이 논문은 서비스 시스템의 개선 및 설계를 위해 제조업의 고장원인분석수법 중의 하나인 FMEA를 이용하여 서비스 프로세스에서 발생하는 치명적 결함접점을 도출하고, 그에 대한 개선을 위한 방안으로 QFD(quality function deployment)의 HOQ(house of quality) 행렬을 이용하여 서비스 실패에 대한 개선을 위한 설계기능항목으로 변환하는 방안을 제시한다. 서비스 시스템 분석의 기초자료는 서비스 청사진을 이용한다. 서비스 청사진에서 고객과 종업원의 상호작용점(moment of truth, MOT)은 고객이 서비스 프로세스를 평가하는 데 있어서 무엇보다도 중요한 요소가 된다. MOT에서 발생하는 서비스 실패점(service fail points)들을 확인 및 평가를 위해 Fuzzy FMEA에서 이용되는 위험우선순위법을 이용한다. FMEA(failure mode and effect analysis, 고장모드 및 영향분석)는 제품 및 시스템의 고장 및 사고가 발생하기 전 기획 및 설계 단계에서 고장을 발생시키는 요인을 추출하고, 발생빈도, 발생한 경우의 영향도, 고장의 검출력 등을 상대적으로 정량화하고, 대책의 순위를 구하여 제품 및 시스템의 신뢰성, 안전성을 분석, 평가하는 수법으로, 신뢰성 설계분야에서 널리 사용되어온 수법이다. 이 논문에서 치명적 고장모드의 탐지방법을 위한 퍼지 위험우선순위(fuzzy risk priority number)법을 사용한다. RPN 평가를 위해 S, O, D(severity, occurrence, detect)의 영향도를 퍼지 위험우선순위(fuzzy RPN)을 적용하여 잠재적 실패점(potential fail points)을 파악하고, 가장 높은 RPN을 갖는 실패가능점에 대한 개선을 위해 고객요구사항을 기능사항으로 변환시키는 HOQ 행렬을 적용한다. 이 과정에서 전 단계에서 도출된 잠재적 실수가능 항목들은 필히 개선되어야 한 사항으로 인식되고, 이들 개선요구항목에 대한 기능요인은 특성요인도(cause-effect diagram)을 이용하여 체계적으로 나열하고, 기능요인 중요도 벡터 y는 HOQ행렬 Q를 활용하여 개선 요구항목의 중요도 벡터 x에 대한 연관성은 선형식 y=Qx에서 식 x=(QTQ)-1QTy를 만족 하는 벡터 y의 추정치 y를 이용하여 개선해야 할 기능항목의 중요도를 확인하는 방안을 제안한다.

소규모의 기업이 모회사가 성장함에 따라 급속한 성장을 하면서 눈에 보이지 않는 문제점이 발생하고 경영의 비효율화로 인해 생산 업무에 원활한 지원을 할 수 없는 상태의 중견기업의 기업환경을 분석하고 작업 환경을 분석하여 기업이 내부에서 확인 할 수 없는 문제점을 찾아 성장하는 기업이 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대한 단계별 추진과제를 선정하여 새로운 기업환경에서의 경영효율화와 경영최적화를 이루는 프로세스를 구현하였다. 기업 환경 분석은 내외부 수준분석과 각 부서별 인터뷰, 설문조사를 중심으로 업무 현황 및 당면과제에 대하여 SWOT분석을 통해 나타내었고, 각 부서별 Issue 및 개선 사항은 As-Is Flow를 통하여 프로세스, 시스템, 사람, 기업환경의 네 가지 관점에서 주안점을 찾아내었다. SWOT분석과 As-Is Flow를 기반으로 경영업무 정상화를 위한 우선 실행과제를 선정하였고 선정된 우선순위에 따라 중장기적인 종합추진일정계획을 수립하였다.

