        In recent years, interest in halal authentication from the domestic food and cosmetics field has been growing for advances into the overseas halal market. For halal authentication, the product must not contain haram ingredients derived from pig, dog, human, GMO, etc. In this study, the presence of haram ingredients in plant extracts (carrot, oyster mushroom, and pine needle) treated with papain and bromelain and cosmetics (mask pack and cream) containing these extracts were analyzed by PCR to confirm whether these cosmetics were suitable for halal authentication. Detection limits of the PCR method that specifically detected template DNA of human, pig, dog, and GMO were 1.29×103, 1.14×103, 1.24×102 and 2.02×103 copies/tube, respectively. PCR was not inhibited by the plant extracts or cosmetic ingredients. Results of PCR for the plant extracts or cosmetics containing these extracts were all negative. This PCR method could be used to rapidly identify the presence of haram ingredients in raw materials or final products during the manufacturing process of food and cosmetics.

        환경오염원으로부터 지역별 솔잎혹파리 피해도의 차이를 조사하기 위하여 실시한 결과, 솔잎혹파리 충영형성율은 석유화학공단에 의한 환 경오염이 심각한 상황에 있는 공단지역은 충영형성률 47.94%이었고, 대조지역은 9.94%였다. 솔잎혹파리 피해엽은 공단지역 피해엽의 길이는 평균 4.5 cm 였으며, 대조지역은 평균 4.9 cm 이었다. 솔잎혹파리 피해엽의 충영내 유충의 수는 공단지역은 평균 3.4개체이었고, 대조지역은 2.4개체 이 었다. 성숙유충의 크기는 공단지역이 유충체장은 2.40 mm, 체폭은 0.7 mm 이었으며, 대조지역의 유충체장은 2.45 mm, 체폭은 0.71 mm 이었다.

        본 연구는 다양한 생리적 효능이 우수한 솔잎 분말을 첨가 (0, 3, 6, 9, 12%)한 매작과를 제조하여 매작과의 항산화 활성 을 입증하고 품질특성을 측정하였다. 솔잎 분말의 총 페놀화 합물 함량은 9.93±0.2 ㎎ GAE/g이며, 이를 매작과에 첨가한 경우 시료의 첨가량에 비례하여 증가하였다. 제조된 매작과 의 DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 측정한 결과, 솔잎 분말의 첨가량 에 따라 항산화 활성도 유의적으로 증가하는 결과를 나타내 었다. 솔잎 분말 첨가 매작과의 품질평가를 실시한 결과, 반죽의 밀도는 솔잎 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 높게 나타났고, pH는 감소하였다. 매작과의 부피는 매작과의 첨가량에 따라 감소하는 경향이었으며, 매작과의 색도는 솔잎 분말의 첨가 량이 증가할수록 L값과 b값이 낮아지고, a값이 높아졌으며, 수분 함량과 경도는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 매작과의 기호도 검사(전반적인 기호도, 향, 맛, 바삭함, 색)에서는 6% 솔잎 매작과의 기호도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 저장기간 에 따른 매작과의 산가와 과산화물가를 살펴본 결과, 솔잎 분 말 첨가량이 증가할수록 산패가 지연되는 경향을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과로 보아 매작과에 솔잎 분말을 첨가하는 것은 매 작과의 기호도를 증가시키고 총 페놀 함량과 DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 높여 매작과의 가치를 높이는 것으로 사료되며, 솔 잎 분말을 첨가하여 매작과를 제조할 경우, 6% 로 솔잎 분말 을 첨가할 경우 매작과의 관능적인 품질을 증진시킬 수 있는 가장 최적 조건으로 생각되며, 상품 개발 가능성이 가장 높은 것으로 사료된다.

