        간격침적식 수경재배의 실용화 가능성을 검사하고자 10분간격 간격침적식, 15분간격 간격침적식, NFT식 및 분무경system을 이용하여 토마토에 대한 생육비교 실험을 수행하였다. 1. 초장은 NFT식에서 가장 양호하였으나 주근장은 간헐침지식에서 길었으며 수경과 엽수는 처리간에 차이가 없었다. 2. 생체중과 건물중은 생육초기에는 NFT에서 무거웠으나 생육이 진전될수록 간헐침지식에서 더 무거워졌다. 3. 처리 후 43일의 개화수는 분무경 18.5, 15분간격 간헐침지식 17.8, 10분간격 간헐침지식 16.8, NFT 15.1개 순이었으며 과중은 분무경에서 149.1g으로 가장 무거웠다. 4. 식물체당 평균수량은 분무경에서 1929.1g으로 가장 많았고 10분간격 간헐침지식에서 1475.2g으로 다음이었으며, NFT식 및 15분간격 간헐침지식에서 각각 1276.2, 1084.8g으로 가장 적었다. 5. 식물체당 평균수호과수는 분무경 11.0, NFT식 9.7, 15분간격 간헐침지식 8.3, 10분간격 간헐침지식 7.7개 순이었으며 평균과중은 분무경 192.9, 10분간격 간헐침지식 172.4, NFT식 134.0, 15분간격 간헐침지식 126.0 순이었다. 6. 평균과장은 분무경과 10분간격 간헐침지식에서 NFT식과 15분간격 간헐침지식보다 길었으며 평균과폭은 NFT식, 분무경 및 10분간격 간헐침지식에서 비슷한 정도로 15분간격 간헐침지식보다 켰다.

        양어 및 수경재배 시설의 효율적 이용가능성을 검사하고 이의 효율적인 결합기술을 확립하기 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 양어ㆍ수경병용온실에서의 미기상 환경 특성과 그 환경에서의 작물의 생육 반응을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 평균체중 428.6g의 틸라피아 성어는 147일간에 1.83배로 성장하였고, 평균 체중 12.9g의 치어는 61일 동안 1.37배의 성장율을 보여 정상적으로 성장하였다. 2. 미나리, 상추, 배추 및 실파 공히 수경재배구에서 보다 양어ㆍ수경병용구에서 초장, 생체중 등의 생육이 양호하였다. 3. 두 처리구에서 양액의 pH및 EC의 차이는 크지 않았으나 양액 온도는 양어ㆍ수경병용구에서 약 2℃가 높았다. 4. 일중의 온도 및 습도변화양상은 평균온도가 각각 23.8℃ 및 20.9℃로서 양어ㆍ수경병용구에서 약 2.9℃ 더 높았고 상대습도는 약 6%높았다. 3. CO2 농도는 양어ㆍ수경병용구에서 약 200ppm 정도 높았다. 6. 수경재배구보다 양어ㆍ수경병용구에서 잎의 순동화율이 다소 높았다. 그러므로 동일한 시설공간내에 수경재배와 양어를 병행한다면 난방비의 절감효과 뿐만 아니라 양어와 엽채류의 성장에도 상호보완적인 가중효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

        여름철에 분무(噴霧) 수경재배(水耕栽培)를 통(通)해 옥수수의 청초(靑草) 사료(飼料) 생산(生産)에 관(關)한 실험(實驗)을 하기 위하여 1985년(年) 6월(月) 28일(日)부터 7월(月) 17일(日) 까지 경북대학교내(慶北大學校內) 비닐하우스에서 실시(實施)한 본(本) 실험(實驗)의 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1) 24시간(時間) 침종(浸種)후 48시간(時間) 전처리(前處理)한 다음 치상한 것이 생육(生育)에 좋다고 사료(思料)된다. 2) 육묘(育苗) 상자당(箱子當) 450 g 치상한 것이 생초(生草) 1kg 생육(生育)에 드는 종자(種子)값이 가장 적게 들었다. 3) Hyponex 1,000배, Yogen 300배로 영양제(營養劑)를 매일(每日) 산포(散布)하는 것이 생체중(生體重)이 가장 무거웠고, 2일(日)에 1회(回) 산포시(散布時)는 Yogen 300배로, 3일(日)에 1회(回) 산포시(散布時)는 Hyponex 500배로 산포(散布)하는 것이 좋다고 사료(思料)된다. 그러나 생초(生草) 1 kg 생육(生育)에 드는 최소(最少)의 종자(種子)값만 73만원 정도(程度)의 비용(費用)이 들므로 여름철엔 청초(靑草) 사료(飼料) 구입(購入)이 용이(容易)한 계절(季節)인 관계(關係)로 여름철에 별(別)로 효과적(效果的)인 방법(方法)이 못된다고 사료(思料)된다.

