams in Geoje Island revealed that the O. obscura was only found in the main streams and tributaries of the Sanyang, Gucheon, and Buchun Streams, which are part of the Sanyang Stream watershed. The O. obscura exhibited relative abundances ranging from 0.5% to 35.3% at different locations, with certain spots showing higher relative abundances (18.8% to 35.3%), indicating major habitat areas. A review of six literature studies confirmed the presence of the O. obscura, although there were differences in occurrence status depending on the purpose, scope, and duration of the studies. Combining the results of field and literature surveys, it was found that the O. obscura inhabits the main and tributary streams of the Sanyang, Gucheon, and Buchun Streams, from the upper to lower reaches. Currently, the O. obscura population in the Sanyang Stream watershed maintains a stable habitat, but its limited distribution range suggests potential issues such as genetic diversity deficiency in the long term. The population size of the O. obscura was confirmed at two specific locations, with densities of 0.5 to 1.5 individuals per m2. The average movement distance from the release point was 13.1 m, indicating the limited mobility characteristic of ambush predators. Understanding the distribution and population size of endangered species is the first step towards their conservation and protection. Based on this information, further research could significantly contribute to the conservation of the O. obscura.

        In this study, the relationship between the color of the pigment added to the plastic resin and the size of the fractured part of the specimen was confirmed when processing ABS plastic tensile specimens using a sealed 3D printer. Through the test, it was confirmed that the fracture dimension existed in the range of 13.104 to 13.138 ㎜ and there was no significant difference in dimension according to the color of the additive, and the null hypothesis was adopted. In addition, it was confirmed that a significant difference occurred in the order of red, black, white, and green colors.