        본 연구에서는 건조방법에 따른 잣솔잎 추출액 분말의 항산화적 특성과 성분변화를 조사하고자 생 잣솔잎을 진공건조, 열풍건조, 동결건조한 후 50% 에탄올로 추출하여 항산화적 활성 및 페놀산 함량에 미치는 영향을 비교하였다. 각건조방법으로 건조시킨 잣솔잎 추출액 분말의 수율은 진공건조 시료가 31.06%로 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 열풍건조시료 및 동결건조 시료의 순으로 나타났다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 열풍건조 시료가 유의적으로 적었으며(p<0.05), 반면플라보노이드의 함량은 총 폴리페놀 함량과 반대의 경향으로 열풍건조 시료에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 전자공여능 및 ABTS radical 소거능은 1.0mg/mL 농도에서동결건조>진공건조>열풍건조 시료의 순으로 높은 활성을나타내었다. 건조방법별 아질산염 소거능은 반응조건의 pH를 1.2와 3.0으로 달리하여 각각 측정한 결과 pH 1.2의 강산성 조건에서 잣솔잎의 아질산염 소거능이 80% 이상으로높은 활성을 나타내었으며, 진공건조 시료가 유의적으로 높은 활성을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 잣솔잎 추출물의 페놀산 조성과 함량은 t-cinnamic acid가 잣솔잎 중에 가장 많은 함량을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 chlorogenic acid의 함량이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 건조방법에 따른 추출물의 페놀산 함량은 페놀산의 종류에 따라 건조방법 별 함량의 차이를 보였으나, 모든 페놀산을 합한 총 페놀산 함량은열풍건조, 진공건조 및 동결건조 순으로 나타났다.

        분말을 우리밀 밀가루 중량 100%를 기준하여 각각 0.5, 1.0 및 2.0% 첨가하여 제조한 국수의 품질특성을 조사하였다. DPPH radical 소거활성, 환원력, 자동산화 억제활성, tyrosinase 저해활성을 측정한 결과, 분획물의 농도가 증가함에 따라 항산화활성은 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 부탄올 분획물에서 높은 DPPH radical 소거활성, 환원력, 자동산화 억제활성, tyrosinase 저해활성을 보였다. 솔잎분말을 첨가하여 제조한 국수의 중량, 부피, 함수율 및 국물의 탁도는 대조구와 비교하여 분말의 첨가량이 많을수록 증가하였다. 색도는 솔잎분말의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 L값과 a값은 감소하였으며 b값은 증가하였다. 솔잎분말을 첨가하여 조리한 국수의 조직감은 우리밀 밀가루만 사용하여 제조한 대조구에 비하여 경도, 응집성, 탄력성, 검성 및 씹힘성이 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 관능검사 결과 솔잎 분말 1.0% 첨가구에서 색, 맛 및 전체적인 기호도가 높게 나타났으며, 향과 조직감에서는 대조구와 비교하여 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다.

        본 연구는 솔잎 토착미생물을 이용하여 제조된 발효사료 급여가 돼지의 성장, 혈액성상, 도체형질 및 경제성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 평균 체중 75kg인 3원교잡종 (Landrance× Yorkshire×Duroc) 180두를 공시하여 돈방 당 15두씩 시험구당 3반복으로 실시하였다. 발효사료는 원료 사료와 미생물을 혼합 후 혐기적 상태로 10일간 발효시켰으며, 양돈용 사료에 0 (대조구, CON), 3 (T1), 5 (T2) 및 10% (T3)로 대체하여, 42일간 급여 후 도축하였다. 발효사료의 조단백질 함량은 발효 후가 발 효 전보다 높았지만 (p<0.05), 조섬유 함량과 pH는 낮았다 (p<0.05). 돼지의 혈중 Hemoglobin 함량은 T3구가 대조구에 비해 높았고 (p<0.05), Hematocrit 함량은 대조구와 T1구가 T2구와 T3구에 비해 높았 고 (p<0.05), Platelet 함량은 T1구가 T2구와 T3구에 비해 높았다 (p<0.05). 대조구의 혈중 total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol 및 Triglycerides 함량은 발효사료를 대체한 모든 시험구에 비해 높았으나 (p<0.05), HDL-cholesterol 함량은 적었다 (p<0.05). 지육중량과 지육율은 T1구와 T3구가 대조구와 T2 구에 비해 높았으며 (p<0.05), 등지방 두께는 T1구와 T2구가 T3구에서 비해 낮았다 (p<0.05). 육 등급은 발효사료를 대체한 모든 시험구가 대조구에 비해 개선되었으며 (p<0.05), kg 증체당 사료비는 발효사료 를 급여했을 때 약 2~6% 적었다. 따라서 솔잎 토착미생물을 이용하여 제조한 발효사료의 급여는 돼지의 건강과 육 등급 개선 및 사료비 절감에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