        보리 및 맥주맥의 발아율(發芽率), 초장(草長) 및 생장율(生長率)에 미치는 전처리(前處理)의 효과(效果)를 조사(調査)하기 위하여 1984년(年) 11월(月) 5일(日)부터 12월(月) 5일(日)까지 실시(實施)한 본(本) 실험(實驗)의 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 공시(供試)한 각(各) 보리 품종(品種)들의 prechilling 처리(處理)에 대한 효과(效果)는 5~8일간(日間)의 처리(處理)에서 발아율(發芽率)이 가장 높았고, 맥주맥은 8일간(日間)의 처리(處理)에서 가장 높았다. predrying에서는 사천 6호(號)만 5일간(日間)의 처리(處理)에서 발아율(發芽率)이 가장 높았고, 그 외의 품종(品種)들은 공(供)히 7일간(日間)의 처리(處理)에서 가장 높은 발아율(發芽率)을 보였다. 생장율(生長率)은 모든 품종(品種) 공(供)히 5~8일간(日間)의 Prechilling 처리(處理)에서 가장 높았으며, Predrying은 오월보리와 향맥이 3일(日), 사천 6호(號) 5일(日) 및 알보리 7일간(日間)의 처리(處理)에서 각각(各各) 높은 생장율(生長率)을 보였다. 초장(草長)은 모든 보리 품종(品種) 공(供)히 5일간(日間)의 Prechilling 처리(處理)에서 가장 길었으며, 맥주맥 품종(品種)들은 8일간(日間)의 처리(處理)에서 가장 길었다.

        Supply electrical conductivity (EC) concentration of the nutrition solution is an important factor in the absorption of nutrients by plants and the management of the root zone, as it can control the vegetative/reproductive growth of a plant. Paprika usually undergoes its reproductive and vegetative growth simultaneously. Therefore, ensuring proper growth of the plant leads to increased yield of paprika. In this study, growth characteristics of paprika were examined according to the EC concentration of a coir and a rockwool substrate. The supply EC was 1.0, 2.0, and 4.0 mS·cm-1 applied at the initial stages of the growth using the rockwool (commonly used by paprika farmers) and the coir substrate with a chip and dust ratio of 50:50 and 70:30. For up to 16 weeks of paprika growth, EC concentrations of 1.0 and 2.0 mS·cm-1 were found to have a greater effect on the growth than EC at 4.0 mSꞏcm-1. The normality (marketable) rate of fruit, the soluble solid content, and paprika growth showed that the coir was generally better than the rockwool regardless of the supply EC concentration. The values of the yield per plant at an EC concentration of 4.0 mS·cm-1 was mostly similar at 1.6 kg (coir 50:50), 1.5 kg (coir 70:30) and 1.5 kg (rockwool), but the yield of the rockwool was 88%, which was lower than 98% and 94% yield of the coir substrate. Therefore, this concludes that coir substrate is more effective than rockwool at improving paprika productivity. The results also suggest that the use of coir substrate for paprika has many benefits in terms of reducing production costs and preventing environmental destruction during post-processing.

        In this study, the amount of harmful fungi and bacteria contained in the drainage and culture medium from the paprika hydroponic facility is identified. In addition, by proposing the necessity of effective purification of discharged drainage, this study attempted to confirm the possibility of drainage reuse. Finally, this study provides basic data on the basis for calculating the need for purification facilities in the future, as well as improvements in horticulture facility for sustainable agriculture. As a result of the analysis, a total of 12 types of fungi were detected in paprika medium and 10 types of fungi were detected in the drainage, and their densities were 130 and 68, respectively. Among the fungi detected in the media and drainage of the paprika hydroponic facility, the fungi with the highest detection frequency are Fusarium, Phytophthora, and Pythium. In the case of bacteria, a total of 2 types of bacteria were detected in the paprika facilities, and the density was 28 and 23, respectively. Therefore, in order to reuse the drainage and settle the circulating hydroponic cultivation system, a water treatment process capable of appropriate treatment is required.

