This paper is intended to develop a Bayesian decision model for the repair of deteriorating system. A non-homogeneous Poisson process with a power law failure intensity function is used to describe the behavior of the deteriorating repairable system. The decision on whether to have minimal repair or imperfect repair should be made on the occurrence of a failure. However, it is difficult to make a reasonable decision due to many uncertainties intrinsic in repair actions. In this paper, prior distributions are used in order to analyze the uncertainties embedded in the decision alternatives. Especially, a prior distribution for imperfect repair with probabilistic reduction in the failure intensity is proposed. In addition, mathematical expressions to calculate the expected prior loss of each repair alternative are proposed.

In this paper we extend the classical decision model under uncertainty to a more general case. We propose an expected utility-uncertainty model and we can make a decision by trading off between a measure of uncertainty and a measure of expected value. As a risk analysis model, the expected utility-uncertainty model can be seen to be reasonable and flexible for states of nature or individuals' preferences. Moreover, the model can explain some decision paradoxes.

This study developed the planning process for technical management of engineering project applying systems engineering process in order to correctly design technical management activities early during the system development projects. The developed process describes a systemic design process of a product to be developed as well as the development process and the personnel team of project organization. As an outcome of the process implemented by a Model-Based Systems Engineering(MBSE) software, a systems engineering management plan(SEMP) and a risk management plan can easily be produced.

As e‐commerce in the Internet environment is settled as a main pattern of transactions among businesses, there are increasing demands for standardized B2B business models to break away from closed structure and enhance outsourcing capabilities. With the advancement of modularization, which is a major trend in the automobile parts industry, the role of finished car manufacturers has been shrunk and primary cooperative companies has been growing in their importance and company size. In this situation, it is strongly required to establish online B2B portals for cooperation with small part manufacturers. Thus the present study purposed to implement WebService by mapping existing EDI standard forms using ebXML platform, which is regarded as the international standard of B2B e-commerce. The implemented WebService facilitates interaction and integration with existing applications using REST technology, which was applied in order to solve problems in ORPC-based distributed application environment including single vendor solutions, the requirement of high‐performance environment based on management network and firewall/proxy problem.

A centralized inventory system provides a number of stores with cost reduction, information sharing. To build centralized warehouses, two things should be considered: how many warehouses are required and where these are located. The number and location of centralized warehouses can be determined in minimizing total costs and then these cost reductions should be allocated fairly to each store. Since it is too time-intensive to find an optimal solution of minimizing total costs, this paper presents heuristics and compares its results with an optimal solution.

최근 전자상거래나 웹 컨텐츠 사이트가 늘어나면서 웹 로그 정보를 분석하여 사용자 행동 패턴이나 사이트 구조를 분석하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 웹 사이트에 접속함으로써 발생되는 누적된 로그를 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 사용자 행동 패턴을 분석하여 효과적으로 이용하려는 연구는 다양한 웹 컨텐츠 정보 안에서 고객이 진정으로 원하는 정보를 얻기까지 소요되는 시간과 노력을 절약하기 위한 고객 지원 서비스의 차원에서 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 연구들 또한 개인화와 고객의 구매성향의 변화에 대한 실시간 대응이라는 두 가지 관점에서 해결방안을 동시에 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ART2 신경망 알고리즘을 통해 실시간적이고 방대한 량의 웹 로그 데이터를 효과적으로 군집화하기 위하여 군집화 특성을 평가하고자 한다.

Translating the "Voice of Customer" into business process is critical for developing products, services, and marketing programs that satisfy customers. Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a technique which was born in Japan as a strategy for assuring that quality is built into new products. QFD was first used in 1972 by Kobe Shipyard of Mitsubish Heavy Industrials Ltd and was then referred to as the quality tables. After QFD is proposed, it has been applied by both many large and small companies around the world. Many studies related QFD are performed till now but study related "cost-based QFD(QFCD)" hasn't been performed actively. If cost-based QFD is not performed, the produced results will be included possibility that is not significant as well as realistic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve effectiveness and efficiency for product development's result through QFD by introducing QFCD's concept, performance procedure and developed QFCD Software.

