        본 연구는 직장-가정갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 서번트 리더십의 조절효과에 대해 검증하려는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히 직장인들이 직장생활과 가정생활에서 갈등을 경험하더라도 서번트 리더십을 발휘하는 상사의 지원이 있을 경우에 직장-가정 갈등을 경험하더라도 이직의도는 더 낮게 인지할 것이라는 가정으로부터 출발하였다. 연구목적을 위해 본 연구는 선행연구를 기초로 연구가설을 설정하여 변수들간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 서비스기업의 종사원을 대상으로 하였으며 323부의 유효설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 연구에서 얻은 구체적인 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일초래 갈등(WIF)이 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 즉, 일초래 갈등(WIF)을 높게 인지하는 구성원일수록 이직의도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정초래 갈등(FIW)이 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 즉, 가정생활의 역할 감당으로 인하여 직장생활에 갈등을 높게 지각할 경우 이직의도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서번트 리더십의 조절효과에 있어 일초래 갈등(FIW)과 서번트 리더십의 상호작용항에서만 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가정초래 갈등(FIW)과 서번트 리더십의 상호작용항의 조절효과가 유의미하지 않게 나타난 이유는 조절변수로 선정한 직속 상사의 서번트 리더십의 영향력이 독립변수인 가정초래 갈등(WIF)보다 크기 때문이라고 본다.

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of mobile fashion shopping characteristics and perceived interactivity on perceived usefulness, and the effect of perceived usefulness on purchase attitude and purchase intention based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). We conducted the survey targeting smartphone users in their 20s~30s living in Seoul and metropolitan area. Among 483 data collected, we used 452 samples except 31 unreliable respondents for the analysis. To analyze the structural equation model, we did factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. The results were as follows: We confirmed 5 mobile fashion shopping characteristics (enjoyment, credibility, instant connectivity, security, and personalization) and 3 perceived interactivity factors (control, responsiveness and two-way communication, and contextual offer) as results of confirmative factor analysis. Mobile fashion shopping characteristics and perceived interactivity had positive effects on perceived usefulness. Mobile fashion shopping characteristics affected perceived interactivity and also had indirect effect on perceived usefulness via perceived interactivity. In other words, mobile fashion shopping characteristics had direct and indirect effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness influenced purchase attitude and purchase attitude influenced purchase intention. Perceived usefulness had direct effect on purchase intention and the indirect effect through purchase attitude was significant.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of perceived sustainability management fit of SPA brands on consumer purchase intention. A survey was conducted targeting women in their 20s and 30s from April 27th to May 6th 2013, and a total of 350 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out using SPSS ver 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, fit of all three areas- economic, ecological and socialof sustainability management activities have a significant impact on consumer perception on sustainability activities. Second, perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands are found to have a positive effect on brand attitude, brand trust and consumer satisfaction. Third, brand attitude and consumer satisfaction forged by perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands have a positive impact on consumers' purchase intention. Based on the result of this study, the following marketing implications can be suggested. First, SPA brands need to be more active in all three area of sustainability activities while coming up with measures for differentiated social sustainability activities. Second, SPA brands need to meet their primary obligation by providing consumers with quality products at a reasonable price. Third, SPA brands need to recognize the potential value of sustainability activities as a driver of a longstanding relationship with consumers as well as long-term profit and value creation, leading to a great financial performance.

        직장인 이직문제는 조직성과에 부정적 영향을 미치며, 분노, 조직지원과 같은 요인이 직장인 이직에 영향을 미치는 것으로 제시되고 있다. 우리나라 직장인의 분노관련 연구는 매우 적으며, 분노가 직장인 이직에 미치는 영향을 중재하기 위한 보호요인에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 직장인의 분노가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고, 분노와 이직의도의 관계에서 조직지원의 조절효과를 검증하는데 목 적이 있다. 이를 위해 J 지역소재 직장인 378명을 대상으로 하여 조절회귀식으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 직장인의 분노는 이직의도에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직지원인식은 이직의 도에 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 적으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직지원인식은 직장인의 분노가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 분노와 이직의도와의 관계에서 조직지원인식이 이를 완화하는 보 호요인의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 직장인의 분노를 감소시키기 위한 다양한 조직지 원프로그램의 필요성을 나타내는 것이다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 직장인의 이직의도를 감소시키고, 지원 하기 위한 다양한 정신건강 관련 개입 방안과 연구의 한계점을 제언하였다.

