In the limitless competition era of the 21st century, cost reduction is being highlighted as one of survival strategies of businesses. The first item for cost reduction of businesses is logistical costs. The most keenly required thing for this is to remove unnecessary elements, and the best way to realize it to cut down processes using automatic facilities. Packing container in logistics is like a facility. This study is intended to analyze reduction of costs, improvement of business process and reduction of working force through standardization of standardization, and logistics effects through improvement of environmental images in enterprises.

We don't have time to waste, time is running, and the global warming is an issue that concerns to all of us. Information technology, which on a global level is responsible for 2% of emission of greenhouse gases. However, the remaining 98% is seen as an opportunity for IT to help our planet, our companies and our society. The purpose of this paper is to analyze green information technology (IT) initiatives and their strategic impact. And to have done this, we develope and create a very useful balanced-scorecard framework to explain, understand, and identify the direct and indirect contribution of green IT initiatives. The green IT evaluation framework, called here a sustainable green IT balanced scorecard, integrates the four BSC-IT perspectives with the Zuboff's automate/informate goals of information systems and the contribution of the sustainability (economic, social and environment). This study also seeks to answer the following questions: 1) what are the driving forces for implementing green IT initiatives? 2) How can an analytical framework be built to systematically analyze the benefits and strategic contribution of green IT initiatives? And 3) how green IT initiatives impact the strategic goals of a firm and how they can contribute to the triple bottom line? The framework demonstrates to be useful as a management tool to hopefully integrate environmental and social management with the general management of a company. Besides, the strategy map and measures for each cell of the framework are provided.

In this paper, we propose a system architecture of the AMI to be applied in the modern agricultural sector. Agricultural electricity costs in South Korea is very inexpensive compared with other industries. It is expected to increase oil prices to rise over the medium to long term so the facilities must to be installed for farmers in terms of energy savings and energy costs. The research and development of plant factory which can replace the ills of modern agriculture is very active. The technologies of smart grid and plat factory are good paradigm of next generation agricultural sector. Good use of smart grid technologies, the traditional energy consumption industries, agriculture sector can be self-sufficiency industry. In this article the AMI architecture is developed and it will be applicable for modern farmers plant factory.

Within last 10 years, internet has become a daily activity, and humankind had to face the Data Deluge, a dramatic increase of digital data (Economist 2012). Due to exponential increase in amount of digital data, large scale data has become a big issue and hence the term 'big data' appeared. There is no official agreement in quantitative and detailed definition of the 'big data', but the meaning is expanding to its value and efficacy. Big data not only has the standardized personal information (internal) like customer information, but also has complex data of external, atypical, social, and real time data. Big data's technology has the concept that covers wide range technology, including 'data achievement, save/manage, analysis, and application'. To define the connected technology of 'big data', there are Big Table, Cassandra, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hbase, and NoSQL, and for the sub-techniques, Text Mining, Opinion Mining, Social Network Analysis, Cluster Analysis are gaining attention. The three features that 'bid data' needs to have is about creating large amounts of individual elements (high-resolution) to variety of high-frequency data. Big data has three defining features of volume, variety, and velocity, which is called the '3V'. There is increase in complexity as the 4th feature, and as all 4features are satisfied, it becomes more suitable to a 'big data'. In this study, we have looked at various reasons why companies need to impose 'big data', ways of application, and advanced cases of domestic and foreign applications. To correspond effectively to 'big data' revolution, paradigm shift in areas of data production, distribution, and consumption is needed, and insight of unfolding and preparing future business by considering the unpredictable market of technology, industry environment, and flow of social demand is desperately needed.

It seems most important for a manufacturing company to be well aware of its relationship with suppliers. This is why it is essential to analyze and control the structural relationship among CEO's characteristics, relations between suppliers and manufacturers and new product development performances affected by such relations. The present study may be summed up as follows: First, from the analysis of characteristics of manufacturing company's CEO and relations between suppliers and manufacturers, it could be verified that CEO's characteristics exercised influence upon sharing of product development process and upon cooperation for technical manpower, but not upon sharing of core technologies, signifying the fact that nothing could be more important than the role of CEO who has strong will to improve his or her relations with suppliers; and Second, from the analysis of relations between suppliers and manufacturers as well as relations between management and new product development performances, it became evident that both management performance and product development performance were affected by sharing of product development process. It was also known that cooperation for technical development process had influence upon the product development performance but not upon the management performance. Furthermore, the analysis showed that both management performance as well as product development performance were affected by sharing of core technologies.

