고품질, 고기능성 조 생산을 위한 파종시기를 설정하고자 조 품종 및 파종시기에 따른 이화학 특성과 항산화 특성을 분석하였다. 황금조의 단백질 함량은 1~3차에서, 삼다메는 1차에서 높았으며, 황금조의 탄수화물 함량은 4~5차에서, 삼다메는 5차에서 높게 나타났다. 황금조의 명도와 황색도는 파종시기가 늦어질수록 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 삼다메는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 적색도는 전반적으로 파종시기가 늦어질수록 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 조의 팽윤력은 대체적으로 파종시기가 늦어질수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 품종 및 파종시기에 따른 조의 총 폴리페놀 함량은 황금조와 삼다메에서 각각 298.68~315.13 및 288.84~297.73 mg GAE/100 g으로 황금조는 파종시기가 늦어질수록 감소하는 경향을 보였고, 삼다메는 2~3차 파종에서 높게 나타났다. 전반적으로 총 폴리페놀 함량은 1~3차 파종 시료에서 유의적으로 높은 함량을 보였다. 품종 및 파종시기에 따른 조의 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성은 황금조와 삼다메에서 각각 104.70~126.89 및 111.75~136.92 mg TE/100 g, ABTS 라디칼 소거활성은 각각 88.69~114.64 및 69.80~100.09 mg TE/100 g으로 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과, 품종과 재배시기에 따라 폴리페놀 성분의 함량과 라디칼 소거활성이 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타나, 조의 품종과 재배지역을 고려하여 적정 파종시기를 설정할 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.
This study was carried out to analyze the pasting and antioxidant characteristics of cooked mixed grains consisting of germinated millet and rice with varying addition rates and cooking methods. In this study, we chose two foxtail millets: glutinous (‘Samdachal’) and non-glutinous (‘Samdame’), along with a glutinous proso millet (‘Ibaekchal’). Cooked mixed grain rice-added germinated millet was cooked by general and high pressure cooking methods, with and without fermented alcohol. The peak and trough viscosity of germinated millet were decreased significantly with increasing amounts of germinated millet. The phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activity of cooked rice-added germinated millet increased significantly with the addition of germinated millet (p<0.05). The total polyphenol contents of cooked rice-added germinated Samdachal, Samdame, and Ibaekchal were 127.74~194.11, 128.20~192.56, and 128.88~171.28 μg GAE/g, respectively. The total flavonoid contents were 13.79~30.23, 14.77~25.99, and 15.28~29.56 μg CE/g, respectively. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were 3.31~5.73 and 6.31~9.69 mg TE/100 g for cooked rice-added germinated Samdachal; 3.14~8.58 and 6.05~10.19 mg TE/100 g for Samdame; and 3.37~7.45 and 6.27~9.27 mg TE/100 g for Ibaekchal, respectively. In this study, phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activity of cooked mixed grain rice-added germinated millet with different addition rates and cooking methods can be used as basic data for manufacturing processed products.
This study was conducted in order to investigate the antioxidant capabilities and quality characteristics of instant porridge made of foxtail millet (Setaria italica Beauv.) from different varieties with different endosperm characteristics and processing using different methods. The two foxtail millet varieties used in this study were waxy foxtail millet, ‘Samdachal’, and non-waxy foxtail millet, ‘Samdame’. The means of processing food to create instant porridge were dry cereal frying, wet cereal frying, freeze drying after steaming, popping, and no treatment. The WAI (water absorption index) of instant porridge made of waxy foxtail millet was higher than that of non-waxy foxtail millet, and popping created the highest WAI among the treatments tested. Whean we analyzed RVA characteristics of non-waxy foxtail millet instant porridge, peak viscosity and setback values were decreased in all processed foxtail millet instant porridge compared to non-waxy foxtail millet instant porridge. In waxy foxtail instant porridge, the peak and final viscosities of processed treated instant porridge increased. The viscosity just after pouring hot water into the instant porridge was higher in waxy foxtail millet porridge treated by freeze drying after steaming, popping, and wet cereal frying; the viscosity of non-waxy foxtail porridge was increased after popping as compared with the other treatments. The polyphenol contents and antioxidant activities were increased in all processed, treated-instant porridge except for freeze dried porridge after steamingnt. The popping treatment showed the highest polyphenol contents (1.5 fold), and ABTS antioxidant activity (1.2 fold), compared to no treatment. Non-waxy foxtail millet porridge produced by popping earned the highest sensory evaluation scores.