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the eating of breakfast by female middle school students in Seoul, the perception of the school breakfast program (SBP), and determine the factors affecting the intention to participate in SBP. Out of 340 questionnaires distributed to the female middle school students, 334 were returned (98.2% response rate) and 323 were analyzed. The subjects were categorized into two groups by the intention to participate in SBP. Subjects were classified as participating and non participating groups. As a result of analyzing the breakfast intake frequency, 'hardly eat' showed the highest with 18.5% in the participating group and 10.3% in non participating group, while 'eat every day' showed 38.2% in the participating group, and the highest with 65.5% in non participating group (p<0.001). For the reason for skipping breakfast, 'no time' showed the highest with 30.0% in the participating group, 'over sleep' and 'no appetite' showed the highest with 24.8% in non participating group. For the reason for not participating in SBP, 'breakfast should be eaten at home' showed the highest with 47.2% in non participating group and 'may get up early in the morning' showed the highest with 46.2% in participating group (p<0.01). To determine the factors affecting the intention to participate in SBP, logistic regression analyses were conducted for female middle school students. According to the logistic regression analysis, father's education level was independently associated with the intention to participate in SBP in female middle school students [Odds Ratios (OR) 2.38, 95% Confidence Interval (CI) 1.03~5.52]. Frequency of eating breakfast on weekdays (OR 1.36, 95% CI 1.01~1.81), Level of need for school breakfast (OR 0.52, 95% CI 0.35~0.76) and whether to approve school breakfast (OR 0.27, 95% CI 0.18~0.41) were independently associated with the intention to participate in SBP in female middle school students. In conclusion, proper educational efforts for importance of school breakfast could be useful plan to develop school breakfast program.

        목 적: 본 연구에서는 안경체인점에 근무하고 있는 안경사들을 대상으로 감성지능이 구성원의 태도변수인 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 또한 안경사들의 감성지능과 이직의도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 방 법: 이를 위하여 A안경 체인점에 근무하고 있는 안경사 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 2013년 7월부터10월까지 약 3개월 동안 조사를 실시하였고, 총 500부의 설문지를 수거하여 불성실하게 답변을 한 45부를 제거하고 455부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 결 과: 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안경사들의 감성지능과 직무만족과의 관계를 검증한 결과, 감성지능의 하위변수 중 자기감성이해와 감성활용이 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 안경사들의 감성지능과 조직몰입과의 관계를 검증한 결과, 자기감성이해와 감성활용이 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 안경사들의 감성지능과 이직의도와의 관계를 검증한 결과, 감성지능의 하위변수 중 자기감성이해만이 안경사들의 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론: 연구결과에 따르면 자신의 감성을 정확하게 이해하고 자신의 감성을 있는 그대로 표현하는 안경사들이 자신이 하고 있는 일에 대해 더 긍정적으로 반응하여 고객의 요구를 파악하고 서비스를 제공할 것이다. 또한 안경체인점 본사에서는 안경사들의 감성지능에 대해 지속적인 관심을 가지고 다양한 감성프로그램을 개발하여 구성원들의 태도를 변화시켜야 할 것이다. 감성지능은 타고난 인성에 의해 좌우되는 것이 아니며 모든 구성원들이 개발 가능한 역량이기 때문에 긍정적으로 감성을 교류할 수 있는 시스템을 마련하여 현장에서 감성지능의 적용을 높여가야 할 것이다.

        일-가정으로부터의 상충되는 요구로 인해 조직구성원은 갈등을 겪게 되고 이러한 갈등은 조직목표 달 성을 어렵게 하는 요인이 된다. 기존 연구는 일-가정 갈등(Work-Family Conflict: WFC) 양상에 주목하 는 반면 갈등초래의 원인에 대해서는 제한적인 관심을 보여 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자원소모 모형 (Resource drain model)을 기반으로 갈등의 원인에 따라 일-가정 갈등(WFC)을 일-가정 방해 갈등(Work Interference with Family: WIF), 가정-일 방해 갈등(Family Interference with Work: FIW)으로 나누고 갈등의 원인을 시간, 긴장, 행동의 영역으로 세분화하여 구성원의 이직의도에 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 아울러 직무특성화 모델(Job characteristics model)을 활용하여 유연근무제에 대해 조직구성원이 느끼는 만족도가 높을수록 시간 통제감과 자율성을 가지게 되어 일-가정 방해 갈등(WIF)이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 낮출 것이라 예측하였다. 대기업 직장인 143명으로부터 얻은 설문 테이타를 이용하여 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 분석결과 일-가정 방해 갈등(WIF)은 이직의도에 영향을 줌을 알 수 있었고, 일-가정 방해 갈등(WIF)의 부정적인 영향을 감소시키는데 유연근무제의 만족도가 높을수록 효과적인 사실도 확인하였다. 본 연구의 이론과 실증결과는 일-가정 갈등(WFC)이 원인에 따라 이직의도에 주는 영향이 다름을 밝혔고, 기업과 경영자들에게 유연근무제가 일-가정 방해 갈등(WIF)을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 전략적 제도가 될 수 있음을 보였다는데 의의가 있다.

