홍차(black tea)를 열수로 추출하여 음용하고 남은 부산물의 항산화 활성을 확인하였다. 홍차부산물을 0~100% 농도 의 에탄올 용액으로 처리하여 홍차 부산물의 에탄올 추출물을 준비하였다. 추출 용매인 에탄올 농도에 따른 홍차 부 산물 추출물의 수율, 페놀성 화합물 농도 및 유리라디칼 소거능을 비교한 결과, 30%와 50% 에탄올로 추출하여 얻어 진 추출물의 항산화 활성이 높게 나타났다. 홍차 부산물 추출물의 수율은 50% 에탄올 추출 시 가장 높았으나, 페놀성 화합물 농도는 30% 에탄올 추출물에서 28.9 mg/mL이었고, 50% 에탄올 추출물에서는 26.3 mg/mL이었다. DPPH 유리 라디칼 소거능으로 확인한 홍차 부산물 추출물의 항산화 활성 역시 30% 에탄올 추출물이 가장 높았고, 다음으로 50% 에탄올 추출물에서 높게 나타났다. 홍차 부산물 추출물의 항산화 활성은 추출물에 함유된 페놀성 화합물의 농도와 정 비례하였다.

We examined monthly changes in the rate of fishes by-caught by gape net with wings and their immature ratio in thecoast of Yeosu and Jindo Island, Korea. A minus correlation between bycatch rate, the ratio of fishes except for anchovy, Engraulis japonicus, to all fishes collected by gape net with wings, and individuals of the collected anchovy was significantly observed, implying that as the anchovy catch decreased and the bycatch rate increased. Immature ratios by the dominant bycatch species during the study is the following; Leiognathus nuchalis was 72.7~99.0%, Sphyraena pinguis was 84.0%, Sardinella zunasi was 90.0%, others (Leptocephalus, Trichiurus lepturus, Ammodytes personatus, Sphyraena pinguis, Trachurus japonicas, Mugil cephalus and Erisphex pottii) were 100.0%. In order to decrease the high bycatch rates of immature fishes in spring and autumn, our study suggested increasing of codend mesh size and developing suitable bycatch reduction devices in a gape net with wings.

Waste SiC powders obtained from silicon wafer sludge have very low density and a narrow particle size distribution of 10-20 μm. A scarce yield of C and Si is expected when SiC powders are incorporated into the Fe melt without briquetting. Here, the briquetting variables of the SiC powders are studied as a function of the sintering temperature, pressure, and type and contents of the binders to improve the yield. It is experimentally confirmed that Si and C from the sintered briquette can be incorporated effectively into the Fe melt when the waste SiC powders milled for 30 min with 20 wt.% Fe binder are sintered at 1100oC upon compaction using a pressure of 250 MPa. XRF-WDS analysis shows that an yield of about 90% is obtained when the SiC briquette is kept in the Fe melt at 1650oC for more than 1 h.

슬라이고 근처 드럼크리프 시골 묘지에 매장되어 있는 예이츠의 묘비에 는 “차가운 눈길을 던져라/ 삶에, 그리고 죽음에/ 말탄 자여 지나가거라”라는 싯귀가 새겨져 있다. 여기에서 말탄 자가 단지 위대한 시인 예이츠의 묘지를 방문한 방문객을 일컫는 것으로 보이지는 않는다. 예이츠가 구태여 자기의 고향인 슬라이고로 돌아와 자기 조상이 교구목사로 지냈던 시골 교회의 묘지에 매장되기를 원하고, 벌벤 산 아 래 라는 말년의 작품에서 자신의 묘비명까지 지정한 것은 그 이상의 의미가 있다. 예 이츠가 사망할 당시에는 비행기며 자동차가 보편화되어 있었기에 관광객을 “말탄 자” 라고 지칭할 필요가 없었다. “말탄 자”는 아일랜드 신화상의 인물들을 일컬을 뿐만 아 니라 예이츠 자신이 신화상의 인물로 되었음을 보여준다.

