        Vitamin K (phylloquinone) is an essential cofactor in the synthesis of active blood-clotting factors II, VII, IX and X. Deficiency of vitamin K leads to inadequate activity of these factors, resulting in bleeding. In this study, we investigated vitamin K1 content of agricultural products that are widely and specifically grown in Korea including 9 leaves and vegetables, 16 fruits, and 11 cereals and specialty crops. Vitamin K1 analysis of the agro-samples was by a validated, modified, reversed phase-HPLC method with fluorescence detection after post-column derivatization. The vitamin K1 content ranged from 1.83 to 682.73 μg/100 g in leaves and vegetables, 0.17 to 28.22 μg/100 g in fruits, and ND to 279 μg/100 g in cereals and specialty crops. Among the 36 samples, high content of vitamin K1 were found in Gugija (Lycium chinense Miller) leaves (average 682.73 μg/100 g) and Hansan ramie leaves (average 423.12 μg/100 g); however, mushroom, amaranth and Chinese artichoke showed no detectable levels. The results of ourstudy provide reliable vitamin K1 content of Korean grown agricultural products that expand nutritional information and food composition database.

        This paper analyzed what factors affect increased import from ASEAN agricultural products. This study uses multi-countries gravity model approach with a dataset of agricultural import for the period of 2004 - 2014 and several explanatory variables, and then estimate it using the random-effect panel Tobit. The results revealed that agriculture trade in Korea is influenced by the trade partner’s per capita GDP, population, distance from Korea, FTA preferential taxrate, trade percentage of GDP, agriculture percentage of GDP, the number of immigrants from ASEAN countries, and normal track dummy variables etc. It is found that FTA taxrate affect trade between both partners that can occur loss in agricultural industry. Therefore, applying deliberate standards strategies for normal track selection for future FTA negotiation.

        가열하지 않은 간편섭취 농산물의 섭취를 통한 세균 감염의 가능성을 줄이고자, 가정에서 쉽게 구할 수 있고 잔류에 대한 염려가 없는 천연 항균성 식품을 이용하여 세척할 경우, 물 세척에 비해 세균의 감소효과가 있는지 확인하고자 하였다. 여러 가지 항균성 식품성분 중 마늘의 allicin, 생강의 gingerol, 녹차의 catechin, 계피의 cinnamic aldehyde, 고추냉이의 allyl isothiocyanate의 단계별 희석액으로 세척한 후, 단순 물 세척의 세척효과와 비교한 결과, 단순 물 세척에 비하여 세균 감소의 효과가 큰 것으로 통계적으로 확인되었다. 간편섭취 농산물에서 검출된 Bacillus cereus 오염의 유래 및 연관성을 확인하고자 유전적 상관성을 분석해 본 결과 유사도가 매우 높은 균주들이 많이 검출되었다. 이 사실을 통해 간편섭취 농산물의 생산, 가공, 포장, 유통 등의 과정에서 공통적인 요인에 의한 지속적인 오염의 가능성 및 소비자의 감염 가능성을 파악할수 있었으며, 감염을 예방하기 위한 사전적이고 체계적인 관리가 필요함을 확인하였다.