        목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료사의 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 조사하여 이직의도를 낮출 수 있는 방안을 마련하고, 효율적인 인적자원 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구방법 : 임상 작업치료사를 대상으로 4개 영역의 33문항으로 구성된 설문을 실시하여 이직의도, 일반적 특성, 직무만족, 조직몰입 수준을 확인하였고, 일반적 특성별 이직의도 차이, 이직의도와의 상관관계를 검증하였다. 또한 다중회귀분석을 통해 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추정하였다. 결과 : 작업치료사의 이직의도 수준은 13.1/20점, 직무만족은 45.2/60점, 조직몰입은 17.4/30점이었다. 일 반적 특성별 이직의도의 차이는 성별과 월급여에서 유의하였고, 이직의도는 월급여, 직무만족, 조직몰입 의 변수들과 유의한 상관성을 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 이직의도는 직무만족, 조직몰입에 따라 유의한 영 향을 받는 것으로 나타났고, 지무만족과 조직몰입은 중요한 예측 변수로 확인되었다. 결론 : 작업치료사의 조직몰입과 직무만족을 향상시키기 위해 정기적인 교육과 프로그램 제공, 멘토링 제도 마련 등의 방안을 마련하여 작업치료사가 만족하면서 오래 일할 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 할 것이다.

        This double-blind study, as a human experiment of nonlocality, investigated the effects of senders' intention on the central nervous system of a distant human receiver and it explored the roles that motivation might have in modulating these effects. Whole brain activity was measured in the receiver whom was asked to relax in a distant room for 16 minutes; the sending person directed intention of oneness toward the receiver during repeated variable-second epochs separated by variable-second non-intention epochs. The total length of intention epochs and that of nonintention epochs were balanced. Eighteen sessions were conducted. In 9 of those sessions, the sender was the receiver's lover. In another 9 of those sessions, the sender was just acquainted with the receiver before the session. The receiver's whole brain activity recorded during the intention epochs were compared with the same measures recorded during the nonintention epochs used as controls. The statistical difference between the intentions versus controls across 18 sessions was examined by paired-t test. In addition, subgroup analysis for the 9 couple sessions and 9 non-couple sessions were additionally examined by the same test. The effect of distant intentionality decreased slow waves or increased EEG fast waves mainly in frontal regions, and increased EEG coherence during the intention epochs. The effects was not statistically significant after Bonferroni correction, but the couple sessions combined showed the largest effect followed by all sessions combined. Non-couple sessions combined showed the smallest effect. The changes in EEG power mean that receiver participants became more alert during the intention epochs and the change in EEG coherence might be evidence of coherent heart influence on EEG activity. Planned comparison with specific hypothesis testing for the suggested changes in this study have to be followed for an evidence of electroencephalographic changes in isolated subjects for the distant mental intention.

        This paper is a study on what kind of effect non-verbal communication in mobil electronic commerce has on purchase intention and visual attention. For this purpose, the screen of mobile shopping mall produced arbitrarily was exposed to the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was exposed to the screen of mobile shopping mall that expressed non-verbal communication making use of cinemagraph images and the control group was exposed to the screen of mobile shopping mall based on still images. For the study, survey research and experimental research were conducted simultaneously. Data of survey research were analyzed by MANOVA and t-test, and by using eye-tracker experimental research recorded the duration of time that the subjects stared images. The results of experiment show that in non-verbal communication the experimental group that saw cinemagraph images recorded shorter average staring time than the control group that saw ordinary images, and the cinemagraph had statistically significant effect on visual attention as well. And it was analyzed that non-verbal communication had significant effect on the purchase intention of the experimental group, but had no effect on the purchase intention of the control group. The results can be interpreted that the people who saw cinemagraphs in mobile shopping environment had spent shorter time in seeing products than the people who saw ordinary images, but still the former came to have purchase intention on the products. The results of the present study can be useful for marketers who try to sell agrifood in mobile environment.

