This study analyzes the resistance spot weldability of DP60 steels. To analyze the resistance spot weldability of DP60 steels, tensile strength test and macro-section test were conducted for the resistance spot welds. Acceptable welding conditions were determined as a function of the resistance spot welding process parameters such as electrode force, welding time, and welding current. The lower limit of the welding lobe was the minimum shear tension strength for 590MPa-grade steel while the upper limit was determined whether or not expulsion was detected.

In case of domestic pyrolysis dry distillation gassification technology, it stays at the stage of its early introduction and development. Moreover, the companies possessed of this technology are limited to Japan and some countries in Europe, and domestic operative performance of this system is nominal, so there exist a lot of difficulties in securing its basic data. In addition, considering its operation and management, there happens a corrosion of metals by the production of corrosive gases in time of combustion of waste, and there arise a problem of occurrence of low temperature corrosion on exterior casing or gas ducts of a combustion chamber due to the high temperature corrosion around the burner of an incinerator, lowering the durability of an incinerator. Therefore, this study looked at the problems arising in time of incineration by understanding the characteristics of the pyrolysis dry distillation gassification incinerating facility, and did research on the improvement plan for durability of an incinerator for more economic, efficient waste incineration.

Hybrid car can improve fuel efficiency using a power of motor that is generated during constant-speed or deceleration driving. The motor is located between engine and transmission. But, when voltage of main battery is low, fuel efficiency is low because the voltage can't run the motor. In this situation, this study observed fuel efficiency when using solar cell for assistance power. In order to verify a fuel consumption of hybrid car equipped solar cell for assistance power, the car was tested downtown driving. As hybrid car was equipped solar cell for assistance, fuel consumption was reduced 8.35 % at running air conditioner. And, at air conditioner doesn't work, fuel consumption was reduced 6.88 %. This point of view, CO2 is expected to reduce in similar proportion.

In this paper, the hybrid tube expander unit for fin and tube type heat exchanger are developed by means of enlarging and inserting the smooth tube with a small diameter to a finned tube having larger diameter. In other word, the tube expander tool that is easy to attach and remove from tube is developed. The hybrid tube expander unit developed in this study can move easily and enlarge the tube without fixing at tube sheet. Also, this unit has a function removing scales inside tube by replacing a tube expander ball.

This study is about the development of remote controlled bollard using the BLDC motor and ball screw with mechatronics theory. A bollard is composed of the sensor part and the control part. The sensor part is consisted of sensors that detect the locations of a bollard. The role of the control part is adjusting motor speed and power through variable resistance. In order to confirm required performance, the speed of decent and ascent of the bollard, the time and the RPM of BLDC motor were tested according to the variable resistance and the applied load with 10 to 72kgf.
