        본 연구는 보육교사의 직무 스트레스가 보육서비스 질에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고, 그 영향 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 구조적 역할을 검증하여 보육서비스 질을 증진을 위한 방안을 마련하는 데 있다. Y시에 근무하 는 보육교사 250명을 대상으로 2024년 02월 01일부터 02월 28일까지 직접 방문하여 회수하였다. 이중 불성실한 설문지 24부를 제외한 226부를 자료 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 직무스트레스 수준이 보육서비 스 질에 부적(negative)으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 긍정심리자본에 부적(negative)으로 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본이 보육서비스 질에 정적(positive)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결 과는 보육교사의 지니고 있는 긍정심리자본은 직무스트레스를 상쇄시키는 매개역할을 하고 있음을 시사한다.

        본 연구의 목적은 요양보호사의 직무환경이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감 의 매개효과를 규명하여 요양보호사의 직무환경, 자기효능감, 서비스 질의 향상을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용되는데 기여할 수 있는 실천적 정책적 함의를 도출해 내는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 요양보호사의 직무환경이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?, 둘째, 요양보호사의 직무환경이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?, 셋째, 요양보호사의 직무환경이 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 과정에 서 자기효능감은 어떠한 매개효과를 가지는가로 설정하였다. SPSS Ver. 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 분석기법으로는 측 정도구의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, 영향관계와 매개효과 검증을 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 요양보호사의 직무환경 요인이 서비스 질에 중요하고 긍정적인 영향 이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 직무환경이 자기효능감에 많은 긍정적 영 향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 사회적 자본과 서비스 질의 관계에서 매개변인로서의 매개효과가 있었다.

        This study conducted an empirical analysis of the effects of job characteristics on work-family conflict relation and quality of life, as well as moderating effects in accordance with operation type, by targeting 245 dietitian/cooks working for contract foodservice companies. The results of this study are as follows. First, the autonomy and feedback had negative (−) effects on work-family conflict while functional diversity had positive (+) effects on work-family conflict. Job identity and job importance had no relation with work-family conflict. Second, work-family conflict had negative (−) effects on job satisfaction, work-family relation, job support, general happiness, and job environment while having positive (+) effects on job stress. Third, in all paths except for the path with effects of work-family conflict on job stress, there were no differences between the group of shops operating 365 days and the group of shops operating 5 days a week. It would be helpful to the effective operation of human resources by emphasizing the necessity of differentiated management for companies with shops operating 365 days and shops operating 5 days a week, as well as managing employees’ job characteristic factors, work-family conflict, and even quality of life.

        Individual safety is a fundamental concern. People generally try to avoid danger or mishaps in the workplace, and to consider safety as a primary condition for satisfactory employment and agreeable shopping experiences. Organizations can assure that workers, clients, the public, and the environment perceive that they are in safe environments by providing highly secure services. Secure working environments and safety-focused human resource environments are essential antecedents to safe performance and outcomes. Dangerous workplace environments cause employees to feel stress and anxiety. Thus their performance decreases and accidents and injuries increase. Workplace safety is the most important factor influencing service and performance, especially for allowing frontline salespersons to focus on providing customer satisfaction. In this study of workplace safety, we apply the service quality dimension to examine its relationship with employee perceptions of job satisfaction and their related job performance. We discuss theoretical and practical implications based on the results.

        There are so many definition of good work but generally job quality can be useful to analyze the good work. Good work may include some factors about health or working environment. This paper was planned to investigate the level of job quality in Korean employees. Especially comparison of health status between low an high job quality can be analyzed. Korean Working Conditions Survey was used. The various job characteristics were categorized into 6 component of job quality using factor analysis. Statistically mean difference test and cross-tabulation analysis were used to identify the difference of health status and distribution of the level of job quality. The result has shown the different distribution of the level of job quality by the economic sectors and occupations statistically significant. The positive cases of all of six components of job quality was 2.1% of Korean employees and the negative cases of all six components of job quality was 1.5%. The subjective general health status was correlated with job quality but work-related stress was negatively correlated with the level of job quality. This study was heuristic one, more depth analysis will be needed to identify the relationship and causation of job quality and health status.

        본 연구는 요양보호사의 직업적 정체성과 서비스 질 간의 인과관계와 두 변인 사이에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 직업적 정체성, 직무만족의 강화를 통해 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 강구 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경북지역 230명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 조사결 과를 바탕으로 직업적 정체성과 직무만족과 서비스 질과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 직업적 정체성과 직무만 족은 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타났으며, 서비스 질과도 정(+)적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 요양보호사의 직업적 정체성이 직무만족과 서비스 질에 직접적인 영향을 주었으며 직무만족은 직업적 정체 성과 서비스 질에 매개효과가 있음이 통계적으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 요양보호사의 직업적 정체 성과 직무만족 강화를 통해 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 개선방안으로 조직문화의 개선으로 조직의 개방성 과 유연성, 신뢰성의 문화가 보다 확산되어야 하며 직원 행복 프로그램 실시 및 전문성 향상과 역량강화 를 위한 직무교육 강화를 제언하였다.