The Main Control Room(MCR) of Korean Next Generation Reactor(KNGR) has faced entirely new operation environment. The Computerized Procedure System(CPS) is completely different from existed Paper-based Procedure(PBP). The CPS which is improved by evaluation in this study is ready to be applied to the ergonomic foundations. In this study, we redesigned displays of the CPS as a Man-Machine Interface System(MMIS) to maximize human performance and to minimize human error and proposed an alternative display designs of the CPS applying principles related with MMIS.

This study is to provide information in the development of energy conservation technologies by means of technological demand survey covering energy market and industrial field among energy-related technologies. For this purpose, we check both the present state of energy technologies and trends of social change in Korea, and then combine social needs with major, bottleneck, and essential technologies required for the future. The range of this study covers the field of industry, kiln, furnace, metal, building, transport, and electricity. For case study, valid 120 companies among the 500 companies selected randomly in the energy data-base of Korea institute of energy research (KIER) are considered.

In order to implement Artificial Intelligence, various technologies have been widely used. Artificial Intelligence are applied for many industrial products and machine tools are the center of manufacturing devices in intelligent manufacturing devices. The purpose of this paper is to present the design of Decision Support Agent that is applicable to machine tools. This system is that decision whether to act in accordance with machine status is support system. It communicates with other active agents such as sensory and dialogue agent. The proposed design of decision support agent facilitates the effective operation and control of machine tools and provides a systematic way to integrate the expert's knowledge that will implement Intelligent Machine Tools.

It has been suggested that in the information age the importance of intellectual property is increasing. An organization that embraces technology and strategy is facing with promising opportunities and fraught with managerial difficulties. Forecasting the performance of technology and the underlying costs to achieve such performance is even more difficult. Those organizations that employ technology as part of their strategic arsenal know that they are running serious risks, which clearly increases the uncertainty of organizational performance. Therefore forecasting the performance of technology is a difficult task since technology has been characterized by intangible and tacit factors and traded in a supplier"s market. The decision makers usually face a complex system of interrelated components, such as resources, desired outcomes or objectives. This study has intended to evaluate the contribution of technology in intangible assets by Analytic Hierarchy Process.

This paper aims to examine the main factors of the organizational climate and analyze their effects on job involvement. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the organizational climate such as diversity, autonomy, redundancy, connectivity and flexibility were found from the previous studies. The questionaries of 350 were distributed to the employees working at the Gumi Industrial Complex. The questionaries of 298 were obtained and 267 were analyzed through frequencies, correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study are as followings; First, we conducted exploratory factor analysis for five constructs (diversity, autonomy, redundancy, connectivity and flexibility) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of knowledge management were grouped together by five factors. Second, it is shown that fore main factors of organizational climate have a positive influence on the job involvement (p<0.05). This study, however, have limitations of number of sample and survey area. The future study should consider these limitations in improving model applicability in practice.

This paper is for applying interactive fuzzy linear programming for the problem of product mix planning, which is one of the aggregate planning problem. We developed a modified algorithm, which has two-phase approach for interactive fuzzy linear programming to get a better solution. Adding two-phase method, we expect to obtain not only the highest membership degree, but also a better utilization of each constrained resource.