        This study aimed to determine consumer satisfaction according to selection attributes of specialized coffee shops and also understand the effects of consumer satisfaction on recommendation intention and revisit intention. Through positive analysis, the study produced the following results. In the factor analysis of selection attributes of specialized coffee shops, there were six factors: ‘quality’, ‘brand image’, ‘economic feasibility’, ‘menu diversity’, ‘the atmosphere and convenience of the shop’, and ‘service’. Among these factors, ‘brand image’, ‘economic feasibility’, and ‘menu diversity’ were found to exert a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Second, consumer satisfaction had a significant influence on recommendation intention and revisit intention. Third, consumer intention to revisit specialized coffee shops showed a significant influence on recommendation intention.

        This study investigated the effects that corporate social responsibility (CSR) had on the credibility and image of a food corporation by analyzing the purchasing intention and food purchases of consumers. This analysis was undertaken in an attempt to establish a marketing strategy that meets consumer demands, and the results showed that all CSR activities undertaken by the food corporation had a positive effect on the reliability and image of the corporation and on consumers' purchase intention. The results indicate that the ethical aspect of the CSR activities had the greatest effect while their charitable aspect had the least effect on the reliability and purchase intention of the customers regarding the food corporation. Thus, it appears that establishing of suitable ethical doctrines and guidelines for corporate management by food corporation is effective in emphasizing the ethical aspects of their policies through transparent management by means of fair trade.

        This study investigated the relationship of fashion brand SNS characteristics, relationship quality (satisfaction, trust, and commitment) and purchase intention. The study focused on Facebook and also examined the difference between fashion involvement groups. This study targeted consumers who have used fashion brand Facebook and are aged between 20s and 30s. Data collection was conducted through surveys, and a total 205 questionnaires were collected for the final statistical analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows. First, three characteristics of fashion brand SNS, which were entertainment, interactivity, and providing information, influenced positively on SNS users' satisfaction. Entertainment had the greatest influence on satisfaction, and providing information and interactivity followed. Second, satisfaction for fashion brand SNS influenced positively on trust and commitment. Also, trust to fashion brand SNS demonstrated a positive influence on commitment. Third, trust and commitment on fashion brand SNS both influenced positively on purchase intention. Fourth, the fashion involvement groups showed differences in fashion brand SNS characteristics, relationship quality, and purchase intention. The high involvement group showed much higher results in all aspects then did the low involvement group. Based on the above results, this study has a significant value which suggests directions for future research. Also, this paper is expected to provide managerial implications to fashion companies which need to develop SNS marketing strategies.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among brand awareness, switching intentions, purchasing behavior, and revisiting intentions. Brand awareness consisted of three factors: brand image, physical environment, and affiliation of coffee brand. Good brand image was associated with reduced switching intentions, whereas negative images were associated with higher switching intentions. Consumer purchasing behavior was most affected by interior decoration, including furniture, decorations, etc. Switching intentions had a negative relationship with revisiting intentions. Finally, purchasing behavior and revisiting intentions showed a positive correlation. As limitations, the only participants were university students, who are not representative of all consumers at coffee shops. Moreover, this study did not divide coffee shops into franchises and individually owned.

        새로운 경력유형의 등장과 함께 네트워킹행동의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 선행연구는 개인의 네트워킹 행동의 결과로 구축된 네트워크 구조가 개인의 경력과 조직에 주는 결과영향을 밝히는 데 관심을 두고 있다. 그러나 새로운 경력의 시대에 그 중요성이 더해가고 있는 네트워킹행동에 초점을 맞춘 연구는 드물고, 내부 네트워킹행동과 외부 네트워킹행동을 구분하여 결과변수에 미치는 차별적 영향을 살펴본 연구는 더욱 부족하다. 한편, 외부 네트워킹행동은 성과에는 긍정적이지만 조직몰입의 저하로 연결된다는 관리의 역설(management paradox)을 초래한다고 알려져 있지만 실증 결과는 혼재되어 있다. 이러한 결과는 네트워킹행동과 결과변수 간의 관계에 영향을 미치는 상황변수나 매개변수의 존재 가능성을 암시한다. 네트워킹행동이 결과변수에 미치는 영향을 온전히 이해하기 위해서는 그 과정을 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 네트워킹행동이 직무성과와 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 시장성(marketability) 또는 고용가능성(employability)의 매개효과를 실증하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 국내의 다양한 기업에 근무하는 217명을 대상으로 수집한 설문응답 자료를 분석하였다. 실증 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내부 네트워킹행동은 내ㆍ외부 고용가능성과 직무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 이직의도와는 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 내부 네트워킹행동은 내부고용가능성을 매개로 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 직무성과에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외부 네트워킹행동은 외부고용가능성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 내부고용가능성, 직무성과와 이직의도에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 외부 네트워킹행동은 외부고용가능성을 매개로 직무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내부고용가능성은 직무성과에 정(+)의 영향을, 이직의도에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 반면, 외부고용가능성은 직무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향이 논의 되었다.