목적: 운무법에서 실린더 굴절력 및 축 오류가 존재하는 경우 피검자가 인식하는 방사선 시표 의 진한선 이동에 근거하여 추가적인 교정방법을 고찰하고자 하였다. 방법: 검사를 위한 전제조건은 교정 실린더 축은 의도적으로 5° 오류를, 실린더 굴절력은 원래 교정 값에서 의도적으로 -0.5D 혹은 -0.75D 감소 및 증가시켰다. 첫 번째 검사는 운무상태에 서 실린더 축을 먼저 교정하고, 실린더 굴절력을 교정하였고, 두 번째 검사는 운무상태에서 실 린더 굴절력을 먼저 교정하고, 실린더 축을 교정하였다. 실린더 굴절력 오류 및 축 오류를 비 교하였다. 정난시(-1.00D~-2.50D)가 존재하는 34명의 대상자를 기준으로 원래의 실린더 굴절 력 및 축에서 얼마의 오류가 발생하였는지를 평가하였다. 결과: 실린더 굴절력 오류 및 축 오류는 각각 절댓값 0.25D 및 1° 보다 작았고, 실린더 축 오 류가 5° 이하인 경우 15° 간격의 방사선시표에서 다음과 같이 분류 할 수 있다. -인식된 진한선 이동 값이 45°보다 작은 경우 실린더 축 오류 존재 및 실린더 굴절력이 약하다. -인식된 진한선 이동 값이 45°인 경우 실린더 축 오류만 존재하고, 실린더 굴절력은 올바르다. -인식된 진한선 이동 값이 45°보다 큰 경우 실린더 축 오류 존재 및 실린더 굴절력이 강하다. 결론: 운무법을 통한 난시교정에서 진한선의 이동에 근거하여 15° 간격의 방사선 시표에서 다 음과 같이 제시 될 수 있다. ① 인식된 진한 선 이동 값이 45° 보다 작은 경우 실린더 굴절력을 증가시켜 처음에 인식한 진한선 방향에서 진한 선을 45° 정도 떨어지게 이동시킨다. 그 후에 모든 선 방향들이 균일하 게 진할 때까지 진한선 이동방향과 반대 방향으로 실린더 축을 이동시켜 교정한다. ② 인식된 진한선 이동 값이 45°인 경우 모든 선 방향들이 균일하게 진할 때까지 진한선 이동 방향과 반대방향으로 실린더 축을 이동시켜 교정한다. ③ 인식된 진한 선 이동 값이 45° 보다 큰 경우 실린더 굴절력을 감소시켜 처음에 인식한 진 한선 방향에서 진한 선을 45° 정도 떨어지게 이동시킨다. 그 후에 모든 선 방향들이 균일하게 진할 때까지 진한선 이동방향과 반대방향으로 실린더 축을 이동시켜 교정한다.

Recent increases in the use of Deep Deck, and the study was carried out much of the Deep Deck in the country. Research is the most studies on the behavior of the composite slab after the concrete is cured. However, the large stress is generated in the work load(150kgf/m2) at the time of pouring concrete. The Deep Deck does not satisfy the provisions of deflection during construction when applied to more than 6.0m span. In this study, installed a strand or reinforcing bar at the bottom of the Deep Deck. The pressing force of tension on the strand and rebar was carried out an experiment to produce an upward deflection of the Deep Deck. The loading experiment was carried out and the pressing force the UTM load.

진적색을 가진 비모란 선인장 품종을 개발하기 위해서 진적색을 가진 ‘설홍’ 품종을 모본으로 하고 진적색의 ‘후홍’ 품종을 부본으로 하여 2008년에 국립원예특작과학 원 선인장 온실에서 교배하였다. 기내에서, 수확된 종자 는 100mL 삼각플라스크에 활성탄이 첨가된 Kyoto 배지 에 파종하였으며, 발아된 유묘를 어린 삼각주에 접목하 여 시험관에서 6개월 동안 재배하였다. 6개월 키운 유묘 를 2차로 접목하여 온실에 정식하여 2012년까지 비모란 선인장의 다양한 특징을 3회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. ‘일홍’ 품종은 편원형의 모양과 진적색의 구색을 가지고 있다. 또한, 8~10개의 결각과 회갈색의 직립형 짧은 가시를 가지고 있다. 정식 10개월 후 ‘일홍’ 품종의 구직경은 44.7mm로 ‘설홍’ 품종에 비해 큰 편이었다. 번식 수단이 되는 자구는 10개월 동안 평균 18.0개를 생산한다.

