서비스품질은 고객이 서비스를 경험하기 전에 기대한 기대값과 서비스를 경험한 후 느끼는 인지값을 이용하여 측정되고 있다. SERVQUAL은 분석적 우수성에도 불구하고 통계적 분석력이 낮음으로 인해 많은 비판을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서비스품질을 그 비율(인지값/기대값)을 척도로 하여 측정한다. 설문은 Likert 척도 대신에 어의차이(Semantic Differential)척도를 이용하고, 설문된 척도에 대해서는 삼각퍼지수를 이용하여 설문과정에서 발생되는 개인적인 언어적 판단을 확률적으로 분석하고 개인적인 차이에서 발생되는 오차를 최대한 감소한다. 기존의 SERVQUAL 및 SERVPERF 모형과 본 연구에서 제시한 삼각퍼지수를 이용한 기대값 및 인지값의 비율에 의한 서비스품질 측정모형인 FR-SERVQUAL을 공공부문의 서비스품질 측정에 적용한 결과 서비스품질 속성과 성과변수간의 회귀분석에서 보다 우수한 설명력과 결정계수가 높은 서비스품질측정 모델임을 입증한다.

국내의 서비스품질 측정관련 연구들은 Parasuraman, Zeithaml & Berry(PZB)가 제안한 SERVQUAL과 Cronin & Taylor가 제안한 SERVPERF를 이용하여 패스트푸드산업, 외식산업 등에서 서비스품질요인들(유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등)의 구매 전 기대(SERVPERF에서는 중요도)와 구매 후 만족도를 측정하여 서비스품질을 평가하고 있지만, 서비스품질을 계량화하기 위한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구는 서비스품질을 계량화시키는데 그 목적이 있으며, 서비스품질을 계량화시킴으로써 다음과 같은 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 여러 개(2개 업체 이상)의 동종업체 또는 경쟁업체간 비교가 용이해지기 때문에 경쟁 우위의 전략을 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이에 따른 더욱더 고급화된 고객 서비스를 소비자들은 제공받을 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents a economic design of synthetic control chart that is an VSI(variable samlping interval) X control chart and conforming run length chart. Computer simulation is carried out for comparing performance of developed control chart with X-CRM synthetic chart. We found that optimal parameter of suggested chart for minimize quality cost. And then a comparison and analysis between synthetic VSI X-CRL chart and X-CRM synthetic chart in the economic aspect. Then VSI X-CRL chart consistently produces smaller quality cost than X-CRM synthetic chart.

Most of the Korea's small and medium sized firms have been subcontracted in mechanical and electronics industries. In Electronics industries, there is subcontracting in case of suppling numerous parts in non-mass jobbing production which is agreeable to production plans. To estimate processing cost of job-subcontracting which breaks irrationality, we make optimum processing cost yielding method which is changed easily by job analysis and job alteration.

Research of Integrated System Design Process for Minimize Iteration Time of System Design Activities
This paper will describe design process and its results that are minimized unaddressed feature of product development processes. This process provides integrated system design process by context analysis of EIA 632 standard process, interface definition from activity decomposition, integration of related activities, and definition of concurrency & sequential activities flow. This process and method application will contribute to minimize time loss that is emerged from activities iteration by not definitely definition of activities interface.

Recently, the reliability are applied for many industrial products, and many products are required to guarantee in quality and in performance. The purpose of this paper is to present some of reliability prediction methodologies using failure rate database for machinery parts that are applicable to machine tools. VDI Turret, which is core component of the NC Lathe, was chosen as the target of the reliability prediction. The results of reliability prediction has shown the failure rate, MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure), and reliability of the VDI Turret. It is expected that proposed methodologies will be applicable to prediction of reliability for other components of machine tools.

In this paper MIP(Mean Inventory Period) Model and OMMIP decision flow have been developed. MIP model can calculate mean inventory period Which is subject to the order quantity alternative plan. OMMIP decision flow leads how can decide the most minimized order quantity in mean inventory period among various order quantity alternatives. This paper also suggests how to select the order quantity with minimum inventory period as optimal order quantity by means of comparison each mean inventory period with other mean inventory period,after simulating EOQ and order quantity of OMMIP calculated in MIP model.

웹 서비스는 서비스의 탐색(discovery), 합성(composition) 또는 관리(management)와 같은 다양한 요구 조건을 처리하고, 특히 WSDL이나 UDDI는 구문적 수준에서 서비스의 기술과 탐색을 위한 기능만을 제공하고 있기 때문에 컨텐츠에 포함된 의미를 처리하는데 많은 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 온톨로지 기반 시맨틱 웹을 이용하여 기업간 전자거래 서비스를 자동으로 합성처리 하는 합성규칙과 모델을 제안하여 각 합성단계에 따라 제품거래 서비스의 구문적인(syntactic) 특징과 의미적(semantic)인 특징을 비교하여 제품거래의 합성 서비스를 합성 할 수 있도록 합성 모델을 제시한다.