        Gynura procumbens (Family Asteraceae) is a medicinal plant commonly found in tropical Asia countries such as China, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Traditionally, it is widely used in many different countries for the treatment of a wide variety of health ailments such as kidney discomfort, rheumatism, diabetes mellitus, constipation, and hypertension. The objective of this study was to select the natural growth media for hydroponic cultivation of Gynura procumbens. The commercially available thirty four different organic nutrient solutions were analyzed for growing Gynura procumbens. After analysis, two organic nutrient solution were selected, mixed (pH 5.5~6.5 / EC 0.5~1.0 ds/m) and then used as organic fertilizers. Thirty day old seedlings were planted and the environmental conditions of the rhizosphere were also examined to select the natural media composition. The minimum temperature of rhizosphere by type of natural media was highest in cocopeat media and lowest in perlite media. Furthermore, plant growth was examined from 50 days old seedlings, and vermiculite was observed to be most effective and perlite was the least effective component as natural media. The total polyphenol content of the studied plant material was also higher in vermiculite in comparison to other growth media. The Gynura procumbens yields were also higher in vermiculite in comparison to other growth media. Thus, vermiculite can be used to improve Gynura procumbens plant growth as a natural growth media.

        This study aimed to analyze the growth and physical responsees of Dracaena braunii in response salt accumulation in ornamental water culture and to examine the effect of activated carbon on this growth response. The experiment was conducted in a plant growth chamber and the indoor environmental conditions of the chamber were set at 23 ± 1℃ temperature, 70 ± 3% humidity, and 1,000 lux brightness. The observation of the growth response of plants in the presence of activated carbon showed that the pH with activated carbon maintained sub-acidic to neutral (6.27∼7.32) conditions and showed decreased electric conductivity in the media. As the treatment with added activated carbon showed good growth and physical responses, this indicated that absorption effect of activated carbon had a positive influence on the growth of plants. However, as the absorption effect of activated carbon may decrease over time and the use of high concentrations of activated carbon might cause nutrition shortage, various concentration of activated carbon and their absorption effects need to be investigated in the future.

        Background: Ginseng produced by hydroponics can be cultivated without using agricultural chemicals; thus, it can be used as a raw materials for functional foods, medicines, and cosmetics. This study aimed to determine the optimal harvesting time to obtain the highest levels of ginsenoside and ginseng, as this was not previously unknown. Methods and Results: One-year-old organic ginseng seedlings were transplanted and cultivated using hydroponics for 150 days in a venlo-type greenhouse, using ginseng nursery bed soil and a nutrient solution (NO3 −-N; 6.165, P; 3.525, K; 5.625, Ca; 4.365, Mg; 5.085, S; 5.31 mEq/ℓ). Ginsenoside content and fresh and dry weights were higher at 120 days after transplanting than at 30, 60, 90, and 150 days. Total ginsenoside content was 11.86 times higher in the leaf and stem than in the root at 120 days after transplanting. Ginsenosides F1, F2, F3, and F5 were detected in ginseng leaves and stems. These chemical compounds are known to be effective in altering skin properties, including whitening, anti-inflammation, and anti-aging. Conclusions: Optimal harvesting time for ginseng cultivated using hydroponics was 120 days after transplanting when the biomass and ginsenoside content were highest.

        The present study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the growth response of Dracaena braunii treated with chloride ions and to evaluate its salt tolerance. Distilled water (CON) was spiked with 1 (C1), 2 (C2), 5 (C5), 10 (C10) and 15 g/L (C15) CaCl2, respectively. Acidity (pH) and electrical conductivity of hydroponic solution, and leaf width, leaf length, root length, number of leaves, fresh weight, dry weight and the water content of Dracaena braunii were measured. Acidity and electrical conductivity remarkably increased commensurate with increasing concentrations of CaCl2. Growth in the C1 treatment was better than that in CON, whereas the C10 or C15 treatments caused either slow growth or withering of the plants. Fresh weight, dry weight and water content were significantly decreased in response to CaCl2 concentration, compared with those in the control. These results showed that CaCl2 concentration less than 1 g/L may be used as a hydroponic solution for D. braunii, as long as the water quality is not too saline. The chlorine ion has a negative effect on the growth.