본 논문의 목적은 창세기에 등장하는 야곱의 사다리에 숨겨져 있는 메시지를 신화적 상징과 신학적 담론의 관점에서 분석하여, 동일한 사건이 신화, 종교, 교리의 문맥에 따라 다양한 의미로 수용되고 발전하는 과정을 추적하는 것이다. 창세기에 등장하는 야곱의 사다리를 신화적 상징과 신학적 담론이라는 두 관점에서 접근할 수 있는 근거는 이 일화가 신화적 상징과 신학적 의미를 동시에 포함하고 있기 때문이다. 유대교도나 기독교인이 아닌 사람의 시각에서 야곱의 사다리는 그리스 로마 신화를 포함한 다양한 신화에서 발견되는 보편적 상징체계로 해석될 수 있다. 하지만 구약성경을 자신의 종교경전으로 간주하는 유대인이 나 기독교인의 관점에서 보면, 야곱의 사다리는 야훼 하나님과 신도 사이의 관계를 설명하는 보다 구체적이며 제한된 신학적 담론 안에서 논의될 수 있다. 야곱의 사다리는 다시 유대교와 기독교의 신학적 담론 안에서 각기 다른 의미로 해석될 뿐 만 아니라, 동일한 기독교 안에서도 가톨릭과 개신교에서 각기 다른 신학적 담론을 형성한다. 본 논문은 이 같은 목적을 위해 네 부분으로 구성되었다. 신화의 영역은 주로 엘리아데의 “우주의 축”의 개념에 따라, 유대교, 가톨릭, 개신교의 영역은 각기 성전, 교황, 만인제사장의 신학적 담론 안에서 “야곱의 사다리”를 분석한다.

This study analyzes performance-weight ratio of polycarbonate(PC) pigpen and steel pigpen. The finite element models using the ANSYS program described in this paper is attractive not only because it shows excellent accuracy in analysis but also it shows the benefit of parameter study by using APDL. We have performed a parameter study by the width variation of PC pigpen. And we compared and analyzed the results of PC pigpen and steel pigpen. From the numerical examples, we confirmed the validity of PC pigpen.

This paper presents a method for the assesment of thermal and vibration fatigues in integral exhaust manifold/turbine housing system. Most of failures on turbine housing are observed by thermal cyclic loads. In order to predict thermal failures by finite element analysis, we considered the temperature-dependent inelastic materials and transient temperature histories based on the thermal shock test. The results showed that the plastic strains of localized critical regions such as valve seat coincided well with crack locations from an endurance test. But, some failures around neck areas of turbine housing could not predict from thermal stress analysis. These cracks were originated due to the vibration excitations near resonance frequencies within engine operating ranges. The stress results of neck areas, which divided by temperature dependent yield stresses, from harmonic analysis showd a good agreement with experimental results.

감귤류 과피는 플라보노이드의 중요 급원 중의 하나로 아시아에서 민간 의약품으로서 오래전부터 사용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 진귤(Citrus sunki Hort. ex Tanaka) 과피에서 HPLC-MS/MS를 이용하여 9종의 플라보노이드 성분을 동정하였으며, hydroxypentamethoxyflavone과 dihydroxytetramethoxyflavone은 진귤에서 처음으로 확인되었다. 총 플라보노이드의 항산화 활성은 25~500 mg/L 의 농도범위에서 DPPH·, ABTS·+, NO· 소거능 및 환원력에 의해 측정되었으며, 시료의 첨가량이 많아짐에 따라 항산화 활성은 유의적으로 증가하였다.

