        This study aims to analyze the variations in online clothing purchasing patterns based on demographic attributes and purchasing behavior. The survey subjects comprised individuals in their 10s to 50s who had prior experience with online shopping. The survey was conducted in Gyungnam from May to June 2022. A total of 397 questionnaires were analyzed using the χ2-test statistical method. The analysis of clothing purchase type based on demographic characteristics revealed differences in terms of gender, marital status, age, monthly income, and occupation. Notably, when analyzed by demographic characteristics and clothing purchase types, monthly online purchase frequency displayed significant differences in marital status, age, and occupation. Similarly, monthly purchase amounts through online platforms exhibited significant variations based on marital status, age, monthly income, and occupation. The online fashion platforms, when examined in relation to demographic characteristics and purchase types, showed significant differences across all variables. Clothing purchases by consumers seeking individuality and differentiation exhibited significant differences in age, occupation, and purchase types. Furthermore, the reasons for choosing online platforms for clothing purchases varied significantly based on age and occupation. These findings indicate diverse purchasing behaviors on online platforms influenced by demographic characteristics. These findings can be valuable for effectively segmenting the online fashion market.

        This study was designed as the precedent research to develop improve the HMR type flavored cooked rice, by analyzing the consumer perception and purchase pattern. This will in turn provide base data to that will help in the development of products that meet consumer’s convenience and quality demands. An online survey of 247 people (63.5%) in the age of 20 to 60 was conducted on January 2019. For the primary reason of buying those products, the survey respondents chose a convenience of 71.7%. They are likely to buy 1~2 times a month (40.5%) in hypermarkets (63.6%). The channel choice showed meaningful difference between segments (p<0.01). 89.1% of respondents replied that they are willing to purchase frozen flavored cooked rice in the future. The Key Purchasing factor appeared to be the flavor (5.80), while nutrition (4.89) was chosen as the least important factor. For flavor preference, sea food received the highest score (5.05), while radish kimchi flavor received the lowest (4.02) with a meaningful difference by gender and age (p<0.01). Consumers who sought nutrition, convenience and adventure in HMR products had higher willingness to re-purchase. Developing healthy, flavorful, sensory, and enjoyable HMR products will be critical in the fulfillment of diverse consumer needs.

        본 연구는 기능성 음료에 대한 인식 및 구매실태를 조사함으로써 기능성 음료의 구매와 섭취 시 기능성 음료에 대한 지침서 및 영양교육 자료의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 기능성 음료의 구입 실태, 구입 경험, 인식, 섭취빈도 및 태도 등을 조사하였다. 1. 조사대상자 중 남자는 183명(51.7%), 여자는 171명(48.3%)이었고, 연령은 20대가 146명(41.2%), 30대가 81명(22.9%), 40대가 69명(19.5%), 50대 이상이 58명(16.4%)이었다. 그중 기혼자는 182명(51.4%), 미혼자는 172명(48.6%)이었다. 2. 최근 한 달 동안 기능성 음료 구입 여부는 조사대상자의 82.8%(293명)가 기능성 음료를 구입하였다. 3. 기능성 음료를 구입하는 이유는 남자는 ‘피로회복’이 43.1%, ‘갈증해소’가 21.6%, ‘건강증진’이 19.6%, ‘영양보충’이 15%, ‘다이어트’가 7% 순으로 나타났으며, 여자는 ‘피로회복’이 28.6%, ‘건강증진’이 26.4%, ‘갈증해소’가 22.1%, ‘영양보충’이 12.9%, ‘다이어트’가 10% 순으로 조사되어 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.005). 새로운 기능성 음료의 대한 정보습득 경로는 미혼은 매장방문(47.9%)을 통해서 기혼은 주변사람(43.0%)을 통해 얻는다고 응답하여 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.001). 기능성 음료의 구입 장소는 미혼은 편의점(46.5%)에서, 기혼은 대형마트(29.5%)에서 가장 많이 구입하는 것으로 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.001). 기능성 음료 구입 시 영향을 주는 요인은 ‘제조일자(M=4.25)’, ‘원재료 함량(M=4.17)’, ‘영양표시(M=4.15)’, ‘원산지(M=4.13)’, ‘가격(M=4.13)’, ‘맛’(M=3.96), ‘상표’(M=3.62), ‘향’(M=3.55), ‘색(M=3.24)’ 순으로 나타났으며, 여자가 남자보다 모든 항목에 대해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 월평균 기능성 음료 구입 비용은 20대는 ‘1만 원 이하’가 50.9%, 30대는 ‘2~5만 원’이 42.6%, 40대는 ‘2~5만 원’이 42.4%, ‘50대 이상은 ‘11만 원 이상’이 40.4%로 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.001). 4. 기능성 음료 섭취빈도를 분석한 결과, 에너지음료는 여자보다 남자가 많이 섭취하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 홍삼 음료는 50대 이상의 연령층에서 주 1~2회 섭취가 44.2%로 높았으며(p<0.001), 미혼보다 기혼이 홍삼 음료를 많이 섭취하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 여자보다 남자가 비타민 음료를 많이 섭취하였고(p<0.005), 건강원 음료는 50대 이상의 연령층에서 주 3~4회 섭취가 28.8%로 가장 높았으며, 기혼이 미혼보다 섭취빈도가 높았다(p<0.001). 기능성 음료를 섭취하는 시기는 ‘평상시’가 42.3%로 가장 많았고, ‘일할때’ 27.0%, ‘식사 전후’ 16.7%, ‘운동 전후’ 14.0% 순으로 조사 되었다. 기능성 음료 섭취 후 남자는 피로회복의 효과를 인지하였으며, 여자는 다이어트 미용이나 공복감 해소, 변비 개선에 효과를 인지하였다. 연구결과를 고려할 때, 소비자의 올바른 기능성 음료의 구매와 섭취를 위하여 소비자가 스스로 선택할 수 있도록 기능성에 대한 명확한 정보전달이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 기능성 음료의 내용 영양소함량에 따른 상한섭취량과 과잉 및 부적절한 섭취로 건강상의 문제에 대한 영양교육이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 조사대상자의 기능성 음료에 대한 정보 습득경로로는 기사검색과 웹서핑 및 스마트폰 이용이 주가 되고 있다. 따라서, 앞으로의 영양교육은 인쇄물 교육보다는 앱이나 인터넷(배너) 광고 등을 통한 교육의 활성화가 바람직하다고 판단된다.