        농산물 중 hexaconazole 분석을 위해, GC-NPD를 이용하여 다종농약 다성분 분석법을 적용하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. Hexaconazole의 다종농약 다성분 분석법 유효성 검증은 직선성, 정확성, 정밀성, 검출한계 및 정량한계로 하였다. 0.025~5.0 mg/L의 농도에서 검량선의 상관계수(R2)는 0.999이상의 우수한 직선성을 보였다. 상추에 0.04~4.0 mg/kg을 첨가한 농약의 회수율은 89.42~94.15%였고, RSD는 7.78%이하의 재현성을 나타냈다. 검출한계는 0.04mg/kg였고, 정량한계는 0.11 mg/kg였다. 일간 및 일내 정밀도는 각각 2.42~3.49%와 4.90~7.78%였다. 본 연구결과에서 다종농약 다성분 분석법을 이용한 hexaconazole분석은 매우 정확하고, 높은 재현성을 보여, 농산물 중 hexaconazole 분석에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        1. 국가이미지의 측정항목에 대한 요인분석 결과 국가이미 지를 가격이미지, 품질이미지, 환경이미지, 경제이미지, 사회이 미지 등의 다섯가지 요인으로 명명하였다. 측정 각 항목의 신 뢰도는 모두 0.6 이상으로 만족할 만한 수준으로 나타났다. 2. 국가이미지와 제품선호도 간의 영향관계를 알아보고자 다 중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 국가이미지의 하위요인 중 품질이미지만이 제품선호도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 국가이미지와 구매의도 간의 영향관계를 알아보고자 다 중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 국가이미지의 하위요인 중 품질이미지와 경제이미지가 구매의도에 통계적으로 유의미 한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 제품선호도와 구매의도간의 영향관계를 알아보고자 단순 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 제품선호도는 구매의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        본 연구에서는 농산부산물의 추출물의 유효 성분 함유량을 최대화 하면서 경제적으로 생산할 수 있는 저온 열분해 탄화 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 왕겨 및 은행잎을 재료로 Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer(TGA;열중량분석기) 추출 실험을 실시하여 열분해속도를 구명하였다. 두 시료는 가열속도 5∼ 50℃/min에서, 가열온도 40∼70℃에서 탈휘발이 시작되어 200∼300℃까지 탈휘발이 활발히 진행되면 서 열분해 속도가 가장 높으며 약 300℃에서 열분해속도가 급감하여 400℃이내에서 열분해가 완료되는 것으로 나타났다. 가열 속도가 높아질수록 열분해가 시작되는 온도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었고, 최적 가 열속도는 30℃/min로 추정되며 이때 두 시료의 열분해속도는 9%/min로 동일하게 나타났다. 따라서 농 산부산물의 열분해가 완료되는 온도는 가열속도에 관계없이 400℃ 이내로 추정된다.

        The purpose of this paper is to explain and identify how factors that related in consumer trust in food safety such as trust in agricultural food institutions, monitering responsibility of agricultural food institutions and truth-telling of agricultural food scandle have influence on agricultural food trust and consumer's perceived risk, and agricultural food trust have an effect on perceived risk and repurchase intention, and then the perceived risk has influences on repurchase intention in agricultural food product setting. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with women as consumers who have experience of purchase at several types of retailing grocery stores. Structural equation modeling with SPSS 19.0 and Amos 16 were performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: First, trust in agricultural food institutions, monitering responsibility of agricultural food institutions and truth-telling of agricultural food scandle are positively associated on agricultural food trust, and truth-telling of agricultural food scandle are positively associated on consumer's perceived risk, but not in trust in agricultural food institutions and monitering responsibility of agricultural food institutions. Second, agricultural food trust are positively associated on purchase intention, but is negatively associated on consumer's perceived risk. Finally, perceived risk has not influences on purchase intention.

        시중에 유통중인 농·축산물을 대상으로 소비자 구매시점인 소매단계에서 국가인증품의 유통 비율을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 우선 관계법령을 고찰하여 인증종류별 인증대상 품목을 정리한 후, 농·축산물이 집중 유통될 것으로 생각되는 hypermarket 6곳을 선정하여 이들의 품질표시를 조사하였다. 그 결과 전체 조사대상 농산물 1588제품 중 친환경 인증(16.5%), 지리적 표시(2.14%), 우수관리 농산물(1.57%) 및 농산물 이력추적 등록(0.13%) 의 비율을 보였으며, 축산물의 경우 전체 축산물 405 제품 중 친환경 인증(31.36%), 동물복지(1.98 %) 및 지리적 표시(0%)의 비율을 보였다. 이와 더불어 국가인증 표시품에 대해 인증표시의 적절성 여부를 평가하였을 때, 전체 인증품 중 1.31%의 제품에서 부적합 표시가 나타났다. 국가인증품 유통에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 법 제도적 제약사항 및 인증표시 실태를 종합하여 식품안전과 관련된 적법한 범위 내에서 국가 인증품들의 유통비를 높이기 위한 방안을 탐색하였다.

