캘러스, 반수체, picloram, 전처리양식을 규명할 목적으로 배양효율에 미치는 화분발육 단계와 온도전처리가 미치는 영향에 대한 실험결과는 다음과 같다. ‘Dreamland’의 감수분열중인 약을 현 미경적방법으로 검경하여 본 결과 화뢰의 길이가 23.0-24.9mm는 tetrad 단계이었고 25.0-26.9mm는 uninucleate 단계, 27.0-28.9mm에서는 binucleate 단계 임을 확인할 수 있었으며, 저온 및 고온 온도처리 결 과는 전체적으로 캘러스 및 배 발생율은 저조하였고 특 이한 점은 발견할 수 없었다. Microgametogenesis 단 계별로 약배양 효율을 조사한 결과, late uninucleateearly binucleate 단계인 23.0-28.0mm에서 17.8% callus가 유도되었고, 식물체 재분화율도 6.7%로 나타 나 적정 배양 stage임을 확인할 수 있었다. 유기된 캘 루스를 picloram과 zeatin을 혼용한 MS 배지에 이식 하여 25oC에서 배양하여 식물체를 얻었다.

Serial ultrasonographic examinations were daily performed from 15 days after ovulation until parturition to determine the time of first detection and ultrasonographic appearance of the fetal and extra-fetal structures in pregnant 10 Maltese, 10 Yorkshire Terrier, 15 Shih-tzu, and 10 Miniature Schnauzer bitches, respectively. Gestational age was timed from the day of ovulation (day 0), which was estimated to occur when plasma progesterone concentration was first increased above 4.0ng/ml. The gestational length was (range: ) days and the geatational length was no statistically significant difference among bitches (p>0.05). The initial detection of the extra-fetal structures were; gestational sac at days , zonary placenta at days , yolk sac membrane at days , yolk sac tubular shape at days , and amniotic membrane at days , respectively. The time of the first detection of the extra-fetal structures were no statistically significant difference among bitches (p>0.05). The initial detection of the fetal structures were; embryo initial detection at days , heartbeat at days , embryo bipolar shape , fetal movement at days , limb buds at days , stomach at days , urinary bladder at days , skeleton at days , and kidney at days , respectively. The the time of the first detection of the fetal structures were no statistically significant difference among bitches (p>0.05). These results indicate the evaluation of the time of first detection and ultrasonographic characteristics of the gestational structures might be useful for pregnancy diagnosis, estimating fetal age, embryonic resorption, fetal monster, abnormal fetal growth and fetal viability, respectively.

산업적으로 이용 되지 못하고 폐기되거나 임지에 버려지 는 수목으로부터 추출물을 분리하고 이들 추출물을 버섯 산업에 이용하게 된다면 그 경제적인 중요성 및 가치는 무한 하다고 판단된다. 천연물을 이용한 그린몰드 방제제의 제 조 및 사용은 해외로부터 무분별하게 유입되는 방제제 및 화학약품의 수입을 억제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 버섯소비 자들에게 안전한 먹거리를 제공할 수 있으리라 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 버섯 균상에 침입하는 그린몰드의 생육 을 억제하는 유효화합물을 침엽수재 톱밥으로부터 획득하 기 위하여 최적의 추출방법을 도출하는 것이다. 수목 추출 물로부터 그린몰드 생장 억제 화합물을 분리하기 위하여 추출 조건에 따른 그린몰드 생장 억제에 유효한 수목 원료 의 추출 조건을 규명하였다. 미송 및 낙엽송 톱밥으로부터 분리한 추출물은 그린몰드 생장을 약 40% 수준에서 억제 하였다.

본 논문에서는 포장가속시험기를 이용하여 아스팔트 안정처리층의 피로모형을 개발하여 기존의 실내실험결과와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 아스팔트 안정처리층의 피로모형은 Miner(1945)의 누적파손(Cumulative Damage)가설을 적용하였다. 포장가속시험에 사용된 아스팔트 안정처리층은 골재최대입경 25mm(BB-3)의 재료를 사용하였다. 포장가속시험결과 피로모형의 변수인 포장하부의 최대인장응력은 하중재하회수가 증가할수록 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었으며 포장층의 탄성계수는 점차 작아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 아스팔트 피로모형의 기본식에서 변형률계를 통하여 얻은 인장변형률을 통하여 k1=1.29×10-6, k2=3.02의 값을 도출하였으며, 같은 인장변형률에서의 피로수명은 실내실험을 통한 모형보다 크게 나타났다. 또한, 비파괴실험인 FWD를 이용하여 포장의 잔존수명을 추정하는 논리를 개발하였다.

Pure Bombus ignitus venom samples were submitted to two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. A total of 64 excised spots were analyzed by mass spectrometry. Three main proteins resulted in the identification have not been described in other bee venoms before. Dose-dependence against human carcinoma (Hep3B, BT-20, A549 and AGS) were observed from 1 ng/㎖ to 100 ng/㎖. Expecially, the treatment of 100 ng/㎖ B. ignitus venoms showed the highest cytotoxicity with 55% against hepatocellular carcinoma (Hep3B). The B. ignitus venoms showed strong antimicrobial activities against Enterococcus faecium and Shigella sonnei, and practically antimicrobial activity against the other microorganisms tested. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of E. faecium and S. sonnei, were 0.256 ug/㎖, respectively.

The display technology on the retina is the key role in inspecting the condition of the patients. Especially, silt lamp biomicroscope is one of the important tools to inspect the patient's retina, because the slit lamp biomicroscope, the workhorse for ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment, is far more ubiquitous, and is now often equipped with video attachments to permit image capture for documentation, storage, and transmission. In many cases, image quality may be, in part, attributable to a narrow field of view and specular reflections arising from the cornea and sclera. In this paper, we have real time extraction of the feature of retina image portion and then edges of blood vessel in retina images are detected. Based on the edges of the retina images, every image is assembled for more wide image. The developed algorithms allowed for highly accurate alignment and blending of partially overlapping slit lamp biomicroscopic fundus images to generate a seamless, high quality and wide field image. Therefore we verified the possibility that video image were acquisition and processing algorithms for mosaicking and enhancement of slit lamp biomicroscopic fundus images. The improved quality and wide field of view may confer for inexpensive, real time photo-documentation of retina abnormalities.