        목적: 국내 패션안경의 구매와 사용실태를 파악하고 더미렌즈의 시각적 부작용에 대해서 알아 보기 위해 설문조사를 하였다. 방법: 패션안경 구매를 해본 적 있는 77명을 대상으로 구입한 장소, 사용목적, 더미렌즈 제거, 시각적 부작용, 주의사항을 조사하였다. 결과: 패션안경을 구입한 장소는 안경원이 44.2%, 그 외 장소는 55.8%로 나타났으며 더미렌즈를 제거한다 46.8%, 하지 않는다 53.2%로 나타났다. 시각적 부작용을 호소하는 비율은 32.6%로 나타났으며, 판매자에게 주의사항을 들은 비율은 15.6%로 나타났다. 결론: 더미렌즈를 제거하지 않고 안경을 착용하는 비율이 높았으며, 그로인해 시각적 불편함을 느끼는 사람이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대부분의 패션안경을 판매하는 현장에서 패션안경을 착용하였을 때 나타날 수 있는 시각적 부작용에 대한 주의사항을 설명해주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 안경 판매자들이 패션안경을 판매할 때 시각적 부작용에 대한 주의사항 설명해야할 필요성이 있다고 사료된다.

        The purpose of this study is to survey the wearing and purchasing situation related to brassieres between Korean and Chinese women and to analyze the differences among them. This study utilized a survey targeting 397 women in their 20's in Korea and China. The results were as follows: First, Korean women considered that their breasts are conical in shape, whereas Chinese women considered their breasts to have a flat shape. With regard to breast size, those of Chinese women are larger than those of Korean women. Moreover, Chinese women expressed a high rate of dissatisfaction with their breasts. Second, regarding the wearing condition of brassieres, while Korean women expected their brassiere to converge their breasts to the center, Chinese women expected their brassiere to support the breasts. It was found that many of them were dissatisfied with the shoulder straps and the center front wire. Third, in the results pertaining to the purchasing brassieres, although both Korean and Chinese Women mainly visited brand name stores to buy brassieres, compared with Chinese women, Korean women prefer to shop at home to buy the brassieres. In addition, they considered the compensation effect, size, activity, fabric and fit as the most important selection criteria when purchasing a brassiere.

        This study examined the utilization of processed food and the recognition of food labels among 257 university students (201 females and 56 males) in Seoul and Kangwon-do. The results of the study showed that the most important considered information on food labels are shelf life, nutrition facts, and price in sequential order. Female students’recognition of nutrition facts was significantly higher than that of male students (p<0.05). Female students more attentively checked the manufacturer, origin of the products, and shelf life information on food labels than did the male students. In checking out the food labels information, the most checked items on food labels were calories, trans fatty acid and cholesterol in that order and the least checked information was the sodium contents. Among processed foods, male students’consumption was dominant in instant noodles, frozen dumplings, and canned goods, while female students had more candies/chocolates. In selecting processed foods, male students showed strong preference for cheaper and quantitative products, while female students chose more tasty, brand new, well-known brand, and products of domestic origin. Frequency of canned and frozen food consumption showed a positive correlation with BMI, while candies/chocolates showed a negative correlations with BMI. Negative correlations were found in the attitude of selecting food with longer shelf life and BMI. The results of this study suggest that university students need to be well informed to make wise food choices that contribute to a healthy diet. Additionally, food manufacturers and government authorities concerned should make certain that consumers know how to use food label information more easily and effectively through proper education.