        Background: Ginseng is a perennial crop grown for more than four years in the same place. Therefore, it is highly affected by the soil environment, especially nutrients in the soil. The present study was carried out to investigate to the influence of boron and iron concentrations on the physiological status, growth, and mineral uptake of ginseng to obtain the basic information for diagnosing a physiological disorder in ginseng plants. Methods and Results: The boron and iron concentrations were controlled at 3, 30, 150, 300 and 2, 20, 100, 200㎎/ℓ, respectively. When treated with 150㎎/ℓ of boron, the ginseng plants showed yellowing or necrosis symptoms at the edge or end of their leaves. Compared with the 3㎎/ℓ treatment, the root weight decreased by 13 and 24% in the 150 and 300㎎/ℓ treatments, respectively. When treated with 20㎎/ℓ of iron, the ginseng plants showed yellowing between the veins of the leaves followed by the formation of brown spots. The root weight gradually decreased with increasing iron concentration. Approximately 55% decrease in root weight was observed upon treatment with 200㎎/ℓ of iron. Conclusions: The boron toxicity occurs in the leaves of ginseng at the boron concentration of approximately 1,900㎎/㎏ or more. The iron toxicity occurs at the iron concentration of approximately 120㎎/㎏ for leaves and 270㎎/㎏ for roots.

        The current study was performed to investigate the effect of recycling coir substrates on the growth, fruit yield, and quality of strawberry plants. Analysis of physical properties revealed that the pH of a fresh coir substrate was 5.04 while those of substrates reused for one and two years were 5.20 and 5.33, respectively. The electrical conductivity (EC) of a new substrate was as high as 4.58 dS·m−1. This can cause salt stress after transplanting. The EC tended to decrease as the substrate was recycled, and the EC of a two-year recycled substrate was 1.48 dS·m−1. The fresh substrate had lower nitrogen and calcium concentrations, but higher phosphate, potassium, and sodium concentrations than the recycled coir substrate. The coir substrates recycled for one or two years maintained better chemical properties for plant growth than the fresh substrate. Strawberry growth varied depending on the number of years that the coir substrate was recycled. In general, strawberries grown in substrates that had been reused for two years did better than those grown in substrates that had been reused once or were fresh. Ninety days after transplanting, a plant grown in a substrate that had been reused for two years contained 25 leaves, which was 3.6 more than with a fresh substrate. In addition, the plants grown in a substrate that had been reused for two years exhibited larger leaf areas than those grown in other substrates. Coir substrates that had been reused for one year increased the number and area of leaves, but not as much as the substrate that had been reused for two years. One- and two-year reused coir substrates increased the weight of strawberries produced relative to the unused substrate, but the difference was not statistically significant. The plants grown in two-year reused substrates were longer and wider, as well. Also, the number of fruits per plant was higher when substrates were reused. Specifically, the number of fruits per plant was 28.7 with a two-year reused substrate, but only 22.2 with a fresh substrate. The fruit color indices (as represented by their Hunter L, a, b values) were not considerably affected by recycling of the coir substrate. The Hunter L value, which indicates the brightness of the fruit, did not change significantly when the substrate was recycled. Neither Hunter a (red) nor b (yellow) values were changed by recycling. In addition, there were no significant changes in the hardnesses, acidities, or soluble solid-acid ratios of fruits grown in recycled substrates. Thus, it is thought that recycling the coir substrate does not affect measures of fruit quality such as color, hardness, and sugar content. Overall, reuse of coir substrates from hydroponic culture as high-bed strawberry growth substrates would solve the problems of new substrate costs and the disposal of substrates that had been used once.

