This paper deals with an empirical analysis of the structural relationship among the factors such as quality management activities, organizational learning and firm performance of manufacturing corporations. The findings of the analysis are expected to make lots of contribution to manufacturing corporations establishing strategies for quality management activities and organizational learning. From the analysis, following conclusions and suggestions could be drawn: First, an analysis of the relationship between quality management activities and organizational learning showed that most activities of quality management turned out to exercise great influence upon the factors of organizational learning. This means that the activities of quality management will prompt the members of an organization to actively engage in learning activities individually, by team and organizationally, motivating them to spread such activities across the whole organization, leading ultimately to fundamental renovation of the very organization. Second, from an analysis of the relationship between organizational learning and firm performance, that is, financial and non-financial performances of a company, it was found that most factors of organizational learning have tremendous impact upon financial and non-financial performances of the company. Such result implies that decision and management of the things to be performed in the process of organizational performances are essential to determining firm performance because firm performance depend largely on the outcomes of organizational learning.

Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. To find the way to increase customer satisfaction. we must understand customer requirements. Kano distinguishes between three types of product requirements(:must-be, one-dimensional, attractive requirements. which influence customer satisfaction in different ways when met. Timko has developed customer satisfaction(CS) coefficient based on Kano model. The CS coefficient is indicative of how strongly a product feature may influence satisfaction. In this paper, we analyzes the factors that influence College Student's Satisfaction of teaching using Kano Model, Timko's CS-Coefficient.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Program is to pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality for strengthen the small and medium enterprise's competitiveness. This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

This paper analyzed twenty-six production-related KPI(Key Performance indicator) factors of business diagnosis, such as personnel, equipment, materials, operations and quality affecting company business competition to 186 small machinery manufacturers in 2010. Also, we explained the concept of Business Positioning and divided research subjects into four Business Positioning Groups formed break-even point ratio & fixed cost ratio to sales and then we compared between the 4 groups using Logistic Regression analysis by SAS statistical software package. The objective of this study is two-fold. The first is to find out production-related KPI factor of superior Business Positioning Group. The second is to suggest improvement ways for small manufacturers in order to get better profitable Business Positioning.

This paper reviewed the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior, and the moderating effect of gender. The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 412 employees in small business, showed that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice have positive relationships with innovative behavior(process innovation, operation innovation, service innovation). In moderating effects, distributive justice more positively related with innovative behavior(process innovation and operation innovation) in male-group than in female-group. But interactional justice more positively related with innovative behavior(operation innovation and service innovation) in female-group than in male-group.

The more the satisfied customers increases in customer satisfaction survey, the more the company has difficultly in improving the customer satisfaction. In addition, the effectiveness of practical application of customer satisfaction survey decreases due to its constitution limitation on its data analysis. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop a new method to identify the strategy meanings and find the dissatisfied factors of satisfied customers using the satisfied customers reclassification. This study focuses on the satisfied customer segmentation using Latent Class Analysis. The case study shows that the satisfied customers are divided into three subgroups using Latent Class Analysis and we draw meaning results such as satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors through analyzing each group. This study is expected to play the role as the groundwork for the revitalization of customer satisfaction survey.

The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management. This suggests their will to introduce data marketing in order to differentiate 'Customer Marketing' and 'One to One Marketing'. The potential needs as well as visible needs of customer should be considered in order to research and analyze the customer data. At this point mayor enterprises are paying much attention to Customer Segmentation and their related markets are expanding rapidly. I'll give a brief introduction to the Multi Criteria Importance-Performance Analysis and go into the problems that should be considered and which phase to emphasize when building this system.

Although the national technical qualification scheme has a historical background for thirty-five years, it hasn't any study of an obvious cause analysis, effective counterplan and analysis relation to its historical changes. This paper analyses the internal and external factors of technical qualification policy of the Human resources development service of Korea using PEST and SWOT and surveys the influence on its environment and the variation cause of the ratio of successful applicants to the qualification scheme. This paper also suggests systematically the direction for development of the technical qualification scheme using FMEA. Thus, this study assists to construct rapidly a correspondence system to the environment change simultaneously to determine decision making to the marketing policy.

The purpose of this study is to draw employee support program at the company level through field survey of foreign laborers' satisfaction level of working life. To analyze the factors that determine working life satisfaction, regression analysis was conducted. Satisfaction level of working hours(t=2.469), living environment(t=2.140), post offices/banks (t=3.024) showed a statistically significant. Also these variables, working hours, living environment, post office/banks are verified to be very important for improving the level of their working life. Through these findings we can understand that employee support activities, providing user-guide of bank and post office, compliance with standards for working hours, improvement of the living conditions (accommodation, meals, etc.), the leisure time program support, the children care support and active utilization of foreign workers and strengthen the educational program, are necessary to improve the satisfaction level of foreign laborers' working life in Korea. It is recommended that managers need to recognize that careful consideration of living and working condition could contribute to stable settlement and increase working life satisfaction for the foreign workers at company level.

This paper reviewed the relationship between job satisfaction and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in restaurant employee. Based on the responses from 288 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that intrinsic job satisfaction(JS) and extrinsic job satisfaction effect positively on all service quality factors(tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy). The results of moderating analysis showed that intrinsic JS effects positively on all service quality factors irrespective of gender, but the positive effect of extrinsic JS on tangibles and empathy is more positive in female than in male employee.
