Unit Load System could be realized with container and pallet, but management with On-Line Real Time was not selected yet in Korea companies. Therefore it is needed to introduce Unit Load System by pallet putting information technology being developed to practical use under One-Line Real Time management and RFID pallet pool system. It would innovate logistics management and contribute a lot to the advanced logistics information system. Additionally, it is possible to figure out the flow of all the materials loaded on the RFID pallet; product, material, raw material immediately, so that epoch-making management is possible and it contributes to the reduction of logistics cost because there are little loss or outflow of pallet. The materials flow is getting speedy and inventory is decreasing in the logistics process, and also bad inventory and loss problems are prevented. As a result, not only logistics cost of company but also national logistics cost is decreased. Thus it contributes to the strength of national competitiveness.
In this paper, the life cycle assessment(LCA) methodology is applied to Personal Computer in materials processing stage in order to analyze the impact to the environment. LCA data collection is carried out taking into account on main materials of PC in materials processing stage. And the impact assessment is the environmental burdens on three factor in air emission(CO2, SOx, NOx), five factor in water emission(BOD, COD, SS, N, P), and three factor in transported substance(cl, NH4, SO4). According to the result, the loading in the materials processing stage of PC proved to be used total energy 6,285Mj and emitted CO2 259.8kg, SOx 3,571g, NOx 330g, COD 1,328g, P 246g, N 2,434g.

This study presents a way for the successful implementation of GSCP(Global Supply Chain Planning) system in global extended enterprise. We identify the CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for the implementation of GSCP system from the results of implementation in two Korean manufacturing companies. Four CSFs are as follows : supply chain strategy and road-map for implementation, organizational characteristics and change management, IT(Information Technology) Infrastructure and standardization, performance measurement and assessment. The outcome of this study would help firms considering the implementation of GSCP system and developing the supply chain strategy.
Due to the convenience of use and rapid access to their information to find, many Internet users utilize the search engines or portal sites to find their information and web sites. However, many researches related with web site evaluation pointed out that many factors have to be considered to increase the usefulness of the site and the degree of user's preference about the site. In this research, based on the previous research, preference factors are derived to evaluate the portal sites. And then, five portal sites are evaluated by the questionnaire. CHAID, a decision tree technique, is used to analyze the results of survey and the relationships of preference factors. This research can be an indicator when we analyze the preference factors of portal site and other kinds of web sites using decision tree.
Recently, Avatar business has in favor on the internet and lots of profit has been increasing. In this study, we apply evaluation criteria for clothing purchase to Avatar, and try to find out the differences of the evaluation criteria by the age and sex. There are many forms in the evaluation factors for purchasing clothes of Avatar by categorizing into five primary factors with statistical tool among them. At this point, future research should use these results for the area of the customer management and marketing in Avatar business on the internet.
E-business is rapidly prevailing in our society by increasing of the use of the internet. Therefore the education system of e-business should contain requirements of customers, i.e. various industries. College curriculum should be related to tasks of e-business. This paper deals with e-business tasks that make college curriculum. It surveys the situation of college education and topics in the field of e-business. This research analyzes the needs and opinions of the local area companies. The acknowledgement and realization of e-business implements are surveyed and the education contents for college are researched.
인터넷의 사용인구가 확대되고 그 회선도 크게 늘어나고 있다. 인터넷 사용의 증가율이 한 국가의 미래 정보화 사회로의 발전 가능성의 중요한 한 척도라고 본다. 이 논문은 정보화 사회의 근간이 되는 인터넷 회선 및 인터넷 이용 부문과 사용자의 인구적 특성과의 기술적 및 통계적 분석을 하였다. 인구적 특성으로 사용자의 연령, 성별, 직업, 지출비용 등을 사용하였다. 그 결과 인터넷 사용자의 특성, 인터넷 이용부문, 회선 등의 측면에서 시사점, 유의성과 관련하여 목표 고객을 고려한 필요한 제안들을 제시하였다.
서비스 지향 구조(SOA, Service Oriented Architecture)는 인터넷상에서 구현되는 웹 서비스의 출현으로 인하여 급속도로 발전하고 있으며 활성화 되고 있다. 인터넷 환경이 발달함에 따라 분산되어 있는 자원에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고, 시맨틱 웹이란 기술로 보다 광범위하게 지식과 자원을 표현할 수 있다. 그러나 웹 서비스의 사용과 이에 따른 지식과 자원을 보호하기 위해서는 정보보안이 필수 요건이나 웹 서비스의 활성화에 비하여 웹 서비스의 보안 표준이나 웹 서비스 보안이 미비한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요건을 충족하기 위하여 CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce) 웹 서비스를 위한 접근제어 프로세서를 제안한다. 각각의 CPC 웹 서비스마다 독립적인 접근제어 프로세서를 설계하기 위하여 기본적으로 사용할 수 있는 웹 서비스 표준과 개념에 따라 통합 웹 서비스를 위한 분산 접근제어 프로세서를 설계한다.