‘Daname’ is a foxtail millet(Setaria italica Beauv.) variety developed and registered by Department of Southern Area Crop Science, NICS, RDA in 2014. This variety which collected from IT252182 was developed through pure line selection. ‘Daname’ is a early-maturing variety having 100 days of growth period from seeding to harvesting in Milyang of Korea. The culm length is about 97 cm which is 20cm shorter culm length than standard variety ‘Hwanggeumjo’, and it showed tolerant to lodging in field. The panicle shape is a cylindrical and the length is about 19cm. According to the grain, seed color and dehusked grain colors are orange and yellow and endosperm characteristic is non-glutinous. The yield performance of this variety was about 3.81 t ha-1 in local adaptability test from 2013 to 2014 and it showed similar with standard variety ‘Hwanggeumjo’. As the addition amount of ‘Daname’ in rice increased from 0% to 30% and 100%, the antioxidant ability of ‘Daname’ added rice and hardness/stickiness balances were increased. But we could not find out the difference of hardness/stickiness balances between 0%and 10% addition. So, 10% addition amount was concluded to increase antioxidant ability regardless eating quality of cooked rice. (Variety registration No. 6243)
This study was conducted to evaluate effects of seeding rate and depth during broadcast sowing on growth and yield of foxtail millet and proso millet over 2 years. The rate of sowing seeds was adjusted to 5, 7, 10 and 20 kg per ha on foxtail millet, and 5, 10, 15 and 30 kg per ha for proso millet. Sowing depth was 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 cm used tractor rotary attachment for shallow-tilling. The rate of seedlings standing when foxtail millet and proso millet were sowed to a depth of 0.5~5 cm was 72.0~78.0% and 73.0~80.5%, respectively. Plant height and weight at the three-leaf stage after emergence was highest for the treatment with 3 cm rotary depth. As the rate of broadcast seed sowing increased, plant length, diameter, seed length, and seeds on the panicle decreased. The grain yield of foxtail millet was highest with broadcast seed sowing of 10 kg per ha (3652, 3977 kg ha-1) and proso millet was highest at broadcast seed sowing of 15 kg per ha (2226, 2052 kg ha-1) in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Therefore, the optimum rate of sowed seeds under broadcast cultivation was 10 kg ha-1 for foxtail millet and 15 kg per ha-1 for proso millet. Optimum sowing depth for foxtail and proso millet under broadcast cultivation was 3 cm, using a rotary tractor attachment for shallow-tilling.
In this study, we investigated the disease, insect damage, growth, and yield characteristics of sorghum and foxtail millet in an organic paddy-upland rotation system at Anseong-si Gyeonggi province, Korea, in 2016. Seven varieties of sorghum and foxtail millet are used in this study. A rotational upland field and continuously cropped upland field were compared in order to establish an optimum cultural method and to select the best sorghum and foxtail varieties for a paddy-upland rotation system. The incidence rate of major diseases was higher for sorghum than for foxtail millet. Moktaksusu (22.8%) had the highest incidence rate among sorghum varieties. Hwanggeumchal (7.0%) had the highest incidence rate among foxtail millet varieties. DS202 (89.3%) was the most severely damaged by Ostrinia furnacalis larva, which is the main pest of sorghum and maize. The weed numbers, and the weed fresh and dry weights were lower in the rotational upland field than in the continuously cropped upland field. Futhermore, the number of weed plants decreased by 42% and the dry weight of weeds decreased by 33% in the rotational upland field compared to the continuously cropped upland field. The culm length of sorghum and foxtail millet were 7.9 cm, and 3.4 cm longer, respectively, in the rotational upland field than in the continuously cropped upland field. The average yield of sorghum per 10 a increased by 90% in the rotational upland field compared to continuously cropped upland field. However, there was no significant difference between the rotational upland field and the continuously cropped upland field for foxtail millet. The most suitable varieties for a paddy-upland rotation system were judged to be Hwanggeumchal, Donganmae, and DS202 for sorghum, and Samdachal, Samdamae, Dahwangmae for foxtail millet.