This research aims to analyze jeans possession and perceptions of jeans' fit among women in their 20s to help improve the accuracy of purchase decisions in online shopping and to provide basic data necessary to overcome limits in the fit conveyance method of online shopping malls. A sample of 149 females in their 20s was divided into two groups according to height, waist size, and interest in fashion, and several factors were analyzed: jeans possession status, the fit of purchased jeans, the reason for purchase, and the perception of jeans' fit. The results are as follows. The group with a high interest in fashion owned more skinny jeans, and there was a higher frequency of purchasing skinny jeans during the last year among those with a height of 160 cm or more, a waist size of less than 27 inches, and a high interest in fashion. Of the respondents, 92.6% accurately understood skinny fit, 51.7% understood straight fit, and 56.4% understood regular fit. There was no significant difference in the perception of skinny fit or regular fit, but straight fit was better understood by the group with a waist size of 27 inches or more. Thus, by providing accurate size information and analyzing the body shapes of consumers, online shopping malls will be able to increase customer satisfaction with pants of various fits to reduce the rate of returns.

This paper deals with steel braced frame as increasing the lateral strength and ductility in order to seismic retrofit of existing buildings and discusses the designing criteria and calculation method of retrofitted buildings. The addition of steel braced frame can be effective for increasing the lateral strength and ductility of existing buildings. However, There is a problem in utilizing this method. It is the approach to provide an adequate connection between the existing RC frame and the installed steel braced frame, because global strength by failure mode(three type) depends on detail of connection and strength of existing RC frame. So, the designer must be confirmed if it satisfies the required performance or not. Failure mode of type I is the most appropriate for increasing the lateral strength and ductility. Seismic performance evaluation and strength calculation of seismic retrofit are performed by guideline by KISTEC(Korea Infrastructure Safety & Technology)’s “seismic performance evaluation and rehabilitation of existing buildings” and Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association. Buildings are modeled and non-linear pushover analysis are performed using MIDAS program.

In the 2010s, skinny jeans were trendy, and they became a must-have for young women. The styles, clothing pressure and buying behavior of skinny jeans have been studied, but the patternmaking of skinny jeans has not been researched yet. To analyze skinny jeans patterns, we grouped skinny jeans into nine brands. They were sorted into three groups: special jeans brand, trendy jeans brand, and SPA brand. This study compared skinny jeans' sizing systems, product dimensions and pattern measurements in three brand groups. The appearance and fit of skinny jeans were evaluated by random groups of people in their 20s and 30s. The sizing systems for skinny jeans were different with KS K0051, and they were shown waist girth in inches. The waist and hip circumferences were different among brand groups. In product dimensions, trendy jeans brands had a shorter crotch length, a lower crotch depth, a narrower back crotch width, and a longer inseam than the others. The measurements of skinny jeans flat patterns were significantly different in as below; front crotch depth, front crotch height, front crotch length, back crotch extension, gap between back and front crotch depth, back crotch height, back crotch length, and center back angle. In the sensory survey results, trendy jeans brands were evaluated well in the fit of the waist line, hip line, crotch line, midthigh line, outseam, inseam, side waist line, crotch length and overall fit.

This paper presents a method for the assesment of vibration fatigues in engine exhaust system. Analysis technologies by virtual model can reduce the number of physical tests and development cycles. The prediction processes are based on the construction of FE model for the exhaust system, normal mode analysis, and frequency response analysis. The analysis results(1st mode: 152Hz) of eigen frequencies are compared with the modal test results(1st mode: 151Hz). And frequency response analysis for accelerations and stresses at critical locations were also presented. The analysis method could be applied to assess the vibration fatigue for the engine exhaust manifold. As a result, maximum stress occurred at the end of diffuser and its frequency shows around 1st natural frequency of exhaust system. It shows a good agreement between numerical and experimental results.

The progress that becomes a basis for measuring the outcome of project is a core of project control. Follow-up corrective actions are determined depending on the degree of their differences. The methods of measuring the project progress have been developed though a variety of research and many were verified through the cases. Among such methods, this study selected Start/Finish method and Fixed Formula method. In order to check the limitations of the progress utilized in the two methods, the study compared their progresses to the progress of Percentage Complete method and analyzed the differences shown in their actual applications. Through this, it suggested the forms and scale of the projects appropriate to the application of Fixed Formula method. As for the research progress method, the study first generated a number of virtual project schedules for the establishment of an analysis model. These project schedules were varied in a way that they had different project periods and the number of different activities. The study also generated numerous project schedules for difference test. After establishing a virtual schedule plan by the scale of projects, it measured their progresses by period, analyzed the differences and repeated this procedure to obtain the results.