기업 환경이 점점 더 프로젝트화 되어가면서 여러개의 프로젝트가 동시에 진행되며 더불어 일반업무까지 운영되고 있는 게 현실이다. 또한 기업내 한정된 자원으로 다수의 프로젝트와 일반업무를 조직의 비전과 목표에 맞게 수행해야 한다. 이러한 기업환경 때문에 2000년도 초반부터 프로젝트경영이란 경영철학이 대두되어 오고 있다. 기업내 프로젝트경영을 실현하기 위해 전사적프로젝트관리 (Enterprise Project Management) 도입의 필요성이 높아가고 있으나 기업에 전사적프로젝트관리를 도입하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니며, 실패할 확률이 높은 프로젝트 이다. 본 연구에서는 전사적프로젝트관리의 개념과 필요성을 이해하고, 기업의 변화와 혁신이란 관점에서 접근 방법과 핵심요인들을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 구축 사례와 문헌연구를 통해서 체계적인 방법론과 핵심성공요인을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 성공적인 전사적프로젝트관리 도입을 위한 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

Since 1990, BSC system has been adopted all over the world as an important tool for organizational performance management. However, despite its merits and contribution for/to the organizational performance management, it is often reported that this system has some problems and limitations in several aspects. The purpose of this article is to depict the usefulness of BSC as well as its limitations, and suggest some direction for enhancing its effectiveness. To attain this purpose, several aspects of current BSC system are analyzed through case study and questionnaire when necessary, focusing on the public organizations.

There are half million dentists in the world and 20,000 dentists in Korea. One of the typical operation among dentist is implantation. The 10% of the dentist in U.S.A. and 70% of dentist in Korea conduct implantation. However many problems are occurred in Korea because many dentists in Korea learn this operation skill from private research center rather than authorized institute like U.S.A. This research develops system of implantation education for dentist using Haptic simulation system to solve such a problem. This system improves education effectiveness through experiencing overall operation procedure and eyes, which expect to lead us 4D virtual reality and provide safe method for patient.

자동차 부품 개발은 대부분 프로젝트의 형태로 진행된다. 프로젝트의 일정을 단축하는 것이 기업의 이윤 창출에 도움이 되는 것은 사실이다. 하지만 자동차 부품을 개발하는 기업의 입장에서는 일정 단축 보다는 일정 내 고객의 요구 품질을 만족하는 제품을 공급하는 것이 더 중요하다. 이는 프로젝트 일정 단축이 부품업체의 권한 밖에 있으며, 또한 일정 단축에서 오는 이익보다는 일정 지연으로 인한 손실이 더 크기 때문 일 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 일정 관리 기법인 PERT/CPM, TOC(제약이론)를 기반으로 한 CCPM 기법과 자동차 산업의 신규 개발 부품 품질 보증을 위한 APQP(사전제품품질계획) 절차 등의 이론들을 고찰하고, PERT/CPM 기법을 적용한 상용 프로그램인 MS Project를 이용하여 부품개발 프로젝트의 일정 수립과 CCPM 기법을 적용한 CCPM+라는 상용 프로그램을 통한 일정 수립을 해보고자 한다. 마지막으로 두 기법의 일정과 자원제약에 대한 비교 분석을 통하여 자동차 부품 개발 프로젝트에 적합한 일정수립 방안에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

본 논문은 국내외의 환경 변화와 기술 발전으로 우편 물류의 업무 방식이 바뀌어가고 또 소비자들의 우편 물류 사용에 대한 인식과 사용 방식이 변화하는 상황 속에서, 국내 우편 물류를 위한 수요를 예측하는 시스템 개발하여 그 결과에 의하여 시뮬레이션을 진행하거나 우편 물류 설비나 기지에 대한 의사결정에 활용하도록 하는 사례를 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구에서 개발한 수요예측 시스템은 한국의 사회 변화와 경기 변동을 보여주는 기술적인 통계치가 우편 물류에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 한국의 우편 물류 사용자들의 패턴 변화를 중장기적인 시간의 흐름에 따라 분석하였으며, 이에 따라 시계열 예측과 인과형 예측을 진행하고 의사결정에 반영할 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a mechanism to select an advertising model casting for star marketing. This study uses the combined customer data analysis and AHP approach to choose a adequate an advertising model such as internet search engine, news searched words, customer survey, etc. And then AHP technique is applied to the five chosen candidates based on their salary, awareness, issues, continuous possibility and connection to product's concept. As a result, the proposed method will guide a good casting method to select an suitable advertising model and improve the effects of star marketing. how it improves the effect of star marketing.