Understanding the genetic variation among landrace collections is important for crop improvement and utilization of valuable genetic resources. The present study was carried out to analyse the genetic diversity and associated population structure of 621 foxtail millet accessions of Korean landraces using 22 EST-SSR markers. A total of 121 alleles were detected from all accessions with an average of 5.5 alleles per microsatellite locus. The average values of gene diversity, polymorphism information content, and expected heterozygosity were 0.518, 0.594, and 0.034, respectively. Following the unweighted neighbor-joining method with arithmetic mean based clustering using binary data of polymorphic markers, the genotypes were grouped into 3 clusters, and population structure analysis also separated into 3 populations. Principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) explained a variation of 13.88% and 10.99% by first and second coordinates, respectively. However, in PCoA analysis, clear population-level clusters could not be found. This pattern of distribution might be the result of gene flow via germplasm exchanges in nearby regions. The results indicate that these Korean landraces of foxtail millet exhibit a moderate level of diversity. This study demonstrated that molecular marker strategies could contribute to a better understanding of the genetic structure in foxtail millet germplasm, and provides potentially useful information for developing conservation and breeding strategies.
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of plant number per hill (PNH) on growth and yield of foxtail millet in drained paddy fields. Crop growth, development, and yield in the field were examined for 2 years to assess the efficiency of proposed cropping system. The greatest culm length of 138 and 148 cm in the first and the second year, respectively, at the harvest stage was observed in plots with one plant per hill. The greatest culm diameter of 7.79 and 7.67 mm in the first and second year, respectively, was measured in plots with one plant per hill. The greatest tiller number of foxtail millet in plots with one plant per hill was 2.9 and 2.7 in the first and the second year, respectively. However, there was no significant difference between plots with four and five plant per hill. Among the measured yield components, the spike length and seed number per spike were one plant per hill in both years. The highest grain yield of foxtail millet (324 kg ․ 10a -1 and 333 kg ․ 10a -1 in the first and second year, respectively) was obtained from plots with two plants por hill, followed by plots one, three, four, and five plants per hill.
In order to develop optimum paddy-upland rotation system, we evaluated the 1st and the 2nd upland growth and yield characteristics of foxtail millet, proso millet, sorghum rotated from paddy field and rice rotated from upland in paddy-upland rotation. Average number of ears per hill was 3.3 in the 2nd upland cultivation. The value was greater by 1 ear as compared to 1st upland cultivation (2.2 ears per hill). In average yield per 10a, the 2nd upland cultivation showed 220.3 kg, 23% increased yield compared to the 1st upland cultivation (179 kg per 10a). In average number of ears per hill, the 2nd upland cultivation showed 8.3 ears, increased 4 ears compared to the 1st upland cultivation (4.2 ears per hill). In average yield per 10a, the 2nd upland cultivation showed 152.8 kg, 16.8% increased yield compared to the 1st upland cultivation (130.8 kg per 10a). In average days from seeding to heading of 5 sorghum varieties, there were no significant difference between the 1st (68.6 days) and the 2nd (67.4 days) upland cultivation rotated from paddy field. In the average number of grains per ears, the 2nd upland cultivation showed 2,931.6 grains per ear, 12% increased compared to the 1st upland cultivation (2,619.6 grains per ears). Average yield per 10a of sorghum in the 2nd upland cultivation showed 242.3 kg, 4.6% increased compared to the 1st upland cultivation (231.7 kg per 10a). In growth and yield characteristics of rice in paddy-upland rotation, culm length in paddy-upland-paddy plot showed 82.9 cm, 7.3 cm longer compared to the continuous rice paddy field (75.6 cm). Ear length was also 1 cm longer than that of the continuous rice paddy field. In average number of ears per hill, paddyupland- paddy plot showed 25.0 ears, 4.3 ears more than that of the continuous rice paddy field (20.7 ears per hill). In average yield of rice per 10a, the paddy-upland-paddy rotation plot showed 526.8 kg, 9.8% higher yield compared to the continuous rice paddy field (479.9 kg per 10a).