        The pine needles can be used for four seasons in normal living and it can be taken friendly everywhere as it is distributed over 50% in Korea. The pine needles consist of vitamins, protein, minerals, essential oil and enzyme related to antimicrobial activity. It has effect like high blood pressure, neuralgia and hanged over by terpene, glucokinin, rutin, apigenic acid and tannin. Also the extract of them can be used for dyeing of fabrics. However, the extract components and effects of them are not well known yet. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the volatile components of the pine needles extract and functionality. The pine needles extract was dyed into various fabrics(nylon, silk, wool and soybean) and mordanted with Al, Cu, Cr, Fe and Sn. The extracted aroma compounds were compared by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The major volatile compounds of pine needles verified by using SPME were alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, beta-phellandrene, caryophyllene, ethanon, benzen. A total of 15 compounds were identified by using the SPME fibers. In the UV-visible spectra, the maximum absorption of wavelength of the pine needles ethanol extract appeared at 460, 630nm for chlorophyll component and at 237, 281nm for tannin component with the pine needles distilled water extract. Most of sample showed high antibacterial effect in none mordant but wool fabric showed high antibacterial effect in mordants. The result of UV block test showed a superior ability of blocking ultraviolet ray infiltration in all sample.

        The pine needles has been used as medicines and it is using as dyeing as well as food. It is distributed through 50% in Korean forest. The pine needles is related to antimicrobial activity, however, dyeing properties of the extract components and effects of them are not well known yet. To examine dyeing properties of the pine needles extract, various fabrics(nylon, silk, wool, and soybean) were dyed under different dyeing conditions, and mordanted with one of five mordants(Al, Sn, Fe, Cr, and Cu). Dye uptake, Colors and Colorfastness of the dyed fabrics were measured. By the K/S values, dye uptake of all the dyed fabrics enhanced as increasing dyeing temperature and dyeing time. The highest K/S values were obtained from the protein fiber(wool and silk) fabrics dyed with water extract at 100℃, and with ethanol extract at 90℃ for 80 minutes. Colors of the dyed fabrics showed variety of yellow, brown and green colors. Colors changed by using Cu, Fe and Cr mordants: Cr-mordanted fabrics into light green, Fe-mordanted fabrics into reddish brown, and Cu-mordanted fabrics into deep green in ethanol extraction. Dry-cleaning fastness of the dyed fabrics presented good to excellent except wool fabrics dyed with ethanol extract. Washing fastness of the dyed nylon and soybean fabrics were good to excellent but wool and silk fabrics showed average grades. Most dyed fabrics were poor to light fastness.

        The principal objective of this study was to determine the quality characteristics of seasoned sauce and seasoned pork rib to which pine needle powder was added during storage. The pH value, color value, active bacterial cell count, lipid oxidation, shear force, and sensory evaluation of seasoned sauce and seasoned pork rib to which 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4% pine needle powder was added were measured during storage at 5℃. The storage periods for the seasoned sauce were 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 and 30 days, and the storage periods for the seasoned pork ribs were 0, 1, 3, 5, 7 days. We determined that the pH values of both seasoned sauce and seasoned pork rib decreased with increasing quantities of pine needle powder and longer storage periods. The lightness (L) and yellowness (b) of the seasoned sauce were increased and the redness (a) of that decreased with increasing pine needle powder contents and longer storage periods. The L, a, and b values of the seasoned pork rib decreased with increasing pine needle powder contents, whereas the L and b values of that were decreased and the a value increased with longer storage periods. The active bacterial cell count of the seasoned sauce was detected at between 102 to 104 CFU/mL over a storage period of 30 days, regardless of the addition of pine needle powder; additionally, the addition of 4% pine needle powder resulted in the lowest active bacterial cell count among the samples. The active bacterial cell count in the seasoned pork rib decreased with increasing additions of pine needle powder, and was increased during storage. The influence of pine needle powder contents on the active bacterial cell count of seasoned pork rib were minimal, and the active bacterial cell count of that was suppressed by the addition of only 1% pine needle powder. Lipid oxidation in the seasoned pork rib was suppressed by the addition of more than 2% pine needle powder. We noted no difference in the shear force of the seasoned pork rib to which pine needle powder was added. In our sensory evaluation, the intensity of color (greenish brown), flavor (herbal flavor) and taste (bitter & herbal taste) of the seasoned pork rib increased with increasing pine needle powder contents, whereas the texture of the seasoned pork rib evidenced no differences. The overall acceptability of the seasoned pork rib with 0, 1 and 2% added pine needle powder was higher than that of the seasoned pork rib with 3 and 4% added pine needle powder. Thus, the addition of 2% pine needle powder to seasoned pork rib sauce yielded appropriate results with regard to antibacterial, antioxidative, and sensory properties.