        This study was conducted to dentify the optimum plantlet type of ‘Solara’ potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) for growth in an aeroponics system. Plantlets of ‘Solara’ were transplanted on March 16, 2015 in a greenhouse, and growth and yield characteristics were investigated at 70 and 78 days after transplanting, respectively. Stem length was shorter in plantlet of 15-day-old stem cuttings and acclimatization of culture, and the stem length of plantlets of stem cuttings tended to increase with increasing stem cutting age. The fresh weight of plants was the highest in the plantlets of 40-day-old stem cuttings and the lowest in non-rooted stem cuttings and acclimatization of culture. The highest number of first stolons was obtained in 35-day-old stem cuttings. The number of second stolons was the highest in plantlets of 35-day-old stem cuttings, acclimatization of culture, and 30- day-old stem cuttings. The total number of tubers was higher in plantlets of 35-day-old stem cuttings and acclimatization of culture, and the number of tubers above 3 g was the highest in plantlets of 35-day-old stem cuttings. The weight of tubers above 3 g was the heaviest in plantlets of 35-day-old stem cuttings(1,947 g per 10 plants), followed by plantlets of 30-day-old stem cuttings. These results indicate that plantlets of 30 to 35-day-old stem cuttings could be the best for production of ‘Solara’ potato tubers in an aeroponics system.

        Background: Electrical conductivity (EC) and pH are important features of nutrient solution, affecting both growth and quality of crops by altering nutrient uptake. Methods and Results: The pH values of nutrient solutions were controlled at 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and EC values were controlled at 0.68, 0.84, 1.23, 1.41 dS/m. Gingesng root weights were higher during the initial growth period when the plants were treated with low pH and low EC nutrient solutions. However, the higher pH and EC levels, the greater the increase in the rate of root weight between the initial and middle growth periods. The highest ginsenoside amount changed during growth period. The total ginsenoside amount was highest in the root, and the lowest in leaves at 45 and 90 days after treatment, respectively, with solution at a pH of 6.0. After 135 days of treatment, the highest total ginsenoside amount was detected in root treated with soluton with EC values of 1.23 dS/m. Conclusions: For the cultivation of ginseng using a nutriculture system, the pH and EC values of nutrient solutions should to be controlled based on the stage of growth and targeted plant organ (root or leaves).

        최근 건강을 생각하는 먹거리의 추세 변화가 양보다 질 위주의 유기농 및 친환경 등을 이용하여 재배하는 작물에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이는 출처를 알 수 없는 불량식품 뿐만 아니라 국내 대기업 식품사들까 지 먹거리에 대한 불신을 야기 시킨 사례들로 인해 전체적인 불신으로 확대되어 사회적 관심사로 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 시점에서 먹거리에 대한 불신을 조금이나마 해소하려는 일환으로, 재배조건이 까다 롭지 않으며, 성장기간이 짧은 상추재배를 중심으로 가정용 수경식물 재배기기를 연구하였다. 식물과 식물 재배 그리고 수경식물 등을 고찰하여 이론적 배경으로 삼았으며, 식물재배에 관련된 현황과 기기에 대하여 정리 하였고, 실물 제작에 필요한 부품과 스팩에 관하여 시장조사 후 배치도 도면 및 모형을 진행 하였다. 정형화된 기기를 소비자가 직접 원하는 공간에 배치할 수 있는 심플하고 가벼운 외형과 직관적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한, 원 버튼 시스템화를 통하여 간편성을 부여하여 디자인하였다. 본 연구는 식물재배공장 형태 및 대형화의 모습을 띄고 있는 식물재배 산업을 통하여, 가정용 수경식물 재배기기의 조건을 찾아 프로토타 입 모델을 제시하였다. 이는 향 후 그 다양해 질 수 있는 연구 개발에 디자인 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있 으며, 나아가 가정용 타 식물재배기기 디자인 개발 시 구조와 배치, 사양 등이 참고로 활용되길 기대한다.

        본 시험은 최근 미나리 가격상승과 관련하여 관행 물논재배의 악성노동, 수확, 선별, 포장 등 과다노동력 투입과, 인건비 상승으로 지속적인 경영비 상승을 보이고 있는 미나리의 작업편이성, 생산성 향상을 도모하고자 미나리 종자를 이용한 밭 재배 및 수경재배의 관행재배 대비 경제성을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 시험은 4~5월까지 실시하였으며, 초장은 관행재배 41.1cm, 밭 재배가 13.0cm, 수경재배가 31.3cm로 관행재배가 가장 길었으며, 종자를 이용한 밭 재배 및 수경재배의 주당 줄기 수는 밭 재배가 3.3줄기, 수경재배가 6.1줄기로 밭 재배보다는 수경재배에서 줄기발생율이 높게 조사되었다. 줄기당 엽수는 줄기무게는 관행재배가 4.4g, 토양재배가 0.6g, 수경재배가 6.5g으로 수경재배가 가장 무겁게 측정되었다. 각 재배방법의 단위면적 수량은 관행재배가 3.8kg/㎡, 밭 재배 0.2kg/㎡, 수경재배 1.3kg/㎡로 나타났다.