의사 결정 나무 알고리즘은 관심이 되는 집단을 몇 개의 소집단으로 분류하거나 특성을 예측하기 위한 데이터 마이닝 분석 기법중 하나이다. 이 기법은 각 업종별 특성을 분석하여 업종별 차이점을 찾기 위해 사용되었다. 여기에서 사용되어진 의사결정 알고리즘으로는 C4.5알고리즘을 사용하였다. 트리는 이득율(Gain Ratio)에 의해서 Top-Down방식으로 구성하게 되었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 데이터는 2003년, 2004년에 발생 되어진 데이터로 총 25,159개의 데이터를 대상으로 정제과정을 거쳐 24,887개의 데이터를 사용하였고, 한 개의 종속 변수와 8개의 독립 변수로 이루어져 있다. 총 222개의 트리 노드가 만들어 졌고 최종 노드(Leaf Node)는 총 151개가 생성되었다. 생성된 트리 결과에 대한 정확성 측정을 위해 정확도(Accuracy), 오분류 확률(Misclassification Rate)을 계산하였다.

해양 구조물은 일반 구조물과는 달리 구조물 속으로 염화물이 침투하기 때문에 시간이 지나면서 빠르게 부식을 하게 되고, 부식이 진행됨에 따라 구조물의 붕괴를 야기 시킨다. 그러므로 염화물의 침투 정도와 부식의 진행 상태를 예측할 수 있다면 사고 예방은 물론, 친환경적 해양 구조물이 될 수 있으리라 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 해양 구조물의 염화물 침투를 예측하고, 부식으로 인한 구조물 붕괴 및 사고를 예방하고자 Sample Design을 통하여 서로 조건이 다른 시험체를 해수에 잠식시키고, 일정기간이 지난 후 Data를 수집하였다. 수집된 Data는 정규분포(Normal Distribution)를 따르지 않는다는 사실을 알게 되었고, 수집된 데이터를 예측 시스템 구축에 활용하기 위한 준비 단계로서 데이터 선정의 타당성을 검토하기 위해 수명분포분석(Lifetime Distribution Analysis)을 실시한 뒤 그 결과를 제시하였다.

To understand the pattern recognition from dataset, a study should be started from the decomposition process of context into a collection of data pieces because the context may infer different words or information. Many researchers have been focused on finding an effective methodology for data storage, retrieval, representation, and discovery. As a similar endeavor, this paper proposes a new modeling method using group theory and situation theory. This paper provides how to construct a semi-group as a modeling method for pattern recognition from huge dataset. This process of construction of semi‐groups can be used as a retrieval tool for the decomposed information if necessary.

고도화된 산업의 발달로 인하여 많은 업종들이 생겨나게 되었고, 그로 인해 크고 작은 사고들이 발생하게 되었다. 사고의 발생은 부상, 사망과 질병 등의 재해자들을 발생시키고, 사고로 인한 재해자의 수는 한 사업장에서도 여러 건씩 발생한다. 이러한 재해자의 공통된 특성 요소와 성향을 분석할 수 있다면, 1%의 재해자라도 더 줄일 수 있으리라 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 업종별 그룹을 통해 재해자들의 특성화 분석을 위하여 총 25,157개의 데이터를 바탕으로 데이터 Mining 기법중의 하나인 Classification and Regression Tree(CART)를 이용하여 분석을 하였다. 종속변수인 10개의 주요 업종을 중심으로 재해자들이 어떠한 성향을 나타내고 있는지 알아보고자 독립변수인 재해자 구분, 재해시간, 근속기간, 성별, 회사 규모와 연령 등 8개 항목을 채택하여 재해자 위험 그룹을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시한다.

본 논문은 경기 서부 서해안 산업밸트의 지역혁신체제 구축을 위한 정책적 연구이다. 먼저 서해안 산업밸트의 현황분석 및 SWOT분석을 통해 문제점을 파악하였고, 경쟁력분석을 통해 전략산업 및 발전모델을 도출하였다. 서해안 산업밸트의 혁신체제 기본방향과 이 체제에 의해 견인되는 정량적 목표를 설정함으로써 지역혁신체제의 안을 구상하였다. 마지막으로 9대 핵심 전략 실천과제를 설정함으로써 서해안 산업밸트가 성공적인 혁신체제로 도약할 수 있는 대안을 제시하였다.