        The interest of natural chemicals has been increased because of inflection of endocrine disruptor and fatal health danger originated from artificial chemical compounds. The essential oil is one of the representative natural chemicals which can be collected from the most plants and can be applied to high value‐added merchandise such as the antiseptics, anti‐oxidants and deodorants. In this study, essential oil was testified to remove odor such as NH3. In case of the essential oil of a pine leaf, removal efficiency of NH3 was about 100%. The NH3 removal efficiency of the mixed solution (mixture of essential oil and ethanol) was slightly lower than that of pure essential oil and this leads to the conclusion that use of mixture is more economical and effective to control the odor.

        We extracted pine-needles using ethanol as solvent, and we obtained the refined oil component from pine-needles extract. Also we tested the tyrosinase activated inhibition effect with melanin experiment and analysed with ICP/OES and UV/VIS. Accordingly we obtained the next conclusion from the result of this experiment. From the first result of this experiment, we could know that the degree of recovery of refined oil component from pine-needles extract appeared in about 8.0%. From the second result of this experiment, we could know that the tyrosinase activated inhibition rate increased more and more in case of increasing concentration of pine-needles, green-tea, vitamine-C. Also we could know that vitarnine-C influences to tyrosinase activated inhibition contained in pine-needles. From the third result of this experiment, we could know that inorganic materials of Ca, Mg, V, Mn, etc contained in pine-needles detected with ICP/OES analysis, and the absorbance of pine-needles extract appeared very high in UV/VIS analysis.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary Morus alba L.(Bong-ip, B), Glycyrrhizae glabra(Gam-chei, C), Pinus densiflora(Sol-lp, S) and Angelica gigas(Dang-gi, D)powder on serum composition in rats(Sprague-Dawley male rats, 100-110g). Serum TG(triglyceride, p〈0.01), total cholesterol, glucose, total protein, albumin, GGT(γ-glutamyl transferase, p〈0.05) were significantly increased D group than that of nomal and other groups, but UA(uric acid, p〈0.05) was significantly decreased, and C group(p〈0.05) was significantly increased. but C group of urine(p〈0.05) was significantly decreased. Also, B and S groups(p〈0.05) of BUN(blood urea nitrogen), S group(p〈0.05) of ALP(alkaline phosphokinase, Band C(p〈0.05) of CPK(creatinine phosphokinsae, p〈0.05) were significantly increased. B, S and C groups were better than D group for lipid metabolism, and pretection to liver. Also, B and C groups of glucose were same as normal diet, so Morus alba L. was good food for lipid metabolism and hypoglycemic effect.

        We have extracted the natural pine-needles to use ethanol in solvent, and could obtain the refined oil component from pine-needles extract. We have tested the antimicrobial effect from microbe experiment and analyzed with ICP/OES, GC/MS. we could obtain the next conclusion from the result of this experiment. In the first result of this experiment we could know that in case of increasing concentration of pine-needles, the number of microbe decreased more and more. Also we could know that the refined oil component of pine-needles appeared the sterilization effect of S-aureus and E-coli after 96hrs and 120hrs. So we could know that the refined oil component of appeared effect to microbe. In the second result of this experiment we could know that inorganic materials of Ca, Mg, V, Mn etcs from pine-needles detected to ICP/OES analysis and the aromatic compounds from refined oil component of pine-needles was certificated to GC/MS analysis.
