Aircraft noise loss in residential areas around small heliports is becoming more and more serious. Under the condition of long-term exposure to aircraft noise, it will not only cause physical and mental harm to human body, but also cause social and economic losses to the living environment around the airport. Therefore, it has been a serious contradiction factor in the community for a long time. This study points out the impact of noise caused by helicopter flying in aviation brigade of small heliport on the nearby residence area, The fixed noise monitoring system is set up to measure the aircraft noise every day. and selects the measurement site to facilitate the impact of noise caused by helicopter flight on the surrounding life.

Hydro-electric power is a method of generating electricity from the rotational force of turbine blades by using the potential energy of a river or reservoir water. Recently, the necessity of small hydropower development is expanding due to the development and support of renewable energy, and because of the difficulty and environmental problems of huge dams. The purpose of this paper is to deal with a method of increasing the efficiency of small water turbine that can be adopt in low head condition. In order to improve the turbine efficiency, channel shape is optimized in order to minimize head loss using computational fluid dynamics. The angle values for the contraction and enlargement part of the channel where the turbine is located are found from the analyses. Additionally, three-dimensional analysis is applied to the optimized channel shape in order to confirm the optimized pipe.

In this paper, the heat transfer performance of nanofluids is predicted by numerical analysis methods. The nanoparticles used in this study is SiO2, with concentrations of 1, 2, 3vol.%, and the base fluid is water. Reynolds number of nanofluids ranges from 10,000 to 50,000. A numerical study on the heat transfer characteristics of nanofluid was conducted using a single-phase model. The temperature of the fluid entering from the inlet of the tube is 293.15K. A constant heat flux of 31,650W/m2 was applied at the wall, and the thickness of the wall was ignored. Heat transfer coefficients, thermal conductivity and Nusselt number were selected as indicators for comparing heat transfer performance of nanofluids. As the nanofluid concentration increases, the temperature and velocity distribution by the cross section of the coil tube and straight tube increased. As the Reynolds number increases, temperature difference between inner direction and outer direction reduced in coil tube. For straight tube, the temperature difference between the wall and the center of the tube also decreased.

In this study, in order to observe the effect of guide bar installation conditions on the ship’s anchor containment by varying the guide bar installation conditions were comprehensively observed. The proper installation of the guide bar, it is possible to improve the hammering phenomenon that occurs when the anchor chain falls vertically. It was confirmed that the anchor storage condition could be improved not only by the guide bar, but also by adding a welding bead at an appropriate location. The capacity of the power source has a significant effect on the anchor pendulum motion.

This study is to investigate the improvement of quality and cost reduction of welding materials for combat vehicles through localization. The existing imported welding wires and localized welding wires were evaluated. The evaluation of the welding wires was performed for the feedability, chemical/mechanical properties, macro testing, and weldability. As a result of evaluation, the localized welding material met all the evaluation standard values. In addition, it showed excellent performance in terms of weldability and feedability. It is judged that the welding quality is improved thanks to the improvement of feeding characteristics through the localization of the welding material, and the fatigue of the worker is also expected to be relieved.

Coffee wastes are by-products after extracting liquid from ground coffee beans. The coffee wastes were classified as household wastes, but they can be used as bio-solid fuels. Coffee wastes have almost no elements of heavy metal, and low heating values are more than 10% higher than wood pellets which is expected to be used as renewable energy. The purpose of this study is to design and manufacture a 20-horsepower Pelletizer to make coffee wastes as pellet-type solid fuels, and to analyze the possibility of use them as renewable energy through experiment. As results, it is found that if the compression ratio of dice used in ordinary wood Pelletizer is increased by about 50%, it was able to make coffee waste pellets with high strength and excellent heating value without additives for pelletizing.

The molybdenum cup and molybdenum pin, which are the main materials of the molybdenum electrode used for the LCD BLU CCFL electrode, have not been developed in Japan and all of them are imported and used from Japan, is giving a competitive burden. In this research, to develop the manufacturing technology of molybdenum pin used for CCFL electrode of LCD BLU, development of linear processing technology, development of molybdenum wire surface treatment technology, development of wire cutting technology, production of molybdenum pin, design and fabrication of JIG and Fixture for inspection, molybdenum pin prototyping and analysis, and development of 100% molybdenum pin inspection technology. In this paper, especially, research on surface treatment technology of molybdenum wire is treated.

In relation to the development of automatic discharging and grinding system producing eco-friendly composite fertilizer raw materials, the performance test was proceeded. and We had obtained the following results. 1. Of the evaluation items set as performance indicators for this technology development, the “grinding capacity” of the composite fertilizer roll mill is higher than the current market-sufficient performance (1500kg/hr) of 1800kg/hr.For “grind particle size”, results of less than 1.8 mm on average were obtained, which is smaller than market-sufficient performance (average less than 2 mm). 2. As a result of the evaluation of “1batch 400kg discharge time”, the results of less than 10min/1bach were obtained, which is shorter than the market satisfaction performance (15min/1bach).