우리나라 중부지역에서 파종기이동과 멀칭유무에 따른 조, 기장, 수수의 최적파종기 및 파종한계기 구명을 위하여 5월 15일, 6월 6일, 6월 26일, 7월 13일 파종기를 4수준으로 하여 피복 및 무피복을 처리하였다. 시험품종은 조 4품종(삼다찰, 삼다메, 경관1호, 황금조), 기장 4품종(이백찰, 만홍찰, 황실찰, 황금기장), 수수 4품종(남풍찰, 황금찰, DS202, 목탁수수)을 국립식량과학원 기능성작물부와 농업기술실용화재단에서 분양받아 2013년 경기도 안성시에서 실시한 시험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
1. 간장은 조, 기장, 수수 모두 6월 6일 파종기에서 가장 컸다.
2. 수장은 조, 기장은 5월 15일 파종기에서 가장 컸고 수수는 6월 26일 파종기에서 가장 컸다.
3. 엽수는 조, 기장, 수수 모두 5월 15일 파종기에서 가장 많았다.
4. 조의 출수소요일은 파종기가 늦어짐에 따라 삼다메와 경관1호, 삼다찰은 감소하였고 황금조는 1차 파종기인 5월 15일부터 3차 파종기인 6월 26일 파종기까지는 감소하다가 7월 13일 4차 파종기에서는 6월 26일 파종기와 같았다. 기장의 출수소요일은 4품종 모두 파종기가 늦어짐에 따라 감소하였다. 수수의 출수소요일도 4품종 모두 파종기가 늦어짐에 따라 감소하다가 마지막 파종기인 7월 13일에는 증가하였다.
5. 멀칭 및 무멀칭구 간에는 조, 기장, 수수 3작물 모두 생육 및 수량 특성간 유의적인 차이가 없었다.
6. 1수립수, 천립중 및 10당 수량은 조, 기장, 수수 모두 6월 26일 파종기에서 가장 높았다. 중부지방에서 조, 기장, 수수의 최적 파종기는 6월 하순으로 판단된다.
7. 7월 13일 파종기에서는 황금조, 만홍찰, 황금기장을 제외한 나머지 품종들은 만파로 인하여 성숙기에 이르지 못하였다. 중부지방에서 조, 기장, 수수의 파종 한 계기는 7월 초순으로 판단된다.
This study was performed to investigate the adequate standard pot and number of plants per tree of raising seeding pot on the foxtail millet transplanting culture in the southern province. Due to the various application of wellbeinghealth food recently, for upbringing of the foxtail millet, millet and sorghum in minor cereals, R & D and policy support is being promoted actively. The foxtail millet growing season is so short from 90 to 130 days, and it is large variations for a growth temperature. The main results are as follows. When it comes to foxtail millet transplantation, seedling quality of 406 holes, 200 holes and 162 holes of raising seeding pot type were not all significant, and field rooting percentage is accounted for all 94 to 95%. Yield of a foxtail millet was exposed in 406holes 305 kg/10a>162holes 303 kg> 200holes 302 kg order, and it was no significance between test processing. When it's the raising seeding transplanting culture, in case of pot culture, 406holes pot culture were reduced the bed soil cost 63%, pot 50%, working hours 18% for 200holes pot. Transplanting seedling quality per a foxtail millet transplanting culture method, dry weight was high inclination as transplanting number of plant is less, and field rooting percentage displayed more than all 95%. Yield appeared to 2 plants seedling transplanting 315kg/10a> 3 plants seedling transplanting 304kg>1 plant seedling transplanting 256kg order. The projected cost per the pot-sort on the raising seeding transplanting culture of foxtail millet, the seedling transplanting culture of 406holes was reduced 40% percentages compared to 200holes as 76,230won/10a. As a result, 406holes pot and 2plants seedling transplanting culture, labor-saving culture was possible.
‘삼다찰’은 제주도에서 수집된 재래조를 기본집단으로 하여 분리육종법을 통해 국립식량과학원 잡곡과에서 2011년 육성된 신품종으로 주요특성과 수량성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 출수기는 표준품종인 황금조보다 보통기 재배에서는 20일 정도 늦은 중만생종으로 성숙일수는 60일 정도이며 감광성이 민감하고 기본영양생장기간은 길다. 간장은 128 cm 정도로 황금조에 비해 약간 크고, 경의 마디수는 14개로 많은 편이며 강도가 강하고 기부절간이 짧아 도복에 강한 특성을 나타낸다. 이삭은 원통형이며 낟알의 착립밀도가 조밀하고 이삭길이는 28 cm로 길다. 낟알은 청회색이며, 배유의 아밀로스 함량이 7.3%로 차조에 해당하며, 날알의 무기성분 중 칼슘 7.5mg/100g, 마그네슘 45.6 mg/100g 으로 비교적 함량이 높으며 항산화성분중 폴리페놀 함량도 높은 특성을 가지고 있다. 수량은 지역적응시험 보통기재배 평균 2.24 MT/ha로서 표준 품종 보다 8% 정도 증수되는 다수성이고, 기본영양생장 기간이 길기 때문에 중·남부 평야지역에 적응성이 높으며, 단간·내도복 직립 초형으로 기계화 재배에 유리한 우수한 품종이다.