CUSUM control charts are widely used in process with small shifts since they have reasonable detection capability for small shifts. CUSUM control charts, however, are less effective in detection for recurring cycles or frequent small shifts in process. With Shewhart control charts, we have applied the variety of run rules to check the stability of process in addition to the situations that some points fall outside the control limits. In this paper, we propose the Z-CUSUM control chart.
Process capability indices, Cp, Cpk, Cpm, and Cpmk can be used to evaluate single quality characteristic. Recently, many of the multivariate capability indices have been developed to assess a part which has several correlated quality characteristics. Principal component analysis(PCA) can transform the correlated quality characteristics into the newly independent factors. The existing formula calculates the Mutivariate Process Capability Index using the geometrical average. But, the result value notably differs from the number of principle component. In this paper, We proposed a new multivariate capability using PCA & RSS.
The purposes of this study are to investigate the conformity of Korean Standards(KS) according to agreement on WTO/TBT, and to propose systematic frameworks of preparation, adoption, and application for KS in our enterprises. Significant changes in this establishment, revision, and abrogation include the following divisions; ⅰ) statistics-vocabulary and symbols, ⅱ) Shewhart control chart, ⅲ) statistical interpretation of data, ⅳ) sampling procedures for inspection by attributes, ⅴ) sequential sampling plans for inspection.

21C 정보화시대에 정보화에 대한 사회적 요구는 날로 증대하고 있다. 교육부문에 있어서도 설비의 지원 현황등의 교육 실태의 분석을 통한 시대의 변화에 부응하는 효율적이고 합리적인 교육정보화에 대안을 수립 해야한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 및 선진국의 교육정보화사업 현황을 분석하고 사례지역(전라북도)의 정보통신기술(ICT) 활용 중심의 교육정보화 사업의 실태를 파악·분석하여 교육정보화사업 정책수립의 방향설정에 기초자료를 제공하며 학교 교육정보화의 균형적인 발전에 기여하는데 있다.
Task description is essential in performing task analysis which is required for designing man-machine systems. Currently, there are many methods to support the task description which is very complex and time-consuming. However, these methods contain some problems such as being hard to understand and a lack of description. This research deals with an object-oriented task description(OOTD) method trying to solve these problems effectively. The OOTD method includes an object-oriented task structure diagram and an object-oriented task attribute diagram. The former shows some relationship between a task and a derived task. The latter includes important attributes to define each task.
본 연구는 인간의 정신부하작업중 반응시간이 제한된 긴급상황에서 시스템이 비정상적인 상태로 변화할 경우 인간의 수행도 특성을 살펴보고 이를 보조할 수 있는 보조장치의 설계에 도움을 주는 기준안을 제시하고자 한다. 긴급상황에서의 최우선시 되는 수행도는 반응시간보다는 시스템을 성공적으로 제어하여 비극적인 재해를 방지하는 일이다. 그러므로 여러 작업 수행도들 중에서 제어에 실패하게 되는 요인의 영향도를 알아내는 것이 중요하다. 실험결과 인간의 반응은 극히 제한된 짧은 반응시간내의 수행도는 단일작업에서의 수행도는 시스템의 전체 영향도를 제대로 반영하지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 이럴 경우 부수작업을 부여했을 때 시스템의 변화 요인의 영향도를 더욱 잘 나타내는 것임을 유도하였다. 그러므로 시스템의 상황이 비 정상적인 상태로 진행될 경우, 특히 이러한 상황에서 반응해야 할 시간이 제한적일 경우 수행도 측정에는 다양한 형태의 부수작업을 개발하고 이를 이용한 측정이 더욱 효율이 있다는 점을 제시한다.. 이러한 실험의 결과를 유추해보면 안전장치 기기의 설계를 위해서는 운용되는 상황에 맞는 측정방법이 개발되어야 긴급 상황의 수행도를 측정할 수 있다.
The lowering of working ability in the aged presents a marked difference in the individual case. But on the other hand the adaptation to the working environment and the expert skill are be improved. Our purpose focuses on the analysis about this conflicting situation, from which the important informations are applied in designing the working condition of the older workers. Experimental results show that the expert skill of the aged can be expected to improve by making effective use of their experience and there are some operations not influenced by age.
The purpose of this study was to develop an algorithm in which human arousal and pleasant level can be judged using measured physiological signals. Fuzzy theory was applied for mathematical handling of the ambiguity related to evaluation of human sensibility, and the degree of belonging to a certain sensibility dimension was quantified by membership function through which the sensibility evaluation was able to be done. Determining membership function was achieved using results from a physiological signal database of arousal/relaxation and pleasant/unpleasant that was generated from imagination. To induce one final result (arousal and pleasant level) based on measuring the results of more than 2 physiological signals and the membership function of each physiological signal, Dempster-Shafer's rule of combination in evidence was applied, through which the final arousal and pleasant level was inferred.