        The principal objective of this study was to evaluate the consumption behavior and perceptions of environment-friendly agricultural products(EAPs) by university students in the Chonbuk area, Korea. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 309 university students(male 33.0%, female 67.0%). Descriptive and comparative statistical analyses was completed using SPSS v. 12.0. The percentage of subjects who purchased EAPs was 70.9%. Of those, 87.2% had EAPs purchased by their mothers. The most purchased EAPs were vegetables, the primary reason for which was the perception of ``good for health``(73.1%). The main information source about EAPs was ``familes/freinds``. The average scores of ``attitude toward EAPs``, ``knowledge toward EAPs``, ``concern toward EAPs`` were 3.76±0.57, 2.91±0.61 and 3.29±0.43, respectively. With regards to ``attitude toward EAPs``, the scores were significantly affected by ``self-reported health status``(p<0.05). With regard to ``knowledge toward EAPs`` and ``concern toward EAPs``, the scores were significantly affected by ``supplements for health`` (p<0.05; p<0.001). For university students` right choices of EAPs, information and consumer education wthin the university curriculum on these products are necessary.

        This study was conducted to examine purchasing behavior and satisfaction for imported processed snacks of mothers with preschool children and to provide nutrition education information for mothers. 81.4% of the respondents often purchased imported processed snacks and the main reason (51.0%) for purchasing imported processed snacks was preference of children. A total of 58.0% of the respondents purchased imported processed snacks at a large-scale discount store. 41.9% of the respondents purchased imported dairy products everyday, and 24.8% of them purchased the products once per week. The percentage of not purchasing at all was very high for imported confectionary, jelly and candy, nuts, and drinks. The food additive checking score was very high when purchasing imported processed snacks. The graduate school group and unemployed mothers checked significantly more often for food additives (p<0.05). The taste satisfaction score was very high, and employed mothers were satisfied with taste significantly more than unemployed mothers. Nutrition education using imported processed food labeling should be performed, and quality management before importing processed food should be carried out.

        This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 482 male and female second graders in middle schools located in Cheongju, Chungcheongbukdo. This study lays its purpose on establishing the nutrition facts labeling system by understanding eating habits and analyzing the actual state of reading nutrition facts labels and degrees of understanding them among middle school students, and helping them to engage in right food purchasing activities and through it result in developing sound eating habits by providing them with basic material to be employed to actively utilize nutrition facts for choosing and buying healthy foods. As a result of surveying regarding the actual state of reading food labels, regarding degrees of recognition of food labels, it was revealed that 91.1% of female students recognized them, while 42.1% of male students did not recognize them, indicating lower levels of recognition among the male group. Regarding reasons for not checking food labels, 49.2% indicated habitual purchasing, followed by poor contents in the label(20.2%), ununderstandable contents(17.7%), and the lower reliability of the contents(6.9%). As a result of surveying regarding the actual state of reading nutrition facts labels, in recognition of nutrition facts labels, female rather than male students showed higher degrees of recognition, and degrees of recognition were found to differ according to parents` total income and mothers` educational attainments.

        In recent years consumers have become used to products geared toward a more convenient lifestyle, thus, the demand for salted-cabbage, for use in preparing Kimchi is increasing. This study aims to investigate purchasing factors, the satisfaction and demands of salted-cabbage, and to ascertain a marketing strategy for expanding the use of salted cabbage in food-service departments of schools. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 131 buying agents who manage food materials for schools, and statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS V.14.0 program. 46.9% of the participating respondents were from elementary schools, 27.7% from middle schools, and 25.4% were from high schools.. Most of the subjects (67.9%) recognized the salted cabbage retailed for foodservice, but 62.3% of these had not purchased them, due to both their lack of trust in the sanitation and raw material handling of the food product, and the high price. Respondents considered different factors when deciding whether or not to purchase: the origin (local or imported) of the cabbage, hygiene, and taste, as well as characteristics such as the cabbage weight, package weight, and package materials. The score of post-behavior intentions as well as overall satisfaction was rather high. Also, they perceived the need of strategic promotion for enlarging the market portion of salted-cabbage. These results will done the guidelines for diversifying the salted-cabbage market and for creating an added value of agricultural products in rural areas.

        This study was implemented to offer materials for the activation of On-line food shopping mall though census about purchasing food. A percentage of people who had accessed to On-line food shopping mall was 53.8%, and who had an experience of purchasing food at the On-line sopping mali was 18.9%. The number of food purchasing in On-line food market is 1~3 times(67.7%). It is general that an amount of food purchase is less than 100,000 wons. And the health assistant food is the most interesting item followed by Meet, Special products like a laver and mushroom, and an anchovy. in purchasing food at On-line market, customer thought that the confidence and the freshness of food are important because customer can't choose a product directly. In the future of food purchase using On-line shopping mall, 38.1% of people show their intend of purchasing at the mall. People who had experience of food purchase though the Internet have more positive view about repurchase than ones had not.