In this paper, we proposed the modified method of Metcalfe's law that is "Modfied law" in evaluating the network power for the measurement of combat effectiveness in C4I system. 본 논문은 우리나라에서 적용되는 집단에너지 사업 타당성조사에 관한 연구를 수행한 것으로서 외국과 우리나라의 집단에너지 프로젝트를 비교 검토하고 여기에서 국내와 해외사례의 장단점을 분석하여 국내시장의 성장잠재력을 살펴보고 집단에너지 활성화를 위한 방향을 제시하고 이를 바 탕으로 최적 집단에너지추진방안에 대하여 도출하고자 하며 특히 경제성을 분석하여 집단에너지 사업의 발전형식을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 집단에너지사업 시스템 구성에서 대상지역 부하특성에 맞는 경제적 설비와 열병합발전방 식 등을 비교하고 지역에 맞는 발전방식과 열병합발전설비의 운전방식을 상호 검토해 우리에 맞 는 효율과 경제성을 비교연구해 보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 집단에너지 타당성 조사는 우리나라 집단에너지 분야 에 있어서 미국, 일본 , 유럽 등 외국의 구역형 집단에너지 정책을 고찰하고 우리 실정에 맞게 받아들이고 제도화 할 것을 전제로 하여 연구를 전개한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라의 집단에너지 프로젝트 타당성 분석 결과에서 대상지역 현황과 열 부하 분석, 열병합발전 형식과 경제성을 고찰하고 중점적으로 연구 하고자하는 최적 집단에너지 프로젝트 추진 방안에 대해서 기준, 현황 및 문제점을 도출하고 실증분석을 기초로, 집단에너지 프로젝트 타당성 조사 절차를 내용별로 각각의 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This research is to develop a street-walking aid for the visually impaired, which detects front direction obstacles within 2 meters and inform the user with sound and vibration as well. This way it keeps the visually impaired from such obstacles. This aid also identifies 10 different colors quite correctly so that the visually impaired could apply it when he or she tries to match the color of his or her clothes, or he or she wants to know the color of things he or she would buy. This aid has additional function of identifying the brightness level around the user. This research is to develop an expert system utilizing virtual reality and 3D image technologies for minimizing damages from natural disaster, especially storm and flood, which could be used as a training kid for people including the old. It also develops an expert system for storm and flood on very limited region, 3D animation application technology using optical motion capture techniques for heavy storm and flood, and 3D-based rendering technology using virtual reality techniques. This data based expert system should work exactly like real experts by adapting all expert knowledge and experience, so that users, especially the old and vulnerable residents not familiar with computer systems, could easily use the system by several button selections. The animated character based program will also be developed for the old and vulnerable residents to learn and understand what to do quite easily.

Regarding project management, many organizations have developed and distributed general project management knowledge systems, and application fields use the knowledge systems to apply the process suitable for characteristics of a project. This study suggests project management process models to apply to product development projects and introduces the application cases. This product development project management process model is composed of five top processes of initiation and preparation, planning, implementation management, control, and termination and transfer. The five processes are re-divided into 18 bottom processes. These processes are expressed as input, control, output, and mechanism by using the IDEF0 model. This model is applied to the new car development project of a Korean automobile company and introduces the cases, which shows a project charter, a work breakdown structure, a project schedule, a progress s-curve, a risk register, and a performance report.

The paper presents the analysis of Accelerated Reliability Growth (ARG) process data during design and development on non repairable systems. A projection model has been developed which will compress testing time and also accelerate failure mechanisms in which all corrective actions are delayed until at the end of the test. In addition, time to failure in stress test do not have to be converted to time to failure in normal condition. By applying this model, it targets to save cost through speedier testing time and reducing number of prototypes needed. As a result, the total life cycle cost of product will be reduced.
