        본 연구는 1991년∼2005년의 기간 동안 한국 특허청에 출원된 내국인 특허의 공동발명자료를 이용해 네트워크 특성 변수들의 ‘연도별 x 발명자별’ 패널 자료를 구축하고, 이 자료를 사용하여 발명자 네트워크의 특성변수들이 발명자의 특허생산성에 미치는 효과를 패널 회귀분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째 네트워크상의 강한 연계는 발명자 생산성에 정(+)의 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 네트워크내 중심에 있는 발명자일수록 특허생산성이 높았다. 셋째, 네트워크의 기술적 다양성은 발명자의 특허생산성을 높이는 요인이다. 넷째, 발명자 네트워크의 질이 좋을수록 그 네트워크에 속한 발명자의 특허생산성이 높아진다. 다섯째, 네트워크의 크기가 클수록 네트워크내 발명자의 특허생산성이 높다. 여섯째, 네트워크에만 의존하는 발명자의 특허생산성은 상대적으로 낮았지만, 네트워크에 속하지 않은 발명자의 특허생산성은 오히려 높았다. 일곱째, 네트워크 변수들의 효과는 지역별로 차이가 있다. 여덟째, 지리적 경계가 약화되고 있지만, 네트워크 효과의 지역적 차이는 줄어 들지 않고 있다.

        This experiment was conducted to comparison study on the productivity for certified varieties of import adaptability of silage corn in Pyeongchang area. Total eight varieties (Gangpyeongok, 31N27, 32P75, 32W86, P3156, P3394, DK 689 및 DK 729) were evaluated. The experimental design was 8 treatment of randomized block with three replications. Corn varieties were cultivated in experimental field of Pyeongchang campus, SNU from 1 May to 2 September, 2015 and plot size was 15㎡. Plant height of 32W86 and ear height of Gwanpyeongok was the highest (p<0.05). Tasseling and silking date was 27 July-3 August and silking occurred after 1-3 day of tasseling. Average day to silking was 92 days and that of 31N27 variety was short (p<0.05). The varieties of DeKalbo Company (DK 689 and DK 729) required more times to silking. Average GDD (growth degree day) of eight varieties was 1,023℃ and P3352 was the lowest GDD. In the trials of resistance evaluation, P3394 was strong in disease, P3156 was the highest in insect. All varieties did not show the lodging and variety of DK 729 showed the highest stay green score (p<0.05). Average dry matter content was 30.77%, it showed higher trend in DM. 32W86 was the highest DM content among the varieties, but there was no significant difference among varieties (p>0.05). The weight per ear was the highest in 32W86 and the lowest in Gwanpyeongok. The ration of ear to whole plant was higher in 32W86 and P3394, but it was not found the significant difference (p>0.05). Average yield of fresh and DM was 59,017 and 13,476 kg/ha, respectively. DK 689 showed higher DM and TDN yield than others, but there was not significant difference (p>0.05). According to results, the difference of productivity was not found among certified variety of import adaptability of silage corn. The varieties Gwanpyeongok, 32W86 and 32P75 would be recommendable in Pyeongchang area for stable cultivation.

        This study was conducted to find out the effects of over seeding using new grass varieties orchardgrass ‘Kordione’ and ‘Onnuri’, and tall fescue ‘Greenmaster’ on botanical composition and dry matter productivity from 2013 to 2016 in low productivity hilly pasture, middle area of Korea. There were used 3 grass seed mixture types made of different compositions and amounts {T1: control - no over seeding, T2: tall fescue (TF) ‘Greenmaster’ 18 kg ha-1, orchardgrass (OG) ‘Kordione’ 9 kg ha-1, Perennial ryegrass (PRG) ‘Linn’ 5 kg ha-1, and Kentucky bluegrass (KBG) ‘Kenblue’ 2 kg ha-1, T3: TF ‘Greenmaster’ 9 kg ha-1, OG ‘Kordione’ 18 kg ha-1, PRG ‘Linn’ 5 kg ha-1, and KBG ‘ Kenblue’ 2 kg ha-1, T4: TF ‘Greenmaster’ 9 kg ha-1, OG ‘Onnuri’ 18 kg ha-1, PRG ‘Linn’ 5 kg ha-1, and KBG ‘Kenblue’ 2 kg ha-1}. In the botanical composition of grassland, T1 nearly remained constant in other seasons while ratio of weeds were increased in summer season. T2 was better than control (T1) in portion of grass ratio, which has increased by 80%. In the early time of establishment, the portions of OG were increased in T2, but TF rate was increased after 3 years later when grass was established. T3 and T4 showed a very similar patterns, grass ratio had increased by 80% and the portion of KBG had increased as time passed. T2 (129,763 kg ha-1) was showed the highest dry matter yield than other treatments (T1: 6,756 kg ha-1, T3: 9641, and T4: 10,738) in 2016.