Automobile market was grown up by 1.7% at the first half of 2012 comparison with 2011 in China and this growth trend will be continued for a while. Under this market environment the China automobile companies expand the production capacity and result in heightening the intense competition for companies. This paper deals with the more efficient production line and production logistics through SPS(Synchronized Production System) with construction of MES(Manufacturing Execution System) in H automobile company in China. In plastic painting line we can simultaneously prepare the production quantity and delivery time according to assembly production plan by introducing MES. We can reduce the excess production and result in extreme reduction of inventory.

This paper deals with the application and effects of MES for H automobile plant in China. There existed the production planning and the different work order in PL painting plant, but we can simultaneously prepare the painting parts and parts delivery and assembly according to painting color by introducing MES. We can respond the change of production planning and operate integratively the PL painting, parts storage and parts delivery and then we can results in reasonable logistics. We obtained the exact production information, correct work order, precise delivery order. We obtained not only the improvement of logistics but also the reduction of inventory.

Although digital contents markets grow very rapidly and are known as a higher value added industry, there is also potential risk in producing digital contents. Thus, many firms have begun to produce a firm's digital contents by outsourcing from other companies in order to catch-up new technologies and to make stable profits. However, since contracts are decided mostly based on bidding price and also standard contract are not available, there is a limit on the benefit from the contents outsourcing. Thus, this study argues that if both contract factors such as contract concreteness and flexibility are well managed, the on-line digital contents will increase the performance of a firm. This study deals with the influence on the firm's performance by the outsourcing in contract factors based on the empirical analysis. Using regression analysis with these two dependent variables, the findings showed that the contract concreteness had positive effects on both cost improvement performance and efficiency improvement performance, but the contract feasibility only had positive effect on efficiency improvement performance. In addition, the result of the study showed that the contract performance of outsourcing the digital contents have a positive impact on the partnership intention.

Recently, creative innovation has become a major topic in management innovation and due to this, various researches on its need and methodologies are being performed. According to previous studies on ambidexterity, explorative innovation is closer to divergent and right-sided brain, while exploitative innovation is closer to convergent and left-sided brain. Five attributes of the questionnaires were developed based on right-sided and left-sided brain theory. Also, 25 problem solving tools were selected according to previous studies. QC 7 Tools and new QC 7 Tools were frequently used in Six Sigma projects. Other 11 problem solving tools were selected with consideration on its usage frequency. Survey questionnaires were distributed to 25 Six Sigma consultants and 22 were retrieved for this study's use. As a result, 14 tools were identified to hold exploitative attribute while 11 tools were identified to hold explorative attributes.

Recently SW is the key industry which leads the HW industry and service industry, but market size of SW is only 0.9% of GDP. It is necessary systematic and strategic support to create new SW market through SW convergence and to secure the global competitiveness. This paper deals with some strategic suggestions for progress of SW industry in company with regional economy. We survey and analyze the many SW support projects by government and take professional advice from some specialists of regional information industry promotion agency. SW industry is important at entire industry in Korea and also one of new growth engine industry. This paper deals with the economic effect of SW industry through input-output analysis. We reconstruct the SW industry by extracting and combining SW portion from other industries of the inter-industry relation table. We obtain that production inducement coefficients, value added inducement coefficients, employment inducement coefficients, and job position inducement coefficients are higher than average inducement coefficients of all industries.

This paper reviewed the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship(innovativeness, risktaking, proactiveness) and managerial innovation(organization innovation, human resource innovation), and the moderating effect of shared vision. The data to verify proposed hypothesis consist of the responses from 243 employees in Kyeong-Gi and Kang-Won province. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that innovativeness and proactiveness are related positively with organization innovation and human resource innovation, but risktaking is not related with innovation. Although risktaking has not effect on human resource innovation, it is appeared that it will be positively related with human resource innovation while shared vision is high.