        This study is to explain and identify the impacts of product-related factors such as productassortment, product quality, store-related factors such as store promotion, store services, and consumerrelated factors such as customer satisfaction, trust, commitment on repurchase intention by differencesof retailing format and consumer’s demographics characteristics. A survey study was conducted to col-lect the data with the actual purchasers at some kind of retailing stores. A regression analysis was per-formed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show as follows: it was found that allantecedents of repurchase intention such as product assortment, product quality, store promotion, storeservices, customer satisfaction, trust, commitment on repurchase intention by differences of retailing for-mat and consumer’s demographics characteristics. But there are differences of antecedents coefficientsto repurchase intention. Therefore, marketers of distribution stores that selling agricultural productshave to enhance customer’s repurchase intention in a manner tailored to type of retailing format andcustomer's demographic characteristic factors.

        Mobile games are different from the PC online games, because of the circumstance of playing, payment, and the immediacy. the frequency of use is higher than the PC online games, but the connecting time is much less. The accessibility to games is much easier. Th purchase behaviour is made on the spot. The game industries are focused on this unique market, studies the success factors and are developing numerous titles. However, there is quite a few researches for academic purpose. The mobile game market is rapidly changed and followed by the late fashions. More than one year, there is an uprising genre which has good sales history. 40% of top 50's of mobile game market on the spot are this specific genre called collectible card game. The genre has an history from the offline collectible card games like baseball player collections to Japanese style cartoon illustrated mobile collectible game. The purpose of this study was to define the mobile collectible card game genre and to examine the influence factors of purchase intention of mobile collectible card games. Factors are adopted from precedent studies and a pilot interview. Subjects of 175 members who has been experienced mobile collectible card games responded the 15 questionnaires designed for satisfaction, perceived usefulness, graphic design of cards and purchase intention. Through the regression analysis, the results of the survey can be summarized as follow.         Concern about food safety among consumers is very high at the moment, because many problems related to food safety have occurred, such as Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE). To improve consumers’ reliability about food safety issue, government in every country have tried to set various food policy, and the Korean government has also tried to set consumers at ease about their diet, for instance, food traceability system. The aim of this study is to define consumer perceptions and intention to participation for solar salt traceability system. As the results, consumers generally have positive perception about solar salt traceability system, and the study identifies that attitude, reliability and availability significantly influence intention to participation for solar salt traceability system.

        This study examined relationships among healthy food awareness, behavioral intention toward healthy foods, and actual behavior of Generation Y consumers. This study hypothesized that Generation Y consumers are aware of healthy foods and more likely to eat healthy foods while avoiding junk foods. According to structural equation modeling, all hypothesized paths were statistically significant, meaning that the three constructs in the model showed positive relationships with each other. Results showed that this group of college students is generally aware of healthy foods and have positive intentions toward healthy food choices. Therefore, university foodservice management needs to continue to improve their menus in order to attract this new generation of college student consumers.

        This study aims to investigate a method with which one could enhance duty-free stores in island region through intensifying customers’ revisit and recommendation intention. We proposed a research model that perceived service quality of customers infuences revisit and recommendation mediated by customers’ satisfaction. According to the survey conducted to 181 customers of harbor duty-free store, route to the shop, time available for shopping, and convenience facility were variables significant to increase the quality of service and in turn, customer satisfaction. Moreover, high customer satisfaction appeared to enhance revisit and recommendation intentions of customers. Through such results, this research indicates theoretical implication that there should be a discussion concerning service quality unique to the duty-free shop, and managerial contributions that investment on layout design of stores is significant in operations of harbor duty-free stores