        Productivity improvement is one of the important goals which firms’ technology developments aim at. Firms’ improved productivity from technology development means that their inputs can produce more outputs through technology development, which makes firms’ productivity improvement from technology development more and more important in the age of technology advance and convergence like today. This research empirically analyzes the influence of the external technology collaboration network diversity on the productivity improvement of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from technology development and the moderating effect of the chief technology officer (CTO)-driven technology development on this influence. This study constructs the research model reflecting the moderating impact of the CTO-driven technology development and tests it with the ordinary least squares regression through the IBM SPSS version 23 by using the 2,000 data about South Korean SMEs. This research empirically reveals two points. One is that SMEs’ external technology collaboration network diversity has a positive influence on their productivity improvement from technology development. The other is that the positive effect of SMEs’ external technology collaboration network diversity on their productivity improvement from technology development is moderated by the CTO-driven technology development. The two points revealed in this study present two meaningful implications in not only the practical but also academic point of view. The practical implication is that it is effective for SMEs to use CTOs in increasing their productivity improvement from technology development. The academic implication is that making technology collaboration with more diverse external partners can increase SMEs’ productivity improvement from technology development.

        봄철 건조기후로 인해 봄철 표고버섯 생산량이 감소하므로서 표고 원목재배임가에서는 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 이에 표고 원목재배에서 봄철 건조시기에 표고버섯의 생산성을 높이기 위한 시험을 실시하였다. 표고 원목재배 재배하우스 내에서 2014년 ‘산조502호’ 품종을 접종하여 배양중인 버섯목에 대하여 건표고용 봄버섯이 발생되는 시기인 2016년 3월 중순에서 4월초까지 비닐피복(0.05mm) 시험구와 비닐피복하지 않은 시험 구(각 처리구별 22본)를 처리하여 자실체 발생량, 버섯품질, 온습도 등을 조사하였다. 피복내외의 온습도 환경 조사를 위해 표고 재배사 내에 피복 처리구와 무피복 처리구구에 온습도기록기를 설치하고 2016년 봄철에 접어들어 처음으로 표고가 발이 되기 시작한 3월 21일부터 버섯수확을 마치고 피복을 제거한 4월 12일까 지 온도(최고, 최저)와 습도(최고, 최저)를 시험구별로 분석한 결과, 최고온도는 무피복 처리구가 0.7°C 높은 반면 최저온도는 피복처리구가 1.2°C가 높아 피복효과가 나타났다. 습도를 보면 최고습도는 피복 처리구가 2.6% 높아 많은 차이를 보이지 않았으나 최저습도의 경우는 피복처리구가 10.3% 높아 버섯 생산량과 버섯품 질을 결정하는 결정적인 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 보였다. 처리구별 버섯 발생량 및 발생 수량을 살펴보면, 각 시험구에서 처리 8일후(3월 29일)부터 버섯이 발생되기 시작하여 4월 10일에 모든 버섯 수확이 완료되었다. 총 버섯수확량은 피복 처리구에서 11,145g의 버섯이 수확되어 무피복 처리구에서 발생한 5,330g에 비하여 두배 이상의 월등히 많은 양의 버섯이 수확되었을 뿐 아니라 버섯 발생 개수도 무피복 처리구가 208개에 비해 348개로 많이 발생되었으며 개체중량 또한 25.6g에 비하여 32.0g으로 6.4g 중량이 높게 나타났다.