        The purpose of this study was to categorize and comparatively analyze tourists of different life-style groups who visit Yesan according to their lifestyles as well as their consumption behaviors and attitudes towards local foods or specialty agricultural products in order to understand the various needs, attitudes, and behaviors of consumers in each life-style group. Group 1 had a high percentage of single people in their 20s and those who worked in technology. Group 2 had a high percentage of those in their 30s and 40s who were married and were professionals. Group 3 had a high percentage of men and those in their 40s and 50s, as well as a high percentage of high income, highly educated people. Group 4 had a high percentage of those in their 20s or those in their 60s or higher. Compared to other groups, group 4 had a larger percentage of lower income and less educated people. In verifying the difference between life-style groups in terms of their behaviors and attitudes toward local foods and specialty agricultural products, consumption and experience of regional specialty foods showed high average scores in groups 1, 2, and 3, with significant differences from group 4.

        세계 각국에서 시행되고 농산물에 대한 인증제도 중 가장 폭넓게 수용되고 있는 GLOBALG.A.P. 인증기준은 위해 요소의 최소화를 통한 안전성, 지속 가능한 생산성의 유지를 위한 환경친화성, 그리고 작업자의 복지, 건강 등에 대한 사회적 기능 강화를 목표로 하고 있다. 국내에서도 GLOBALG.A.P. 인증에 대한 관심이 증가되면서 인증농가수도 증가하고 있는데, 우리나라의 3개 과수 수출전문단지의 127농가를 대상으로 조사한 결과, 생산자단체는 단체관리를 위한 내부규정이나 지침을 제정하여 체계적이고 조직적으로 운영될 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 또한 농가에서는 작업자의 안전과 위생에 대한 수준이 평균 20.4%로 다른 분야보다 월등히 낮았고, 식물보호제의 관리수준은 평균 22.7%, 비료 관리수준은 평균 63.6% 수준이었다. 따라서 안전안심 농산물에 대한 소비자의 욕구 충족 및 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 농가교육 및 관리의 강화와 선진형 농장환경 구축을 위한 지원이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

        Vitamin D contents in agricultural products and foods were quantified by high performance liquid chromomatography (HPLC) with a UV/Vis detector, using external standard methods. The results were confirmed with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). After homogenization, samples were hydrolyzed by direct alkali saponification. Thereafter, fat-soluble components were extracted with n-hexane containing 0.01% butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT). Vitamin D contents in cereals were found to be in the range of 1.882~4.856 μg/100 g. Juda's ear and oak mushroom contained high amounts of vitamin D, at 363.85 and 199.42 μg/100 g of edible portion, respectively.

        This study was conducted to develop the domestic production of a controlled atmosphere (CA) storage system, including nitrogen generator and carbon dioxide eliminator using selective gas separation membrane and operating program. Generally, the gas composition inside general cold stores constantly changes due to the metabolic activity of the respiring vegetables and fruits and leakage of gases through doors and walls. However, the CA container developed by our research team is able to control of the level of oxygen and carbon dioxide inside the reefer, making it simple and effective in operation. The efficiency of the nitrogen generator to replace oxygen with nitrogen inside the CA container was approximately 1.33% per hour. The change in oxygen concentration inside the CA container during the operation refrigerator almost did not show any difference for 8 days. Therefore, CA storage container should be a promising approach to maintaining the high quality of agricultural products during storage.

        This study analyzed purchasing characteristics of local agricultural products and processed products as well as evaluatedoperation programs for Changnyeon festival participants. The purchasing rates of local agricultural products and processedproducts at this festival were 63.6% and 49.1%, respectively, and the main purchased crops were onion (42.6%) and garlic(20.7%). Drinks (43.6%) were highly purchased processed products. The recognition (95.3%) and preferences (98.4%) forChangyeong local agricultural products were high at this festival. Subjects (72.5%) responded that public relations wereeffective for sale at this festival, and evaluation of the operation program for the festival was 3.51±0.74 (total score 5 points).Satisfaction with the experience event (37.7%) and exhibition event (33.6%) were high at this festival program, whereasparticipants gave low rates for art exhibition and sale events of local agricultural products (16.2%), cooking education(14.7%), direct education program (12.9%), and games (12.1%). This festival was an effective means of public relations,although purchase effects were not significant. This result suggests that the festival is necessary for planning a program toincrease purchasing.