This study investigated the changes of antioxidant compounds and antioxidant activity of foxtail millet (FM) and proso millet (PM) by drainage methods in poorly drained sloping paddy field. The experimented soils in this study were very poorly drained (VPDP) and imperfectly drained paddy soil (IDP). Two drainage methods namely under pipe drainage (UPD) and open ditch (ODD) were installed within 1-m position at the lower edge of the upper paddy fields. The soil moisture contents of UPD and ODD on VPDP were 18.52±4.58 and 19.01±4.25%, and IDP were 14.87±4.82 and 18.64±3.85%, respectively. Generally, crop yields, proximate and minerals composition of FM and PM showed significant differences by drainage methods. The total polyphenol, flavonoid and tannin contents, and radical scavenging activity of the ethanolic extracts of FM and PM showed significant differences by drainage methods. The total polyphenol content of FM and PM by drainage methods was 1.69~2.30 and 1.18~1.35 mg GAE/g, total flavonoid content was 0.31~0.76 and 0.27~0.41 mg CE/g, and total tannin content was 0.36~0.54 and 0.21∼0.28 mg TAE/g, respectively. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of FM and PM was 39.53~59.81 and 27.91~40.25 mg TE/100 g, and ABTS radical scavenging activity was 113.59~152.10 and 61.38~79.19 mg TE/100 g, respectively. The antioxidant compounds and radical scavenging activity of FM and PM by drainage methods were frequently affected soil water.
Foxtail millet (Setaria italica L.) is the second most widely cultivated species of millet, especially in East Asia and is a tractable experimental model crop for studying functional genomics of millets. However, insufficient researches had been conducted about the foxtail millet germplasm and is significantly impeding its genetic improvement. We attempted to develop EST-derived-SSR (eSSR) markers and utilize them in genetic comparison of germplasm and transferability. A total of 66,027 foxtail millet EST sequences and 42,754 genomic sequence were deduced transcriptom. Approximately 42,000 single tone contigs were generated using DNAstar 5.0 software for redundancy minimization. Nearly 33% of the 14,012 unigenes contained SSRs, but primers were designed for a total of 314 microsatellites concentrating with more than 24 bp of repeats. A total of 314 primers were successfully designed with more than 24 bp of repeats. From these microsatellites, 56 primer pairs were showed polymorphism with over than 15 bp differences among 96 accessions collected from different countries. Polymorphic information content (PIC) value ranged from 0.020 to 0.700 with an average of 0.381 indicating moderate level of informativeness within these EST-SSRs markers. The EST-SSR markers developed in this study will serve as a useful source for genetic studies, such as genetic variability, transferability, association mapping, and molecular breeding
The change of quality characteristics with storage temperature (room (25°C), low (15°C) and cold (4°C) temperature) and period of unhulled foxtail millet (Setaria italica Beauv. cv. Samdame and Gyeongkwan 1), proso millet (Panicum miliaceum L. cv. Hwanggeum-gijang and Manhongchal) and sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench cv. Hwanggeumchal and Donganme) were evaluated. The 1,000 grain weight, lightness, redness, yellowness and moisture content with storage temperature and period of unhulled foxtail millet, proso millet and sorghum were not showed difference. Germination percent and milling recovery of foxtail millet, proso millet and sorghum decreased with increasing storage temperature and period. Fat acidity of stored foxtail millet, proso millet and sorghum was increased with increasing storage period, and the higher temperature increased more. The results of this study show that the storage of foxtail millet, proso millet and sorghum at the low and cold temperature is better than the room temperature. Especially, in mind of the economics, the storage method is good low temperature than cold temperature.