        본 연구는 관상용 수경재배에서 수질의 악화를 막고, 식물생육을 촉진할 수 있는 활성탄에 대한 적정량과 효용성을 알아보기 위해 실내식물인 스킨답서스(Epipremnum aureum)를 재료로 배지특성와 생육반응을 살펴보았다. 물과 활성탄의 비율은 물 100%(Control), 물 80% + 활성탄 20%(W4C1), 물 60% + 활성탄 40%(W3C2), 물 40% + 활성탄 60%(W2C3)로 총 4가지 처리한 후 약 6개월간 실험을 수행하였다. 배지측정항목은 수위변동, 산도, 전기전도도 등이며, 생육측정항목은 초장, 근장, 엽수, 낙엽수, 지상부와 지하부 생체중, 지상부와 지하부의 건조중 등이다. 수위변동은 Control> W4C1> W3C2> W2C3순으로 변동폭이 증가해, Control과 W2C3처리구간의 차이가 확연하게 나타났다. 산도는 대조구가 3.75로 가장 낮았으며, W4C1처리구 6.06, W3C2처리구 6.79, W2C3처리구 8.17 순이었다. 전기전도도는 W4C1> Control> W3C2> W2C3순으로 각각 35.25, 166.96, 215.68, 661.03(dS·m-1)로 W4C1처리를 제외하고, 활성탄의 비율이 높을수록 증가되었다. 초장은 W3C2처리에서 25.74cm 로 수치적으로 가장 길었고, W4C1 24.98cm , Control 22.10cm, W2C3 21.53cm 순으로 짧았다. 반면, 근장은 Control, W4C1, W3C2, W2C3처리에서 각각 37.82, 28.89, 26.21, 18.77cm 순으로 활성탄의 배지비율이 높아질수록 뚜렷하게 짧아졌다. 지상부와 지하부 생체중은 활성탄 40% 비율인 W3C2처리구에서 가장 무거웠으며, 지상부와 지하부 건조중은 20%비율인 W4C1처리에서 가장 무거웠다. 광합성율은 활성탄 처리비율에 따른 통계적 유의차는 없었다. 엽수는 활성탄 배지비율이 20%인 W4C1처리에서 가장 높았고, 대조구에서 가장 낮은 반면, 낙엽수는 대조구를 제외하고 처리간에 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서, 전반적으로 수경배지에 활성탄의 비율이 높아질수록 대조구에 비해 지상부보다는 지하부의 생육에 더 영향을 주는 것이 분명하나, 활성탄의 비율이 60% 이상일 경우 오히려, 전반적인 생육이 저조한 현상을 보여, 관상용 수경재배에 있어서 수질정화와 스킨답서스의 생육을 위해서는 20%이내의 활성탄을 첨가하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다.

        The management and control of mineral nutrients is one of most important techniques to increase the productivity and the quality of Korean ginseng. The mineral nutrients are measured with different plant tissues and different growth stages of 2-year-old ginseng grown under hydroponic culture with two different temperatures. The content of N, P, Ca, and Mg were higher at low temperature in both leaves and roots than those at high temperature. However, the content of K was high in leaves at low temperature compared to that of high temperature, while it was not significantly different in roots. The uptake amounts of N and K was higher throughout the experimental period at low temperature in both leaves and roots than those at high temperature. However, the uptake amount of P was not clearly different between two different temperatures and among six different growth stages. The uptake amount of N, P, K was generally decreased in leaves from June to August, while it was increased in roots. The relationship between dry weight and mineral nutrients in leaves was appeared positive with N, K, Ca, and Mg, but negative P. In roots, N, K, Ca, and Mg were negative, showing that was positive with only P. Comparing the correlation coefficients among mineral nutrients in leaves, N and K were significantly positive correlation each other. P was significantly positive correlation with Na and Zn. In case of roots, N was highly significant positive correlation with K, Mg, and Mn, but P was negatively correlated with Ca, Cu, Na, Fe, and Zn.