        농산물 중에 있는 제초제 saflufenacil의 잔류량을 검사 하기 위해 HPLC-UVD와 LC-MS를 이용한 정확하고 감도가 좋은 분석방법을 개발하였다. Saflufenacil 잔류물은 acetone 추출, dichloromethane을 이용한 액-액 분배, silica 와 carbon 카트리지 정제를 거쳐 기기분석을 수행하였다. 검량선 작성을 위해 0.1~5.0 μgmL−1 범위로 표준품을 만들어 실험한 결과 상관계수(r2)는 0.999로 높은 직선성을 보였다. 0.02~0.5 mg kg−1 처리수준으로 회수율을 실험한 결 과는 80.5~110.2% 이었으며, 상대표준편차는 10% 미만이었다. 분석방법의 검출한계와 정량한계는 각각 0.005와 0.02 mg L−1 이었다. 확립된 시험법으로 본청, 부산지방식품의 약품안전청과 경인지방식품의약품안전청에서 실험실간 검증을 실시한 결과 만족스런 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 결과 들을 통해 확립된 시험법은 농산물 중 saflufenacil의 잔류 량 분석에 적합함을 확인할 수 있었다.

        The purpose of this study was to compare understanding of school foodservice management and environmentally friendly agricultural products between urban and rural elementary school children’s mothers. Subjects were 400 elementary school parentsliving in Jeonnam. The results are summarized as follows. School foodservice program helped to solve unbalanced diets, develop minds and bodies, and improve eating habits. Mothers showed a higher degree of satisfaction for school foodservice containing environmentally friendly agricultural products. The primary reason for favoring environmentally friendly agricultural products was improvement of health and securing safe foods. The most important parameter of school foodservice management was sanitary control of food materials>sanitary control of foods>sanitary conditions of place for meals>sanitary conditions of cooker>sanitary conditions of tableware. In conclusion, school foodservice should be financially responsible to make policies effective.

        The purpose of the study is to determine how consumers perceive certification marks for agricultural products. The study examined three agricultural product certifications, such as the certification of environment-friendly agricultural products, Good Agricultural Procuts (GAP) certification mark, and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) certification mark. A survey was utilized for data collection from adults over the age of 19 in November, 2013. A total of 390 questionnaires were distributed, and 300 of those were obtained for an analysis of the study. The results were as follows. First, consumers' awareness of, image of, and credibility on the agricultural products with the certification marks were not significantly different among the three certification marks except consumers’ awareness. Second, consumers’ purchase intentions for and willingness to pay for the agricultural products with the certification marks were not significantly different among the three certification marks. Third, these variables were not significantly different between buying group and non-buying group except consumers’ awareness. Lastly, buying group and non-buying group were significantly different only in gender and marital status. The findings offer implications to the food and food service industry regarding consumers’ purchase of certified agricultural products. Further, the study enforces the roles of food industry for environment.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among recognition, preference, and purchasing characteristics for Changnyeong onions and garlic as well as festival satisfaction among participants at agricultural product festivals in the Changnyeong region. Results showed that festival satisfaction of ‘place of festival’ was highest while ‘convenience facility & event contents’ earned the lowest scores. Most subjects (90.5%) had purchased Changnyeong agricultural and processed products. A major purchasing type was fresh agricultural products (66.7%). The pathways to recognize Changnyeong agricultural products were mostly ‘promotion by related institutions’ (22.0%), ‘family · relatives’ (20.8%), ‘mass media’ (16.6%), and ‘festivals and events’ (16.1%). The most considered factors for purchasing regional products were ‘geographical origin’ and ‘ingredients’. Changnyeong onion showed higher scores for recognition and preference and rate of purchase experience and intention than for garlic. The correlation coefficients of recognition and preference for onion and galic were 0.603 (p<0.001) and 0.598 (p<0.001), respectively. The explanation power (R2) of related variables for purchase of Changnyeong onions was 0.258. The regression coefficients (β) for ‘recognition’, ‘preference’ and ‘convenient facility & event contents’ were positive, whereas the regression coefficient for ‘price’ was negative. Recognition, preference, and convenient facility & event contents with garlic purchase showed a positive relationship (R2=0.253). The most effective promotion method to increase sales of Changnyeong agricultural products was ‘local festivals and events’ (27.8%).