        This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought), job satisfaction, and quality performance. In particular, mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and quality performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. A survey was conducted on the employees working in ‘H’ company which is applying six sigma at Ulsan City. The survey questionnaires were sent to 300 people and 216 of them were returned. Data obtained was analyzed with SPSS 18.0. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and job satisfaction. Second, there was also a positive relationship between job satisfaction and quality performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and quality performance. Finally, job satisfaction were full mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward) and quality performance. Critical success factors of six sigma(customer and quality focused thought) had a partial mediating effect on quality performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on quality performance.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job burnout and service quality, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Based on the responses from 232 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) emotional exhaustion and depersonalization effected negatively on all service quality factors(empathy, reliability, responsiveness). 2) the reduced personal accomplishment effected negatively on two service quality factors(reliability, responsiveness). 3) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between emotional exhaustion and service quality. 4) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between he reduced personal accomplishment and service quality.

        본 연구의 목적은 청소년쉼터 종사자의 직무만족도가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 구체적으로 직무, 감독, 임금, 승진, 동료요인이 서비스 질에 어떠한 영향 을 미치는지를 살펴봄으로써 앞으로 가출청소년쉼터 종사자의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 중요한 요인들이 무엇인지 밝히고 이를 현장에 적용하여 가출청소년에 대한 서비스 질을 개선하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년쉼터 종사자의 직무만족이 높을수록 서비스 질이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년쉼터 종사자의 감독에 대한 만족이 높을수록 서비스 질이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년쉼터 종사자의 임금은 낮을수록 서비스의 질이 높은 것으로 나타나 임금과 서비스 질은 부적인 관계가 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년쉼터 종사자의 승진은 서비스 질에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 청소년쉼터 종사자의 동료에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 서비스 질이 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 지니는 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년쉼터 종사자의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 직무를 잘 하기 위한 지식과 기술에 대한 교육이 적절한 시기에 제공되어져야 하며 능력에 맞는 근무량과 근무시간이 주어져야 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 감독에 대한 만족을 높이기 위해서는 정서적인 지지나 소통, 개인적인 관심사, 공정한 평가 등 감독과 종사자와의 관계개선을 향상시켜야 한다. 셋째, 임금에 대한 만족도는 낮은데도 서비스 질은 높게 나타났다. 이것은 쉼터종사자는 임금은 낮음에도 불구하고 대상자를 위한 서비스 질은 높게 나타났으므로 향후 이들의 임금에 대한 만족도를 제고할 수 있는 다양한 지원이 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 쉼터종사자들은 동료와의 관계를 신뢰하고 존중할수록 서비스 질이 높게 나타나 동료애를 제고할 수 있는 지속적인 프로그램이 제공되어야 한다.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and service quality, and the moderating effect of organizational justice in food service restaurant. Based on the responses from 209 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) job stress(insufficient job control, lack of reward, occupational climate, job insecurity, interpersonal conflict) partly effect negatively on all service quality factors(tangibility. reliability, responsiveness, empathy). 2) distributive justice and procedural justice partly effect positively on the relationship between job stress and service quality.

        The purpose of this study includes: the relationships between job characteristics and service quality and the mediating effect of the psychological ownership on the relationship between job characteristics and service quality. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 255 nurses in a university hospital at Ulsan city to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the job characteristics and the psychological ownership is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the psychological ownership and service quality. Third, the relationship between the job characteristics and the service quality is positively related. Finally, the psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job characteristics and service quality. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

        Competition to attract customers to the increase of the golf club, but the less people enjoying golf for a variety of issues, including the economic downturn, so golf is going deepened. Therefore, the local golf club is faced with the difficulty of management. In the case of the golf club human resource is the most important factor, because it has a high labor intensive nature of the industry as a type of facilities and services on the basis of intangible human resources. In this paper, to confirm the internal marketing activities and internal service quality, basic premise is that for an external customer satisfaction, internal customer satisfaction should be preceded, and try to analyze these execution factors on job satisfaction and customer orientation, either directly or indirectly affected. The empirical results, the management support in the internal marketing activities were the factors affecting the intrinsic job satisfaction, and the internal service quality were factors affecting employees of the intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job satisfaction and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in restaurant employee. Based on the responses from 288 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that intrinsic job satisfaction(JS) and extrinsic job satisfaction effect positively on all service quality factors(tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy). The results of moderating analysis showed that intrinsic JS effects positively on all service quality factors irrespective of gender, but the positive effect of extrinsic JS on tangibles and empathy is more positive in female than in male employee.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job quality, job satisfaction and occupational injuries, and the mediating effect of job satisfaction. Based on the responses from 278 employees in manufacturing sector, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that all job quality factors(job variety, autonomy, job importance, feedback) have positive relationship with job satisfaction and job satisfaction has negative relationship with number of injuries. Also, job satisfaction was found to mediates the relationship between all job quality factors and occupational injuries.