본 연구에서는 조의 생산량 증대와 자급률 향상을 위한 체계적인 재배기술을 확립하기 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 재식밀도 및 PE 멀칭에 따른 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 1.PE 멀칭에 따른 간장에서 1년차 및 2년차 모두 PE 멀칭구에서 137 cm, 145 cm 길게 나타났으며 지상부생체중에서도 PE 멀칭구에서 높은 유의성을 보이며 무겁게 나타났다. 간경에서는 7.59 mm로 2년차 무멀칭구에서 굵게 나타났다. 2.재식밀도에 따른 간장은 재식밀도가 가장 높은 5 cm처리구에서 130 cm 가장 길었으며 10 cm처리구 > 15 cm처리구 순으로 나타났으나, 간경에서는 간장과 반대로 재식밀도가 낮을수록 굵어지는 것으로 나타났다. 지상부생체중은 10 cm처리구에서 1443, 2263 kg․10a-1으로 높은 값이 나타났다.3.수량구성요소를 보면 이삭장, 종실중 및 천립중 연차간 모두 PE 멀칭구에서 길거나 무겁게 나타났으며 유의성 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 재식밀도에서는 이삭장 및 이삭당 종실중에서 재식밀도 낮을수록 길거나 무겁게 나타났다. 그러나 수량에서는 연차간 모두 10 cm처리구에서 298 kg 10a-1, 436 kg 10a-1 으로 가장 높게 나타났다.
‘삼다메’는 국립식량과학원 기능성작물부에서 2010년도에 육성한 중생종이며 메성으로 혼반에 적합한 품종이다. ‘삼다 메’의 잎은 녹색이나, 생육후기에는 황록색을 띤다. 분얼경은 직립으로 도복에 강하다. 이삭의 형태는 원추형으로 이삭의 착립밀도가 조밀하고 탈립이 안되며 낟알은 황색으로 메성이 다. ‘삼다메’는 밀양, 원주, 신안의 보통기 표준재배에서 평균 출수기가 8월 10일로 ‘황금조’보다 12일 늦은 중생종이다. 생 육일수는 보통기 재배에서 101일로 ‘황금조’에 비하여 약13 일 길고, 성숙일수는 6일 정도 길다. 간장은 보통기 보비재배 에서 130 cm로 ‘황금조’에 비해 18 cm 정도 크고 현곡천립 중은 ‘황금조’와 같다. 포장에서의 조도열병, 세균성줄무늬병 은 ‘황금조’에 비해 강한 편이나 속깜부기병은 다소 높게 발 생하였다. 조명나방 및 노린재류의 해충에는 ‘황금조’와 같이 약한 반응을 보였다. ‘황금조’에 비하여 Ca 및 항산화활성이 높은 기능성을 가지고 있으며, 수량은 2.42 MT/ha로 ‘황금 조’에 비해 25% 증수하였다.
본 연구에서는 안정한 조 생산은 위한 친환경적 유기재배를 위한 잡초관리 방법 개선과 효율적인 작부체계 개선을 위하여 조의 파종법과 피복작물인 헤어리베치와 호밀이 조의 생육과 수량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 1. 출수일 비교시 비닐피복 이식구에서 4일, 헤어리베치 이식구에서 3일 먼저 출수하였다. 초장은 헤어리베치 이식구, 비닐피복 이식구와 직파구, 헤어리베치 직파구 순으로 92.4%, 86.9%, 50.2%, 24.6%로 차이를 보였으며 가장 작은 호밀 직파구와는 -63.7%의 차이가 나타났다. 엽록소 함량과 엽록소형광에서는 비닐피복구와 헤어리베치구 높게 나타났다. 2. 헤어리베치구에서 방제가가 70% 이상으로 높았으며, 화본과와 광엽 잡초의 분류 비교시 헤어리베치구에서는 화본과와 광엽잡초 모두 90% 이상의 억제율을 나타났으며 호밀구에서는 화분과 잡초에서는 47% 이상, 광엽잡초에서는 90% 이상의 억제효과가 나타났다. 3. 수량비교에서는 헤어리베치 이식구>비닐피복 이식구>호밀구 이식구≒무처리 이식구>헤어리베치 직파구>비닐피복 직파구>호밀구 직파구≒무처리 직파구 순으로 나타났다.