소송상 상계항변에 관하여는 종래 형성권의 소송상 행사와 함께 그 법적 성질에 대한 학설의 대립이 존재하여 왔다. 사법행위설, 소송행위설, 양성설, 신사법행위설 등이 그것이다. 그러나 상계권을 제외한 형성권의 소송상 행사에 대하여는 소송상 항변에 사법상의 형성권 행사의 의사표시와 공격방어방법으로서 그 의사표시의 결과에 대한 진술인 소송행위가 병존하고 있다는 점에 관하여 아무런 견해의 대립이 없었다. 위 학설의 대립은 소송상 상계의 경우 일반적인 형성권의 소송상 행사와 마찬가지로 사법행위와 소송행위가 병존한다고 보는 견해에 따른다면 소의 취하, 각하 또는 실기한 방어방법으로서 항변이 각하되는 경우 등에 있어서도 상계항변에 대한 판단을 받지 못한 채 반대채권이 소멸하는 매우 불합리한 결과를 야기할 수 있다는 이유로 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 제시된 견해들이었다. 본 대법원판결은 소송상 상계항변이 제출된 후 당해 소송이 조정성립에 의하여 종료된 사안에서 소송상 상계항변의 실체법적 효과가 잔존하지 않음을 밝힌 것이다. 그런데 본 대법원판결은 결론에 있어서는 타당하다고 할 수 있으나, 소송상 상계항변이 예비적 항변이라는 이유로 소구채권의 존재에 관한 법원의 실질적인 판단이 없는 때에는 상계의 의사표시의 효과가 발생하지 않는다고 판시함으로써, 그 이론적 근거를 밝히지 않은 아쉬움이 있다. 이 판결을 계기로 소송상 상계항변이 법적 성질에 관한 종래의 견해들을 살펴보았는바, 소송상 상계항변에 사법행위와 소송행위의 병존을 부인할 수 없고, 상계항변은 예비적 항변으로서의 성격과는 무관하게 무조건의 주장으로서, 상계의 의사표시의 효력은 특정한 상계시에 발생한다고 보아야 한다. 나아가 그 실체법적 효과는 해제조건설에 따라 상계항변이 소송상 참작되지 않는 해제조건이 성취되는 때에 소멸한다고 파악하는 것이 타당하다.

친환경농산물의 생산량이 늘고 green korea의 국가 정책과 화학비료 사용량의 감소와 더불어 녹비재배 면적이 증가하고 있으나 이에 대한 환경평가는 이루어지 지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 배 과원에 피복작물로 심겨진 헤어리벳치구와 일반잡초 로 구 성된 배 과원을 대상으로 5월부터 7월까지 채집된 곤충상 을 조사하였다. 곤충상 조사는 주로 천적종류를 대상으로 하였으며 황색수반에 포르말린 1%액을 월 1회 3일간 설치하여 유살된 천적종류를 조사하였다. 2011년, 배의 헤어리벳치구에서는 총 132마리의 천적이 끈끈이트랩에 유살되었 으며, 가장 많이 유살된 종은 광붙이꽃등에로 62마리, 꼬마꽃등에 43마리 였다. 사 과의 경우 초생 및 친환경방제구에서 56마리의 천적이 유살되었으며 가장 많이 유 살된 종은 고치벌과에 24마리, 좀벌과에 10마리 였다. 가장 낮은 천적이 유살된 구 는 배 초생 및 화학방제구와 사과 초생 및 화학방제구로 30마리 이하였다. 2012년, 헤어리벳치의 개화시기인 5월에 황색수반에 채집된 천적종수는 395마리로 가장 많았으며 개화가 끝난 시기인 7월에 황색수반에 채집된 천적종수는 116마리로 헤 어리벳치가 심겨지지 않은 과원보다 월등히 높았다.
